Location was great. Rooms were quiet

We had a fold up bed used by 2 adults that was so hard and we had a terrible nights sleep. We spoke to staff the next day who said they could provide an extra duvet to sleep on which improved our 2nd night only slightly. It really wasn’t suitable accommodation and others had complained as well. Rooms were tired, kitchen looked like it was rarely used therefore not really cleaned, toaster was dusty, marks on the wall.

The staff, specifically Linsey, the receptionist, Nush, cleaner and Bex, maintenance were very friendly and exceeded what what would be considered there usual duties to help us

The apartment was secure, clean , and had a good feel yo it.

The beds were very small and quite hard unfortunately. The door code was was given on arrival was wrong so had to wait to be let in. We were told that booking com Keep sending wrong code out or something so you think this had been sorted. The biggest thing for me was were were told on the booking wed get a bath. Even on all the pictures of what was meant to be our room it look large and had a bath but what we got was actually a quite cramped apartment with no bath just shower. The apartment was fine dont get me wrong but not what we were told we were getting or booked.

They sent us the wrong code number to check in, we sent a message to say it wasnt working which they never responded to it wasnt until someone walked out of the hotel and told us the correct code that we could get into the hotel

The location is great to access Edinburgh’s highlights. Good kitchen that is well equipped for self catering.

We were in a shared room to accommodate 3 adults- the bed set up is slightly odd with 2 large beds in main kitchen/living area. The decor is pretty tired, but we believe it’s scheduled for renovation soon- clean enough though. And comfortable.

We asked to have a second bed, added to the room at the last minute because of it change in our plans and they accommodated us and not only put in one bed, but two it was a lifesaver

Its centrally located and everything is within walking distance which was a huge plus for us. The rooms were comfortable and we had a a great stay.

La pulizia generale è da migliorare, in particolare per i letti e gli sgabelli/sedie. In generale, le finiture nelle stanze sono un po’ usurate o mancano di manutenzione/ cura e questo rende la percezione dell’appartamento nell’insieme poco confortevole.

Habitació per a famílies perfecte. Fins i tot per fer algun apat a la mateixa habitació. Equipament complert. Llits molt grans per a tota la família.

Nous avons eu quelques fuites avec la machine à laver. L’espace n’est pas vraiment pensé pour 6personnes. Pareil pour les équipements mais pour une nuit c’est suffisant.

The oven is smelly. and the kitchen not clean enough.

Some middle support legs of beds are already droped off when we were going to sleep, the beding almost down. So we had to install the middle support legs one by one before sleeping. Which is boring so much.

La posizione e lo spazio dell’ appartamento

Al nostro arrivo l’appartamento non era pulito adeguatamente

Su situación junto a Princes st., en la zona nueva pero subías una calle y unas escaleras y ya estabas en la zona antigua o monumental . La zona es la zona por dónde hacen vida los autóctonos, muy auténtica.

Fue una buena experiencia. Mejoraría el acceso a la bañera, era un poco alta y eché de menos un asa para facilitar la entrada o salida de la misma. Mejoraría tb la descripción de los apartamentos en booking; no estaban claras las diferencias entre las distintas opciones.

Todo el servicio es self check y las instrucciones son sumamente claras. Es todo tal cual se muestra en las imágenes, cuentan con instructivos para la estufa, lavadora y la maquina para lavar platos

Emplacement idéal. Tout se fait à pied et l'aéroport est accessible en tramway! Avoir une machine à laver le linge est un vrai plus je trouve!

La propreté de la cuisine laissait vraiment à désirer, j'ai du relaver moi même la table et les assiettes / verres... Le fait d'être autonome de A à Z dans le check-in n'est pas évident surtout quand on ne nous donne pas le bon code d'entrée pour atteindre la borne du check in!

- Great location. It is in the heart of the town, very close to the Edi Castle and the Prince Street. - Nice staff. They are very kind and friendly. - Easy and straight check-in. You can complete the whole process just by yourself on the tablet at the entrance. - We booked the family suite but luckily got upgraded. We had an amazing room (No.9 on the ground floor) during our stay. Clean and tidy room with kitchen and living room. The sofa bed was quite wide and comfortable. We had two bedrooms with one double bed, two twin beds and one extra small bed. The shower was beyond our expectations. Great water pressure, a spacious shower room, one electric towel rail. Each bedroom got one A/C & big wardrobe. Such a perfect option for big families with great value!

The mattress of the double bed felt a bit weird on one side. Mum said it didn't support the back very well. They offered quite a lot of pillow in the room, however, I am a bit of a fussy person about pillows, and unfortunately one pillow is hard and high, the other is soft and thin which didn't provide good support. I would say if you are not too fussy about bedding, then you will be more than fine.

بصراحة الإقامة كانت صدمة ومخيبة للآمال بشكل مو طبيعي، وتجربة أبد ما تتكرر: التعامل: سوء تعامل واضح وأسلوب غير احترافي أبدًا من الموظفين. الغرفة والمرافق: الغرفة مو نفس المواصفات اللي طلبناها ولما طلبنا تعديلها رفضوا، برضو الغسالة متعطلة وقالوا انزلوا تحت غسلوا لكن تحت ماراح احكي عن مدى قرف المكان والغساله نفسها. النظافة معدومة؛ الفرشة كانت وسخة ورائحة المكان نتنة وتغث. حاسبونا على خدمة الغسيل وكانت مدفوعة ولكن الغساله خربانه. لا أنصح أي أحد يحجز فيه إطلاقًا، وتجربة حسافة عليها كل ريال.

Edinburgh ist nicht gerade gross, dennoch waren wir mitten im geschehen und unweit der Altstadt. Es war auch nicht laut bzw. waren zwar zentral aber nicht mitten im Partyvolk. Es gab eine Waschmaschine (für Kleidung) in der Wohnung :)

Das Zimmer war gut und ausreichend sauber aber der Teppich muss dringend ersetzt werden. Allgemein sind Teppiche immer eine Schlechte Wahl. Gerade für Personen mit Stauballergie. Die Küche war nicht vollständig. 3 Gläser für ein 6er Zimmer, 4 Teller usw. ...? Aber man kann sich mit Tassen ja aushelfen. Diverses in der Küche war auch nicht sauber gereinigt. Nichts schlimmes aber z.B. Waschpulverrückstände in der Kaffeedose oder vom Kochfett klebriger Fettabzug.

There was no staff available. They charged us extra GBP 25 becoz we wanted to use washrooms upon our early arrival.

The entrance was tricky, we received the wrong code to get inside and the parking directions were difficult.

The bathroom and the location. Bathroom was clean, good shower. Location is good as well.

There is a long list of things here. 1. If you like hygine, stay away !! The floor was dirty as if it was not cleaned for a few days. The oven seemed not cleaned in weeks. 2. If you want to apartment so that you can cook and do laundry, stay away….the dishwasher, washing machine bith were out of order. The oven was dirty to be used. 3. The staff is courteous but could help with words like “i am sorry for your inconvenience however i can only let my management know about this but cannot do anything”. Later another staff member suggested that he can change the apartment on the second day which effectively meant i need to be at the property during the day, pack my stuff and unpack again….half day gone !!! So in short if you are looking for a apartment because you want to use the appliances, be comfortable in a clean place - look for other options i am sure Edinburgh has many.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of most major tourist attractions, so there's hardly any need to use public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I really enjoyed chatting with some of them—they made the stay even more pleasant. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, although the furnishings are a bit outdated. The only downside was that the bed was quite small for two people. One thing I really appreciated was the excellent housekeeping service. Fresh towels and other supplies were available every day upon request, and you could also pick them up from the reception whenever needed. I forgot to mention that having washing/dryer in the room helps in saving money on laundry 😅 and you don't need to pack much clothes.. Just wash n reuse. And yes they provide the dishwasher and washing machine soap! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it. My only advice is to book well in advance to get the best rates. We booked at the last minute and ended up paying more than we would have if we had planned ahead.

Overall great experience but a few annoying things like the lack of washclothes and the bed was very hard.

Excellent location, quiet and clean property. Great amenities within the suite. Very comfortable and lots of linens and supplies were provided for our stay.

Bedroom bed is a little small being a double. Maybe the carpet could use a change-up.

Walls were very grubby and the marks stood out. The bathroom smelled very bad. The doors would not stay open to allow air circulation. The window faced a classroom and the blinds gave no privacy when open. The hallways smelled bad. Only two seats in the kitchen.

The location is perfect. Free parking from 6pm to 6am. Easy check in check out with the computer

The beds are so inconfortables, specially the single bed and the sofa/bed. We had 2 towels for 6people. No bed sheets for the sofa/bed. The light for the bathroom is 2.5m high. Can’t rate the staff, didn’t see or talk to anyone.

The aparthotel is in an excellent location. The staff is friendly and the apartment clean and nicely decorated.

The sofa bed wasn’t really a sofa bed. It was just a sofa. It didn’t open. It was very short and the mattress was hard. In the bedroom, the double bed was small and the mattress was hard and uneven. There is an AC only in the bedroom, but it was quite old and noisy. We left after the first night.

Very convenient location

Too small for a family of 5. There is no space to move around. There was a bunk bed which is supposed to be for 4 people. Single bathroom for for 6 people is too bad.

Great location on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Princes Street. We stayed overnight to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. Lynsey and the team kindly decorated the room and left a card which was a great first impression. The room was perfect for our stay with separate adult banks for our two sons. All comfy beds, nice clean bathroom and good shower. No complaints at all and would visit again. Some reviews have been a bit critical of decor etc...maybe a wee lick of paint in a couple of places wouldn't go amiss but that's pretty petty complaint!!! Thanks again

Terrible WiFi and the bed matress was full of hair from previous guests.

We travelled as 3 adults. Excellent location, very close to Edinburgh castle, shops and dining. Very clean, comfortable, air conditioning worked like a dream. Spacious bathroom and places to get ready, comfortable beds. Spacious storage and kitchen too.

A little noisy at night with the bars closing and glasses being emptied into recycling below the windows. Would recommend closing the windows and turning on the aircon for the noise alone. Other than that, I would highly recommend this accommodation!

Hotel room was clean and tidy and being an aparthotel it managed to accommodate our family of six with no real issues. right in the middle of the city, we were only a short walk from key sites and transport links

bathroom facilities need updating with balanced flow to maintain water temperature in the shower. shower screen seals need replacing as they leak a little.. nothing major.

The location is great . Simply great ! Would highly recommend this place .

We have been travelling for a month in Scotland and ending our final travel in Edinburgh. The Stewart is a perfect spot in New Town to enjoy the city, as walking Edinburgh provides enhanced discovery moments. Well appointed kitchen area with washer/drier allowed for good self catering options.

Couch in lounge that was in fact a fold away bed very uncomfortable to sit on. Main bed also very uncomfortable.

The location was central and close to shops, restaurants and with a good view of Castle Rock around the corner. The bathroom was spacious. It was very handy to have the washer/dryer.

There was only an air conditioner in the bedroom which made it very uncomfortable for the children sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room. It was incredibly hot and stuffy in the living area and the window had to be closed to be able to put the blind down properly. Edinburgh is a very expensive city to stay in but the standard of accommodation didn’t feel like it lived up to the expense compared to accommodation in other major cities. There are a few stairs to get your suitcase up before you can access the lift.

There were some issues with first room but staff sorted this out quickly and moved us to another room which was much better

Good location, good size space to stay in. Beds were comfortable.

The air conditioning did not work and it was very hot. Having the windows open and too noisy to sleep easily. Staff not available all the time in the building. We had to find toilet roll from the cleaner and had no washing up cloth to do the dishes.

・事前にメールで届いたPINコードが間違っていて入室できなかった（スタッフがいる時間帯だったので正しいコードを聞き入室できたが、夜遅い時間だったら宿泊できなかったかもしれず不安になった）

We were a family of 5. There was one room with a double bed and one room with double bunk beds. We had hoped there would be a sofa or extra beds, but in the end two of our children shared one of the bunk beds. Also, there is only a very small table and two chairs, so as a family we were not able to sit together to eat even though we had kitchen facilities.

The accommodation was worn looking. Scruffy. I booked a 2 bed apartment and it said one double bed and a sofa bed in each bedroom. It was one double bed in one room and three single beds in another room. No non slip mat in the shower. A guest slipped in the shower. Not enough cups, glasses etc for four people. Compact for four people. The front door to the building did not look safe as there was a gap even when it closed. No help from the person at the desk. Poor. Unsafe.
