Klassisk och stilrent. Fina materialval.
Location, The Doorman was very kind and helpful, the complimentary items in the refrigerator.
The temperature in the room. It was a bit stuffy in there even though we turned the a/c down .
The hotel has been amazingly and considerately renovated - lots of lovely little touches and attention to detail such as large tea cups and saucers, fresh milk and water in the fridge and lovely bathroom products
We were disturbed from 9am till our checkout by some extremely loud banging and building work which we associated with the ongoing hotel renovation coming from either Nextdoor room 407 or perhaps upstairs. When we informed check out staff about this, we felt disbelieved and patronised .. as if we’d invented it?! Because of this, we were distracted to additionally share that our TV didn’t work and that, minorly, the shower gel pumps in the shower and sink are too stiff to activate
Breakfast was good, nice staff. Well presented
The old carpet in the room detracted from the overall appearance and finish. If it was new it looked dated.. The shower screen was particularly disappointing, as it leaked excessively. The design appeared to leave a significant gap at the entrance to the shower, with only a short section of glass, which resulted in water escaping onto the bathroom floor.
Renovated room on the English style amazing… very cooperative staff

Location is perfect - across from Windsor Castle and immediate access to restaurants, bars and cafes. Have stayed here many times and keep coming back. Car parking available.
Unfortunately a bit of noise coming from room next door which doesn't normally happen but it was a very busy weekend.
I had a wonderful stay at The Queen’s Gate Hotel and I was very happy with my experience. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Whenever I needed anything, they were always happy to help and made me feel very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for getting around London. The hotel itself was comfortable and pleasant. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness and warm hospitality. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.
good price, very near to town and the castle, very good restaurant
Overall good, but no hot water to shower. Discount given after checkout. Breakfast was lovely! Location great. Would stay again but the lack of hot water for showers was a problem!
Shower issue.
Location and the room was lovely
All good for us
Excellent location and could watch Changing of the Guard procession from our bedroom
Shower was very small
Goede ligging mooi klassiek hotel
Kamers te Klassiek traditioneel Engelse stijl
Very good food, excellent location, superb staff. Will stay again.
Building work but we knew in advance about them, hence the 9 instead of 10.
Having looked at a number of hotels in Windsor, many of which seemed a little tired or dated, I was really pleased to discover the newly revamped Castle Hotel. It feels like exactly the kind of fresh, higher-end option that had been missing from central Windsor, while retaining the character and history you’d hope for in such a historic setting. The location couldn’t be better – literally opposite Windsor Castle, with parking at the rear and plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The car park is a little expensive (£30 for 24 hours), but unbeatable for convenience. It seems to get busy though. The hotel has been beautifully redecorated and furnished throughout. It feels fresh and stylish while remaining sympathetic to the character of the property. The bathrooms were particularly lovely and very clean. Customer service was excellent from the booking stage onwards. We had a slightly complicated room arrangement involving a baby and another party, and the team were incredibly helpful and easy to deal with in getting everything organised. The bar is lovely, with a relaxed atmosphere and an excellent selection of snacks, cocktails and wine, as well as a good choice of mocktails. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked very inviting. Overall, the hotel has a comfortable, informal and relaxed feel. We were upgraded to the Royal Warren Suite, which was beautiful and very spacious. The separate living room is just off a short corridor from the bedroom, so the two spaces feel genuinely distinct rather than like one large room – particularly useful when travelling with babies or small children. The bedroom has a huge, very comfortable emperor size bed and overlooked the rear of the property, making it exceptionally quiet. My parents’ room, (generous size), overlooked the main street and was a little noisier at night, so light sleepers may want to request a room towards the rear. Our requested travel cot was set up and ready for us. The only minor issue was that housekeeping couldn’t locate the key for our interconnecting door, so we had to use the main doors instead. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. The superb central location, beautiful interiors, spacious and comfortable rooms and helpful service make this an excellent base for exploring Windsor and the castle. We would happily stay again.
The staff at the hotel were incredible, leaving no questions unanswered. David and Leanne were exceptional in helping with rooms and luggage.
Very friendly staff in a perfect location overlooking the castle .
Excellent location, superb hotel and great staff. Easy check in process on arrival. Breakfast options are superb. Secure car park.
A very very nice hotel, more than a 4 star for sure. Conveniently located in the heart of the town centre, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the newly furnished suites which was absolutely fabulous. Amazing bed, lovely comfy and snug quilts and pillows, stunning bathroom with one of the best rain showers I think I've ever stood in, and a separate Lounge area with day bed. Bar and restaurant equally nice, didn't get chance to order from the menu this time but we'll be back. Highly recommended upscale hotel for a lovely stay in the heart of Windsor.
We stayed only one night - but the experience was great. The hotel was under renovations at the end of July but that didn't affect great guest services and comfort of our room. Sadly you can't use the front entrance which I am sure it's very beautiful - location is ideal.
because of being under renovations we couldn't experience the front door entrance and what the lobby could have looked like.. i guess I will have to visit again :)
There wasn’t anything not to like. It was comfortable and in a great location. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if needed and will recommend to friends and family.
Nice a clean and in the middle of Windsor
£ 30 for parking !!
Fantastic hotel. Great service and staff; breakfast was wonderful. The room was VERY comfortable - the best sleep I've had this entire trip. Good shower too. The location was PERFECT; there were many food choices literally within a block, and the Castle was a five-minute walk away.
Lovely hotel, nice staff. Terrible sleep due to reception music being louder in the room that in reception. for the cost of the hotel this was very disappointing.
Top Lage
Zu kleines Bad
The staff were lovely and welcomed our young family happily. It’s so close to Windsor castle and there is parking on site which is great
Close proximity to the castle and restaurants.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
the property was very clean and the location was perfect
with work going on the bar and restaurant were closed and being charged £30 to park the car
Sadly, this is a somewhat negative review. We visited Windsor for a couple of nights and, after looking at the hotel options, I chose the Castle Windsor Hotel. I knew it was nearing the end of its building works when I booked, but I wasn’t sure what was and wasn’t finished. The good news is that our room was. The hotel’s location is perfect, possibly the best spot in Windsor. There’s a large parking area at the rear, and we had no issues finding a space. We stayed in a new Junior Suite on the third floor of the main building. I realise it’s an old building, but the floor in the room was comically slanted. The room itself was large and brand new, but several design choices didn’t seem to have been properly tested from a guest’s perspective. The desk is too high for the chair. Light comes through the top of the curtains, which could easily have been fixed with a top curtain border. The fridge needs better ventilation, as it was not cooling anything and, with the door closed, was red hot. The step up into the bathroom was a little too tall, and we tripped on it at least twice when we forgot it was there. The bedside table on one side was too far away to use properly without getting out of bed. The bed and bedding were fine, but nothing special. The TV also felt too small for its distance from the bed. I had expected a sofa in a Junior Suite, but there were two chairs instead. Given the size of the room (which was large), a sofa at the end of the bed would have made much better use of the space. The hotel itself was totally quiet, with no noise from outside, planes, etc. However, on both mornings, the cleaning staff had loud conversations and banged their trolleys, which woke us up before 8 am. The bathroom was OK, but the bath was too narrow. The shower was also a bit odd. On the plus side, it has one of those drenching, square rain shower heads that still soak you like the ones you sometimes find in spas. Amazing, I love them! The problem is that the shower itself is really too small for it, so the second you put any shampoo or shower gel on, it’s gone. You practically have to stick your head in a corner just to get a breath. It feels as though some of these issues would have been spotted immediately if each room had been test-stayed in before opening. There was no bar or restaurant. To be fair, the room they’d set up for breakfast looked nice, but we didn’t eat there because there are loads of places within walking distance of the hotel. We recommend the shambles wonky house opposite for a light breakfast and great coffee. The internet was excellent at 300 Mbps+. One really silly annoyance was that each day they closed the hotel's front entrance at 6 pm, so you had to use the car park entrance instead. It’s a small thing, but on the first night, ringing the doorbell to get back into the hotel was not particularly welcoming. I realise that at some point you need to close up, but 6 pm seems ridiculously early for a hotel. When we arrived, the reception staff seemed to be dealing with several issues. The woman in front of me appeared to have been waiting quite a while for her room, and there seemed to be quite a lot of apologising going on. My main issue with the stay, though, was the price. I was paying £333 a night, plus £30 a night for parking. At £363 a night, I think it’s reasonable to expect considerably more than the hotel currently offers. The Fairmont isn’t much more per night, although I accept it’s outside Windsor, and that’s a full spa hotel. At this price, the Castle Windsor simply felt like poor value while still under construction and with relatively few facilities available. It left a sour taste and means that, if we return to Windsor, we’ll probably stay somewhere else. Had I paid £150 to £200 a night, I would have said it was a 4 out of 5 and would have happily returned to see the hotel once it was finished.
Excellent hotel in every respect

Tolle Lage, grosse Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.
I stayed at The Castle Hotel for the first time August 2025--loved it (see review) and again a few months later November. A year later, I returned August 2026 with my best friend to celebrate her belated birthday. Prior to my visit, I had been exchanging emails with both Leanne Silavant (Rooms Division Manager) and Maciej Piakowski (Cluster Reservation Supervisor) as I was fully aware of the ongoing hotel renovations/refurbishment. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed and warmly greeted by Leanne at the newly renovated reception desk. When entering our room, I immediately noticed it had only one bed. I spoke with Maciej at the reception desk who informed me my original upgraded suite had an issue with the air conditioner; therefore, I was allocated a different room albeit a single-bed room. I reminded Maciej that I needed two beds; he assured me that he would work on it. Within a few hours, our comfortable two-bed room on the third floor was available and ready. Housekeeping services were excellent. Breakfast in the pretty ballroom was excellent with plenty of buffet selections and order menu. The breakfast waitstaff (especially the lovely Alessia) are some of the friendliest in the hospitality industry. I was given a private tour of the new restaurant Penningtons by the staff who were excited about the upcoming opening 21st August. I wish the new restaurant much success. Yes, there were issues during our stay (e.g., power outage, no running water); however, it is the response of hotel management that matters to me. It is easy when everything goes right--how a hotel handles unexpected issues helps me decide whether to return as a guest. I am returning in 2 weeks hoping to stay at the Royal Warrant Suite as I await a confirmation email from Maciej that my upcoming suite reservation will be resolved and honored.
We stayed just one night before our flight back home, and toured Windsor Castle in the morning. Staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, and we were able to check out late which was really helpful. The room was comfy and spacious, and we loved the juice drinks offered in the fridge. The castle was less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was so convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Location was good
Lock on bathroom door malfunctioned and got locked in, Sink in bathroom was clogged, Left out luggage unlocked in hallway in front of bar for 3 hours, rooms weren’t ready until 5pm with no discount.
The room was lovely, air conditioned and when we walked in it felt amazing to escape the heat outside. We had everything we needed in the room and we had complementary water, milk and soft drinks in the fridge. They had made a special effort by giving us a free bottle of Prosecco and chocs/strawberries and cake :) The bed was so comfortable and we had a balcony, which would have been nicer if the view was not the meeting rooms but that didn't matter as we were out all day and night in Windsor. All the staff were so friendly and lovely which made the stay more enjoyable.
When we booked we were told in March this year that the main bar and restaurant were not available which I was unhappy about so I emailed them to check when the renovations would be completed by and they confirmed 6 June. As we were coming in August they assured me there would be no problems when we arrived, however things had been delayed and the main bar and restaurant was not available for our stay which was a real shame as we have stayed before and these were one of the main reasons we re-booked. Breakfast was not included in the booking price, nor was parking (which was a bit of a nightmare, I was lucky to get the last space and the car park is very small so was a tight squeeze) so we had to pay a further £66 on check in which we re not expecting.
The apartment was immaculate, with high quality equipment and furnishings. I loved the cosy welcoming atmosphere, the wall colours, and the terrace upstairs was a real treat to the apartment. The location was perfect to everywhere we wanted to visit. The property was value for money. We felt very blessed to be staying there, everything was brand new, it was the best apartment in Windsor by far. We would love to return again.
There is nothing. 100% five star experience.
Sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage perfekt!
Nichts, was wirklich erwähnenswert wäre.
Newly refurbished rooms are beautiful. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding gorgeous. The room was air conditioned in this very hot spell. The breakfast room was lovely. The decor was superb and the food was excellent.
Car parking is a little difficult.
The hotel staff could not do enough for you. Cain was an exceptional member of the team. He was so friendly and made us feel at home. Rooms are beautiful and beds so comfortable. We had castle facing view so it felt extra special to stay here.
A lovely stay at The Castle Hotel in the heart of Windsor. A beautifully renovated hotel. We were honoured to have a tour of the new public spaces ahead of launch. The team were so welcoming, especially Andre and Jorge. Thank you, we will be back!
It’s pretty obvious that this hotel is in a prime location; however, we didn’t stay here as tourists but rather to celebrate our anniversary, so unfortunately the overall experience was quite disappointing. We have previously stayed at Sir Christopher Wren, which I would recommend over this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately there were a number of issues that really took away from our stay. I appreciate that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this did put a significant downer on what was supposed to be a special occasion. There was no restaurant or bar open, and we had hoped to have a drink at the hotel before heading out on Saturday evening. There was a library room that had been refurbished, so we decided to try there instead. Unfortunately, after waiting around five minutes without being served, we decided to leave and go out for the evening. We paid £300 for our stay without breakfast and, considering we booked months in advance, I found the value for money to be quite poor. There are other hotels of a similar standard available at a comparable price where all of the facilities are fully open and available to guests. Our room was located across the car park and required going up some stairs. Although the room had a balcony, there were no chairs on it, so it wasn’t really usable, and the view overlooking the car park certainly wasn’t what we had expected for an anniversary stay. Parking is also an additional £30 per night, which we felt was expensive. We ended up parking at Eton Riverside Station instead, which cost £20 for two nights. We also tried to order room service, but unfortunately the in-room QR code didn’t work, so this was another facility we were unable to use. Having now written this review and reminded myself of all the issues we experienced, I’m actually even more disappointed with the stay. I understand that renovations can cause disruption, but given the price we paid and the fact that we had booked well in advance for our anniversary, I expected a much better experience. The friendly staff and prime location are positives, but unfortunately they weren’t enough to make up for the lack of facilities, the issues with the room and room service, and the overall poor value for money.
The room was lovely, really spacious, clean and comfortable and we slept really well. The location was perfect with a view of the castle. The breakfast was beautifully laid out and a good choice of food.
Breakfast was good apart from the bacon on the first morning was over cooked. The staff were brilliant, very well presented, polite and very helpful.
Just a personal note, the bed mattress was a little rigid (hard) in my opinion! Found it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.
We were very impressed with the size of the room and it was very comfortable and very close to everything we needed to do
There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel
We were in a great location. We were walking distance to the castle, good shopping, and great restaurants.
Lovely little hotel that feels like home away from home. The staff was great and I even got a little ghost action I believe! Even though this isn't listed as a haunted hotel I had the wired thing happen. As I was making my coffee I had placed the lid back on the water bottle used to fill the reservoir on the Nespresso. I put the cap on and pressed down a little so it wouldn't fall off but I didn't screw it back. As I was putting the pod in the machine I watched the lid not only fall off the bottle but instead it launched itself almost into the hall beside the room. I watched this happen it didn't just fall off, it popped up and over like it was flicked. I immediately callrd out "hey stop that!" Luckily I was on the way to check out and that was the only time something like that happened but....uh yeah very fun! I didn't mention it to the staff because I didn't want to be seen as a weirdo. I still HIGHLY recommend the hotel and it's likely right across the street from the castle and in the heart of Windsor.
The staff. The room , the location
No dining area no lounge no bar
We were allocated one of the refurbished suites(I think) we were very impressed. Nice size suite, good separate lounge and spacious bedroom and en-suite.

Location was great and staff was friendly and helpful
We had such a lovely stay at Castle Hotel Windsor. Perfect central location right near everything we wanted to see. The staff were so incredibly friendly and we enjoyed getting to stay in such a beautiful room. The coffee in the room was a delight after exploring during the day. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Windsor.
We stayed at The Castle Hotel for one night and it was fantastic. Although I was a little disappointed to be visiting during major renovations, that couldn’t be helped. While we weren’t able to book in at the restaurant, we otherwise had a perfectly fine stay and the service was excellent. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful with maps, suggestions for shopping and restaurants, arranging taxis, etc. Although the area is in a busy flight path to LHR, the room was quiet and we got a great nights sleep. Location wise, there are numerous options for shopping, eating and Eton is just a short walk away.
Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful
Location and very attentive staff, especially the concierge team
Nothing

Well , I can say the damaged in the wall , & little noisy .
Breakfast slightly overcooked. Porridge excellent
Breakfast
Awesome hotel Great location Fantastical staff Great parking Nice air conditioning
The hotel renovations going on
Stayed here many times and love the rooms and the location
We only stayed one night, but it was a great stop at the end of a 2 week trip. Very close to the action in Windsor and across the street from the castle. David and the reception staff were very helpful.
Location
There was work going on which we were made aware off however there was building materials / rubbish scattered around which could quite easily off been tidied & swept up to try and at least make the effort to make the place more presentable
Location
It should be noted that this construction takes over the entire hotel and you are still charged full price. There’s no parking and barely any air-conditioning.

Great location, great aircon (super important), great service, and David the porter was super helpful!
Ideal location and very clean and comfortable
Everything (drinks, parking etc) is very expensive
location near castle and Prince Henry restaurant across st.
It will be great when construction is finished.
We received attentive service. The room was clean and breakfast was excellent. David, the concierge, was unfailingly helpful with restaurant suggestions and luggage help.
Wonderful location. Rooms are beautiful. Our concierge, David was awesome! He provided wonderful service to my room and made my arrival seamless.
This is a great hotel to stay at. Staff was friendly and helpful especially the doorman David. They respond quickly to any concerns Lovely room. shower was hot and good water pressure Room darkening curtains and very quiet neighborhood. Right across the street from Windsor castle
This hotel on the outside is beautiful. However, they did not mention until 2 days before arriving that the hotel was under constructions and you were not staying in that part of the hotel. Instead we were put in the annex across the courtyard that had no elevator and the phone was hard to work in order to contact the front desk. They did have a porter that helped with out heavy luggage, but that meant we had to tip, instead of carrying it ourselves with the elevator. The restaurant was closed so they help breakfast in the conference room. It was a lovely full English breakfast that we did enjoy. The waitresses were so nice and got you anything you needed. The room was dated but the bathroom seemed new. It had one of those showers that are trendy with the half glass wall with no door so you felt like you had to watch the floor for flooding. The location is fabulous. All you have to do is walk out onto the main road to watch the changing of the guards. There is also all kinds of shopping, Windsor Castle and Eton is down the street within walking distance. Check out the Shambles bar (The Crooked House) almost directly across from the hotel. The food was delicious and the waitress was friendly. You can also check out dinner at The Prince Harry Tavern across the street. The gentleman (I think his name was Tony) bent over backwards to help. I would stay here again, if I wasn't put in the annex. For the amount of money you spend on this hotel, the value is not there if you're placed in the annex.
Room was small but well decorated. Staff was excellent. Location was spot- on.
I had asked for room service breakfast at a specific time as I had to reach somewhere in time. Breakfast was 15 minutes late. I had to call reception several times to inform them about the breakfast!
David was a massive help during our stay and took care of my family and I really well
The room opened up earlier than expected and the room was great. David was very friendly, held our luggage for us for several hours and carried our luggage to our rooms.
the location , but we stay in windsor alot and fancied a change
the rude receptionist the rude staff , did nt like the door being flung open on me at front desk while waiting in reception and the staff member just looking at me rather than having to be promted to say sorry ! very hot dated room , no outside seating even though it was listed on there website . very poor and not enjoyable i stayed in a much much better travel lodge once in my younger days
David was amazing and helped me find my way around. As an American it was daunting to try to figure everything out. His smile greeted me every morning. He was so much a part of my amazing experience

Room was nice. Very clean and the shower was superb. Balcony was a nice addition even though it looked over the car park
It was having building done, so was noisy and dusty
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at The Castle Hotel in Windsor. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Windsor Castle, the shops, restaurants, and the Long Walk, making it the perfect base for exploring the town. Our room was beautifully appointed, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We recieved an unexpected upgrade to a Mews suite which was beautiful! The hotel blends historic character with modern amenities, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient from check-in to check-out, making us feel well looked after throughout our visit. David, the concierge handled our luggage and transportation needs and very helpful with information. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold options and attentive service. Overall, The Castle Hotel exceeded our expectations. Its combination of comfort, outstanding service, and prime location makes it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Windsor. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
Location was great and staff were all friendly and helpful
Excellent location ( walk to Windsor castle within minutes) and wonderful room. Despite being under refurbishment we had a great stay. David was so helpful to us and we want to give him a shout out from the Americans with the heavy luggage! Thanks!
We loved our stay here. We were forewarned about the construction. We had booked a room with a sitting area and they accommodated us by giving us adjoining rooms with one as a sitting area. They had a welcome snack in our room for our arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was nice and quiet. The A/C worked great which we were very grateful for because we were there during a heat wave. I feel this was an excellent value stay. Thank you to all the staff at Castle Hotel Windsor!
Location
Triple room booked, smaller double room given. Asked for extra bed to be made up no responses u til after we’d checked out.
The staff were very welcoming and David the concierge was especially helpful, bringing my two heavy bags to my room during extreme heat. I am grateful for the friendly and accommodating team members. The room is clean and inviting and they had the air-conditioning on when I got to the room. Bonus!
From the ease of making the reservation to checking out the Staff. They staff was all very professional and handled anything we needed or asked for promptly and without hesitation..
I stayed here in June 2026 while the hotel renovation is ongoing. Renovations are not mentioned to you at checkout or in the confirmation email, and it's not until you try to look up parking or some other detail that you'll find the info on their website buried in the blog. Apparently it's going to be done by "Summer 2026," so check first. During the renovation, guests are not placed in the main hotel, but moved to a wing at the back of the hotel. Rooms are directly over the parking lot. Breakfast is in a conference room without windows during the renovation as well. If you booked a room with a view of the castle, you'll be disappointed. To the hotel's credit, the hospitality team are very good, and service is polite, helpful, and fast. And the wing rooms are quite nicely done. However, if you paid full price and traveled from overseas to come here -- which I did -- the rooms and breakfast are a sharp disappointment. I would have been happy to pay about half the price I actually did for the rooms I got. To the Castle Hotel: please tell guests clearly about the renovation while it's happening. Update the room photos -- don't show the old photos! And offer a renovation discount because the experience, however nice, is clearly inferior to the original hotel experience. The service team and staff are doing a star job with what they have, but the feeling of subterfuge inherent in the booking, getting me to book a room that didn't actually exist, has left me feeling sour about booking again even post-renovation.
We stayed at The Castle Hotel to attend Royal Ascot. We originally booked a Heritage King Room in the main building (way back last year) but unfortunately the refurbishments meant the hotel had to change our booking to a Superior Park View Double room. I was a little apprehensive as have never stayed in that part of the hotel but need not have worried. The hotel found a twin bedded room and converted the beds to a king size which was great. The room (524 if memory serves) was beautifully appointed and had everything you would need for a two night stay. We had complimentary breakfast and parking included in the price and enjoyed breakfast in our room on the first morning. This was delivered on time, hot and very tasty. Thank you to all the team who made our stay an enjoyable one and we look forward to returning next year for Royal Ascot, if not before!!
David was outstanding. During a time of renovation, David was eager to help us navigate to our lovely room. We certainly enjoyed our time here in Windsor! Can’t wait to return to see the newly renovated hotel at its absolute finest. Norman and Angela Marks
Ive stayed here on many occasions and the staff are always amazing, they allocated me their brand new deluxe room and i was the first guest to stay in it which was amazing
Nothing

Outstanding concierge service from David at the Windsor Hotel. He is worth a return visit by himself!! Thanks David!!!
The Castle Hotel is in a perfect location for us. The staff were very well prepared and responsive to us. In particular, David, made sure we were promptly served and answered all our questions as well.
Near to Ascot Has parking
Great location and staff were marvelous! David the concierge looked after us so well! Although having renovations they didn’t impede our stay.
A lovely place to stay close to town but also private. Lovely to have a playground for children to enjoy while parents can have a drink outside on the front lawn. The beach is a steep walk but very close and beautiful!
Despite the ongoing works to the hotel, we had a fabulous stay. The staff particularly David the concierge looked after us so well!
Good breakfast despite it not being in the normal location. Our room in the mews was brilliant. Never been in a hotel with separate sitting room and TWO tv’s !! Very comfortable bed and great location for unpacking from the car
Unfortunately the hotel was going through renovations so we could not experience the normal dining spaces.
