EVEN Hotel Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel

Close to shopping. Ready to get to. Room was not cleaned, bed made, etc while we were out for an entire day. When I called front desk about towels, (as we had put some on floor to be replaced, and weren't)I had to go down and get them myself from the employee on duty. For the most part the hotel was clean. However, I didn't see cleaning staff the entire two days we were there. I saw a plastic lid on the floor in our hallway, when we checked in, and it was still there when we left. The ice and water dispenser by the elevators was definitely convenient. There was no way to stream Netflix, Amazon, etc. The tv had a handful of channels and that was it. I've come to expect that from a hotel. It was not a bad experience, but what I was expecting from a hotel. Definitely lacking some of the amenities I was used to. I would not recommend this hotel due to the amenities it lacks.

The property was extremely clean and the staff was professional, respectful, friendly and very attentive. The room was very nice and comfortable. We brought our dog and we didn’t have any issues with check-in. The property is conveniently located near a lot of shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

Dirty and literally no extra blanket on the entire property for a pull out couch suite. Kids slept with towels

broken elevator

The beds were Amazingly comfortable, and the shower was awesome!! Very clean and relaxing stay.

Our room was spacious and very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel staff responded quickly when we had trouble turning our tv on, and they were always pleasant and polite. The hotel is very conveniently located to access 293, 93, and route 3. A Starbucks and a grocery store are just a very short walk away.

I really enjoyed my stay at Even Hotel. My room was clean, neat and formal. The comfort was amazing and my bed was everything! The WiFi was great and the breakfast was good too. My only concern was not having the trash collected everyday and bed made. Other than that I loved my stay and I would like to become a member one day. Thank you for your services.

Room was clean

Great staff and they are very polite and helpful!

nice amenities ie. gym, pool, meeting rooms breakfast was very basic, would have liked a few more options but it did the job

The bottom of the pool was full of holes and the water was freezing. When we checked in, there was a dirty hand towel on the floor right outside the door to our room. The AC was really loud and erratic. Our room was next to the elevator and was very noisy.

My first time staying at this property, also my first time staying at an EVEN hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was comfortable, hotel was clean, very conveniently located to nearby shopping and the mall. The hot options for breakfast were good, but it would have been nice if the buffet had more of a variety of foods. Overall, I was very satisfied with this property and will definitely return.

Great facility super clean great service

Wonderful Gym

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Very clean and quiet property with nice sized rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was the $100 incidental charge. That seems a bit over the top. But other than that, a good experience.

beautiful clean place great exercise equipment in room first ever

This was a last minute booking and I loved it. I stay in hotels at least 3 X a week for biz travel and typically choose Marriott properties. This hotel was convenient, clean and had a super soft comfy bed. Also had exercise equip in room. Great experience! Frendly staff. I'll def go back when in area again.

Very clean property and kind staff.

The facility was very clean. Rooms were very nice and clean. They did have a breakfast with scrambled eggs, meats, potatoes, danishes, bagals, coffee, and juices. Would recommend. Prices were reasonable.

Clean rooms

Nice facilities but poor maintenance,

Not a first choice

Very clean and modern highly recommended

Door was open to the room before entering and the locks didn’t work

The shower didn't have much pressure at all!

Staff was very hospitable. Accommodated my early check in due to my not feeling well, and did not charge me extra. Great place to stay and very close to the airport

Bed was comfortable but hard to sleep because of noise.

I’ve stayed a few times. Price is often decent. Always clean and comfortable. Appreciate the continental breakfast but something is very wrong with those eggs. A fine stay and will come back when I’m taken for work.

Check in took an unnecessarily long time as no one was at the front desk or near it. Room was average, nothing fancy nothing terrible. The AC/Heat unit made a persistent rattling noise when on. There was a 1-1.5 inch gap under the door that I barricaded with a towel and the yoga mat provided. Mold in the shower and the door stopper fell off the wall when the neighbor slammed the door while I was showering, terrifying me as a solo traveler, and demonstrated previous poorly fixed attempts. Hotel was substantially louder throughout the majority of the night than I would have cared for. As someone who will be booking hotels in the area very frequently I’ll not be booking this one again.

The continental breakfast was better than most. Fresh bread and bagels, scrambled eggs were actually fluffy and good. Coffee was actually good too! Two thumbs up.

Staff very friendly and very helpful - above an beyond for me on this stay.

Excellent experience

Very nice comfortable safe clean hotel.

Had a wonderful experience! Only stayed one night but front desk was efficient and kind. The room was clean, smelled nice and ac (when in) was nice and strong. The room was spotless. My only issue is the TV - they only have the most basic channels (no hgtv, USA or fx which I tend to watch in hotels) and we couldnt hook up a firestick either. The pool was nice (open til 10?) and clean. The gym was nice and clean (and open 24 hrs!). Saw some people complain about noise levels but we didn’t hear any traffic or trucks on the third floor.

Daily housekeeping and continental breakfast now included 👍

Staffs are great

Clean room staff were nice

Great

It was great for one night

Bad

Place is really nice.

Very nice hotel it seems to be updated and very clean. Would stay again

I was very impressed with the overall service and rooms. Large room, comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is also spacious and clean. The front desk staff remembered I had stayed with them a few days prior. Actually worth mentioning we did return right away for our flight out as it was so nice the prior stay. Only downfall was the breakfast, I didn't want to use the facility for breakfast but it was very generic offerings.

This was a good and decent hotel, while being austere. There are few extras but is clean and simple. Felt a bit like a college dorm, but for one night, great!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived, making check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the hotel delivered exactly what was advertised. Great value for the price, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

This review has not to to with hotels.com than EVEN hotel. When we booked the room there was an option to pay for breakfast per day. So I looked at the hotels info and it said restaurant on site breakfast made to order (surcharge). And there was a menu with pricing for normal breakfast options you would find in a restaurant. So I paid the extra money per day only to find out that yes there is a restaurant but that breakfast is free for anyone who stays at the hotel and was just eggs, bagels and some home fries. I sent screenshots to hotels.com and asked for a refund and they told me that the hotel includes breakfast and that I got what I paid for... They failed to grasp that on checkout there is an option for no breakfast at $0 and breakfast for two for $11. Not sure who's fault it is but this location is FREE so don't pay for it. Issue we had with the actual hotel is that maid service never came to our room and when we asked for towels and our garbage cans to be emptied we were told that service is not available after the maids leave and we would have to come down and get our own towels and empty our own garbage. Other than that a nice place to stay and clean and comfortable

They were yall very rude and mean

Parking gratuit inclus. Rapport qualité-prix excellent.

Hotel is beautiful. Front desk staff not helpful and seemed put out to answer questions.

I arrived and they were unable to check me in for almost an hour. For the first 30 minutes, I stood at the desk, trying to get the attention of anyone who might be working there. About a half hour later someone came down the elevator and said that he was the clerk. He then spent about 30 minutes, trying to get me checked in and Provide me with a card key.

It was great so good coming back

Nice staff, clean property

Very close to casino

Very clean

The room, building and staff were fabulous. The surroundings were a little sketchy. Great for quick stay near the airport, but not a vacation spot.

The staff while i checked in and out were very kind and understanding. The room was clean, and the bed was so comfortable! The pool it self was clean, but around the pool area had so much hair!

Convenient. Many food options around the area. Room was not very clean. Found items of clothing from previous guests in the shelf. Overall an okay stay.

The hotel was nicely decorated and the workout gear was a very nice touch. Beds were comfortable although the option of some flatter pillows for those who prefer those would be nice. We arrived after a record-heat day, so the room took a very long time to cool down since we were on an upper floor. There was an issue with our door functionality and the staff offered to move if we wanted. Nice gym. Gluten free bread at breakfast was appreciated.

Breakfast is pretty average

Check-in was very slow and gentleman had to go over every detail of an already booked room and physically handle my card despite not actually running. Followed up by meeting a gentleman in a halfway with a cigarette hanging from his mouth walking towards outside. Room findings include multiple hairs on a pillow, pubic hair on a towel and a dirty shower that was stained likely from not being cleaned enough. AC was cold at least.

very clean and comfortable

Breakfast was not great. Rooms were clean and hotel is newer.

Beautiful and serene property, wonderful staff, great concept for a hotel. Amazing fitness center. Very reasonable price for what you get. The only small flaw is that the free continental breakfast is limited and low quality: what tastes like fake eggs, processed, made-from-frozen packaged homefries, plain white bagels, plain white bread. This is a contrast to the theme of health. Otherwise, four stars!

Shower was excellent. The flooring was very safe and wasn’t slippery at all. One body wash ran out but the second one was full.

The only less than perfect aspect was the quality of the breakfast. The eggs were not very hot and they seemed salty. Not bad but not great. Too bad that only one elevator was working. It was a minor issue and I know these things happen.

Very nice and new and clean! Great pool!

Comfortable clean hotel

Parking was adequate, reception people were OK.

Floors are dirty, breakfast was barely adequate, housekeeping always shorted us towels - we had to go to reception each day for more. Drinking water fountain had mold on the spout, one of two elevators was out of service for our entire 3 night stay, the other elevator was 2 months past the inspection date. We felt that no one at the hotel cared about details, and that maybe it was scheduled to close.

This was the perfect hotel for our family while visiting love ones in the area. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was clean and larger than the standard hotel pool! We also enjoyed board games and air hockey in the game room. The included breakfast was just right, and the breakfast staff were very friendly. Our room was just right with comfy beds, fridge and microwave, a nice shower, and quality ironing supplies. We loved our stay and would love to be back!

Great and clean place

Clean and Beds were comfortable

Rather noisy outside. Otherwise fine.

Great convenient spot! Spacious rooms

It is surprisingly health centric. Good gym for both free weights and cardio. My room had exercise bands and steel bar that acted as an anchor for the bands.

They need to marry their ketchups. Lots of mostly empty bottles on the tables for breakfast.

Listened to loud engines reving in what sounded like the parking lot (there were people in cars hanging out when we arrived) and also sounded like they were racing up and down street. This went on from when we checked in around 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Only reason we did not complain is my daughter was able to sleep with the tv on and the air conditioner and I was up until 11 reading. Other than that, accommodations were excellent. If my husband was with us, he would have demanded our money back and we would have gone elsewhere.

Convenient and clean

Hotel was very clean, front desk staff very helpful, busy area around hotel would definitely stay again

Great location, close to highway, restaurants, stores, and the mall. Plenty of parking. 2 EV chargers available at front, first 2 hours free, EV Connect. Front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. Only downsides are: * Water pressure in the shower is VERY weak * Pool area could be better maintained

The property is overall wonderful. Room was clean, staff friendly, location was convenient. Two things to mention- it is not a poolside bar. There is a bar and it might be located near the pool, but it is not a poolside bar. The other is that the bathroom for the pool was closed. Making things inconvenient.

Staff Was Very Nice , It Was Clean Also

Nice room good size nice bathroom

All staff that we encountered were friendly. Facilities were clean. The room was fairly clean, it could have used a thorough deep clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was nice, however, considering you have to pay extra for breakfast, breakfast was not very good. The "hot" food was bland, mushy, and not warm. Very limited choices too. Not worth the extra money.

Everything was perfect

★☆☆☆☆ Completely Unacceptable — Dirty Room, Lies, and No Support Our stay at Even Hotel was disgraceful. We were assigned a handicap room we didn’t request, and the front desk refused to change it, blaming the booking site. When Hotwire called them directly, they still refused. So they lied. My son’s room smelled like urine and animals. Even our 3-year-old granddaughter was gagging and said, “This room smells bad.” While calling for help, I sat at the desk and saw a bunch of ants crawling across the desk and chair. Completely disgusting—and we have video proof. We reported this, and the manager brushed us off with, “We’ll check it.” No apology. No concern. We called Even Hotel customer service and waited over 90 minutes, only to be disconnected. When we requested a callback, no one ever called us back. Finally, Hotwire had to step in again, and only then did the hotel refund us and return our deposit. But that refund doesn’t make up for the stress, aggravation, and hours lost. We had a small child with us and nowhere to go. We spent hours trying to find another hotel. Our granddaughter didn’t sleep until 10 p.m., visibly upset and exhausted. We should be compensated further for what this did to our family. This was not just an inconvenience—it was an emotional and physical disruption. Avoid Even Hotel at all costs.

Rooms have good space and comfortable beds. The facilities need some attention. Only one elevator is functioning, broken . Also the carpets on the halls must be cleaned or changed.

Good stay. Location near airport as well as shopping and restaurants. Beds and pillows very comfortable; didn’t use pool or fitness center; left before breakfast. Room was noisy—lots of motorcycles and traffic noise, as well as fridge. But otherwise, fine stay at a good price.

My wife and I stay here every time we visit family. We have never been disappointed.

smell in the room and on the mattress lack of staff lack of breakfast options

Very nice hotel

We stayed one night. It worked well but one of the two elevators was down….
