Shuttle service close to airport

Location was close to Rogers Stadium. There were plenty of restaurants close by in this area. Surprisingly no airport traffic noise.

Paying for parking.

Staff were lovely, food in restaurant was of high quality. they also had a snack bar so you could get food at any time of the day, big plus when you are jetlagged.

the shuttle bus was a little hard to find and not as frequent as I hoped. booking.com failed to book my room but I was lucky they had space when I arrived. Huge fail from booking.com so I would book direct in future.

The cleaning and the general atmosphere

The room decor was tiered and needed updating it was looking a little shabby.

The staff go beyond, particularly helping with boarding pass. Always on hand with a smile. Beds are great. Bathroom is good. Pizza in restaurant was lovely. Shuttle bus to Terminals is quick and reliable.

The airport shuttle was great! I recommend planning your trip back to the airport a few minutes ahead. This hotel is the first stop and then we head to the second hotel with the shuttle and then the airport! ☺️.

WiFi was poor (slow, and connection wasn't good). Hadn't realised I was paying for it!

It was decent but not for the price.

The bathroom doors were horrible. The bathroom could use updating. They charged us 35$ a day for parking on top of what we paid for the room which was too high for the quality of the room in my opinion. The pool was cold and too much chlorine it was burning my eyes.

Sadly the pool wasn’t working.

Breakfast could have been better. Toaster was dirty and took 10 goes to toast. Otherwise ok.

Good location and good facilities

We appreciated how late we could get room service after a long travel day (and the snack store in the lobby).. Loved the proximity to the airport + train to downtown.

Our air didn't seem to be working great in our room and it felt warm at night even though we had the temperature set low.

Bed was uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, synthetic everything that it felt hot 🥵 No usb outlet in a room, stuff refused to provide a charger.

Free shuttle bus to and from airport. Lovely towels and sheets. Beds made and fresh towels etc each day. Nothing too much trouble when asking staff for something. Very relaxed stay.

Wardrobe door was awkward to use as right near bathroom door but you got used to it.

It is unfortunately a substandard hotel. The room had a stale smell, bathroom was ridden with limescale and not properly cleaned. They don’t have any amenity kits. Staff kept asking for tips for simple services.

There waass no hairdyer in the room. The "Guide" button on the TV did not work. Very inconvenient having to scroll channel by channel to find programs.

The breakfast was good and the restaurant had a good selection of food for all the meals

Check in was quick and easy

Requested the bed be made up for my children and a crib, crib was there with no sheets, bed not made up despite confirming at the front desk. The room wasnt very clean and there was no water to drink which was the first time I've ever seen a hotel not have water available for its guests. Checkout staff was rude, never even asked how iur stay was and when issues were brought up she rolled her eyes and said she could try to find her manager. This was a layover stay so I did not have time to wait for a manager that was likely going to be busy and make me wait. Not at all worth $600 per night. Room was also advertised as a 1 bedroom and it was a studio.

The room was a bit dated and the bathroom smelled faintly of mold, even though it was overall clean. The wifi requires to register and provide a lot of personal data, I am used to simply connect to complementary wifi in hotels normally.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, immer wieder gerne!

Excellent location close to Pearson airport Very clean & spacious room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Meals at the restaurant were excellent. Friendly staff and very accommodating in allowing us a later checkout. Free airport shuttles and bag storage facilities.

Molto comodo per l'aeroporto con navetta gratuita 24 ore al giorno a intervalli di 15 o 30 minuti a seconda del momento della giornata; stanza molto spaziosa anche se un po' datata, soprattutto il bagno. Staff cordiale.

Personeel was echt ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. De man bij de ingang had een prachtig verhaal en hielp ons heel erg fijn. De mevrouw in de bediening tijdens ons diner was persoonlijk en netjes.

The housekeeper did a great job; cleaning the room. She was pleasant and professional.

staff welcome was not accommodating for the time we checked in after a very delayed flight. They were not considerate of the mood we were in nor flexible with check out (especially as we checked in at 4am). Yet insisted the checkout at 12 noon. Also shuttle from airport to the hotel was not frequent. We waited nearly 30 mins for the next shuttle and no way to contact them as they were unresponsive on the messaging app.

Gute Lage am Flughafen. Die Zimmer sind auf jeden Fall in Ordnung. Für ein bis zwei Nächte kann man da nichts dran aussetzen, wenn man ein Bett, Kaffee und einen Fernseher möchte.

Finger Weg vom Shop und dem Frühstück. 60 Euro für zwei Eier und n billo Croissant ist krass unverschämt. Dann im Shop für ein Aufback- Croissant 6 CAD + sales tax zu verlangen grenzt schon an sehr n den Grenzen, der guten Sitten. Hier sollte man am besten sein Essen selbst mitnehmem und auf keinen Fall sich auf das Angebot vor Ort verlassen. Aber das Hotel an sich kann man auf jeden Fall für ein/zwei Nächte machen. Auch kommt man mit dem Bus recht gut und günstig in die Innenstadt.

Vicinissimo all’aeroporto, è disponibile una navetta gratuita da e per l’aeroporto. Camera ampia, staff gentile, presenti palestra aperta h24, piscina e sauna. Comodo per prendere voli al mattino presto.

The hotel is near the airport Toronto Pearson and they have a free shuttle from and to the airport. The shuttle drives every 30 minutes. The rooms are very big, with all the equipments. The breakfast was very good, with a good choice (bread, eggs, sausages, pancakes, cereals, muffins, fruits, yoghurt ...). A big plus is a swimming pool and a fitness.

A free wifi is not included in a price. You have to be a member of Hilton honors.

De passage pour une nuit le temps de reprendre l'avion le lendemain, l'hôtel est idéalement situé par rapport à l'aéroport. On peut aller se divertir au casino non loin car il est très bien desservi par les UBER. La chambre et l'hôtel sont propres calmes et spacieux. Le petit déjeuner est très bien achalandé.

We left too early for the breakfast unfortunately. Proximity to the airport was fine but further than we thought when booking. Check in and out was smooth.

Our room was abysmal. Stains and scratches on the walls, a big stain of something on the carpet. My socks came up so dirty walking on the carpet. The bathroom was literally crumbling apart. The bathtub lining was stripping off, the shower curtain was ripped, the towels were so old with frayed edges. We weren’t given enough towels. The bathroom roller door was dodgy and really loud to open and close. We did not feel like we were in a clean or hygienic room but our kids were exhausted so we dealt it with it for the short stay we had. Could not believe that wifi wasn’t included in the cost. Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age.

Das Personal war beim Einchecken sehr unfreundlich. Auch als wir sie angesprochen haben warum sie so unfreundlich sei meinte sie sie sei halt so. Sehr schade.

We were arriving after 9pm and it was confusing how late food would be served in the bar/or room service. I messaged the hotel and also called them and still actual hours were different(open later) from what I was previously told.

It’s overpriced for what it is. I’ve stayed in several yyz hotels and this one has the lowest value for the money. Bathroom is quite dated and generally nothing special.

Hilton left me high and dry, apparently their computers across the Hilton network crashed (horse crap, I travel for work and have co-workers at other Hilton and they had no issue) so my reservation was charged but not registered. Checked in after my flight only to find out I had no reservation, had to find a new hotel after a long day. Still waiting for the refund to my CC. Unsatisfied

Hôtel à proximité de l’aéroport, 5 min en navette ce qui est très pratique, et 25 min en taxi pour aller dans le centre de Toronto.

Rien à signaler, tout était parfait pour un hôtel proche de l’aéroport.

Very expensive. Would not use the card (business) it was booked with to pay so had to use personal credit card. Very noisy all night. The doors are very heavy and loud when they open and close, which they did, right through the night.

We stayed at this hotel about six months ago, and unfortunately it felt noticeably more worn this time. The room looked quite used, with visible signs of wear that made it feel less fresh than I remembered. On the positive side, the service was good. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made check-in and check-out easy. Cost quite acceptable as well! Overall, it’s a convenient choice for an overnight stay before or after a flight, thanks to its location near Toronto Pearson Airport. However, the hotel would benefit from some room updates and refurbishment to match the standards expected of the Hilton brand.

The room was a bit smelly.

Had to stay one night. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is basic airport. Very close to the terminal. Breakfast is adequate. From the reception to the room there is a considerable walk. Lives to Hilton standard.
