Предупредили про начало ремонтных работ в зоне бассейна и лобби,после списания средств за проживание...,а по факту вся небольшая территория отеля(бассейн,выход к океану,зоны отдыха около бассейна) была перекрыта... Работа ресепшен,не люди,а роботы....,вместо заявленного на Букинге депозита 150$,с карты сняли 150$ за сутки,отель старый,требует серьезного ремонта.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement fabuleux, le personnel au petits soins, c'est un hôtel de charme ancien, mais très propre, qui vaut le détour, accueil très chaleureux, literie confortable, la piscine était en travaux, on nous avait averti pour cela , nous avons eu droit à une prise en charge totale ( navette a/r) dans un autre hôtel avec de belles piscines à disposition. Très beau séjour dans cet hôtel, je recommande vivement !!! A bientôt l'équipe 🙏 Isabelle et Jacques

Séjour dans cet hôtel d'exception.vois allez me dire qu'il y a mieux, il y a toujours mieux, mais l'hôtel Cadillac a comblé nos attentes. Le personnel a été au top niveau et à l'écoute. Un acceuil très chaleureux, confort et propreté au rendez vous, tous les jours, petit déjeuner copieux, viennoiseries....fruits...et bien plus... Allez y et vous verrez, je recommande !!! Is ok but not what we expected, it was communicated that the pool will be closed but thats what attracted us to book this hotel, we were very disappointed, and it was too late for us to look for another hotel. They give 5 * service, at the door someone will always open the door for you, felt like rich auntie 😃

No pool though they said there was another hotel that we can go for swimming and they provide transport but the hassle alone 🙆‍♀️, we never did. Staff at the reception never explained some of the services that the hotel offers, we didnt know they have bicycles that we can rent while staying at the hotel, we realised this on the day that we were checked out, we were gutted.

Poolanlage war nicht vorhanden,nur eine Poolbaustelle keine Informationen vor Reiseantritt. Extreme Lärmbelästigung 24 Stunden lang auf dem Balkon,keine Unterhaltung möglich. Lärm auch im Zimmet hörbar. 2 unterschiedliche Frühstücksangebote,die so nicht deklariert waren. Continental nur kalte Speisen,bei Zuzahlung von 45$ pro Person plus Tax,war dann ein internationales Frühstück mit warmen Speisen möglich.Keine Information vorher,daher wussten wir nicht,dass wir nur Continental hatten. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, haben aber auf Nachfrage egal wo,immer darauf verwiesen,dass sie nichts machen können. Trotz email an die Managerin, die auch alles genehmigen kann,bis heute keine Antwort. Totale Ignoranz. KEINE WEITEREMPFRHLUNG.

Miguel the valet was amazing and very helpful.

Their pool and other facilities are under construction and only advised us within 5 days of reservation. During this time I could still cancel wth no penalty and asked them to explain why they didn’t advertise clearly that their pool, outdoor restaurant and gym are all under construction until AFTER reservation was made and only within 5 days before arrival (I made reservations the previous month). I asked them to tell me what else was not available and why they waited to advise guests. Crickets. Not listed either on Marriot Bonvoy app (they corrected that since then.) ZERO response from email to manager Marco Fuentes or from corporate who finally only responded last week (10 days AFTER I left and 12 days after I sent my email complain while still at property) to confirm all has been handled. If by all they meant nothing then, yes it was. Many guest were complaining but management didn’t seem to care. Had to fight just to get resort fees taken off. Other families not as fortunate. Also, on first night we got there, their staff was cleaning the room NEXT to us! AFTER midnight! Banging stuff around. I informed housekeeper t was trying to sleep. She apologized but had to do her job. Called front desk- totally clueless. This hotel doesn’t care about your experience. Don’t eat at the over priced and poor cuisine at Donna restaurant.

No me gustó nada que no tuviese piscinas en pleno mes de agosto,cuando lo reservé tenían las piscinas y diez días antes me envían un correo cuando ya había poco margen para coger otro,eso lo tenían que haber puesto cuando hice la reserva

Me gustó que la habitación quedaba con vista al mar.

Una experiencia que definitivamente no repetiría Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Al llegar, encontramos las piscinas completamente destruidas y fuera de servicio, algo que no fue informado previamente durante la reserva. Lo mínimo que esperábamos era algún beneficio, compensación o alternativa, pero no recibimos absolutamente nada. El desayuno, que se paga adicionalmente dentro de la reserva, también fue una sorpresa desagradable: solo incluye alimentos fríos. Si quieres un desayuno caliente, tienes que pagar un valor adicional, información que nos comunicaron cuando ya estábamos sentados en la mesa y no antes de reservar. La experiencia fue tan mala que preferimos no volver a desayunar allí. Considero que un huésped tiene derecho a conocer antes de reservar las condiciones reales del hotel, especialmente cuando servicios importantes como las piscinas no están disponibles. No volveríamos y recomendamos pensarlo muy bien antes de reservar.

We are at the Cadillac now, it is our 5th visit here. What a difference a year makes. They are renovating the pools and BOTH POOLS ARE CLOSED! Along with CLOSED tiki bar and Beach Bungalow restaurant. No outdoor area available except entry. You can walk from the front, around the street to beach access/boardwalk. There you can wait in the heat for a shuttle that takes you to Eden Rock Hotel for pool access. We tried that, the pool was full and they were not allowing any more Cadillac guests in . We booked Cadillac because love the location and pools. My husband has mobility issues and cannot walk very well or far. We were not advised before arrival that the pools were closed. The staff is wonderful, especially Demetrius at Donna Mare. Two elevators are broken, had to wait 2 days to get in room fridge, no longer have refreshing water in the lobby, if you want ice, you have to go to the lobby and ask front desk. Guess we will be looking for new hotel next year for our annual trip to Miami. Cadillac, we will miss you.

We come to Miami Beach every year, and staying at the Cadillac has become one of our favorite traditions. This year was extra special because we stayed for our anniversary, and once again, the Cadillac exceeded our expectations. Our beach experience was absolutely amazing thanks to Beach Attendant Arian and Beach Manager JC. From the moment we arrived, they made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. We had a cabana, and Arian provided some of the best service we have ever experienced. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. JC was just as incredible and made sure the entire beach experience ran smoothly. These guys work every day out on the beach, even in the Miami heat, and they are always on the spot and ready to help. Their dedication and attention to detail really stood out to us. We honestly didn’t have one issue during our stay. What could have simply been another anniversary trip turned into an amazing and memorable experience. We truly appreciate Arian, JC, and the entire Boucher Brothers & Cadillac team for making our anniversary so special. We can’t wait to come back next year!

The staff were amazing.

The pool was a complete eye sore which was not stated while booking. I never would have chosen a hotel with no pool while in Miami Beach. The balcony was covered in bird poop. The floor by the sliding doors were completely horrible and visible dirty. To pay over $1,000 for 4 days and have to catch a cart to the next hotels pool, which is more expensive for drinks and food. Loved the staff but the stay was not what was expected during booking.

When checked in told that both pools and beach bar/restaurant were closed for renovations. Not promently noticed on booking site. Have stayed here four other times due to small easy access property as one in our party has mobility issues. Offered to take us 5-10 min by shuttle after walk to beach to companion property but told that property might be full with no seating. . Not an option for one in our party. No consideration about our issue when talked to mgr. called Marriott after 15 min wait offered 10,000 pts. Not acceptable. Ruined vacation.

Arian was amazing and very attentive

Arian at Cadillac Hotel Miami was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely went out of his way to make our stay more enjoyable. His friendly attitude and excellent service really stood out and made us feel well looked after throughout our visit. It’s people like Arian who make a hotel experience memorable. My experience was phenomenal. Service and staff off the chart

I was on a work trip, and coming to the beach to relax was an absolute must for me. I have to say, all the guys working at the beach club were amazing—their friendliness and warmth made the whole experience feel magical! Arian made my beach day truly unforgettable! I vas re assure you that they provide one of kind service! I can’t wait to be back!!!

I usually don’t write reviews, but the lack of communication and support from both the Cadillac and Marriott has made it necessary to share our experience. We were given just three days’ notice that the pool area would be closed, despite having booked a two-week stay. Had we known about the extensive renovation work beforehand, we would never have booked the hotel. From the photographs we subsequently saw, it was clear that the environment would not have provided the relaxing holiday we had paid for, particularly for such a long stay. Luckily, and with no meaningful help from the Cadillac, we were able to change hotels at the last minute. However, because of the extremely short notice, we had to pay significantly more for alternative accommodation. This was money we would not otherwise have had to spend. What has been particularly disappointing is the lack of communication and willingness to take responsibility. The only response we received was essentially “thank you for sharing your views.” I will not accept this as a resolution. I am seeking appropriate compensation for the disruption, additional costs and what I consider to have been an unacceptable and unsatisfactory experience. Luxury hotels need to remember that the people staying with them are often hard-working people who save throughout the year to afford a special holiday. We do not simply have unlimited money to absorb unexpected costs caused by decisions outside of our control. We worked hard and saved for this holiday, and it is extremely upsetting to feel that our hard-earned money has been wasted because of a situation that was not communicated to us until just three days before our arrival. I find it completely unacceptable to expect customers to simply accept this, particularly when they have paid for a luxury experience and planned a two-week holiday around the facilities that were advertised. Renovations may sometimes be unavoidable, but the way this situation was communicated and handled was, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. Three days’ notice is not reasonable, and the lack of meaningful assistance afterwards has only made matters worse. I will therefore continue to seek appropriate compensation and would strongly encourage both the Cadillac and Marriott to consider how they treat customers who have worked hard and saved for months to stay at their hotels.

Dormitorio pequeño y desayuno básico. Extendimos la estadía 1 día más y me realizaron el cobro 2 veces y nadie me ha respondido.

The bed and it was clean the employee some was nice especially the door bells.

I didn’t like it because I went through booking .com that they didn’t give me the room I did the reservation for and the pool was unavailable I didn’t know until I got their and the commadation we had was going to another hotel pool but both days it was too full and the umbrella was ok for commadation. And their rules change for different people.

Hotel is in bad shape. Noisy and was unable to sleep.

Pomimo remontu basenu, oraz zewnetrznego baru, nie dostalismy zadnego benefitu zastepczego. Proponowany basen w innym hotelu byl zawsze przepelniony i nie mielismy szans z niego skorzystac.

The rooms and the view were nice

We have booked this accomodation because it was listing as beachfront with pool. However, they have only informed us about the whole pool and the restaurant areas being totally closed and under renovation after we have payed for the stay. To access the beach, you had to exit the building and walk on the street, which has made this property not even beachfront. The daily renovation works have started at around 8:00 AM and we could not even rest properly.

Only the Location, and the Valet staff.

The room I paid for was an ocean-front room, which was disappointing. It was on a lower level by the construction area of the pool. It was changed for me to an ocean-view room, yet I had paid for an ocean front. Furthermore, the noise on the higher floor was unbearable from the top and a close-by building; I think it was coming from some building machines. Overall, I didn't like my stay at the hotel.

Nos avisaron dias antes del ingreso que la pileta estaba en remodelación ya desde hacia un mes. Proponian como solucion un “transfer” a una pileta de un hotel cercano, el transfer era un carrito de golf para todo el hotel, llevaban de a 4 personas, esperando mas de una hora para ir a la pileta. La reserva era de 4 personas adultas pero te daban reposeras solo para 2, teniamos desayuno pago incluido y tambien nos lo querian dar solo para 2 personas.

Everything else about this property is negative. The renovations happening to the pool, the staff who are rude die to their own hotel having renovations. There were no bikes available that we paid for, there was no fridge in the room. Breakfast included isn’t the full breakfast, you then have to pay for most things apart from basic fruit and toast. The location is away from everything. The trolley that takes you into south beach is overcrowded

Have been a Marriott Bonvoy member for 15 years. Probably once had close to 800k points. I have stayed at this hotel twice before in last 3 years and no problem. Right in middle of collins ave- and for the tribute hotels price is ok. I was wondering why it was 200-300 dollars cheaper then the other hotels in same price range. Booked- thought I had a 3 day weekend deal. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL TILL MIDDLE OF NOVEMBER. THE POOLS ARE CLOSED. THEY DONT EVEN TELL THE CUSTOMERS- THEY SAID THEY SENT OUT A EMAIL THEY DID NOT. SITTING ON THE BEACH 4-5 OTHER PEOPLE WERE ALL TALKING ABOUT THE SAME THING.. SO GIVEN THE POOL BARS ARE CLOSED- IF YOU ORDER FOOD OR DRINKS OUT AT THE BEACH IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET CAUSE THEY HAVE TO WALK ALL THE WAY AROUND THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL. NOTHING WAS ADVERTISED IN THE APP OR ON WEBSITE

The room was comfortable.

I got to my room and decided to go on a walk, once I left the room, house keeping came in and took $1,300 cash from a zipped up pocket in my backpack. Security said they would look into it and I have not heard anything from them since. Very frustrated and would be skeptical of staying in this hotel again.

Começando pela recepção atenciosa do Alex, atendimento just in time da gerência na figura do Keny; o café da manhã, Continental, maravilhoso e sempre muito bem atendidos pelo Otávio, Mila; Noemia; limpeza do quarto e arrumação impecáveis - Bicicletas a disposição para um passeio em toda orla - espreguiçadeiras e ombrelones na praia - pessoal sempre muito simpaticos e receptivos - dispostos a entender e se fazer entender em nossa lingua!! Assim que chegamos fomos recebidos pelo Aron, nos proporcionando um tratamento de primeiro mundo - não fez falta o tapete vermelho pois a gentileza substituiu qualquer tipo de adereço!! Era meu aniversário mas os Parabéns é merecidamente a toda equipe!!

Não gostei de ter acabado minha estadia - é muito ruim abrir mão de um lugar aprazivel, bem localizado, ser muito bem atendido e ter de voltar a rotina diaria.

After booking my accommodation I received a confirmation email advising that the pool area was under renovation. I messaged 3 times and emailed twice to confirm whether the pools were available for use as this is the primary reason why I booked this hotel. I did not receive any response to any of my communications. When I checked in, I was told the pools were closed but there was an arrangement with a nearby hotel to use their pool and a regular buggy shuttle to and from. The shuttle was definitely not regular or frequent and I waited between 40 and 65 minutes to be shuttled which was extremely disappointing. Whilst the bed was comfortable, the pillows definitely weren’t. They were lumpy and went flat.

No pool or beach access as advertised for next few months. No previous information prior to arrival (not by hotel, not by TUI.co.uk. Such a bummer. We could have booked some other hotel if we knew this earlier. Otherwise fairly dated hotel showing its age. Very noise AC system, which one hear from beach!!

Gostei da acomodação. Gostei das comodidades. Funcionarios atenciosos. Ambiente agradavel e instalações das areas de lazer muito boas.

Há taxas extras cobradas na acomodação além daquelas avisadas no site. Além disso, eles cobram um valor a mais para utilizar guarda sol na praia.

Ventured to Miami with my teen son. This hotel has old school vibes with all the latest amenities. Fabulous service, clean rooms, access to the beach… sunscreen provided. This was a fantastic experience. Only complaint for me was the fridge really only holds drinks and there’s no microwave so you are at the mercy of your body. Lol I loved that the bellhop knew our names and the hotel gave us a little ocean view in honor of my son’s birthday. Want to go back and use the bikes next time!

Currently staying at the hotel. The pool area is a construction site. It's a complete mess. The aternative pool is 15 min walk away and overfull. So not able to access. The only compensation the hotel provides is a pair of seats and an umbrella on the beach. But for a family of 4, two have to sit on sand or pay for another 2 chairs. The lack of pool area has had a huge impact on our stay and the hotel don't want to know. There was no mention of this work before we arrived and judging by the many disgruntled guests nobody else was informed. Go somewhere else!

Lovely hotel and the staff are so helpful, especially Miguel and Angelo. Only downside for us was the pool being out of action.

The property was very clean with the fresh smell of aroma. Very good service in and out of the motel. All the way to the beach everything was a 10 in every aspect of the Motel! Will definitely stay again.

Did not like the fact we had to pay for parking everyday to the city of Miami. There should be parking for guest . Especially those that have disabilities.

No communication at all, i have wrote 2 messages cause i needed some informations didnt get any response. After the free cancellation period was over they were very kind to inform me that both the pool areas will be closed during my stay. I booked the hotel especially for the pools they have cause i knew that the beach is full of seaweed so we wont be able to go the beach . I asked the hotel for free cancellation but again no response on my request they just charge me the cancellation fee. Hope they are very happy with that money. So i recommend before booking contact the hotel with any informations you need and in case no response cancell immediately !

The stuff by the pool (adult) & breakfast area are amazing! Very professional, polite guys! Also the doormen are great. Thank you! The continental breakfast was good and fresh. We like an adult pool, it’s tiny but chill, same the bar area. Location is good as well. I like Loccitane at the bathroom. Spacious lobby and bar area inside. Private beach. But 30$ per an umbrella however u’r paying 45-50$ as a resort fee per night and it’s not included and no one informed us.

Hotel is very beautiful But you should mention that under renovation and pools closed for 4 days of our stay which was never mentioned on booking.com very upsetting and also keep your customer happy and try to include breakfast in our stay that would be nice

Why did they close pools and not notify us very very disgusted complained to staff and staff tried to help us by moving us with a buggy to another pool very inconvenient for us we booked this hotel cause it had 2 pools and we knew about the sea weed at beach that is why we booked this hotel very disappointed and felt very uncomfortable when a manager cannot speak to you cause she is in meetings all the time that we asked for her I think they were avoiding us to speak to her not happy at all with this service very disappointing when we were celebrating our anniversary and had to get upset

Room and hotel needs renovation

Google The pools are closed for renovations. We were not aware of it when making the reservation. The front desk staff is unprofessional. When we asked if it’s possible to change the room to the one with a balcony, we were told that the computers are down and someone will call us when the system is up and running. We never received the call. We would expect at least a courtesy call if accommodating us was not possible. I think the last straw was not being able to get our simple request fulfilled: we called the front desk asking to refill the coffee pods because we were only given decalf, and no one ever showed up with the refills. I’ve stayed in this hotel in the past, but I don’t think I will be choosing it again in the future.

It was a great location and I loved that it was near the ocean. Overall it was nice, elegant and had a nice aesthetic. Out of all my options I’m glad I went with this one.

I had issues every morning at breakfast. There was always a confusion whether breakfast was included or not which I didn’t appreciate. I spent my birthday there and had wrote it on my reservation, I thought I’d receive some kind of celebratory treat/gesture but none was given. The room was smaller than I imagined.

The breakfast was included in my booking but in reality, you have to pay extra if you want a hot breakfast once they have the continental breakfast and the full american breakfast, this is not mentioned on the website.

The Cadillac hotel was amazing !! Stayed for 4 days with my husband. The staff Pery and Nae, were the best part of our stay!! So attentive!!..the food and pools were great also. we will definitely be coming back .

Booked the hotel on booking.com with free cancellation. Had a few questions i wrote to them but they didn’t answered at all. The day after the free cancellation period was over they send me a message but instead of getting answers on my questions they just informed me that the hotel will undergoing renovations during our stay so the pool area and lobby will be closed. Beach service would be available but beaches in Florida are dealing with sargassum problems so that is also not an option. After all send a request of free cancellation but as usual i didnt get an answer either just charged me the cancellation costs. Never had such a bad experience with any of the hotels i’ve been to so far , this is just a trick how to get money from people probably for covering the renovations. Disgusting 🤮. Hope those 140 dollars makes them happy.

Gostei muito do Hotel Cadillac em Miami Beach - o aroma na entrada é charmoso e a equipe foi impecável. Só senti que as taxas de valet e aluguel de guarda-sol (umbrella) poderiam ser mais acessíveis, estavam um pouco acima do esperado. Fora isso, experiência bem positiva!

The Beach , the Pool & everything

Room service people should speak or atleast understand ENGLISH.

There is multiple pools and a beach in the back.

Staff seemed careless. Some lacked English and would ask questions over. Information online was misleading. Deposit states it’s 150 total but once you get there it’s actually per night. They attempted to collect it before even arriving policy states it’s collected at time of arrival. Staff promised our room would be ready before 4pm around 2:50pm and we came back to check in at 4:30 and we’re still waiting in the lobby.

We have stayed at several autograph hotels and typically really enjoy them. This was by far the worst. The hotel was dirty and rundown. The lobby has huge loud fans trying to cool it. It’s really hot! The pool area doesn’t have enough chairs and the turf is dirty. The adult pool has murky, cloudy water. The beach bar has uncomfortable chairs with tables where the stain is peeling off onto your body. We have platinum elite status and were denied a 4:00 check out time. The latest they would allow was 2:00 and we had to go back twice to request. Our keys were still turned off by 1:00 pm. According to the hotel, they don’t have to honor the times because they are a “soft brand” for Marriott which means they are privately owned I guess. There is no security at all. Most hotels in Miami Beach have someone at the boardwalk gate or at least a key card. Not here. It’s wide open for anyone to walk in and use. They charge a “resort fee” but really anyone has access to the pool. Just bring your own towels. The room we had was an ocean front suite that we upgraded to. The view was nice. The balconies were a bit small and the chairs were uncomfortable. The bathroom was dark and dirty. We didn’t have any soap in the shower. The glass shower door was falling off the hinges and would not completely close. The positives - the valet staff was nice. The pool staff was friendly. The bellman was friendly. Ben helped fix an error in the folio (be advised if you open the mini bar there is a sensor and you get charged, even if you don’t drink anything - but our charge was removed). Ben was very professional and helpful. This was our third trip to Miami this year alone and the second in the past month. Next time we will be back to the Loews.

La amabilidad del personal excelente, el servicio de pileta, de playa, las instalaciones muy bien y completas. La ubicación era fantástica.

El colchón era pésimo. Se hundía y estaba vencido. No entiendo como un hotel de esta categoría no gasto solo un poco de dinero en renovar los colchones. De las 24 hs que uno pasa en un hotel un 1/3 duerme y descansa y si el colchón es malo la experiencia baja mucho.
