I did not have breakfast there, the valet parking fee is outrageous for people who already paid to stay there I don’t think the fee was a reasonable price. And self parking daily fee per hour is outrageous as well

Apesar da localização fantástica (beira mar) facilitando passeios na praia, ver o nascer do sol, além de boa facilidade para acesso a Miami Beach, rodovias e aeroporto, e da boa limpeza das acomodações, a experiência geral deixou muito a desejar, principalmente no quesito atendimento e comodidade.

Pelo valor cobrado e pelo padrão da rede, é frustrante o café da manhã não estar incluso na tarifa. Para piorar, o serviço de valet custa muito caro e prestou um péssimo atendimento: esperei mais de 25 minutos em pé para que trouxessem o meu carro. Um descaso completo com o hóspede e uma total falta de sensibilidade da equipe, especialmente considerando que estou grávida e esse tipo de espera é exaustivo e inaceitável.

The place was beautiful and clean. Great location. We enjoyed the large pool and the beach was only steps away. I definitely recommend it.

The only cons were that the pillows were a bit flat and the parking was 55 per night.

The location is great, the beach is just outside. Not the best place though, because plety of seaweed in the water. I really did like cocktails that they have. The personell is really friendly and helpfull

Variety of food provided (breakfast) in my opinion does not meet the number of stars that hotel has. As a smoker did not like that there are no any zone where you have I chance to have a cigarette and enjoy Hotel has a non-smoking policy, I respect that, but you need to have a bench and an ashtray (you have a spot on the way to the beach, just outside hotel).

The hotel does not care about your stay. They don’t follow local Miami Laws. It is forbidden by Miami county any kind of noise early in the morning and by 6:00am they start to receive trucks and loads of supplies making very loud noise, I was in the 8th floor and could listen and was awaken. The next day by 6:00 am they mower team was trimming bushes and using the leaf blower. Waking up everybody. As I complained they saud they couldn’t do anything. The bedrooms awfully dirty there was old bubblegum or something similar on my kids bedroom, I had two bedrooms, the staff very unprofessional. The pool area extremely dirty. The hotel is old and not cared for. Avoid at all costs

Un chico del valet parking chocó mi auto y nunca se hicieron cargo , al consultar al hotel dijeron que el valet parking es una empresa distinta al hotel y que no tienen nada que ver , información que nunca dijeron en el inicio . Reclamé varias veces por mail y realicée el reclamo formal nadie contestó nada ni atención a clientes . No vuelvo más

Somehow forgot to put my kids name on the booking but when I sign in I mention I was with my kids that’s why I want 2 beds . 3 of us, the morning, they told me my kids aren’t allowed for breakfast. Spoke to the receptionist, 1 was so rude , they didn’t want to, when I pay for a queen size room. Very embarrassing. Wasn’t happy with the service at all

This hotel honestly exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t expecting it to be this good because of the 7.1 rating, but after staying here I really think it deserves a higher score. Everyone was super nice and friendly, from the front desk staff to the people at the restaurant, bar, pool, and housekeeping. The rooms and the hotel in general are very nice, modern, and clean. I paid for breakfast at the restaurant and the buffet was $30 with a really good variety of food, but you can also order from the regular breakfast menu. The restaurant is open all day from breakfast until 10 PM, which was very convenient. I really loved the pool area, just keep in mind that the pool is not shallow, so if you’re going with kids I recommend bringing life jackets or floaties. One small suggestion for the hotel would be to add some music in the pool area, even at a low volume, because I think it would make the atmosphere even better. Parking is $55 per day. Overall, I had a really good experience and enjoyed everything about my stay. I would definitely come back!

When we checked in they didn't have the room that we reserved so they had to switch us rooms and the we ended up not having the 2 queen beds that we reserved.

Cierto personal de servicio descortés sobre todo los que se encontraban en la playa los que se encargan de la entrega de las toallas Muy mal educados les hablabas y miraban su celular con la piernas sobre la mesa.. siendo esto un mal trato al huésped donde busca calidad y calidez en el trato ..

La habitación estaba bien con muy buen servicio de limpieza. En tamaño e instalación moderna y todo funcionando. Bien equipada con heladera y ropero. El acceso a la pileta y a la playa estaba muy bien.

El desayuno básico, el cafe muy malo. Lo pague un solo día para ver cómo era y no me gusto. Si lo encontraba mejor lo hubiera contratado para toda la estadía. El personal super atento y buena atención.

La ubicación es muy buena para los que disfrutan de la playa. Lamentablemente las playas no están limpias, mucho Sargazo. La seguridad del hotel es muy buena.

No me gustó mucho que no tengan Parking y como alternativa te cobren más de 65 dólares diarios por estacionamiento externos. Para nuestro próximo viaje pensamos elegir un hotel con estacionamiento de todas maneras. El desayuno Bufet ha sido el más pobre que hemos tenido.

The credit card charges were inconsistent — they didn't match the actual amounts, and when we raised the issue, staff said this was normal and that the difference would later be refunded to the card. On top of that, after checking out, (one day after) an unknown charge was billed to my card without prior authorization. Overall, the hotel's administrative handling was confusing and complicated. Hotel maintenance is poor. The internet doesn't work, and this can't really be considered a hotel suitable for working under these conditions. Staff service is inconsistent — they're unhelpful and don't know basic information about the hotel, with the exception of Gracia, Roger, and a gentleman in charge of luggage, who were excellent throughout our stay. The air conditioning was broke down for an entire afternoon, making it impossible to stay in the room. They charge $9 for every package received — an excessive amount that also isn't disclosed anywhere. A disaster. After 5 PM, there isn't a single table available to use: all indoor spaces are taken over by a bar serving poor-quality food. They're reserved exclusively for restaurant guests. In the outdoor area, there isn't a single light so you can not use the seating at night. It really feels like they don't want guests using the hotel's facilities. The carpet in the room is very dirty; it looks like it hasn't been cleaned or replaced in years. It feels unpleasant to walk barefoot in the room. One day we moved a bed and found a mess underneath — very dirty. There's an overall lack of deep cleaning and maintenance.

Alapvetően jó szálloda, jól berendezett szobákkal, frankó medencével. Ez hatalmas előny, mert július elején a tenger nagyon hínáros, szinte fürdésre alkalmatlan.

A szobák sajnos már elavultak: a kád alján felvált a zománc, az erkélyajtó kilincse nem működött, az üvegezés egyrétegű, nem hőszigetelt, de a legnagyobb gond, hogy a falak is vékonyak, a folyosóról illetve a szomszéd szobákból + alsó-felső szintekről minden behallatszik. Ráadásul a dinamikus árazás miatt mi hónapokkal előre lefoglalva másfélszer többet fizettünk a szobáért, mintha csak betoppantunk volna és a helyszinen foglalunk, fizetünk.

Hablé a la administración del Hotel para dejar unas maletas en 3 días retobada de otro estado y me volvía alojar, entiendo que manejan procedimientos no me permitieron dejar el equipaje y me vi obligado a evaluar otras opciones.

L’hôtel en générale était très bien , les chambres étaient bien, les lits étaient confortables, par contre le wifi était pas assez bien, les femmes de ménage n’étaient pas assez bien, elles nettoyaient pas assez il fallait les dire à chaque fois et aussi elles étaient pas contente ils nous font des comportements bizarres 😠

We had an ocean view room with a balcony, which was lovely and had plenty of storage.

It is in need of refurbishment - balcony railings need a coat of paint and some handles and hinges rusted. The room was usually cleaned late in the day and one time we returned tired from a day out and were sent away to wait for the maid to finish.

It was easy to get there, not far from airport, south beach, restaurants, shops.

It is very outdated, bathrooms have old toilets, faucets. It is complicated to take a shower, there are no fans in the bathroom, the toilet doesn’t flush properly. When we first stepped into the room, the bowl was not even clean. It is difficult to communicate with front desk staff: we arrived 6 hours late, we asked for later check out because the flight was late in the evening but they couldn’t give us an answer: everything goes through management. It feels like they don’t know or don’t want to take any responsibility.

TODOS RAROS EN LA ATENCION..

Pé na areia, quarto é bom e limpo. Espaço da piscina bom. Cadeiras e guarda-sol na praia bom, porém limitam a 2 por apto e se estás em 3 como estávamos, um fica sem lugar. Não deixam pegar outra cadeira mesmo estando todos os outros guarda-sóis desocupados.

Por ser um hotel na beira da praia deveria ter onde pendurar roupas molhadas e também uma lavanderia. Não tem estacionamento público perto nem onde estacionar na rua. Você é obrigado a entregar para o vallet que cobra 55 dólares por dia. Estacionamento público mais perto é longe e tem limite de horário.

The breakfast buffet was good, although we only had breakfast during our stay. The location was also convenient.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was poor—they often did not make the bed properly, and the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The TV never worked because it had no signal, despite reporting the problem every day. We had to call the front desk repeatedly, but the issue was never resolved. The hotel felt disorganized, and the customer service was very disappointing. The pool area also lacked service, with no staff available to assist guests. In addition, we were surprised that there was no lifeguard on duty, even though many children were using the pool.

Wszystko ok, jak na standardy Amerykańskie to bardzo czysto i w dobrych pieniądzach. Widok na ocean swietny. Byliśmy w 8 osób z Polski i wszyscy polecamy.

Loved how close the beach was. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant for dinner was delicious. The pool was very nice.

For the price I felt like since there were 4 of us 4 towels in room every day and at pool would have been nice. And the maids did not sweep the floor of our room when cleaning it. I felt the breakfast was wayyy too expensive. You can go to a regular hotel and get the same breakfast for free you just have to eat on paper plates instead of real dishes. But no other complaints.
