Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The manager is so kind with great communication from booking to check-in and throughout stay. Great location, quiet area, clean room, comfy pillows and bed. Wonderful choices for breakfast. With the standard king room the bathroom space is a little tight, and bathroom sink area is accommodated for one person. Reserve accordingly, but all in all it was a great one night stay!

It was very loud and couldn’t sleep. We were right beside the ice machine. Will not stay here again

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The staff was extremely accommodating, and the rooms were clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was also pretty good, considering it was only a continental breakfast. And the parking was free, so that was really good as well.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We asked to change rooms, thinking that it was just our room, but it was actually all of the rooms. To be honest, this was my only complaint for our stay.

The AC in my room wasn't really cold. Then there was a power outage that left me with out AC and TV for the rest of my stay. Luckily it was evening and a night.

Our room has electric wires showing. There were also no lights in our bathroom or over our sink, our fridge didn’t work, our tv didn’t work, the elevator didn’t work, the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, and our room smelled mildewy. Management blamed most of our issues on the city of Nashville as there was a thunderstorm that knocked out power, but it only knocked out power to part of our room? They didn’t offer to help us in anyway and said that they would be offering no discounts as it wasn’t their problem that an act of God happened. We had to use our flashlight to use the bathroom and shower and my husband is disabled, but had to use the stairs.

We have stayed in Comfort Inn's in several states and also in Franklin, TN which has always been exceptional. We were very dissapointed with the condition of this location. Really needs updating. Not at all the quality I expected from a Comfort Inn.

The room was quite large. The bathroom had almost no space to move. The sink area also has no space.
