A lovely hotel.Rooms are clean,breakfast was excellent, and there are lots of choices.We would definitely stay again if we were in the area,and we would highly recommend it.

There is just nothing to like in this hotel, it is operated by a company that doesn't care about customers and by a staff of the worst kind.

We stayed there 1 night only with a child and they put us on the lower ground, the room had a strong mould smell and also a giant spider walking on the curtain. I asked to change it and the receptionist asked me (I will never forget that): "Was it only one spider?", then said they were fully booked. Hours later they changed the room and acted like if they were doing a favour to me. The staff at this hotel is just not serious, keep distance and avoid stress by just booking somewhere else, these people are of the worst kind.

We were given a disabled room for some reason and the bed was double so they came and made it gain but it wasn’t very comfortable - pillows weren’t nice

Staff were very helpful at reception and in the restaurant. Restaurant was overpriced. £18.50 for a burger and chips ! And portions were small BUT quality was good. Breakfast was very good quality. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Charging an extra £10 for overnight parking is a disgrace and is a ‘game changer’. Almost anyone staying in this hotel will have a car. I don’t care what other hotel chains do. This felt like a scam and reflects very badly on the hotel. Restaurant was overpriced (£18.50 for burger and chips / £7.50 for ice cream) and portions were very small BUT quality was good. There was no shower gel in the bath dispenser.

The location is quite central for the reasons of my visits, and being just off the motorway it's quite accessible and less complicated to reach. The rooms are comfortable and it's generally quiet and relaxing.

Small annoyances like TV channels are just so basic and the breakfast staff could pay greater attention to replenishing food that has run out.

Nice towels, quiet night, cool room. The room looked like it was updated and had a fresh feel to it, but the window latch was broken, and we were not able to close it during the night.

Stiff mattress, breakfast was very basic but still OK. There is no fridge in the room, although there is a furniture unit for it. The most annoying thing is the parking for £10 a night.

Convenient to our stay...free minibar..excellent breakfast and the staff at breakfast were very polite and welcoming.

Parking charge as extra..really should be free as you can't stay there without parking so a little cheeky when the car park is part of the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that 100 pound per night i had to pay an extra10 pound a night for parking no decaffeinated tea and not enough of other drinks or sugar bed very hard like sleeping on a piece of wood even with topper on so didn't sleep too well

Accommodation was comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, having drinks available 24 hours is really good and the breakfast is ok.

Breakfast choice was disappointing. I would like to see more yogurt options with healthy fibre available, such as chia seeds, Pumpkin/ sunflower seeds, and granola. I don't enjoy powdered scrambled eggs, and having fried eggs as an alternative, poached in oil, isn't appetising. I found the cheese section quite good. The fitness room doesn't really make sense, a more universal cycle would be beneficial and safer for the general public and a section of Kettle bells with a good floor mat may entice more use.

Conveniently located just of the M6. We used it as a stop over between Dover and Holyhead in North Wales

The location was very convenient for the purpose of our visit, a family event. The room was fairly decent and we had a comfortable night's sleep.

Didn't dislike anything but thought a few areas could be improved such as the service at breakfast and the coffee, tea, milk etc in the room, a few more could be added?

Uitstekend ontbijd. Nette parkeergelegenheid achter slagbomen. Vriendelijk personeel zowel aan de balie als in het restaurant. Schone kamer. Aan een van te voren opgegeven wens werd perfect gehoor gegeven. Als je Coventry wilt bezoeken houd er dan rekening mee dat het centrum echt nog een stuk verderop ligt.

The room was comfortable. We attended for a conference and were well looked after. The food was delicious, particularly the breakfasts. We don't drink alcohol, and the staff kindly replaced them with juices and sodas.

The aroma of the parsley bathroom products was quite off-putting. We went and bought our own.

2 months earlier I booked a twin room, when I checked in I was put into a mobility room with a green light that stayed on all night long and the bathroom floor flooded whilst having a shower (that needs addressing as I was told that happens all the time), although the mobility room wasn't entirely the fault of the hotel, as it appears on booking.com it stated accessible and I had no idea that was a mobility needs room. I asked to move to another room, but that room provided smelt really bad of a chemical smell, so I tried to open the top window to air it out whilst I was out, only to find it had been screwed shut. I requested at the front desk for someone to go to my room, whilst I was out, to open the window as the room smelt quite bad. I was informed this would be done, only to return at 1am to find it hadn't been done and the smell was overpowering enough that I didn't want to sleep in that room, so again I asked for a room change. The last room was small but smelt lovely and fresh so I was happy, until I climbed into bed, which was very hard and uncomfortable, and totally messed up my back...I was asleep for approximately 20 minutes when I was abruptly woken up by a couple having a huge shouting match outside my window, this lasted ages and no amount of calls to the front desk could alert the staff to the problem I was having, as nobody answered the phone. Also, it states on booking.com that the rooms are soundproof...this is nonsense as every time someone had a pee in the neighbouring room, I could hear it along with the flush, and any shower somebody was having. All in all it was a terrible experience for me and I ended up checking out a day early, as I couldn't face another night there... which I still had to pay for... Disappointing overall

Air-conditioning was very loud and couldn't have it on whilst trying to sleep, unfortunately it was a really hot day/night. Mini fridge not actually working so no cold drinks and mattress was alot harder than what I'm used to

This hotel is in a good location with an easy access to the airport, M6 and local amenities. The facilities were clean and spacious.

There should be a general rule to ban the use of iPads and other entertainment devices for small chdren in common areas. It's unpleasant to sit next to I'll behaved chdren who are forced by their parents, carers to sit in front of small screens with irritating tunes.

The room was excellent. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean I arrived early saturday morning so decided to buy a breakfast. The food was nice with standard continental or cooked breakfast. The price was a little bit on the costly side (£16.95), but I enjoyed it all the same.

The rooms where a bit outdated but well maintained and clean. I reserved twin beds but got 1 queensize bed. After discussing they put an extra bed on the room

Air conditioning is so great in the room and everywhere indoor! The design of the hotel is decent and chill~ The hardness of the mattress is perfect for us. The breadfast buffect is good as expected. We will come back next time for sure.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We did ask for two twin rooms close together but they couldn't change our allocated rooms. We were ok with what we got. As we were only booked in for 1 night we asked for late check out and if there was a room we could use for a vocal rehearsal before heading off to a singing contest. The reception staff were most accommodating and helpful. We were grateful that they found us a room to use.

Lovely reception, bar and dining areas. Staff were exceptional, especially the lady on reception who was so kind to us (I didn’t catch her name but she told us she was 8 months pregnant so hopefully that helps identify her!) Rooms were clean and facilities were good.

The standard rooms are a bit on the small side but adequate as a single traveller. A little fridge would be great in the rooms.
