I liked the room size, was very large.

No bathtub in bathroom No free parking No slippers available, I even asked at reception but they were unable to provide indoor slippers. No shower or change rooms in pool area

I really like the location. It is super convenient for me to catch my flight which left 7AM in the next day.

I missed the breakfast which won't open until 6AM and had nothing in my stomach when I left the hotel. It would be nice if there is anything that can be grabbed and go for people who left early before regular breakfast was served.

I don’t understand this concept of paying for parking to stay at a hotel that you are already paying to stay at. It’s nonsense and just another way of clipping the ticket. If someone book parking build it into the total cost and charge it as one so at least you know ahead of time what you are paying for.

They didn’t tell us about the parking. We have to pay for the parking and it is 30$ per night. This is something silly and they shouldn’t do that.

1 lift kapot dus lang wachten Zwembad is zo klein als een Postzegel en dan liggen er ook nog 20 kinderen in Airco unit maakt enorm veel lawaai en is slecht te regelen Ontbijt veel minder dan 4dagen geleden, koffie zo slap dat het op thee lijkt en geen ommeletjes

the Staff was warm and inviting. very friendly and helpful. the Rooms were clean and comfortable. the trip to the airport was very quick and time consuming.

the first thing that got me was that there was only one elevator working so getting up and down to or from the room took some time, so we took the stairs more then the elevator. the second thing that got me was the breakfast room was small and over packed very tight and slow moving I myself did not care for the breakfast but my family seemed to.

There wasn’t any towels for the pool, even after letting the staff know after 30 mins of waiting my kids just went upstairs wet. The shower door wasn’t correctly installed which les to flooding the bathroom after every shower. The bathroom door also stuck really badly making an obnoxious loud noise when opening or closing it.

Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer waren angenehm groß und sauber. Frühstück amerikanisch, aber ausreichend. Alle halbe Stunde Transport zum Flughafen, auch ohne Gepäck möglich.

Unser Zimmer wurde am späten Abend nochmals an einen anderen Gast incl Schlüsselkarte vergeben.

The room was not clean. Bedding had hairs on sheets. The toilet was in need of updating and hairs on toilet bowl.

Decent breakfast—I came just before closing & was pleased. Room was fine w different types of pillows and easy to use hygiene products. Staff pointed me to restaurant at neighboring hotel for dinner. All in room was great. Shuttle to airport was timely.

The location is practical (near airport) but not scenic, which I didn’t expect. I brought swim gear, but saw the small, VERY chlorinated pool as more of a family setting than for a relaxing adult swim & didn’t go in. That was okay given everything else.

We didn't get the breakfast because our flight was early.

Such a good stay, everything was great, the room, the service, the facilities. The total opposite of our recent experience at the Hampton Inn in Times Square.

Hotel przy lotnisku na jedną noc. Ok, czysto, przestronne pokoje. Mam uwagę do obsługi, która była niemiła. Mieliśmy lot przed śniadaniem i zgodnie z ustaleniem mieliśmy otrzymać kanapki na drogę. Rano okazało się, że nic nie zostało przygotowane. Pan, który nas obsługiwał nawet się nie wysilił, żeby zaproponować coś innego.

Obsługa nie była miła i mało pomocna.

Disliked: My stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. While the room itself was acceptable, the airport shuttle service revealed serious management issues and a complete lack of employee professionalism. 1. Dangerously Overcrowded Airport ShuttleThe airport shuttle (Shuttle Bus) experience was an absolute nightmare. The bus is configured with one row of seats on each side and a narrow aisle down the middle. After picking us up, every single seat was taken. We assumed we were heading straight to the airport, but the driver stopped at another hotel to pack in a massive crowd of additional passengers. The interior was extremely overcrowded, to the point where people were packed tightly all the way up to the exit doors. The driver instructed everyone to hold onto the handrails, but shorter passengers could not even reach the bars overhead. This severe overcrowding felt like a major safety hazard throughout the entire ride. 2. Abusive and Unprofessional Driver Blaming Guests The most infuriating part was the driver's appalling attitude. Before boarding, he only asked the group if we were going to Canada. After everyone said yes, he directed us to hand over our luggage and loaded it into the vehicle himself. However, when the bus arrived at Terminal 3 and we stepped out to wait for our bags, the driver started loudly complaining and berating us. He was incredibly rude, ranting repeatedly that the T3 luggage was packed too deep inside the hold and was too hard for him to pull out. He heavily implied it was our fault. This is completely absurd. He loaded the bags himself. He only asked about our country before boarding and never asked which terminal we were getting off at. Blaming paying guests for his own total lack of loading logistics is utterly unacceptable.

One elevator was broken and they needed more staff for checking in during peak time. The battery in the door was dead so after being jet lagged and all my baggage was by the room I couldn’t get into my room.

They have a 24hr shuttle from the airport. I used a taxi on my way to the hotel as it was 2am and I didn’t want to figure out a shuttle - the cost was 25 CAD. The taxi ride was less than 5min! I did use the shuttle from the hotel back to the airport and it was great - free. The room was excellent. Far larger than I expected and very modern. I didn’t use any of the other facilities (breakfast, pool, etc) but I would assume they would be up to par based on the room experience. It was a bit pricey for just a 1 night stay, but with how nice it was I would book it again.

Booking.com and hotel charged me double for same stay and neither one has refunded any money. Be aware of financial hiccup from this place. Upon enquiry, the hotel wasn't paid by booking.com. Inspite of proof of payment, hotel needed another payment or I don't have a place to stay. They just take your money and don't care. Plus this happened in the past.
