Hotel Continental Miami Beach, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The room was clean modern and the staff was friendly and gentle. The restaurant has good food

The room was small but clean. Beds were comfortable.

The parking system was a mess. We had to wait nearly an hour in the garage for them to get our car from the basement due to lift problems.

Location and cleanliness.

Location was great. A block from the beach and close to many other greaet hotels, including the FAENA district. The 1950s remix theme was super cute and fun. Staff was knowledgeable. The $15 credit toward food was a nice touch.

The curtains in my room did NOT close at all. There were only transparent shades, which did NOT block the sun at all. Once the sun rose, light poured in and we woke up a lot earlier than we wanted to. This was NOT fun. Also, the pool was kind of meh. The restaurant inside the hotel was convenient, but expesnive ($32 for a coffe, tea, and bottle of water) and did not have much in the way of gluten free options, which I needed.

The price was very good, the place was cute and I liked the decoration.

Location, good size room, friendly staff.

Poor view. Overlooking dirty roofs. For guests like myself, who has been at this place several times, it was disappointing.

We got bike on rent to explore the beach and boardwalk. Clean and very compact room pretty close to the beach.

Comfort of the beds and cleanliness of the hotel in general

Only small issue was the lateness of the rooms being done after 3pm on numerous occasions

Location close the beach and Price was great.

There was no staff available lot of time. The elevator was very old and took too long.

I was very dissatisfied the room wasn’t clean and they didn’t come clean finally I ask could I at least get clean towels the maids were rude when I asked would the clean and the guy at the front desk was rude as well I won’t be staying there again

I didn’t like nothing about the stay

Staff was very nice

Very noisy rooms. Also booking.com charged us $270 for our night. Same night showed on the website later for $167. We got ripped off.

Perfect location, great staff, early check in, room was spacious with welcoming message on the screen which was nice! Julian went above and beyond to make all guests feel welcome! Thank you!

We got there from the airport at 10 and I was so sick and had vomiting for 6 hours. They were able to get us in a room at 12 and I appreciated it so much!!! The hotel was beautiful and perfect location!! Had a pool view room, and was across the street from the ocean. We unfortunately didn’t get to leave the room due to my sudden sickness and had to be at the cruise port the next morning. I would love to go back to Miami just to visit this beautiful hotel and see the area. The decor was unlike any other hotel I’d been to before. So beautiful. The self serve bar area looked adorable and everyone was so nice!!! Hopefully we’ll come back soon to actually be able to enjoy it!!!

Only one elevator was working. Thankfully our room was right near it on the 4th floor.

Clean

No parking

elevator broken and slow. would like a bigger room with more space to place things.

Perso

Very convenient location. Very clean. The staff was amazing! We got there at 8:30 AM returning from a cruise. They let us check in at that hour of the morning! No extra charge! It gave us a whole extra day of vacation! I realize we were just lucky that they had a room available, but they still didn’t have to give it to us that early. They made the effort and it made 100% difference in our vacation. They were phenomenal.

Our first time in the style of boutique Hotel. So it lacked the glitz and glam and size of a major resort but so cute not even kidding. It was Clean & well appointed. In a traditional South Beach style.

Great location, very clean and very friendly staff.

Room was small and no full length mirror.

Muy lindo, cómodo, centrico!

Nada

Location

Bathrooms and floor nor cleaned despite reminder, coffee and milk pavkets not replenished

Perfect location, accessible with elevators, lovely decor, and comfortable rooms. Short walk to the beach but the outdoor pool and lounge areas were very chic!

Elevator was broken for part of our stay, but seemed to be repaired by the end of our stay.

Good location and very clean

Good food clean room and great staff

L’emplacement

Nice hotel, little farther north of South Miami Beach than I realized. Wonderful staff. Nice rooms.

Elevator issues during our stay.

Staff were really helpful and nice/ hotel rooms were comfortable and plenty of room in them

Bar is a self service, would have liked to order cocktails etc not beer

helpful staff

curtains would not close properly

The property was decorated cute very art deco. The location was very close to the beach and that was nice.

Elevators were broken, when they got one elevator fixed it then broke down while in it.

Price and location

Noise of building work, only one slow lift, breakfast was bad

The location is good. Easy to access points of interest in the area from here.

I coud have used better information about accessing the parking garage before my arrival.

Pool location and the employees at the front desk are friendly

Wish the room had more to offer like toiletries wise and the bed was uncomfortable

location, its near by the beach

There is no proper housekeeping, like filling the shampoo, soap, towels, water bottles etc.

Good time and staff was great

Breakfast was extra. The worker showed up over an hour late. Evelvators were broken.

Nem utalják vissza kaukciót!

Alles hat gefallen, super Hotel! Immer wieder gerne kommen

O quarto e a localização.

O elevador principal estava quebrado.

Location, staff and perks were great. Loved riding the bikes and having a food voucher.

Elevator had a wait time.

Location

Both elevator not working and the staff is not helping !! My room is in the 4th floor and I have to use the stairs with all my luggage !! The staff is not trained to work at Hilton !!!

Was clean and well kept

There was only one elevator working. There working elevator was up a few steps but the staff did help with luggage. Unfortunately there shower water pressure was very low and the bathtub drained slow

The style of Hotel Continental was great. Staff were friendly. Room was really large, clean and really comfortable bed and pillows. Great bathroom and shower. Would highly recommend Hotel Continental.

We ordered breakfast at me morning and it was very slow and our order was wrong. This may have been due to short staffing.

Close by the beach.

Unclear why the final bill was higher than the booking I made in Booking.com which was supposed to be the 'Total price'. I asked the hotel and they said its 'room services' but I never ordered any service and did n't take anything from there. No further follow up from the hotel.

Location

The housekeeping, the amenities were poor, the services. We were given a room with wall view and no sunlight. There was only a table lamp available in the room. No proper lamps.

Location

Pool was not very inviting , no room service

Ótima localização

O frigo bar não funcionava. Não ter estacionamento

The parking garage!

The menus was short!

Staff very rude and valley parking lost are keys and was very rude

Buena ubicación.

Habitación un poco pequeña para el precio. Parqueadero no venía incluido!

No volvería jamás !
