Good location clean rooms and easy check in

The air conditioning everywhere else besides the entrance and front desk is not very good and with the heat it was feeling hot throughout the building and I don’t know if it’s the same with all but my rooms air conditioner did not work very well wasn’t unbearably hot but not very comfortable

The area was very quiet and relaxing

Lady at the desk was great. The room was good. I did like the high floor.

Room was good but I expected more since it was a Hilton room. Was not disappointed but thought it would be more in the room as well as the building structure.

The indoor pool was heated which was nice

The property is older so it’s a little bit dated. The bed and blankets weren’t the comfiest but I usually stay with IHG not Hilton so what they have may be the standard.

Room was clean and as expected.

Staff was unhelpful, difficult to contact or find. They didn’t inform us ahead of time that they were repaving the parking lot. After parking exactly where the front desk told me to, my new shoes got ruined by uncured asphalt.

Easy to locate. Very close to my VA appointment.

The physical property was great. No complaints.

Beds and rooms great! Breakfast awesome! Variety of food and buffet style. Late check out yessss. We ate and went back to sleep. Love the 12pm check out time.

Elevators super slow

I loved that the restaurant was open when we got there late, as we had not eaten dinner. We were able to order and had a delicious meal prepared. The service was very good and everyone seemed happy to help.

The hall area on our floor outside the elevator was dirty. Only one of the two elevators worked during our stay, so wait times seemed long.

Online check om didnt work at all , still haven't gotten the invoice of charges that was told would be emailed to me.room was dated. Lights in bathroom were dim

The breakfast was awesome and perfect for a family of three. The breakfast was filling. The pool was perfect. The room was clean. The staff at the bar and restaurant were welcoming with grate customer service.

We loved everything.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel, because I never made it there. Although I had resting reservations they canceled them at 2:35pm right before check in and I was on my way. I received an email stating that my reservations were canceled. So I called to address the matter; basically they told me that they canceled it without an validate reason.

Hotel was okay. Staff was not friendly and were arguing when we got there. We were given room 108, then when we used the key, which did let us in, someone’s belongings were already in the room. The room had already been reserved and being used. We had to wait to get another room and even be let in because their system was down and she could not make us a key. Finally got a key, and the rest of the stay was fine. Jasmine made sure to give us a couple of free drinks for the mistake. However, my digital key continued to give us access to room 108 even though we stayed in 425. This is a concern for a safety issue. I won’t be staying here again.

The lobby and exterior was lovely.

The bathroom in our room was decent but could have been a little better for the cost of the room and being a Hilton. No fan so taking a hot shower steams up the bathroom pretty heavily. Could use some updating.

It was an overall pleasant stay.

The dining room wasn’t really separated from the lobby.

My tv wouldn't work right, kept turning on and off.

There was water damage on the walls were the wall paper was coming up. In the bathroom the was shampoo, body wash, and 2 lotions; the conditioner was missing. Breakfast was disappointing.

The Bartender Larry, provided us with exceptional customer service. The breakfast was exceptional the next morning. The front desk staff the next morning was polite, I didn't have much interaction with them. I had to check-out a day early due to the weather.

The night of check-in, the white slender desk representative wasn't that welcoming. There were Lady bugs in the ceiling of our room.

Our awesome host gave us a complimentary breakfast for our anniversary!

It was a nice hotel but I thought the food prices for $13 a person wasn’t worth it.

The staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel cafe was delicious food. For a few dollars more when you make a reservation, you get a delicious breakfast bar. We ate dinner there too. Very good. Clean hotel, only negative is the carpet needs to be replaced.

I do not often write reviews on hotels but this one was too terrible not to share my experience with others, especially since it was listed as 4 1/2 stars. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and as a gold member for Hilton, I have stayed at many Hiltons. But this may have been the worst experience I've had at a hotel. This was my 2nd time staying there. The first time was a year before (Oct 2024) for a client meeting for a client whose office is close. That time, it was an average stay. Clearly, this is a property in need for a renovation, but it was tolerable. This time, I was only staying for one night, and I checked in after a late client dinner. In short, the carpet was partially wet, it had a smell of mildew, the air was extremely loud, and the toilet was running all night to the point that it woke me up several times (and I'm not a light sleeper). I would never stay here again unless they completely renovated the property. There is a newer Hilton in Alpharetta that is a much better option.

Had to check out because staff would not control the noise above my room. It was 2 young boys playing/jumping in an air mattress in room 325. I was in room 225. I called the desk 3 times and even went up to where the noise was at 11.30 pm only to be told by the couple up there to “f off”. That is when I saw the 2 young boys in the room and the air mattress askew. They were using it as a bouncy house. I checked out at midnight. No refund offered.

The sheets were soft and the housekeepers were friendly.

The hot water took a very long time to warm up. The bartender was rude and not welcoming. We just went to bed rather than having a drink, as planned. There was a constant high pitch running noise all night coming from the hallway. The television was not equipped to stream. The elevators were very slow.

The only thing I didn't like was the toilet was so short it was for a midget...lol🫡 in the bartender wasn't really polite ..smh!! The elevator was super slow!

The location and the bed was comfortable

The staff was not nice at all. Very unwelcoming behavior. The breakfast are was freezing for the whole stay which was 4 mornings. I was about to slip on the treadmill. They had 2 treadmills and one was terribly skipping when it is on running and the other one was not maintained for a while I guess because it was so loud.

Two things.1. The toilet would come on every couple minutes all night long kept us awake. To the curtains wouldn’t close all the sun came all the way in difficult to sleep in the morning.

I was completely shocked that two very large pit bulls were allowed to roam the 2nd floor. I understand we have no rights regarding this situation but all it takes is one attack to bankrupt the hotel.
