La chambre dans laquelle j’ai été placée avait une forte odeur de moisi. J’ai demandé à changer mais toutes les chambres qui m’ont été proposées ensuite donnaient sur la piscine et l’avenue principale (Collins Avenue) très passante et bruyante. Au final, je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre qui donnait sur le bout d’une impasse jouxtant l’avenue principale. La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur un parking de voiture allumé à fond toute la nuit, et comme il n’y a pas de rideaux occultants dans les chambres (seulement des stores qui ne ferment pas complètement), il faut porter un masque de nuit. Mais malgré ça, impossible de dormir parce qu’il y avait en plus le bruit de l’avenue, et d’un générateur qui tournait bruyamment en faisant des vibrations toute la nuit dans la ruelle (et je portais des boules quies !). Les chambres ne sont pas non plus isolées, on entend les voisins parler et marcher. En résumé, une horreur !! Je suis partie avant la fin du séjour pour aller ailleurs.

Very noisy airconditoner that kept on switching off and waking me up when it came on. Sound was so loud it sounded like someone was trying to get into the room. No blackout blinds and my room was facing the street so flooded with light. No kettle or tea making facilities and staff unable to provide hot water for tea. Difficulty in getting the room cleaned. Poor gym facilities

Amazing location, helpful staff, great vibe, beautiful room, busy restaurant and great pool area. Loved the lavazza coffee machine in the room.

The room was extremely good value, with great amenities. The restaurant on site is fabulous. Pool was great, beach just across the street. Relatively quiet area; very easy to get a cab to see other areas of Miami too.

Minha estadia no Circa 39 Hotel Miami Beach atendeu plenamente às minhas expectativas. O quarto era confortável, limpo e muito cheiroso, proporcionando uma ótima experiência desde a chegada. A equipe do hotel também merece destaque pela atenção, cordialidade e gentileza. A localização é outro ponto positivo. O hotel fica próximo à praia, fornecendo inclusive cadeiras e toalhas aos hóspedes, além de ficar relativamente perto das principais atrações de South Beach, permitindo aproveitar o melhor da região com praticidade, ao mesmo tempo em que oferece um ambiente mais tranquilo para descansar. De modo geral, tive uma excelente experiência no Circa 39 e certamente o recomendaria para quem busca uma hospedagem confortável, bem localizada e com um bom custo benefício em Miami Beach.

The reception team have little interest in you as a customer. We were told breakfast was all day. We did think this was unusual but when we arrived at 11.30 and were told it was too late, we weren’t happy. Luckily the restaurant manager was accommodating. We weren’t told that cleaning was on request. We we did request it, it didn’t happen. We raised this several times and still didn’t happen. I asked for the manager to contact me and this didn’t happen. Due to lack of cleaner we had to ask for towels , coffee etc several times. The room wasn’t deluxe. In fact the wallpaper is coming off the walls and no usable sockets near the bed. It was also very noisy from the room above. Disappointed with IHG on this one.

solo me gusto la atención de las recepcionistas en especial de Ingrid, muy bella persona; además del restaurante, excelente comida, la atención muy buena, Steven un tipazo. Es sencillo el restaurante pero con la atención y la comida se pasa muy bien. Le doy 9.5 de 10.

las habitaciones son muy antiguas, no salía bien el agua de la ducha, prácticamente me sentía encerrado en la habitación pues no tenia nada de vista, la televisión muy básica, si uno va por negocios no es recomendable (no tienen un pequeño escritorio, de 5 días de estancia solo limpiaron una vez la habitación.

Fabulous stay at Circa hotel. Art deco feel, lovely helpful staff. Room was very clean and I love the chalet style they had with the shutters. We were in a room with a interconnecting room and we could often hear the people in the room chatting so a little bit noisy at times. The hotel is literally across the main road to the beach and the main boardwalk that you can walk along to either way and we walked for around an hour and came across some lovely hotels and restaurants. The main star of the show at this hotel is the onsite restaurant. The food and service was outstanding and the best i have experienced in a long time.

This was a last minute booking due to our other hotel not having any air conditioning. This hotel was great, clean rooms great service, the only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is the stairs. So many stairs. This is an extra heads up the the young man at the bar, who never quit working. We didnt catch his name, but he was fabulous!!

Per raggiungere la spiaggia, ottima posizione; per raggiungere il centro di Miami Beach non proprio centrale... ma per chi desidera camminare, va bene. La possibilità di poter usufruire della spiaggia e dei teloni è un ottimo servizio.

Per due giorni di seguito la stanza non è stata pulita; anzi, la seconda volta, a seguito di un disguido con la prenotazione, dopo aver rifatto, anzi fatta una nuova prenotazione avremmo avuto diritto ad una nuova camera (con biancheria pulita) ci siamo ritrovati, a fine giornata, con i letti non fatti, il bagno non pulito e gli asciugamani non cambiati. Non siamo riusciti a capire il perchè e - ripeto - nonostante abbiamo fatto una nuova prenotazione quella stessa mattina. Sì, ci è stato detto che il personale andava via alle 17.00, ma non ci è stato spiegato il perchè - e per la seconda volta - la stata non fosse stata pulita. Ci è stata promessa un'attenzione sul prezzo della camera - che sarebbe passata tramite Booking!

Muy buena ubicación. Habitación amplia. Una piscina hermosa y amplia. Te dan toallas tanto para la piscina como para la playa. En la playa te dan 2 sillas y una sombrilla sin cargo. Lo mejor fue el personal, muy muy atentos y amables todos: Ingrid, Javier, Jorge y todos los que nos atendieron.

La habitación tiene algunos detallecitos de mantenimiento, pero como la mayoría de los hoteles de Miami.

The location close to the beach and the staff were exceptional, breakfast was really good as well.

Unfortunately, our room has not been cleaned during our stay, so the waste bins were full and the floor kept being sandy after we’d spend the whole day on the beach.

Habitación demasiado pequeña para dos personas, el servicio de limpieza solicitamos a las 7 am regresamos a medio día y no estaba limpio. Después la persona de limpieza se portó muy grosera y empezó q decir groserías en inglés xq pensó q no entendíamos ella quería limpiar cuando estabamos cambiándonos para ir a la playa. También perdieron un paquete de Amazon, no quisieron buscar y nadie se hizo responsable. No son personas confiables. Ahora ha pasado 6 días hábiles y no han devuelto la garantía.

De locatie is top, het hotel netjes en de inbegrepen bedjes en parasol op het strand zijn echt ideaal.

In 3 dagen tijd is er helaas geen housekeeping langs geweest. Met wat strandzand in de kamer is dat geen overbodige luxe. Ook is het parkeren in de buurt erg duur, maar op tien minuten lopen zit een openbare parkeergarage (G6 parking) voor $8 per 24 uur.

Cute, clean hotel. Happy hour drinks were great. Rooms were neat. Gloria and Ingrid at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Only problem is that they’re busy, a good sign anyway.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay with our family and would absolutely come back. The property is unique and full of character. One of our favorite features was the private, shaded courtyard which had plenty of comfortable seating and was a perfect spot to relax and/or eat a door-dash meal. Each staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The location is an easy one-block walk to the beachfront but does not charge beachfront rates. There's also a reserved area with included beach chairs and umbrella. Our rooms were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and the humidity much lower than we expected for Miami Beach. While there’s no on-site parking, we found an inexpensive garage within about a 10-minute walk, which was very manageable and thanks to the recommendation of staff. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would return in a heartbeat!

Circa 39 Hotel — Mid‑Beach Miami I had a wonderful stay at Circa 39. The hotel is very clean and my room was bright, spacious, and well kept — the bathroom was spotless and the mini-fridge was a convenient touch. I arrived early and Jose welcomed me warmly; although my room wasn’t ready he offered to hold my luggage, showed me where to change, gave me two beach towels, and suggested I enjoy the beach — a thoughtful and helpful start to my visit. The staff throughout my stay were friendly and genuine. Bryan at the night desk always greeted me when I returned from the beach and we’d have a pleasant chat, which was nice as a solo traveler. Steven, the night bartender, was attentive and made excellent drinks; his mojito was every bit as good as the one I had in Little Havana. Overall the team clearly enjoys their work, which made my stay more enjoyable. I will certainly return to Circa 39

Booking said there was private parking, but that was not true. This was an important point for me and it was disappointing

El personal del hotel, la cercanía a la playa, mobiliario y servicios de la habitación. El hotel no dispone de párking, pero tienen concierto con uno público a unos 8-10min andando con coste de 8$ día completo. Desayunos muy completos y gigantes.

Nuestra habitación 209 daba a la calle lateral interior donde estaban las máquinas y el ruido era ensordecedor por la noche. La piscina estaba en mantenimiento y no pudimos usarla, aunque ofrecían la de Otto hotel cercano. El desayuno no es de buffet y hay que ceñirse a los 4 o 5 variables que disponen, aunque están riquísimos.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to the beach. The resort fee includes free beach chairs and umbrella which was convinient.

The room walls are thin, making it noisy at times. More concerning, I experienced a stolen item on the property therefore if safety and security of your belongings are important to you, you may want to consider other options.

Location and it’s restaurant

They didn’t provide house keeping to make the bed, 4 nights although I asked twice after the second night.

First class stay Staff were fantastic, Armando and his team were fantastic. All the xtra touches Free ice for cool bag. Rooms were spotless Pool fantastic Beach beds and umbrella all included Shops next door to hotel, Pollio and CVS. Fridge and small freezer, iron, iron board, safe. Shower and bathroom fab. Less than a minute to the beach. Can’t praise Armando and his team enough. We will be back for sure.

The hotel has very few power outlets, and they are located in inconvenient places. What bothered us the most was the constant noise from air conditioning compressor right outside our window, running 24 hours a day. It was especially loud at night and made it difficult to rest.

Bon petit déjeuner ..ainsi que bonne carte resto bar à prix tout à fait corrects . Parties communes et restaurant/ bar bien décorés , bien agencés. Ambiance chaleureuse et cool . Piscine très sympa. Un petit patio reposant entre les 2 buildings qui constituent l’hotel . Accès vélo via une app . 1h gratuite et ensuite 10 dollars de l’heure. Personnel au service et sympa !

Aucune prise électrique proche du lit : uniquement 2 prises au même endroit et mal situées: j’ai demandé une rallonge. Lumière extérieure patio qui nécessiterait des rideaux aux fenêtres pour avoir un noir total . Bruit de la Clim extérieur, récurrent aux US néanmoins Ménage tardif avec 1 jour sans. Le fitness est très petit , sans Clim : mériterait mieux !

Na recepciji bi mi lahko povedali, da obstaja tudi javno parkirišče za 8 $ na dan, a so mi najprej predlagali zasebno za 50 $ na dan. Se mi ne zdi pošteno.

Circa 39... Only there 2 nights.. basically somewhere to sleep. Freindly front desk staff, Our room was a good size..looked clean until you happened to see under the beds.. you the the saying what you can't see can't hurt you. I went to pick up something i'd dropped on the floor which had rolled under the bed. "Not Good" is all I'll say. But it was just somewhere to crash after busy day exploring miami. But i will strongly advice travellers to check your credit cards for un authorised charges which have been charged to them by this hotel. I paid my resort fees by cash upon check in. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel. Didn't drink the bottled water in our room. Nothing but they still made charges to our card. So watch out for any charges.

My stay was excellent. Great location and friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Gloria at front desk was friendly and helpful and Bryan on second shift helped me with my internet and was so patient and kind. They were both very welcoming.

Good stay. Room was comfortable and a decent size.. mini fridge. . Nice pool. Restaurant/ breakfast was generous and staff was very nice. Location is great. 1 block from the b beach. North of the busiest part of town but easy to get to center of town. Small take out market two doors down. Good pizza on the corner. Would stay again.

During a 4 day stay and having requested multiple times my room was never cleaned . The hotel policy is to make up rooms only on request and even then they do not . Who does not want their room made up?? This is greed on another level .. the owners have forgotten what the word hospitality means .

Fun and cute hotel - a few minutes walk to Miami Beach. We had a pleasant stay. Love the hotel decoration and the private courtyard and pool. We were able to check in early which was really nice! Pros: clean, staff pleasant, value was good, access to beach chairs for 2 hours (They close at 5 pm!) Cons: AC is loud (but it's good you don't hear anything), AC for the building is so loud that you can't really relax in the courtyard, they need to have an extra person helping at the front desk in the afternoon/evening. That same person handles check in/bicycle rentals/pool and beach towels, which can be frustrating to wait for. Others guests have complained about the noise at the pool from nearby constructions, that's not sthg the hotel can't prevent however.
