Location is fantastic

Security is weak. Lift access is not controlled and limited to guests. No need to scan card to go to any floor. Anyone can come up to your floor.

Wegen den Wartungsöffnungen ist die Lärmbelästigung durch Zug und Autobahn recht hoch. Der Fintessraum war lediglich eine provisorische Einrichtung in einem Durchgang zum Nebengebäude. Im Gebäude wurde viel geraucht.

Grab food order poor collection service. I received a worn out, damage and torn bath towel. My bedsheet got some "red/orange" stain on it.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Ample of parking spaces around the hotel. The parking fee is RM3 per entry and need to be validated at Reception. Room is comfortable and there is Coway dispenser at every level's corridor.

House keeping need to be more attentive as it is dusty at some corner of room. Those with sensitive nose will feel it after few minutes in the room. Breakfast is so-so to normal.

Ordered breakfast for 8am. But arrived to room 8.35am. No punctuality.

I really liked the location. It was close to the LRT station, which made it very convenient to travel around.

When I was given the rooms I had booked, there was no hot water. It appeared that there was a maintenance issue affecting that floor, which meant that guests did not have access to hot water. While I understand that the maintenance issue itself may have been outside the hotel’s control, I found it inconvenient and disappointing that I was not informed about it beforehand. I only received an upgrade after I raised a complaint. I also did not appreciate the manner in which the manager and some of the front-desk staff spoke to me. I was understanding of the situation and recognized that the issue was not necessarily their fault. However, I felt that there was a lack of concern for the inconvenience caused to me as a paying guest, particularly because I had not been informed about the issue in advance. I believe the situation could have been handled much better through clearer communication.

The property was located we’ll and had great views. Grab came easily for pick up and drop. The luggage can be kept at the concierge. Vegetarian food options available

I had booked a premium king bed but the size of the bed was queen or even smaller. The bed sheets were clean but were not seeming fresh or new. The towels were also not new and looked old and used since years, it didn’t give a fresh feelin though. The food was over priced - a tomato soup was rated at 26 RM which I felt was over priced.

No toiletries were provided, and there were no hand towels in the room. Only two bath towels were supplied. When we requested two additional towels, the receptionist informed us that only one extra towel could be provided. In addition, parking was chargeable, and no complimentary parking was offered for hotel guests.

Room is roomy, bed is comfy, impressive lobby area.

Bathroom facilities need improvement, room had water dripping from ceiling then fixed. Hotel is stingy in their supplies, no face towel, no hand towel that is bad. I stay there continuously for 5 nights plus two nights booked separately but, when I asked for one hour of checkout time from 12noon to 13:00, the rep. named Maxidonna at the front desk was even reluctantly, then allowed when I begged her, that gave me a very bad impression, unthinkable! I haven't had that kind of experience in all my dealing with hotels in the past.

The room was clean and spacious.

I booked a high room category. It highlights a fast internet connection and a city view. On checkin I double checked about this. They said they couldn’t do anything about the lack of view but internet would be fast. Gave me a wrong card. I had to go all the way up with luggage then all the way back down to reception and then someone came with me. The sink didn’t drain well and the shower leaked onto the floor. But worst of all the internet was terrible, I could not do the important work calls. They said they would fix the bathroom and then eventually moved me up into an upgraded room ;@4 the last night. Unfortunately here the internet was worse, it was very slow and then it completely stopped working at the start of an important call. I had to go sit in the lobby for 2-3 hours at 11oclock at night (where there are lots of mosquitos and noise) to get the calls done. Poor experience for the price. Moved elsewhere after and it was so much better

Staying at a hotel where you still had to pay for parking was one thing I did not understand. But thats not the worst of it there was no drinking water and no one told that you had to get your own water for the price if the room that you had to pay.. but wait! It gets better there was no hot water and when asked the front desk they blamed it on the contractors doing a lousy job... that is certainly not my problem. The sink was clogged called for maintenance didn't even come fix it. I asked the front desk what was the issue instead of a solution they looked at me like I was the problem-joke. The last bit that took me by surprise, my friends who were staying in the same hotel asked the front lady for a check out at 1pm- she gave in to him. However mere 5 minutes later I had asked for a late check out she told me she will charge 21 ringgit for every late check out and said that there were guest waiting to check in I wont be able to have a late check out. Funny how biased some people can be. Im never going to stay at that hotel again.

I wish price the was cheaper. Noticed that it has been going up in bits over the past 5 years period. I wish there is also like loyalty membership for regular/recurring customers, maybe this will ought to provide good prices for recurring customers.

flooring of my room on this stay was very clean; better than on previous times.

i requested for more (satchets) instant coffee - though i dialled 'Housekeeping' , it was front office answering ... and then, my request took more than 30minutes to fulfil. 2. The basement car park is long overdue for a fresh coat of paint (only!)

The room was very large and clean. It also looked like it was recently refurnished, avoiding that dreaded worn and dated look that often haunts most old hotels. The beds were comfortable. We had no complaints except that the room service was done very late in the day, almost towards evening. The staff were wonderful. I would point out the door staff as they were often to open the doors and help with the luggage and bags. I noticed they were similarly helpful to other guests too, especially the elderly and less mobile guests. Special kudos to them. We dined at several of the hotel outlets, including the main coffee house where they served a decent buffet breakfast. The bar on the first floor was a nice place for a beer in the evening. The front office staff were very helpful with our questions and requests. I'm very impressed that this hotel has kept up its standards and quality of hospitality after all these years and despite intense competition from rival hotels. Oh yes, the location was superb.

Not much. Perhaps they could have tidied our room a bit earlier in the day, so that we could have had a clean room when we got back after a day out in the city.

This is the second time I stay in the property. In each case I stay I went down with an allergic running nose. I suspect the hVAC system is not clean regularly

the fact tht we have to booked a day in advance to have breakfast 😳 & in order to get the discount as the hotel guest ?! otherwise the charges will be the same as walked-in guest !! So we decided, Not to have any breakfast during our 4days stay !
