לא ניקו את החדר כמו שצריך , גם כשביקשנו בקבלה אמרו שינקו ולא ינקו , לא זרקו אפילו את הזבל . לא הרגשתי שהיה שווה כמעט ארבעת אלפים שקל ל2 לילות.

Breakfast was outstanding. Room was very spacious and hotel staff were friendly. The pool area is really excellent.

One of the nights we booked we actually stayed at another hotel (but still paid full price for this one). I asked if they could put in extra bed in our room as my son was staying one night,. They still charged me for that and for his breakfast even though I'd paid for 2 breakfasts that I wasn't having.

הגענו לחגוג מסיבת רווקות, החדרים שלנו היו בקומה 5. בליל שבת יצאנו לבלות וחזרנו מאוחר וציפינו לישון כמו שצריך אלא שבשעה 8 בבוקר !! ואפילו קצת קודם, התחילו קדיחות וקולות בנייה מזעזעים בווליום לא סביר שהעיר את כולנו והופתענו לגלות שבונים סוכה ממש מתחת לחדר שלנו ! מיותר לציין שלא עודכנו בזה ואם היינו מעודכנות, מה שצריך היה לעשות, לא היינו סוגרות את החופשה ששילמנו עליה המון כסף אצלכם - אנחנו סגרנו ושריינו מלון אחר אך לפני 4 שנים היינו אצלכם וזכרנו את המלון לטובה לכן החלטנו לשנות והתאכזבנו מאוד. פנינו כמובן לקבלה והתשובות היו - ״ אין לנו איך לעזור״ ובהמשך ״נעביר את הפניה שלכם״, מזעזע. כמובן שיש לנו סרטונים שבהם שומעים היטב את הרעש וזה פשוט בלתי נסבל ! בלי קשר, אתמול כשחזרנו לא היו מיום חמים בשלוש המקלחות! בנוסף, התקשרנו לבקש מגנץ שהגיע אחרי שכבר הלכנו ובבוקר כשניסינו להפעיל אותו גם גילינו שהוא לא עובד.

Disappointing experience from a hotel we expected much more from We stayed at the Inbal for two nights with our 3-year-old and unfortunately left very disappointed. We received dirty, badly smelling pool towels, the loungers were visibly dirty, and the spa was not clean either. At 8 AM we were woken by staff shouting in the hallway, and later housekeeping staff were speaking loudly and swearing in the corridor. When we mentioned the towels, we were told that around 500 people had used the pool that day. We understand that hotels get busy, but guests paying the regular rate should not receive a lower standard simply because the hotel is at high capacity. What disappointed us most was the response when we raised these issues with management. Instead of really listening to our experience, the manager repeatedly asked, “What would you like me to do to improve your stay?” and pointed out that ours was the first complaint she had received that day. We weren’t looking for freebies or special treatment. We simply expected someone to listen, acknowledge what had happened, and take ownership of the situation. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a hotel responds when given the opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, we left feeling that opportunity was missed. We genuinely wanted to love the Inbal and become returning guests. It’s a shame this was the experience we took home instead.

The proof of the exhange of email between the hotel and I. They couldn't care less. They proposed nothing to compensate ; or the proposition was just unacceptable. Hello, I received your email, and as expected, I find it completely unacceptable. We stay in nice hotels, paying exorbitant prices for nights expecting quality, service, and cleanliness. And in the end, we get none of that. How is it that we ended up with a cockroach (duke) in my daughter's bedsheets? She found it because she tried to fix the bed, which was poorly made. Otherwise, she would have slept with a cockroach at her feet. Even the room cleaning hadn't been done properly. The cockroach climbed onto her arm and then slithered into the room. She screamed, cried, and trembled. Around 12:30 a.m., you sent a manager from the maintenance department who, at 1:00 a.m., started looking for the cockroach in the room. He finally moved my children to another room at 1:30 a.m., as they were exhausted. They slept far from me, even though I specifically booked an adjoining room for such young children. So you tell me there's nothing you can do except offer a 20% discount on the night's stay; that's simply unacceptable. I will not negotiate, but I am giving you another opportunity to make me an offer commensurate with the seriousness of this situation before Friday evening. After that, I will share all our email exchanges, my review, on every platform—Hotel.com, Booking.com, Google, TripAdvisor—with my wife, myself, and each of my children. Attention l hôtel essaye de se faire passer pour un palace mais loin de là. Salle de bain avec des fuites d eau après chaque douche . Rien n est fait après le signalement a la réception. Le plafond de la chambre a été repeint et le scotch n a pas été retiré. Le tapis au sol de la chambre est sale. Le prix de la nuit est injustifié.

I enjoyed the quiet, clean, relaxing and seeing the holy places. I was able to relax and enjoy the breakfasts. Everything was good and pleasant and the staff was very kind.

It was not over crowded

There was not as much variety in the breakfast as other hotels. There was no watermelon served on 2 out of the 3 days of my stay which was very odd.

This was the 24th trip to Israel for my wife and I, and we have stayed in no fewer than 8 different hotels in Jerusalem. Without a doubt, the Inbal is our most favored hotel! It feels like home to us. Just to mention a few reasons: Location. Size - not too big or to small. Friendliness of the staff. Great breakfast Cleanness Great pool and workout facilities. Nice lobby. Very family friendly. Good value!! We ab love it!.

Super comfortable rooms and space, exceptionally friendly staff, outstanding breakfast, amazing air conditioning, lovely pool. All the staff but especially the serving staff were truly amazing: warm, friendly, and the concierge helped get us a challenging reservation immediately. Osama at the dining room was so kind and helpful. Parking plentiful and easy.

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast is delicious, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options.

Unfortunately, the pool area was a major disappointment and did not meet the standard I would expect from a luxury hotel. My friend and I planned to spend most of our day by the pool, but the experience was far from enjoyable. The biggest issue was the large number of crows taking over the area. I understand that dealing with crows can be challenging, but this is something that clearly requires a better solution. There also didn’t seem to be a dedicated staff member regularly maintaining the pool area. Guests would leave food from the pool bar on their loungers, and the crows would pick it up and scatter it all over the pool deck. At one point, I watched a crow drop food directly into the swimming pool, where it simply remained. Later, I even saw a cat, birds, and crows all gathering around leftover food in the area. In addition, a wet towel was left beside the pool for the entire time I was there—over two and a half hours—without anyone removing it. Small details like these create the impression that the pool area is not being properly monitored or maintained. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is beautiful, but such basic operational issues significantly affected our experience. I genuinely hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve, as the pool should reflect the same high standards as the rest of the hotel.

This is an amazing hotel. Rooms are nice, food is great and pool is large and very inviting. We will definitely come back! Also, location is great as you can walk to most places.

Huge difference from what they present to reality. Very disappointing from nearly every experience in the hotel. No coordination between the price they charge to the service they offer. Cleaning is not the strong side of the hotel. Pool is far from being clean inside or outside the pool, furniture are in bad condition. Pool bar is not close to give proper service or food quality. A bottle of water 16 NIS Don’t go near this hotel, price is triple the real value.

The Inbal never disappoints! Between the service from their staff, exceptional rooms and delicious food, this is the best game in town.

ארוחת הבוקר עשירה מאוד ונעימה, גם האוכל בשירות החדרים מוצלח מאוד. הבריכה מאוד נחמדה, חניון עירוני חינמי קרוב לשלב שבו החניון של המלון כבר היה מלא. המיטה נוחה מאוד.

המרפסת היתה לחצר שבה אנשים אוכלים אז גם הרבה מצלילי הארוחה עלו לחדר כשהדלת של המרפסת פתוחה וגם פחות חווית פרטיות כשיושבים במרפסת. היה קצת פחות נקי כשהגענו (אפר סיגריות במרפסת ששכחו לנקות), דברים קטנים של שירות פחות מהודק.

The Inbal Hotel is perfection! The facilities; the service, the accomodations, the ambiance. When you visit you feel like you are truly on vacation!
