Room 406. Gorgeous view on water but cannot hear traffic. Nice balcony. Very close to main square, white tower and museums and indoor fresh market. Busy area. We had breakfast (included) and dinner. Both were fantastic and a good value. Wait staff will trip over themselves to service you. Comfortable bed and great shower with lofa sponge. Quiet room. It’s a Hilton, so use points on Hilton.com if you have them.

Small room. But was fine for a couple. Charged full price but because my flight was delayed a day no refund or credit. No one’s fault but it was expensive

Die Lage ist absolut top, das Haus historisch, im Art Deco-Stil, der Ausbau optimal an das alte Gebäude angepasst. Exzellenter Service und ein sehr gutes Restaurant im Haus. Roof-Top-Bar perfekt.

Exceptional hotel – highly recommended A truly beautiful, luxurious and high-quality hotel. The staff are warm, friendly and extremely professional, and the service feels experienced and genuinely attentive. The location is excellent, the hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully designed, with a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding — fresh, varied and absolutely delicious. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and overall a very pleasant hotel. The property feels modern and well maintained.

The main issue is value for money. The hotel costs roughly 30% more than what I would expect to pay for a comparable experience, without offering enough to justify that premium. The entrance is also not stroller accessible, service could be more proactive, and it was disappointing that some fairly basic breakfast items required an additional charge.

Very classy hotel , looks like it has had a refurbishment in the last few years which has been done with thoughtfulness,care and attention given to every detail ! Location is superb right on the seafront promenade adjacent to a very busy road , but the room soundproofing is so incredibly good , like turning a switch on and off ,hear absolutely 0 ! The public areas are beautiful ! Room is a good size with a small balcony, overlooking the promenade, not for sitting on , no furniture, but nice to stand and watch the world go by ! Bathroom is spacious, 2 sinks and a large shower with good pressure, iv been informed the toiletries provided are top quality! Bed extremely comfortable with lovely linen.Best breakfast we have had in Greece great variety and extra options for a reasonable price .we have stayed in the electra palace previously and this hotel really puts it in the shade ! Unfortunately only had 1 night to enjoy the hotel but we will be returning for longer !

Beautiful, sea front room. Amazing roof top bar. Big shower. Comfortable bed. Welcome sweets were a nice touch along with daily chocolate! Lovely breakfast and breakfast area. Staff very friendly and helpful. A beautiful place to stay.

Das Wasser aus dem Hahn hatte einen üblen Geruch. Man musste es erstmal eine Weile laufen lassen bevor man sIch dem unter der Dusche oder zu anderen Zwecken aussetzten konnte.

We loved the hotel and its location. Our room was very pretty and clean. It had everything we wanted like bathrobes and a coffee machine. The breakfast was good and they even made us a breakfast package since we had to check out early in the morning. The small gestures felt really welcoming.

The location is just perfect.

There were stains on the carpet. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough so I use slippers to take a shower. We asked for an iron, and we needed to call several times because they were very late. And the iron was just in a very poor condition. The furnitures ( e.g.wardrobe) are already shabby. And the breakfast was miserable.

Great stay! The room was large, comfortable, modern, and very clean. Personnel was kind. Overall good value for money as well if you compare to the competing options around. Extremely well located. You can get a sea view if you choose the corresponding room. Street just below didn’t bother, it is one way and the hotel has well isolated windows.

The breakfast (buffet) was not at the standard I would have expected. Pastries were very mid, fruit was not good, selection was very limited. Of course we could have ordered from the breakfast menu and payed for each ordered dish, but to me that defeats the purpose having breakfast included. Either it is à la carte and you pay, or it is all included in the breakfast fee (whether this entails buffet and/or à la carte), irrespective of whether this is included in the room price or you pay in addition. Can’t say I liked that two tier system. Also, a bit surprising given that the hotel restaurant serves very good food (we were very happy about it), thus we expected this would translate into the morning.

The staff is so welcoming and helpful!! The hotel is beautiful and placed well in thessaloniki just in front of the sea. It was the best choice for a short weekend!

The lighting system in the room is catastrophic, you can only choose from pre-set combos and not adjust individual lamps, so there is no way, for instance, to only turn on your bedside lamp. There is no way for one person to have one discreet lamp on at night while the other sleeps. We had booked a sea view room - which we did get - but the balcony railing was made of concrete and obstructed said view unless you were standing near to it. The room was still bright but it was a bit of a disappointment and the balcony wasn’t very enjoyable as you saw nothing when sitting there. The sea facing rooms are a bit noisy due to traffic.

Everything!!! Definitely a 5 star hotel. Amenities well designed and implemented within the room and the hotel. Couldn't fault it, comfort and luxury is exactly what you will receive. Clean , noise free.Staff was so professional, helpful and well organised. Thanks you On for a great experience and our prefer little upgrade

It was my third time at the hotel and while it still remains a gem of a hotel and spotless clean, the quality of services declined especialy when it comes to the professionalism of the staff serving during breakfast.

Giannis and Penny’s professionalism at the front desk is to be praised and should be an example for the rest of the staff at the front desk and entire hotel staff

Excellent location, immaculate, beautifully renovated room, very friendly, helpful staff. Rooftop bar is stunning and the drinks are very well priced.

We adored our room on the 7th floor with its exquisite view over the sea. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of quality products for every taste. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Cleaning was done swiftly and efficiently. The location was convenient. Incredible value for money all around.

Die vom Hotel empfohlene Parkmöglichkeit kann ich überhaupt nicht empfehlen Falls mit dem Fahrzeug dann parkiert in der öffentlichen Parkfläche der Stadt Thessaloniki am Hafen.

A beautiful new hotel with a fresh, modern design and stunning sea views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed with exceptional attention to detail. Every element feels carefully curated, making the stay both stylish and relaxing!

Stayed here for a night at the end of our holiday - from the moment we arrived we could tell we were going to enjoy our stay. Staff were really attentive - amazing from the moment we checked in. Room was gorgeous, with a balcony and sea view. Rooftop bar was lovely, with glorious sunset views and cocktails. Special mention to the hotel restaurant - staff were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our meal was, by far, the best of our whole 18 day holiday in Greece. Would not hesitate to stay here again, hopefully for longer next time. Thank you ON Residence!

There may be less facilities than other big hotels, but if you want a luxury city hotel to feel the city center+ sea , this is it.

Very comfortable bed and pillows… we had a junior suite it was perfect and fantastic location that can’t be beat!

Ingesamt war alles in Ordnung; wir haben besonders die Aussicht aufs Meer von unserem Zimmer aus und die Lage genossen. Das Personal ist freundlich und professionell.

Eher verbesserungswürdig ist das Frühstücksangebot. Für den Preis der Hotelunterkunft ist es recht bescheiden und bietet nichts Besonderes. Dass man etwa für Spiegeleier extra bezahlen muss, ist eher irritierend.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in bester Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade von Thessaloniki. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche, aufmerksame Service. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Auch die zentrale Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu entdecken. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

A wonderful hotel with a stunning view. We booked a sea-view room and were given a room on the 7th floor with a breathtaking view of the marina. The staff were very kind, and because we had an early flight, they even offered us a breakfast-to-go. Everything was well organized and waiting for us as soon as we got into the taxi. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality.

It’s a shame we stayed for only one night!

Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser. Kurze Wege in die Innenstadt und das Hafenviertel. Sehr nett gemachtes kleines Hotel mit sehr frrundlichem Personal.

Die Suite war etwas dunkel aufgrund der kleinen Fenster, aber ansonsten sehr edel gemacht.
