The hotel already refurbished, it seems new and comfort to stay. Strategic location, opposite the LRT Asia Jaya station. Taste good and variety choices for hotel breakfast.

The parking access to lobby don’t have lift, need to climb the staircase. It is unfriendly to guest whom carry heavy luggage to lobby. There are insufficient duty officer at the hotel check-in counter. Only 2 duty manager at counter. Guest need to wait long time to proceed the hotel check-in.

The location is convenient, not too far from Sunway Pyramid and SS2 Petaling, which feature a mall and a hawker center. Upon arrival, my impression was rather poor; the hotel seemed understaffed, forcing me to fetch a trolley and unload my luggage myself. There was a significant queue at check-in despite three counters being open. Perhaps they were just extremely busy, to the point that they didn’t even have time to smile while interacting with or assisting guests. My room was upgraded from a standard unit to a King Premium Executive room with Lounge Access. The only differences from the standard (deluxe) room were the higher floor and access to the executive lounge. Heading to the room, I found the elevators located at the far end of the hall; they were quite slow, leading to long waits during busy periods. The corridors and rooms had undergone a complete renovation; the room was stylish, modern, and functional, featuring a light gray color scheme and excellent lighting. It felt spacious despite containing a work desk and chair, a coffee table and armchair, and a king-sized bed plus a baby crib while the carpeted flooring added to the comfort. The bathroom retained its original tiling but featured new mosaic accents in the shower area, preventing it from looking too dated. It was equipped with a sink, bathtub, toilet, and a shower with a rain showerhead. Unfortunately, filling the bathtub took a long time, and the water sometimes yellowish. The shampoo dispenser is also broken and cant be used. There were no issues with the air conditioning or general cleanliness, except on the last day: after the room was serviced, the mineral water wasn't replenished, and the cleaning cloth and chemicals had been left behind in the room. The atmosphere during evening cocktails was crowded; however, the variety of food and drinks was quite good compared to other Hilton properties, which sometimes offer only light snacks. There was a disappointment: on our third day, the sparkling water ran out. When we asked for some, we were told it was unavailable, yet another guest who asked later was served som even though the staff member I had spoken to was the same person who served the other guest. The evening cocktail menu included: 1. Soft drinks, fruit, croissant sandwiches, cheese, nuts, fruit cake, *cendol* panna cotta 2. Mac and cheese, fried rice, baked fish tikka Facilities included a kids' pool, an adult pool, and a gym. The pool water was quite cold. The breakfast variety over the five day stay was quite satisfying, even if the selection didn't change much; the food tasted good. Tables were often full and slow refills on food. On two days of my stay, they even had to set up extra tables extending into the lobby. 1. Pastries, Malay cakes, doughnuts, bread, muffins, pancakes, waffles, fried rice, chicken rendang 2. Nasi lemak, egg station, prata, fried beef lung, noodle station, siomay, pao 3. Lyonnaise potatoes, potato puffs, bacon, sausages, porridge, rice cake soup, oatmeal, French toast 4. Bread and butter pudding, tomatoes, beans, mixed vegetables, fritters, samosas, tea, coffee, juice, teh tarik 5. Indian dishes, salad, cold cuts, fruit, cereal, yogurt

Once again, I stayed at this wonderful hotel for five days, and it feels as though it has completely reinvented itself. The service and attention to detail are exceptional; everything feels perfectly tailored, and staying here simply feels right. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, and the Lounge Crew is fantastic. I would especially like to mention Vimala, who looked after me like a mother when I was feeling a little unwell. And, of course, Sinan, who keeps a firm hand on the wheel and makes sure the ship keeps running smoothly. It was also lovely to see Jennifer again, as well as Ivi, who is doing a great job. I was happy to briefly see Andre too. All in all, it was another wonderful stay, and I can hardly wait to come back.

Had 1 night here, enjoyed it significantly more than Sentral. Staff very friendly. Location wise for us was good, train into city / Grab very easy to use. A great improvement from one of our previous visits. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Best hotels in Petaling Jaya ! New refurbished rooms n update facilities! Cosy set up Good n friendly staffs in KL! Knows their job well n hands on personnel! Executive Club lounge looks good n getting better with Virmala & Yasmin hold the fort ! Recommended to All Hilton Honors member - this is the hotel to stay in KL ! Shops nearby at Mid valley / One Utama / Curves . Will be back during Festive seasons for a long stay ! Thank you guys n keep up the good job👍

The staff were all quite friendly. The staff at breakfast was great. The chef walking around made you feel like the food was made with lots of effort and love. They made an area where the guests could watch the WorldCup games. That was a real treat and well thought of.

Need to direct traffic at the lobby. Oh can get really messy. They should make an area for waiting somewhere without hogging the hotel's entrance. The pool was actually nice but it needs some sprucing up. Looks quite dated.

My husband and I chose PJ Hilton for a weekend getaway, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. We check in early so our designated room was not available but we were very happy with what was readily available then. Breakfast was excellent, with an impressive variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The Teh Tarik was absolutely fantastic and is a must-try! They come to your table and 'tarik' your coffee or tea. Impressive! Parking was available, making our stay even more convenient. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality. Every member of the team greeted us with genuine warmth and a welcoming smile, making us feel right at home. It's the little touches and sincere service that make all the difference, and PJ Hilton certainly exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Toujours aussi intéressant d'être à moins de 5 minutes à pied du LRT pour se rendre à la gare de KL Sentral ou au coeur de la ville en évitant les encombrements. Autre intérêt non négligeable la proximité du très vintage Amcorp Mall pour son marché aux puces du week end où l'on peut dénicher quantité d'objets de l'ancienne Malaya.

We had a wonderful 4D3N stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean, making our stay relaxing. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning, and the food selection was great with plenty of delicious options. What made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the restaurant staff. A special thank you to Fatin at the front desk of the restaurant. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always had the sweetest smile that brightened our day. We were staying with our parents and our baby, so our parents would usually go down for breakfast first while we joined later. On just the second day, Fatin remembered us and immediately recognized who our parents were, escorting us straight to their table without us having to explain. That level of attentiveness and personal service really impressed us. We would also like to thank Captain Kaplana, who was always smiling, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Both Fatin and Kaplana made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire breakfast team for making every morning such a pleasant experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

A special commendation also goes to the Housekeeping team. The cleanliness and upkeep of my room were exceptional throughout my stay. Every day, the room was cleaned to a very high standard, and I was especially impressed by the attention to detail, including the polishing of the floors. I recently stayed at Hilton Petaling Jaya for 3 nights (26 - 29 April 2026) and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Although the hotel has been around for quite some time, it has clearly undergone a major refurbishment and upgrading. The property now feels refreshed, modern and very well-maintained - successfully blending its legacy with updated comfort and quality. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered from front desk to housekeeping to the phone operator was courteous, responsive and genuinely helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, well-appointed and very comfortable. The bed in particular was excellent and ensured restful nights. Facilities were well-kept, the location was convenient and the room service food was enjoyable and delivered promptly. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with consistent quality across service, cleanliness and comfort. What stood out most was the genuine care and professionalism of the team. I would definitely return and highly recommend Hilton Petaling Jaya to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

Room is clean and spacious with all amenities as that for a 5star hotel. Power outlets are strategically placed on table and both sides of the bed. Location of hotel is very convenient to city center or any part of klang valley.

The diameter of pipe for dispensing the bath gel, conditioner and shampoo should be much bigger for easy dispensing.
