Het bed
Het rook onfris in de kamer en leek door vocht te komen. Slechte ventilatie.
Beds were very comfortable! Shower was the best part; water pressure was amazing!
Breakfast could've used more options.
Friendly, helpful staff! Clean. Great location. Good breakfast. Shuttle to downtown Nashville.
Carpet was old and dirty need a deep cleaning or new one is better. It need too be remolding. Furniture out dated.
Carpet was dirty. Bed uncomfortable and furniture outdated. Parking so small to park.
Tamara was exceptionally warm and friendly. We really appreciated her guidance and her kindness. The facility is in desperate need of updating their air conditioning. The Establishment was very damp and very cold. There is a very strong deodorizer used all over including the rooms. I wonder if that's odor is covering up additional issues with the building I would hesitate recommending to Consumers until they fix the issue of the dampness the coldness and the odor. Every establishment though if they could clone Tamara would be a benefit.
Didn’t have it
Our ac was soaking the carpet around the bed had dehumidifier plugged into room and fabreeze small space fragrance pods under the chairs and table when we got back home my husband allergies was so bad he got nose bleeds.
The breakfast was good. The hotel is VERY CLEAN. The room was awesome and the bed was wonderful. The location was great with restaurants very close to us. We took the shuttle that came directly to the hotel and would take us downtown Nashville. The staff was GREAT and very friendly, and helpful. The Pool was very clean and felt great. We will definitely go back to this Hotel, Country Inn & Suites Nashville.
It is not the Hotel's fault, it was just too HOT.
Location was good for Grand Ole Orpy. Staff were friendly. Overall clean.
The room smelled like mold, dogs and musky. There was a small tabletop dehumidifier however it didn’t help.
Excelente calidad y servicio
All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Yvette. She gave us great recommendations for local grub. Also the breakfast at the hotel was very good. We made sure to stop by every morning
Very welcoming and kind staff. Room was clean and located near the Grand Ole Opry. Comfortable bed.
Not the best part of town. Still needed a car for going to the Opry. The hotel is older, not Country Chic.
Tammera was amazing! She even shipped my daughters belt that she left. The place was good, seemed very historic in my opinion.
The smell and the breakfast eating area was very small.
Great
The bathroom
Geri Lynn was wonderful. She knew the area, was knowledgeable, very friendly, funny and helpful. Great to have at the front desk!! Thank you Geri Lynn for a memorable stay and dessert recommendations!
The room was clean, but very thing felt damp. Everything felt wet. We understand that it is an older hotel, but the company could put a little money into some updating! Like to have the company CEO come and spend the night.
Location
Cleanest nice

none
Property was reasonably priced. The staff was all very friendly and helpful from giving directions, to local restaurants suggestions, to making sure we had everything needed in our rooms (extra towels, coffee/creamer) as we stayed three nights. And was very clean which is first and foremost important. It was also very close to opryland and very easily accessible to highways to go downtown. And the breakfast was good as well.
I can't say there was anything we didn't like
Staff, comfort, breakfast, are all great.
High humidity in room/bathroom. They did have a dehumidifier in the bathroom. Swim suits and towels stayed wet for two days after hanging in the shower.
I liked the location of the hotel. I liked the cookies at check in. I liked the beds. The front desk staff was wonderful.
I did not like the fact that change is not offered at the desk for the laundry amenities. Not most people are walking around with $20 worth of quarters. And the only option we were given by staff was to go to a store and see if they'd let us purchase quarters from them. I did not like the pool closing at 9pm. The sun hasn't even set at that time, and most families traveling are not back to the hotel in time to enjoy the pool by then. Also the door to exit the building to go to the pool being locked, and having to go outside and around the building in my bathing suit was not a preference. Easy access to and from the pool should be an option. I did not like the fact there is no hand soap to wash my hands in the bathroom when we were done using the restroom. I did not like the elevator floor number button not working so my family and I were stuck in the elevator for a few minutes before the button would finally work. Also the orange juice was orange water that was bitter. I also did not appreciate the lack of courtesy by the breakfast staff member. All she did was just glare at my family, not a nice way to start our day.
The location was amazing. Staff very friendly.
The room was either freezing or we were sweating.
Everything was amazing from all of the staff the room. Very helpful and friendly can't wait to return there again
There was nothing wrong.
Didn't have it
Nothing, everything was good. Thank you for a Great stay! 10 Stars...
Staff was wonderful, friendly and welcoming. Brenda was there to welcome us back each night, and we had a lovely chat with Tamera at check out. Everything was clean and comfortable; there was even a little dehumidifier in the bathroom.
The only issue we had was that the toilet had some trouble flushing normally. I'm sure they would have fixed it but we just kept forgetting to say anything about it.
This hotel was close to the convention center, which is why we were there. But, let me tell you, the ladies at the front desk are the absolute best!!! Very friendly and spoke to us every time we came in or out. I will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Nashville.
So clean
The staff really is what made my stay count. the pillows could be a little bit better but overall it was a good stay. This Is 1st time we stayed here
Not enough handicap parking there! But everything else was fine.
Everything, even meeting the owner jean was a very nice down home personal feeling. We Everything stayed 1 extra day. We have been there twice and we will be there again it's the BEST place in that area.
Refrigerator could be a little bit bigger and better pillows but for the overall price and comfort there's really no complaints just suggestions thank you Jean again for the wonderful stay we will see you again soon hopefully
Staff were very welcoming and helpful, really made a positive experience. Location was good for me, as I was attending a conference at the nearby gaylord. handy and relatively cheap shuttle to downtown.
Room and bathroom were a little faded and needs some updating. TV remote worked poorly.
Everything! Was spacious, lots of facilities in the room. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Great location.
Breakfast was a bit basic
Booking.com and PayPal.com took our reservations and we are here with a confirmation number at Country Inn & Suites being asked to pay again by our debit card with a pin number because they don’t honor their reservation. So we’re out $221 and asked to pay again upon arrival even though they have had our money for 30 days now in advance.
Front desk manager was outstanding. Very helpful with all our questions. Great staff!!!
Nothing
Nice location, nice and comfortable room
So clean, well maintained, way drive to everything we wanted to see. Quiet at night.
Everything!
adjoining rooms, staff pleasant, beds were great
overall room condition so so. Tiny fridge with no freezer. property needs an update. Missing curtains in 304. parking lot lights into room annoying.
Cleanliness and staff was nice
I asked for extra blanket and pillows prior to stay that I never received
Distance to Opry
Incredibly kind staff. Clean and close to the Opry.
Nothing
The amazing staff and a great location away from the hustle and bustle. Still close to walking distance of restaurants and Gaylord Resort. Highly recommended this place.
It needed updated clothes hangers but not a deal breaker
Close to everything
The decor was outdated. The halls were dark and narrow
Very clean good location The staff were very helpful and friendly
We liked the breakfast and the lady in the front was super nice and helpful
The pool was closed when we were there. But it was cold anyways so it wasn’t a huge deal
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
You need a fitness center! I was disappointed that there wasn't one. I must not have checked that before I booked.
Location is great! Breakfast was good. Great coffee, which is hard to find. Staff was amazing!
Staff was very helpful and nice
The staff were all very pleasant. Clean rooms and establishment. The lady who checked us in was friendly. Housekeeping replaced dirty towels, restocked, and took care of room needs without hesitation. The lady who does the breakfast in the mornings does an excellent job keeping it clean, stocked, and tasty. The gentleman who helps in the lobby area made sure tables were wiped and trash tended too. Great breakfast overall with hot options like waffles, French toast, omlets, sausage links and biscuits with sausage gravy plus all the other things like yogurt, granola bars, cereal, fruit cups and oatmeal. This was also a great location, right in the mix of music city, and near the Opry Mills Mall. The hotel is a calm, country feeling like "grandma's house". It was never loud. Everyone respectful and polite that we encourted here. If we ever come back to Nashville, we will plan to stay here again.
The only negative is that the pool wasnt opened yet but we saw all hotels in the area were the same so figured maybe it's still too early in the season for this area. No points deducted for that though cause we didn't plan on swimming for this visit.
Area is not the greatest but the place was clean, short distance to a lot of stuff and we slept well.
Location was fine.
The hotel uses artificial fragrances all throughout the facility. It’s incredibly strong so if you’re fragrance sensitive, I would recommend you staying away. I stayed one night and now have a sinus infection. The hotel response was laughable. It does not go away.
It was small and okay. The hallway smelled funny but the room didn’t. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was just okay
Hallway smelled like old spaghetti, it was really funny smelling
Was close to everywhere we wanted/needed to go.
Bed was squeaky when getting in/out. Had to put a little force to opening/closing the main room door coming & going. Did not like my view of the air units on the roof right outside my window.
It was good and sufficient for a day riding in the car.
Location close to attractions
No Indoor pool
The staff was fantastic. I can't remember the name of the lady at the counter but she is great, helpful and full of useful tips. The hotel isn't too bad. Breakfast is good. You'll find the basics (eggs, bacon, juices, cereal, yogurt...). The rooms are OK. A lot of repairs are done poorly, what I would call the "landlord special". What bothered me the most was the smell. They use air fresheners everywhere. It smells like you're in a toilet. I had to air out my room for a while (windows don't stay up and are very dirty and need to be replaced with fog in between the panes). Mixed with the air freshener scent is a smell of tobacco/humidity. I think that's the smells they are trying to hide. Other than that, there is a McDonald's and a restaurant just across the hotel. That's pretty much your only food options at a walking distance for lunch. Other restaurants nearby only open for dinner. If you stay there for a conference, it is at a walking distance from the convention center and all the amenities at Gaylord Opryland . The walk is pleasant. All in all, this hotel is decent for the price but it wouldn't be my first choice.
The hotel was in a quiet area but very close to restaurants and tourist attractions.
My boyfriend and I spent pretty much a week here during the major ice storm power outage impacting much of the city, since we had no power at home for days. I haven’t stayed at a Country Inn in years, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was close to home and had reasonable rates in a pinch. I had to take a minute to leave them a good review mainly because the staff were so kind and considerate during what was a tough week for a lot of people. Especially Tamara, who had to have been working around the clock at some points. It seems like the hotel is older and some things look more updated than others, but the rooms were pretty up-to-date and very clean. Even the room’s carpet felt very clean, which I can’t say about all hotels. They included a decent breakfast with plenty of options. Overall, it isn’t nor is it trying to be anything fancy but it’s a good price close to attractions with good people running the place.
Amazing!!! We had an amazing stay at the Country Inn & Suites. Our accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with courteous wait staff. Above all, the customer service at the front desk, Tammara was exceptional. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions and offer her guidance for some amazing sight seeings!!! She was a wealth of knowledge, kind and professional!! Great stay!!
Staff was very nice. We stay here every year for a hardware convention @ the Gaylord
Everything was good at this hotel, except for one thing. The Sofa and Chair were the most uncomfortable that we ever had to use. The Chair had to be the worst chair I've ever had to use. We couldn't believe that a big hotel chain would make their guest have to use them. They were totally unacceptable.
Friendly staff
Couldn't open windows
Close to Dining and other activities.
Brenda at the front desk was rude. Couldn’t get us checked in along with other customers. While waiting for her to figure out our booking. A gentleman came in and she told him he had the wrong place he ask if she could tell him where it was she told him no to look on your phone for it . The gentleman told her I only have the picture and the name . She finally gave him an address. The thing about that it was the other Country Inn by airport. My guess she probably shouldn’t be in customs service
Fewer selections than previous stays.
The prepackaged eggs were easy to prepare and clean for the staff but not as good as the scrambled eggs I used to getting in the past.
The hotel needs to be renovated. Carpets were dirty beds were lumpy. Breakfast was limited and very small space
It was close to the grand ole opry
It is an older property
Breakfast attendant was very attentive and kept area spotless and stocked
Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable and clean
It was decent
Could be a little updated. Maybe rip up the dirty carpet. (In the hallways) Other than that it was overall good.
The only thing is the breakfast. The breakfast could have been better.
The clean rooms and the friendly staff. The location is great . We like going to the Oprah and is an easy drive from the hotel.
Very clean. Great staff. Awesome breakfast.
Most of our trip was revolved around the upper line hotel and Opry Mills mall so this was a convenient location to stay free parking is great staff was excellent we Uber downtown, which was only $20 for four people. Excellent
