Perfect location and very clean. It has everything you need.

No lift, carrying suitcases and a baby wasn’t easy but we knew there were no stairs.

L’appartamento (18/1) è enorme, luminoso ed arredato con molto gusto. Posizione comoda per muoversi a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici per visitare la città ma anche i dintorni (con i treni dalla vicina stazione)

Vicino al 18 c’è un locale che resta aperto fino a tardi, oltre alla musica, ci sono gli schiamazzi sotto le finestre. Peccato perché la casa è davvero meravigliosa

Location was perfect for all the places we wished to be during the Festivals.

The lone piper across the road from 8.30 am to 9pm became a bit of a pain after the novelty had worn off! Also in the middle of the cross roads there is a loose metal plate and every time a vehicle crossed it there was a loud clonking sound - tell the Council!

Nice big space with great amenities. Location is close to everything in both old & new town.

The visitors tax on accommodation put the price up.

Though this didn’t impact me, as I am profoundly deaf so once I take out cochlear processor life is sweet, the noise from the slamming of doors could impact hearing people.

Great location, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.

Nothing to do with the property just the noise of the air conditioning units and fans on the adjacent properties. Only noticed when going to sleep but still slept ok. No other noises within the building or from other apartments.

The location and the facilities in the apartment was all usable

The only thing that could be an issue for people that are older or have a back problem would be all the steps a young gentleman helped me up with my large bag.

The room was easy to locate as it is in a prime location for enjoying the city. The room was cozy and perfect for a couple or solo traveler. There was a little kitchen which was nice to prepare breakfast and laundry which has great for a mid-trip stay.

There was not many places to put your luggage due to the size of the room

The location was excellent.The apartment facilities were also excellent. The staff based in the head office were very helpful (5 stars). You can leave your cases at head office when checking in and checking out which was really helpful.

The only criticism I would have is that we were in apartment 5 on the top floor and there is no lift. Not really a problem for us but maybe a problem for elderly or anyone with mobility problems.

We loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable: right in the center of everything, super easy to access, and very spacious. Plus, waking up to a amazing view of Edinburgh Castle made it extra special. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Edinburgh and would definitely book it again ourselves!

Staying on the third floor meant carrying our luggage up quite a few stairs without an elevator, the amazing location and views made it entirely worth it

Appartamento accogliente accessoriato con tutto quello che serviva per il nostro soggiorno e anche qualcosa di più. Posizione comodissima per visitare sia la Old Town che la New Town. Dal nostro appartamento (appartamento 6 numero 4) la vista sulla città vecchia era superlativa!

Anche se segnalato, le scale per raggiungere l’appartamento con le valigie sono state veramente pesanti da fare.

Just proximity to central, otherwise it’s too noisy

everything except initial cleaning. No lift, incompetent rude staff. Me and many guests arrived around 2-2.30pm, they kept lying by saying that rooms are not ready. Didn’t let anyone in even a min before 3pm

You have to lug your bags up several flights of stairs to access the room.

The spectacular view and location of the apartment. The place was clean and supplied with what you need. We travelled with a 1yr and even a cot was provided.

Unfortunatley, no lift but once youre in the apartment its all worth it.

Great location, good spacious room and all the facilities made it feel luxurious.

Unfortunately it was warm weather wise when we arrived, we could hear a noisy generator from our room even with our windows closed. Having windows open would have given more breeze to cool the room down. This may not be noticed if the weather was cooler. No view from the window but I wasn't expecting one, this is just an observation.

Staff was excellent. Very responsive to any questions prior to arrival and upon arrival. Apartment was clean, modern, and located in a good central location. Felt safe. After 8 days of traveling prior to arrivng here and staying 1 night in various hotels, 2 nights to relax, wash clothes, and eating "at home" after purchasing some ready made foods at M & S Foods was nice.

All of the flights of stairs!! Challenge dragging two large, heavy suitcases up to apartment. Washer/dryer combo machine was a new, challenging experience. Need to put instructions on using in the kitchen area. Parking at a garage about 1/2 mile from apartment.

Perfect location, spacious, comfortable and beautiful apt.

No AC, but this was the hottest stretch in years in Scotland. We were still comfortable at night after opening the windows for a while and using the provided fan. Lots of stairs to get up, might be difficult for elderly with heavy bags, but we were totally fine.

Çok merkezi konumda konforlu yeni dekore edilmiş bir daire. Güzel bir konaklama geçirdik. Haziran ayında hala ısıtma çalıştırabilmek güzeldi. Yağmurdan ıslandığınızda kesinlikle işe yarıyor. Mutfak malzemeleri kullanışlı ve yeterliydi.

Giriş saati 15:00 ve tam bu saatte dış kapıda aktif oluyor bu konuda biraz esnek olabilirler. Valizlerle kapının önünde saatin dolmasını bekledik.

Zentrale Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, super erreichbar vom Flughafen mit der Tram , quasi bis vor die Haustür. Sehr gute Frühstücksoption in unmittelbarer Nähe und damit meinen wir nicht Starbucks, sondern schöne kleine und tolle Frühstücksoptionen.

Location is tough to beat. The place is very clean with all new and updated facilities. We feel very comfortable, not to mention that there is a combo washer and dryer. Looking forward for coming back.

Ubicación muy buena. Nosotros teníamos un bebé de 22 meses y su ubicacion nos daba mucha comodidad durante el día. Muy bien equipado y sobretodo limpio. Sin duda lo recomiendo con o sin bebés. A 10-15 mint como mucho de todo lo importante de Edimburgo

El único inconveniente que se le puede poner es que no tiene ascensor pero sinceramente nosotros teníamos carro y ni aún así nos importó. La ubicación lo compensa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanover Apartments. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding attractions. The check-in process was simple and seamless, and the apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Any questions or concerns we had were responded to quickly and professionally. Would have liked to open windows more but neighboring ventilation system was fairly noisy. We are in a city and it's understood that this is impossible to control.

Very well located apartment, easy access to all transport and walkable to many sights. It was large and relaxing to be in. Easy to control the temperature. Well provided with basics. Keyless entry. Great communication at all times. Luggage storage off site but close by. Only thing to add would be a small clothes rack to avoid use of the dryer which has a long lock out.

There is some low noise from air conditioning units close by, however you quickly get used to it or can use ear plugs

Fantastic location and really helpful staff on arrival - I had to phone to ask a question.

The mattress on the bed was a hard, spring mattress with not much on top to make it comfortable. Every time my husband moved, I also moved as a consequence - not great! Premier Inn beds are way more comfortable. This let the stay down a little bit considering the high standard of everything else.

Location was exceptional, cannot be improved upon. If you want to be close to the Edinburgh action, this is as close as it gets. Modern spacious clean space. Very comfortable. Bathroom was very large. Staff in the office were excellent- they were friendly helpful and professional. Many many great places to eat are a short walk away.

The location is great. Easy walk to old town and popular spots. Facilities are modern and clean. Little bit of a view of the castle from the floor we were on. Loved the keypad entry, very easy to use. Wifi worked well. Having a clothes washer was nice. Shopped at Marks and Spencer for food, it was OK but limited.

The setup of the aprtment is in a way so that you cannot comfortably watch TV from either the bed or the couch. There is no dresser and no place to expand your luggage. A folding luggage stand would be a great addition. There is a wardrobe but it only has a couple hangers and the shelves mostly have other things on them. Wardrobe does not accomodate 2 people. We spent the week dressing from our suitcases on the floor. While it says no elevator for upper floors, it would have been nice to be informed beforehand that it was 3 large sets of stairs to the apartment, 63 steps up. That was the top floor though, other units are on first (US second floor) and second floors (US third). The view is mostly a courtyard behind some business buildings but does have a little view of the castle above the surrounding buildings. The recycling setup was hard to figure out - the labels are mixed up :-)

Eccezionale appartamento ubicato nella zona nuova della città (ad un metro da PRINCE STREET) ma, allo stesso tempo, a ridosso del centro storico, precisamente a 500 metri di piacevole passeggiata (10 minuti) dal bellissimo castello di Edimburgo. La fermata del tram da/per l'aeroporto è a 1 minuto di camminata mentre quella del bus "Airlink 100" è a 8 minuti a piedi. A 150 metri si trova un grande supermercato (M&S) , ottimo per fare la spesa, che chiude tutti i giorni alle 21:00. Lo staff è eccezionale, sempre prontissimo a rispondere su whatsup e a fornire consigli. Le due ragazze che ci hanno fatto posare le valige (gratuitamente) prima del check-in erano gentilissime e sempre con un sorriso smagliante.. L'appartamento, pulitissimo e luminosissimo, si trovava al secondo piano senza ascensore (ma non era un problema), aveva tre finestre con una bellissima vista sulla strada sottostante e, in lontananza, sul centro storico di Edimburgo. Arredato con gusto, disponeva di ampi spazi: la cucina, moderna e funzionale, era dotata di piano cottura ad induzione, lavastoviglie e lavasciuga comodissime. Completava la zona giorno un tavolo da pranzo in vetro, un comodissimo divano e una grande smart tv. Il letto matrimoniale non aveva paragoni quanto a comodità, il bagno era dotato di una grande doccia, con temperatura e pressione dell'acqua stupende. Presenti prodotti per l'igiene personale (shampo e bagnoschiuma a volontà), la pulizia delle stoviglie e il lavaggio degli indumenti. Il riscaldamento indipendente era davvero eccezionale. Keypad was great no keys to lose! The location was excellent and we were looking out at Edinburgh Castle. Right in city centre. Only slight downside were the stairs but manageable. Room was so clean and comfortable and cosy.

La ubicación era perfecta. Quedaba en el medio de todo para ir a pie. Hay de todo alrededor y no dependes de ningún transporte. La gestión: se comunicaron varias veces, eran claros con todo y me liberaba la mente de recordar. Entrada con clave muy eficiente. Equipado con todo, de buena calidad. Limpio e impecable. Luminoso cuando salía el sol. Nos quedamos en el 2do piso por escalera, que no nos afectó porque no llevamos maletas. Calefacción (justo bajaron 10 grados de un día a otro y la usamos) Usamos también la cocina que nos simplificó a la noche y desayuno. Muchas gracias por todo!!

A large comfortable apartment very close to Edinburgh Station and with views of Edinburgh Castle and Old Town. Also very close to the bus stops. No elevator access but that has been noted in the description. The apartment itself was very cozy and very clean. We loved it!
