Electra Palace Thessaloniki

Location, breakfast, cleanliness, reception desk service

All was great!

The hotel is extremely clean and well presented. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in a beautiful rooftop setting (excellent view of the harbour) and while a small breakfast selection is given, it is quality and a good variety. The coffee is also good. Above all, the beds were very comfortable!

Fantastic service

Excellent location in the heart of the seafront. Professional service from all staff. Room was clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and had evening drinks. All were high quality, more expensive than in town but that’s understandable. Restaurant staff helpful when my husband was ill and needed light food to eat.

Both swimming pools are not for swimming as they are 0.9-1m depth maximum and very small.

We booked a superior room and the bathroom was very small. We are guests of the hotel for over 20 years and we’ve had nicer room for the same category booking

Excellent location, comfy bed, nice rooftop restaurant and great breakfast!

The swimming pool is far too small and the room we got allocated was small with a window overlooking walls!

Breakfast was amazing and a great variety of food to choose from.

Location Facilities Food

Rushing you to finish breakfast Telling off children using internal pool at the designated time. Not children friendly Staff not as friendly as other years

Great location. Nice rooftop bar and thermal spa.

Came for honeymoon. Called ahead to ensure we could check in 2 hours early. They said it was fine. We arrived and all our friends had their rooms available but ours was not ready. We waited in the lobby 45 minutes and had to ask again for them to finally get us a room. When we got the room, it was two beds together instead of a large bed as we asked for. Considering this was for our wedding, and we let them know this, it was very disappointing. We have stayed here before a couple years ago for my birthday and it was great. They even gave us a bottle of wine for free and a little dessert. This time we got nothing for this very important occasion, and didn't even get the bed we asked for in addition to having to wait for our room after arriving. Seems service has declined here.

The location is perfect. I liked the restaurant - the food was excellent and the view was amazing.

I liked everything and I will definitely come back again

Whenever we go to the beach in Greece we always stop for at least one night at this hotel. Everything is wonderful, the location, the comfort, the services and a plus for the breakfast and its location on the 7th floor, with a breathtaking panorama!

We arrived at 2:15 PM and were told that we had to walk around until 3:00 PM, because that's when check-in time is. We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes, we asked the reception to take into account that we were tired and we would like to get into the room faster, it was impossible, at 3:05 PM we were able to get the room!

We were robbed of almost everything on a beach outside the city. The hotel took great care of us during this incredibly difficult time, when we had absolutely nothing and not even a way to pay for anything. They still helped us and looked after us, even though we had already checked out. We are deeply grateful to the entire hotel staff for their kindness, compassion, and support when we needed it most. They truly went above and beyond for us. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the hotel. May God bless you all.

The property has a great location.

It has a very small unusable outdoor pool and the indoor pool and spa are with reservations.

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich

Staff was very pleasant helpful!! Breakfast was delicious’ location was very nice and most importantly was very clean. I would highly recommend it!

Just the location and the view from the restaurant terrace

I stayed 1 night in Electra Palace, Thessaloniki ,it was horrible, starting with the reception, disgusting attitude. The room had an exit to the technical inner courtyard, bad smell, roar from the air conditioning, it was not possible to sleep normally

Top Lage…, tolle Dachterrasse…

Proper 5 star experience.

Nothing.

Vinglas på rummet hade varit bra.

Beautiful restaurant on the rooftop terrace with stunning open views. Excellent breakfast and very central location. Staff was nice, although a bit pushy at times when managing the surplus of visitors in limited-space facilities. The food at the restaurant was very good.

In general, the rates are too high for what the facility can offer. The rooftop pool was very small, maybe 10 meters long, and 1.20 height, and it was difficult to find a place in a shade or a proper sunbed (chairs were pulled from the restaurant to accomodate additional guests) A fair amount of noise and splashes were something to put up with every day as families arrived with kids. The water wasn’t clean, although we did see a maintenance person arrive every morning. Possibly it was just a question of too many people (and many kids) using the small pool throughout the day. Same size issued for the spa - the photos make the facilities look much bigger than they are. The room had a pretty bad view on a shaft with noisy A/C units.

Great location. Room was spotless and had everything you needed Breakfast was fabulous

The pool area was tiny and in all honesty not useable.

I loved the atmosphere and the staff when you walked in. the rooftop restaurant and lounge was great. the location to great shopping and restaurants was also an bonus

the room was a little small when the cot was open

Perfect spot to dive into Thessaloniki, rooms are quietly modernised, great Frederic Malle amenities, fantastic breakfast with a view

The outdoor swimming pool is quite small and could be rearranged for optimal experience

breafast was great and plenty of everything

pool a little small so not much space but if early youd get a seat. As its a city break you dont go for the pool but with the heat it was in demand.

Daha öncede konaklamıştım. Çok harika bir lokasyon. Çok profesyonel çalışanlar. Kısaca herşey Çok güzeldi. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğim ve Electra da konaklayacağım❤️

Great rooftop pool and bar. Wonderful location with sea view. Facilities were immaculate.

Herkes çok ilgiliydi, memnun kaldık. Otel çok temizdi ve olanaklar güzeldi. Yemekler taze ve lezzetliydi.

Herşeyden memnun kaldık.

Immaculate facilities, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Dinner at the restaurant is a Michelin level culinary experience with beautiful view to the pier.

Heel fijn hotel, mooie rooftopbar, beste locatie in Thessaloniki

Niets op aan te merken!

Idéalement placé je vous recommande cet hôtel.

כלום

Location, excellent breakfast selection and quality.

Pool a little on the small side and very shallow.
