I loved our room, it was large with two comfortable double beds and a stunning bathroom. The breakfast that was included was delicious, and the dining room is lovely.

A bit disappointed that they offered parking but when we got there the lot was full. We ended up parking down the street which turned out to be cheaper.

Le temps d'attente pour le petit déjeuner anglais était de 30 minutes !!! Nous avons dû renoncer. Dommage. Le personnel avait l'air excédé. Les sanitaires de la salle de bain étaient en mauvais état.

Nou heb je even? De kamer die wij kregen toegewezen was los van het hotel bij de parkeerplaats. 1ste etage. Als er beneden brand uitbreekt zit je echt in de val. Dit later toch maar aangegeven niet veilig te voelen buiten hotel in apart hok te worden gestopt. (Dachten bij aankomst dat het een portier huisje was) omboeken kon maar kost wel £ 20 meer. Vond ik echt niet oké. Ik had mijn kamer niet gebruikt, zelf niet op bed gezeten of iets dergelijks, mijn vriendin had de douche in haar kamer gebruikt. Bed op de omgeboekte kamer had doorgezakte matras, niet lekker uitgerust daardoor. Dit was het duurste hotel, maar de minst leuke, gezellig, dame aan de receptie kon nog net beetje gewoon doen maar echt welkom voelde het niet. Geen zin om hier te eten, maakt echt uit hoe je ontvangen wordt. Bij de omgeboekte kamer branduitgang in de badkamer, niet fraai wel veilig

Great stay overall! It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the town center, Windsor Castle, and the train station. The staff were super polite and helpful, and the on-site bar and restaurant offer really good food and drinks. You can also relax outside in the nice little garden area. Keep in mind there’s no lift, so be prepared if you are traveling with heavy luggages.

The bath tap made a loud noise when opened, and the cold tap on the sink dripped constantly.

Not a four star hotel. A bit dated - stained carpets, chipped paintwork etc. Rooms are quite small. Cooked breakfasts off the menu were fine but the buffet was uninspiring. Car park is too small for most modern cars. Our friends car was hit by someone leaving. They need to give up a couple of spaces to make the bays wider, but even then it's a squeeze.

Unfortunately it is way too overpriced for the room that was offered. When I booked this, I based it on the beautiful photos that showed their rooms. Once I arrived I was put in a shit hole of a room barely able to fit my husband and myself. Our luggages could not be opened! The curtain was torn, the bed much too small, cracks in the wall, and I could go on. I addressed this at the front desk and said this is not the room I booked. How deceiving because this room is not pictured for obvious reasons. It f it was nobody would ever book it! felt lied to. I will not be staying there again.

Sarah at reception was amazing - so friendly and helpful. She really made us welcome straight away and went out of her way to help us. Thank you! Our room was great. It was a decent size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and other facilities were good. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The hot choices being freshly cooked to order. The hotel had a very relaxed feel. Lovely bar area. The parking was a bonus and the location was great - just a short walk into the entre of Windsor. Had a lovely stay and would book again. Would definitely recommend the Royal Adelaide.

Shower was very hot and difficult to get to a comfortable temperature. But this is the only very minor criticism we have.

We accessed room 36 by the back stairs - sadly they need vacuuming and dusting generally.

The breakfast was good. The buffet was a fairly narrow choice but there were lots of options for cooked food and they were delicious.

The room was grubby. While the key areas had been attended to (beds, toilet and bath) there was general grime in most corners and surfaces. The room felt like it hadn't been deep cleaned in a long while. There were coffee stains splashed up the wall, the carpet looked brown where the edges show it should be grey, and there was a lump of possible poo on the side of the wardrobe. It rather soured what should have been a pleasant stay.

The waitress and bar lady Sarah was exceptional she was a pleasure to talk to and when out of her way to make you feel welcome

The staff were exceptional - they couldn’t do enough for you! The shower was great and the bed comfortable.

The hotel is very tired, it wants some much needed TLC. Walls are marked, paintwork chipped and dirty. The overall cleanliness wasn’t great either, there were stains in our room could have been cleaned but weren’t. We booked a suite and it wasn’t what I expected at all.

Mejorable en la relación calidad/precio, algo alejado del centro de Windsor y como mínimo detalle, creo que en el desayuno deberían haber ofrecido pan tostado.

We experienced a very warm welcome by the receptionist and all the staff were friendly and were all very helpful. The room was very clean with its own air conditioning unit and breakfast was delicious. Location was brilliant.We will return to this hotel again due to the excellent hospitatality we received.

Great location - perfect for our stay in Windsor. Well-presented with great facilities. Delicious and generous breakfast. Very comfortable bed and room was immaculately clean. Bonus view of the castle from our window.

There was nothing to dislike.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious with good facilities and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast menu had a good choice and the food was well cooked and of great quality.

The hotel is charming, the welcome was nice, the room was fairly spacious. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioning. Great location, easy access to the town. Parking onsite was good though spaces were tight.

Our room was a bit noisy with a large aircon or generator unit outside our window. We had a superior twin room for 2 of us which was fine but we were given 4 bath towels and 4 hand towels which cluttered the bathroom and were totally unnecessary (and hotel would need to wash them all probably which is not environmentally friendly). The room decor was a little tired.

Accommodation was comfortable and the location is excellent for exploring Windsor

The bathroom had no window and there was no light over the mirror so with neither of these it was dark in the bathroom

My room stunk of smoke and dogs … that bad I left without notice and booked into to a different hotel . Didn’t even check out in case they sold the room to someone else . So I absorbed the cost myself … the hotel is like a building site undergoing a refurb but that’s not disclosed when booking…… Just to emphasis my room stank !!!!

The property was perfect walking distance into Windsor. All rooms were air conditioned and comfortable and had everything you needed. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was exceptional!

The parking was pretty expensive but I should imagine that’s to do with the size of Windsor and the parking premium.

Great location, staff were excellent, parking was easy, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. There is no lift but it wasn’t a problem as staff took care of luggage and you can request a lower floor if needed.

Included breakfast was very nice. Restaurant in the main hotel building has good food and a great atmosphere. Lobby is nice too. Staff were great.

We were put in the cottage room that looks over the car park directly in front of the electric gate. It wasn't too noisy and the shutters blocked out most of the car park flood lights, so it was comfortable enough, but it was small and and I think not as nice as a room inside the main hotel building, which is where I thought we would be staying. Overall it was good, but I was hoping for a little better given the price, but I guess all hotels are extremely expensive these days.

The location is excellent, and we received a friendly welcome despite arriving late at night.

Unfortunately, our room was directly next to the car park, with the only windows facing the parking barriers and parked cars. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and we simply did not feel comfortable staying there. We therefore decided to leave after a quick meal and move to another hotel. Given the price and the many positive reviews, this was very disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area.

The only small improvement we would suggest is having a coffee machine available.

The staff was exceedingly, courteous and kind. Honestly it was the first place in England I stayed where I actually felt like they were happy to see us! They accommodated every request with a smile and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. The location is super close to Central Windsor and Windsor Castle. Walking to destinations was a breeze.

The hotel was reasonably well located, it was comfortable but just required to be updated as the decor was a bit tired looking in the hall and public areas. The room was O.K. but again could do with modernization. it was dated. That said for what it was it was good value.

The breakfast was limited to one choice of a fruit dish and yogurt. it was adequate, but if you were not down early then the bowl was not replenished. there was a limited choice to 3 cereal's. it was just a bit restrictive. the hotel does need updated. overall it was 'tired' and needs updated.
