Le restaurant de poissons n’est pas top du tout et pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles … et le restaurant de viande n’est pas top du tout le manger n’est pas bon c’est chère et ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles la seule chose qui bien du restaurant de viande c’est qu’il est au roof top et il a une belle vue, le petite déjeuner est correcte mais pas waouu non plus très déçue de tout les repas prit à l hôtel

The worst food I ever received in a 5-star hotel, and not by a small margin. It would also have been nice to have some of the lobby chic in the room instead of the very cramped ikea feel (I had a “suit”), and to have been informed in advance about how and where to park. Overall the place seems run by a youth movement

The location is terrible. All the junctions surrounding the area were closed, and I was needed to park in a public parking lot instead of the hotel parking. No communication communications from the hotel. I’m still waiting for answers about two questions I asked before my check-in. Disappointing situation for a hotel that cost 2500 shekels a night

ארוחת בוקר סבירה,אבל לא מספקת תמורה למחיר. הלחמים לא היו טריים והארוחה עצמה בנאלית ללא מעוף. לא ריענוו את החדר בערב לקראת שינה,כמקובל במלונות ברמה הזו. ההנחה בחניה לא מספקת לטעמי.

Бассейн и спа никакие, в тренажерку не пустили в тапочках и она расположена очень неудобно. Завтрак разнообразен, но все было не вкусное и не понравилось. В целом неплохо, но ценник не адекватный.

The staff went above and beyond - upgraded our room for a reduced price and gave us late check out as a perk. The breakfast was excellent, everything was clean and looks brand new. the pool was lovely and the pillows on the bed - heavenly. Perfect one night stay - will be back for sure!

Die Sonnenterrasse ist lächerlich klein und schwer unterausgestattet. Bei unserem ersten Versuch war der Ort kahl, keine Liegestühle oder sonst etwas, weil es am Vorabend einen Event gab. Beim zweiten Versuch war der Ort überfüllt obwohl es erst früh morgens war.

The lunch we took from the caffe: the only option for sabbat if you do not want to spend a fortune. We had to choose between 2 salads and a couple of sandviches. We received old vegetables that even worst caffeteria would be ashaimed to serve. Such a nice hotel could try better. Note that the spa does not have dry sauna.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאכזבת, חלק גדול מהאוכל היה מהקפאה כמו הפשטידות, הג'חנון.... המבחר היה נמוך, היו חסרים גבינות בסיסיות כמו גבינה צפתית ובולגרית, היינו כבר כמה פעמים במלון והפעם האכזבה הייתה גדולה ....
ארוחת ערב פשוטה מינוס ביחס למחיר של 450 שקל לסועד.... מעולם לא יצא לנו לשלם מחיר כזה גם במסעדת בשרים יוקרתית. כשביקשנו להוסיף ארוחת ערב להזמנה התשובה הייתה "אין בעייה, הוספתי לכם..." מבלי לציין תוספת מחיר כל שהוא, המחיר נאמר לנו רק כשהגענו למלון והשארנו את ההזמנה בלית ברירה כי לא היה לנו זמן להערך לכך לפני כניסת שבת.

1. Басейн працює з 7:00 по 19:00, за чотири дні перебування, на жаль, так і не встигли скористатися. Думаю, було б прекрасно, якби працював хочаб до 8 вечора. 2. Скромний сніданок, не смачна кава та чай, який, на мій досвід, не відповідає пʼяті-зірковому готелю. 3. Вважаю за необхідне попередити гостей завчасно про існування правил шабату, ну або цей готель не для всіх туристів, про що теж хотілось би знати заздалегідь.

Das Personal kümmerte sich aufmerksam um jedes Anliegen – besonders Herr Samar, der für uns einen perfekt organisierten privaten Tagesausflug nach Bethlehem arrangierte. Unser Guide Ahmed holte uns persönlich ab und zeigte uns die Stadt mit großer Leidenschaft. Gegen einen fairen Aufpreis besuchten wir zusätzlich Jericho, den Jordan River und das Tote Meer. Preislich war kein besseres Angebot zu finden. Ahmed war äußerst freundlich und herzlich – seine Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich. Insgesamt ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und absolut empfehlenswert!

La habitación es algo pequeña. Necesitaría un refresh. El baño si bien es amplio, no es práctico ni cómodo. No hay suficiente lugar donde apoyar los necessaires de viaje por ejemplo.
