Breakfast was a surprising highlight. Renee's kindness and hospitality goes such a long way to make guests feel cared for. She's something special.

The shower situation wasn't my most favorite. The lighting in the room was honestly a little terrible.

I loved how clean and easy my check-in process was the breakfast was amazing top-tier I really enjoyed the Location and the staff.

Not one single complaint about my stay

The bed was extremely comfortable, the location was fantastic and all of the staff showed off their southern hospitality.

Our only issue was in the bath tub. Our bathroom flooded each morning even if we set up the shower curtain correctly and the old soap holders on the wall were falling off and looked to have mold behind them.

It was clean. Hallways were cool.

Our first room was so hot. 79 degrees we had the thermostat turned as far down as possible. They changed us to another room and it got a little cooler but was still so hot we had to ask for a fan. We kept the curtain closed too. All three layers. The pool was hot too. Like warm sauna water.

The suite I had with the jacuzzi was great nice few to see my car and they staff were great and the breakfast is good I plan on coming back for my birthday weekend.

The staff were very friendly, and helpful with anything we needed. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The location is near to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was good, with a selection of things to choose from. We enjoyed our stay.

The tub was slow draining, and our bed was a little worn in places. We informed the staff as we were leaving. They apologized and said that they would change the bed and fix the drain.

A great deal and a great meal

The bed was comfy.. The room was adequate. The T.V actually is a smart T.V which is really awesome.

The sofa is God awful to sit on, very uncomfortable. The breakfast was just ok.

Our tub drainer wouldn’t stay up to drain. It kept falling while showering and filling up. Our room didn’t get cleaned everyday. We had to empty our own trash and go down and ask for more towels and toilet paper.

Shuttle bus service stops at 10pm and breakfast should run a bit later at weekends

The coffee, it’s as thick as syrup, sorry to say it was awful. Go back to coffee makers in the room too please.

I love that they offer free breakfast because it’s not easy (in that area) to walk to anywhere that serves breakfast. It really helped get us going in the morning.

This may sound silly but they really need to vacuum their stairs.. they were exceptionally filthy. Also, the toilet paper was 1 ply which isn’t the best. The bacon at breakfast is also 1 ply.. maybe offer other meats instead. Everything else was fine.

The room is outdated. Our Jacuzzi was very dirty and we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean it and the shower. There's a vent hanging down in the shower. No coffee pot in the room. No dirty laundry bags. No pens, paper and I paid over 300$ for over night

The staff in the breakfast area was very pleasant and helpful

We are both decaffinated coffee drinkers and the pot in the lobby was broken the whole time we were there and we suggested that they get some instant decaffinated coffee options and they ignored us. The water bottle filler was also not working along with the ice machine on the first floor.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly. A good variety of fresh food was offered for breakfast. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The room was huge, the hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly.

The only thing I didn't like is that the machine that offers fresh water is cut off after breakfast.

The housekeeper made up the room daily and was very good. The breakfast attendent did a really good job also. The hotel itself was kept very clean.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Something was not working right with the coffee machine at breakfast, but we added hot water to make it better. The nice lady working there said that an order for repair was in the making. Adding hot water did dilute it nicely and made it much better.
