The room was missing a lamp at the bedside which was fine. The issue however is the room needs some minor updates. For example, built in usb ports.

I asked for a room with no stairs because I use a walker. Got there early, understood room not ready on first floor. Came back for 3:00 room still not ready. Closer to 4:00. Toilet was vary low to ground. Needed assistsnce to get up from it eary time I used it. When I questioned that I had messaged twice about my need but I did not receive a response. Desk person told me she didn't respond to requests. Maybe follow through on requests would help with picking a better room for people with disabiloties.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the tub was very slow to drain.

The pool was great, although it needed a handicapped lift for my traveling partner.

In some places there was some smoke smell, and people were smoking too close to the door the morning we left.

Keeping the same room for second reservation. Shah and Jocelyn at the front desk were extremely nice and did their best to help us.

Breakfast had no fiber or anything for diabetics. No yogurt or cereal without sugar TV was not set up properly- no streaming services were downloaded except youtube Dorr was stuck, very hard to open Manager Shah was very condescending and lied about when room would be cleaned, and that front office hadn't (and they had) reported door issue. Pool and fitness center were locked with a door key (not key card) and we had to notify someone.

Close to highways and not far from all the stores and restaurants. Breakfast included.

What a disappointing stay at this location I will never return i will stay else where next time I am in Manchester. Ruined my autistic son's whole weekend with flase hopes of a hot tub being there as they advertise a hot tub. and a game room with only very few working games no change machine in the game room go ask the lady at the front desk for change for the games she rolled her eyes and kinda gave an attitude. The room ac was kinda loud the room smelled horrible like wet feet and mildew. The bathroom ceiling had some small mold spots. Worse hotel I have ever stayed at.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was just as I hoped it would be, which made my stay enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others!

Staff was freindly and the breakfast was good.

Parking lot had trash and broken glass in multiple locations. The landscaping was overgrown and looked bad. The entry doors were filthy. The carpet in the foyer was stained and worn out. Two washing machine in the laundry one was out of order the other looked worse so I didn't do any laundry. The ceiling above the bath tube had black mold on it alittle TLC would go a lobg way..

Had multiple issues getting clean sheets and service during our 6 night stay always had to take out own trash and get towels from front desk, they never came to vacuum.

Room was terrible. It had a gross smell, the floors felt wet. The pillows are awful. But the bed was comfortable. The lobby is gorgeous and that’s where it ended.

Hotel looked nothing like in the photos it is dirty and run down. The pool is filthy, the games room barely anything works and you need to pay for old decrepit machines. Rooms are not clean and old and musky. Location is awful nothing around

Refrigerator was off when we got to the room and took hours to cool down. We had a cooler of food we had wanted to put in the refrigerator but couldn’t. Room was dated and there was grime in the bathroom. Bed was hard. The arcade was not maintained. People smoked at the entrance and the smell traveled into our room.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with our recent stay at the Best Western Plus Executive Court Inn & Conference Center in Manchester, New Hampshire, from Friday, June 26 through Sunday, June 28. This stay was booked through Amex Travel, and I expected a level of quality and service that was, unfortunately, nowhere close to what we experienced. From nearly the moment we checked in, it was clear something was wrong with the room. The humidity and moisture level was so severe that we were forced to run the air conditioning unit on the dehumidifier setting the entire stay just to make the room tolerable — which meant we had no actual air conditioning for the full two days, in the middle of summer. The moisture was so bad that it got into the electrical outlets, and our electronics would not charge because the ports detected moisture. On top of that, the floor was so wet — not carpeted, and slick with moisture — that my kids actually slipped on it. That is the reason we had to run the unit on dehumidifier mode in the first place, at the direct cost of being able to cool the room. This is not just an inconvenience; it’s a safety hazard, especially for a family with children. The room itself was also falling apart in small but telling ways — hooks were falling off the wall, and there were no privacy curtains on the window. Since our room was on the first floor directly facing the check-in parking area, we were forced to keep the blackout curtains closed the entire stay just to have basic privacy, which meant we had no natural light for two full days. The amenities we were counting on for our kids were essentially unusable. The game room was not functional, the claw machine had no prizes in it, and the one game that did work had no change machine available, so it was effectively useless too. Between that and the room issues, our children had almost nothing to do beyond a bit of pool time. On the topic of the pool, the chlorine smell on the lower level was overwhelmingly pungent, and the pool area was clearly in need of repainting. There was visible rust and water damage around the vents, which did not give the impression of a well-maintained facility. Breakfast was another letdown. The muffins and other baked goods were visibly cold and hard, clearly having been pulled straight from a freezer rather than freshly prepared or even properly thawed and warmed. I also want to note that the main entrance’s automatic door was extremely loud and clearly in need of service, making a jarring noise every single time it opened throughout our stay. Finally, the service did not help matters. When we asked for extra towels for our family of four, we were initially given only two. When we explained we needed two more, we were met with a visible look of annoyance from the staff member, as if a basic request for a family of our size was a burden. Between the safety concerns from the wet floors, the loss of air conditioning due to the moisture issue, the malfunctioning electronics, the broken amenities, the poorly maintained pool area, the subpar breakfast, and the unwelcoming attitude from staff, this stay fell far short of what we expected from a Best Western Plus property, and frankly short of what should be acceptable for any paying guest. I reached out to the hotel and corporate and got no answer. Amex reached out on behalf of me and kept getting told that the manager would call back. After 2 hours on hold and 9 business days later, Amex called again and got Mr. Shah on the phone, who was extremely rude and kept cutting off the Amex rep before she could finish a sentence. They finally agreed to refund one of the nights because "they haven't heard of these issues" before.

I didn’t like the details of the cleaning very much, the cleaning is missing a lot of detail and the pool was always missing the towels they didn’t put the necessary amount of the rest I liked the breakfast 10/10 I loved it and if I would come back.

We have been here many times, the location is nice, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Early check- in is none existent, and the staff seem like it's a nuisance of you being there.

Same as above. I have rented suites, and king rooms with the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is always gross and dirty.

The pool was the grossest thing ever had multiple hair balls floating throughout the pool water . All over the pool deck and was dirty bandaids and dirty shower floors in the pool area . Beds were 0/10 completely uncomfortable . The room was moist and smelled

Room was infested with ants, no hot water the first day. Got an accessible room but had to walk 1/4 mile to farthest end of hotel to get to room. Hot water was fixed the next day, but water pressure was terrible.

People in the rooms above us were legitimately jumping and running around all night long and it was super loud. We had to ask the front desk about 10 times before anything was done about it. Our 1 year old goes to bed around 7:30pm and the noise didn’t stop until 10ish. It was unreasonably loud and disruptive.

We did not like the property. Our first room had a very bad musty dirty odor , and yellow liquid on the bathroom floor. We asked for another room and also found the second room was dirty, stained furniture, dirty tissues on the floor and again a very bad odor which we found unacceptable . The hotel was very noisy as they had a while bus load of special olympians that were yelling and running around.. We told the front desk that we would like a refund as we were very uncomfortable as the rooms were dirty and had a bad odor and the hotel was too noisy for a comfortable night. As of today i have messaged the hotel twice and they have not responded.

Generally a very nice place.

WiFi issues and noisy room next door woke me up at 1:30am and had to tell the front desk. Would be better to train the managers and those in charge on how to reset the WiFi system.

Our room smelled absolutely disgusting! As soon as we opened the door it wafted out at us, a musty, humid, damp, disgusting smell. We asked at the desk for it to be refreshed and left for our planned activity. When we returned it smelled like they sprayed a floral scent and otherwise smelled the same. Then my son went to shower and there was a massive wood cockroach sitting on the floor mat. I would never stay here again and if we had reservations for another night would have cancelled. After sleeping one night, we all were sick for a few days with massive congestion and headaches. It was late and my kids were exhausted so we toughed it out for a night. Contacted corporate and was just sent a 'sorry to hear that hope you'll try us again sometime' response. The breakfast was decent and the only reason I gave stars at all.

The mattress was subpar. I was there just one night and when I told the receptionist the next morning he said I should have call down when this was noticed (at 10 pm with a full hotel?). Not satisfied with his answer

Room smelled horrendous. We opened the door and what wafted out was like a locked wet basement smell.we asked for the room to be sprayed with freshener and cracked the window open. When we got back it smelled the same but with a floral hint. There was a large wood cockroach us on the bath mat upon return as well. We toughed out the night but wouldn't have stayed a second.

My room have some electric outlets that doesn’t work and the shower heat need replace is dripping water and create water filtration in on corner of the tub

The place for sure has had better days. Not it is pretty run down. Looks like they hired someone to do some cheap paint work. There was paint all over the floor and the light in the bathroom was flickering like you see in cheap hotels in scary movies.

Well I split the room with another person and I paid $84 and she paid $56 with the understanding that I would get the $20 incidentals fee back. But I was told at the desk at check out that the other person was going to receive the $20 back to her card because that's the way it computes it on the system. It's wrong.

Our stay was excellent. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities that are needed: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board. It was great. They also offer a continental breakfast. It was not just cold cereal but had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, yogurt, waffles, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. It was great tasting. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay here again.

Management is very poor, confrontational and rude! We stayed 4 nights and not once did housekeeping enter our room, to clean it, make the beds, replace towels, empty wastebaskets, replace toilet paper and Kleenex!! Hotel was dirty outside and there were guests smoking right near the exit/entrance doors. Hotel clerk did not tell us where to find the elevator, when breakfast would be available or where or what there was to eat/drink. Very, very disappointed and will not stay at another Best Western hotel ever again!!

I liked that they upgraded my room the second night. The first night I stayed my room was small, the walls were separating, and the toilet was so low to the floor I felt like I was sitting on a mop bucket. Our room they moved us to the 2nd night was much better

I liked that the area was really nice and convenient. The room was well made and comfortable, and I also enjoyed the pool and game room amenities.

I wish the room was a bit cleaner, as there was still dust on the bathroom walls and in the corners. I also found it inconvenient that there was no sink inside the bathroom, which is something most hotels usually provide.

Way too noisy. You could hear people next to you and above you walking, talking, just loud and having a heck of a time. Bathroom toilets need to be updated to higher toilets. They are great for children but not adults.
