The location to all things Opry was very good
Room smelled like old booze and there was barely a trickle of water at the sink
Moved to a slightly better room on second day. Bed and pillows are good.
Dirty room, loud neighboring restaurants and tour bus stop that operated during midnight and untimely housekeeping that forced us to wait an hour after check-in time. It’s close to a loud restaurant that plays music on weekends until 2 AM. We were placed in a smoking room due to booking mistake and our clothes were all polluted with the smell of cigarettes. The bed covers have holes and the toilet seat was gross. We were moved to a better room the next day. The breakfast was survival type of food, two types of cereal fruit loops and a brown looking ones), a waffle maker, two types of juice(cranberry and orange) , eggs that came out of a liquid carton box (not real eggs), and sausages, a bad coffee with choice of mild medium and dark roast, and strawberry yoplait.
The rooms were clean and air conditioned well!
The curtains were not blackout enough for the amount of artificial light shining through all night.
Convenient walk to Opreyland Convention Centre. Family restaurants nearby. Has laundry.
Verandah walking areas were shabby and need cleaning.
The breakfast area was dark and didn't have much of a selection.
Update the reception/breakfast area.
Great for the value and walking distance from where I needed to be
Everything was good
Location and hotel clerk, she was knowledgeable and helpful
No smoking rooms available
Nice Hotel, in a good position for a decent price. Clean room with a big bathroom
A lot of light in my room, the curtains were not closing correctly. door and window on the street.
Good friendly staff and friendly people at the hotel. We would stay again
Nothing everything was awesome
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut. Die Tür geht ins Freie, jeder kann beobachten wann man ein und ausgeht. Sicherheitsaspekt. Das personal war hingegen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Good location close to the Opry. Shuttle bus facility to the Opry was very convenient
The location was good. Check in was fast. And the rooms were clean! For the price, it was actually really good.
The only things that could have been better is the door isolation. You could hear cars etc, so for the people that sleep really bad, it’s not that nice. But we didn’t have a problem with that
Close to everything we needed it to be
It was very clean, but the curb appeal isn’t great.
The A/C didn’t work I was miserable !!
Our first time staying.. very nice facilities and staff was great. Will be staying again.
I always stay at Quality Inn! Very convenient to 4 of the best bars, and great food!! Opryland is right across the street! I have stayed here almost every time I've went to Nashville, and will continue to!!
There was not one single thing that I didn't like!
Breakfast was good for the value of the room.
was given a bracelet to wear in the pool but not everybody in the pool had a bracelet. Was not given all information when checking in and one person behind counter was not very friendly. No pool towels supplied and I've never had to bring a pool towel to a hotel before so I wish I was informed about that before I went.
Location near bunch of great restaurants and clean, room. Eggs. Sausage surprised me. Thought it was just basic breakfast!!
Big club in rear, may be loud after midnight. But just ask for front middle section. Big long hotel. If you're going to be coming in late it's dead quiet after 1am. We were able to get the middle section and heard no noise. It's only the last rear section if you got an early to bed person. Popular hotel, especially the value.
Location!
Vending machine took my $3 🥴
Location was good. Staff was good.
Mattress was terrible. Had to schedule a chiropractor visit immediately after stay due to pain.
Location
2 nights good stay, you like live bands you will love it there the motel and bar share the same parking lot
I like that it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
I didn’t like the staff’s attitude. Check-in’s at 2 PM I got there at almost 3. It wasn’t that he was mean he just wasn’t customer service type of friendly. I asked a question and quickly got dismissed.
The location is great. There's a few restaurants and eateries within 10 minutes walking distance. There's a grocery store 3 miles away, 15 minute drive to the airport and close to freeway access. Inexpensive Uber/lyft rides to downtown Nashville. I really liked that the room had a microwave and a small fridge (bigger than a mini fridge), I was able to fit three 1/2 gallon jugs, 6 water bottles, 2 yogurts, and a couple of beers. It's nice to heat up leftovers and/or meals purchases at a grocery store. Access to washer/dryer was a plus.
The parking lot, in certain areas, were really dark. Especially with a couple of bars close to the parking lot, i would think the parking area was a little better lit. If you parked in front of the rooms, it was good, but not if you park across from the rooms, edge of the proprietary.
Close to the grand ole opry
The covers had pee stains the mattress the same blood on sheets bood spot on pillow
We had a very pleasant stay. We attended a concert and got back to our room late. The room was nice and cool, the beds were comfortable and everything was quiet. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay or the hotel.
It was a very clean establishment and the staff was pleasant.
Our room was at the top of the stairwell and that meant nonstop light in the room.
Close to Opry, comfortable , hot breakfast
It was close to lots of entertainment and food. They had a good breakfast (waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, juice and coffee).
The coffee could be better.
Very quick check in, friendly staff at the counter. Everything was clean with no smells. Beds and pillows were clean and comfy. Property was kept clean, well lit at night. Very close to decent restaurants. Didn’t try the breakfast, so no opinion on that. Overall a good, clean place to stay.
Body wash for the shower instead of a bar soap.
Location was very convenient, a couple of honky tonks nearby. Breakfast was fine, coffee good.
Nothing much, good value for money.
Location and price
AC was leaking and carpet was soaked making the room Smell musty
I liked the location .
You're right in the middle of the live music clubs and restaurants in Music Valley. I could sometimes hear the kick drum from the band playing about 100 yards away.
Nothing.
The staff member who checked us in was incredible. He made check in so easy and was inquisitive about our stay. We stayed with no set plans in mind but he gave us amazing suggestions about where to go and how to get there, which made for the most memorable and stress-free 4th of July trip.
Bed was comfortable. Facilities were nice. There is a shuttle that will take you to GOO for $10 rt.
Location was great. Easy to get to and to leave from.
First, location is next to a live music venue that was active until midnight during the week. Second, for a smoking room ash trays are expected. We had to get our own. Third, for the price, I'd would have expected indoor access to the rooms.
I liked the location. I was able to get to most places including downtown within 10-20 mins. There was also a shuttle to go downtown if I didn't feel like driving and hot breakfast was available every morning.
It was challenging to find parking at night because some visitors to the opry venues parked in the lot because we were steps away from the bars. Also, I wasn't a fan of the pool area. It felt more like a fish bowl because it sat sandwiched between the restaurants. Best to go early so you don't feel like you're on display.
Location
Not a single thing
great breakfastnothing
nothing that i can think of
Newly updated and very clean
One room smelled of cigarette smoke and bothered a friend with a medical condition
The restaurant was blasting music until 3 in the morning you could literally feel the vibrations in the room. also the doors are not on correctly because all night long there was a light coming through the side where the door didn’t even connect to the frame
Good location for us... Nice breakfast Easy parking
Nah an der Grand Ole Opry. Highway Anbindung.
Wlan war vorhanden, aber keine gute Verbindung.
It was clean and staff was nice
Too loud with 3 bars that have live music playing until 3am
Friendly staff. Convenient location.
Good
Smelled mildew
Location
AC unit did not cool the room
Location

Convenient location
Style of the property- motel model- rooms on the outside and no elevator.
Location to attractions and interstate is close and the breakfast was decent
It was convenient
No elevator, iron was broken and we never received a replacement
Easy check in and check out
N/A
The cozy little corner that the Hotel was located.
Bad refrigerators and no television reception.
I like how close it was to restaurants and the Gaylord.
I did not like that there was no parking after 6:00 because all the spots were taken by people at the bars that are in the same area. Plus, the parking lot was super dark. The noise / music and people singing from the bars lasted until about 2am every night.
The room was very spacious. Clean and comfortable.
The neighborhood was kind of noisy. Cause it’s near the bar area. We slept with the noise ongoing cause my whole family was tired after a long travel.
Not much
When we arrived I wanted to leave. People outside with the employee did not look friendly.
Not a lot Near some restaurants Parking good
Could be cleaner
Great location
Close to where we were touring.
Close to Grand Ole Opry, easy drive to downtown, Grand Old Opry Grill was excellent
Extremely noisy! Room didn’t have hook on door, was next to the bar, motorcycles revving the engines, arguments.
Lose to everything in Opryland area
Beds were a little hard
The value for money
A bit too far out of the city
Breakfast was basic but did the job.
Location and price
It was all good
Rooms were very clean and comfortable inside. Real food for breakfast
Exterior was pretty dated but by still very clean
Clean, comfortable and a very short drive to the Grand Old Opry
The water pressure was not very good
My family and I had a great stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made for a relaxing visit. A special thank you to the gentleman at the front desk he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made check in smooth. His excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again
Our only complaint was that there were wet spots on the floor in front of the air conditioner, which made it seem like it may have been leaking. Everything else about our stay was great.
Do not expect to much here. The room was probably clean, but reeked of "fresh air cleaner / mask every odor". Not a great start when opening the door. This is a cheaper hotel, so you should have modest expectations. I would stay here again if I could not find something better (or was on a limited budget).
Smell when walking in the room. Breakfast was poor and starts closing 15 min before advertised. Hospitality was bare minimum.
It was clean and in a good location. The shower had awesome pressure-loved it.
The breakfast was not good. Experienced it first morning and didn’t bother after that. It’s ok if you just want a waffle or muffin otherwise no.@
