the staffs were friendly and helpful. especially the front desk. They knew what they were doing and knowledgeable in their field. The guy name SHEIK from the front desk was the star for me.

the access road to nearby place is elevated. would have been better if they provide pass through via the basement so we can just exit thew building without going through the hassle of walking far and make a big turn

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Joe from Feast Restaurant made us very much at home. She was bright and cheerful and made me a special omelette. Great customer service!

Nothing I can think of but as a suggestion, the curtains in the room 2723 could be electrically operated to open and close. Very large windows to keep shuffling the curtains to open and close. Otherwise, all good.

The Sheraton team is marvelous. They prepared our arrival perfectly. Request for additional bed and simple decoration for birthday are granted. Parking is a flat rate of RM5. Please validate at the reception prior to departure. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast at the Feast is good. Executive Lounge is at 31 floor. The team worked hard to ensure everything is in order. Food being replenished timely. Our check out was processed smoothly at the lounge. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Will definitely return.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would like to thank Abid from the Front Desk for his excellent service during check-in. He was polite, professional, and very approachable. He answered my questions clearly and courteously, and even when the answer was not what I had hoped for, he explained it in such a pleasant and respectful way that I felt completely understood and valued. Thank you, Abid, for making a positive difference to my stay.

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are nice.

The reception staff is incompetent. Problems with payment. They cannot make normal decisions to solve the problem. Constant harassment in my room with letters to come to reception. It is their fault but they bothered me all the time.

Breakfast is exceptionally good, but dinner within hotel in Chinese restaurant is average, not many choices. The Japanese one is very good but price is eye watering .

The lift is confusing, room are not spacious , more on French/ Italian level. The airco is to loud- wo airco is hel with airco you are in flight mode. I hated dresding code during breakfast from some nationality- they wearing not adequate clothes for 5* hotel.

It was a truly pleasant and memorable experience, and I would like to commend the team for the excellent service provided throughout my stay. Especially hats off to Mr Sheikh Rahman, Front office manager for going the extra mile to make my stay feel more special. From Housekeeping to the Front office, everything was phenomenal, particularly the friendly and welcoming staffs.

i booked 2 rooms. when i came to check in at 3pm, they told me one of the rooms that i booked was in the middle of cleaning so they told me to check in the first room first and they will call back once the other room is ready waited till 430pm but still yet to be ready i had to go to the receptionist and remind them again for it and sadly the keys were only given to me at 5pm

This was my second stay at this hotel. I booked a 1-Bedroom King Suite for one night in June to attend a function. The Room: Very spacious with a separate living area. The soundproofing is good, and the bath shower pressure is strong. Elite Benefits: Excellent Titanium Elite recognition. I received both complimentary breakfast and Executive Lounge access. Dining: The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food selections. Logistics: Parking costs a flat rate of RM 5.50. The location is excellent, making it very easy to get a public ride to Kuala Lumpur's nightlife.

Staff were friendly and made an effort to make me feel welcome. Bed was very comfortable. Room 3010 has an excellent view of the city. The Sala bar poolside has the same view which is lovely to enjoy with an ice cold Tiger beer. The gym dumbbell weights go up to 22kg which is fantastic for a hotel gym.

I was visiting family in PJ so this location was excellent for my stay. If however you wish to walk the city, it’s not a simple exit the hotel and take the metro. It’s half a hour to 40 mins into town dependent on traffic and how you commute. I’ve stayed at the pavilion hotel previously and have been spoilt with accessibility. Not the hotel’s fault, just depends on what you want. Do your research! What is the hotel’s fault - The rooftop pool and gym are great however if you are male you are unable to access the toilets on that floor whilst the bar is closed in the morning. There are however two ladies toilets accessible… doesn’t make much sense. The phone in the room malfunctioned whilst calling guest services and when I reported it was advised an engineer would attend however it remained unfixed for the 3 night stay. There was also a strange smell of sewage emanating from the bathroom at around 2:00pm each day. It would dissipate in the late afternoon however.

The room was nice and well kept. The shampoo and conditioner was nice and the showers were excellent. View was okay and overall the room was really great. The TV channels were alright but may require additional channels.

The fridge was not as cold as I would have liked but overall it was okay. The channels on the tele could have been more but it was adequate.

There was a power cut during my stay there. I went to the receptionist and all he did was he nodded his head without saying anything, not even an apology. I was in a middle of a video conference. I went to another receptionist who offered me free breakfast which was nice.

Room beverage. For the money we paid for 2 nights why didn't hv any soft drinks in yur mini fridge. Doest cost much to put some beverages and snacks. For the 2 nights we stayed, we spend arnd 1.7k we ate 3 meals a day for 3 person.

This is regarding the afternoon tea. It was by far the worst afternoon tea I've had after several hotels experiences worldwide, it is definitely not made by a chef or pastry chef. Not only were the items not freshly made/baked, they were stale, too hard, or plainly inedible. I was so embarrassed that I had invited 9 other guests to enjoy afternoon tea...I had to repeatedly apologize to the guests for the poor quality of food. This really ruined my image of the hotel as a whole. I never write negative reviews but felt like it would be a disservice if I did not post this one. The hotel should not even be allowed to serve afternoon tea, genuinely. In depth food review— Parmesan custard: grainy, tasteless, inedible Seared scallop: very fishy but edible Vol au vent: stale puff pastry, definitely left in a fridge and/or a couple days old, barely edible Salmon sandwich: bread was stale (also probably left in fridge), filling was okay (it's hard to mess up a sandwich...), most edible food Shrimp salad tartlet: tartlet seemed pretty-packaged (very hard), filling was interesting but but kinda gross Lemon poppy seed cake: literally tastes like it came from a vending machine or a grocery store shelf English trifle: this is not an english trifle, it was just artificial strawberry jello with a dollop of cream (no sponge cake or custard), it's something I made as a 5 year old kid Berries tartlet: pre-packaged shell, fruit was fine to me (guests complained it was too sour though), fruit should have had a sugar glaze...this is lazy work Petit gateaux: messy work (see picture), tasted horrible; I knew this afternoon tea was not made by a pastry chef just by the looks of this one Scones: literally as hard as a rock, definitely a couple days old and was reheated, flavor was fine as long as your teeth did not fall out Lastly, the servers were definitely confused on the concept of afternoon tea, which I do not blame them as they probably did not receive instruction. They did try their best which I appreciate. Had to have repeated back and forth on how to serve tea (they ended up just bringing teapots for us to pour ourselves), and we had to request sugar and milk (which only one table received). The tea was also just tea bags, some guests received cold tea. I believe in improvement, here are some tips for management: Hire a pastry chef to curate and make the menu Food should be made and prepared daily, and not refrigerated leftovers Train servers on how to run an afternoon tea (pour tea for guests, set up table with milk and sugar, ensure tea is hot) Offer special blend teas (not regular tea bags that every hotel customer can get from breakfast) Tea cups and tableware should be for afternoon tea, not plain white tableware that is served everywhere in the hotel

A luxurious staycation place in the heart of Petaling Jaya with reasonable rate. Comfortable and spacious room, great food and beverages in Club Lounge, Feast and Link Cafe, nice rooftop swimming pool, suitable for family, solo or couple squad, and business travelers. Sheraton PJ to be unexpectedly comfortable and convenient. Appreciated the room upgrades and good hospitality shown by their staff - front desk, concierge, f&b, club lounge. All in all, had a pleasant 5 star stay here, found it to be positively different from their property in KL.
