Excellent location right outside Waverley Station and just a stone's throw from the Royal Mile. Cosy room with a nice comfy bed, kitchen and bathroom. Easy check-in with key code - very convenient

La mida de l'habitació, el llit molt còmode i gran, el bany molt nou i tot estava molt net. A més m'he oblidat un objecte molt important i de seguida m'han trucat i quedat amb mi per tornar-me'l. Ha estat fantàstic.

Per posar alguna cosa, pujar quatre pisos amb les maletes. Però estic segura que és quasi inevitable i ha valgut la pena.

The apartment was amazing!! Excellent location and the property (aside from the 89 steps!!), was everything and more. We were in room 13, and the skylight views of Princes Street made our stay even cooler!! As a self catering apartment, everything you think you would need was already supplied. We can't recommend it enough. 10 out of 10 definitely.

Hahahaha, the 89 steps!! But, it's advertised and highlighted throughout, prior to booking, so it's a cardiovascular opportunity in disguise!!

On my second last night the fire alarm went off at 12am and didn’t get to bed until 2am when the fire department has cleared it and turned of the alarm system

Great location walking distance to a lot of attractions. Despite central location, relatively quiet, and the pub below closes at 9pm. Well equipped kitchen. Nice shower. Compact, but fine for 2 people.

Nothing, would definitely come back. Only downside to our stay was the 1am evacuation when the fire alarms went off in the pub below, but that is not the properties fault, and the fire brigade were great 😃

Appartement spacieux et hyper bien situé pour visiter Edimbourg. L'entrée sans clé est très pratique ainsi que la zone pour stocker les bagages.

Location was amazing. Kitchen was stocked. Beds were comfortable. Place was very clean and modern. Luggage was not a problem to store ahead of check in. Staff very responsive.

Pricey but that is Edinburgh. On the small side but that is also Edinburgh. :-)

Up many flights of stairs, we are fairly fit but after a full day out it was quite tiring. Room was very warm.

The property was great for our 3 days in Edinburgh. The location was superb, easy walking distance to train station and Royal Mile. The apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and was very clean. Loved the flexibility of the kitchen and coffee machine.

The weather was very warm while we were there and there was no air conditioning. Opening the windows helped cool the apartment, which got quite warm by the end of the day. As the apartment was on the fifth floor and there was no lift, we had to carry our suitcases down the stairs. It was ok for us but some people may find this difficult.

The location was perfect and within a walking distance from most of central sightseeing sites. It was great that a property gave us our own access code and we did not need any keys or cards to access our apartment.

We both found beds very uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep through the night without waking up from discomfort. Bedsheets and duvet cover were of poor quality (synthetic), flat was very small in size and there were no lifts at all, which forced us carry a heavy suitcase to 3 floor. It was particularly challenging as my husband just went through abdominal surgery a month ago and j had little choice as to carry it up the stairs myself. Also it is very problematic to arrange a luggage storage as there is just a tiny cupboard for suitcases (which on both occasions of our arrival and departure was full). It caused additional inconvenience as we had to pay additional charges for storage in the Waverley train station.

The stairs are tough but that's everywhere in the city! A larger luggage storage would be helpful. If you don't get there early, you're out of luck!

Six flights of stairs to bring luggage up! The stairway was quite dirty and smelly. One morning cleaners were outside my apartment vaccuming and slamming doors from 8am.

It was a lovely apartment very clean and comfortable.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The only thing I would mention is if you don’t like lots of stairs or you are not fit depending on the apartment you could be on the 5th floor and there is no lift.

Located directly across from Waverly station, it was convenient and yet still quiet. Easy (uphill) walk to the Royal Mile, it's convenient to all the sites. Rented a car 2 days to travel outside Edinburgh abd car rental place is at Waverly station. Super convenient. Apartment was clean and perfectly sized. Couldn't check in early but there is storage spCe for luggage which was helpful.

Only complaints are no air conditioning - admittedly likely not normally needed, we just happened to be there during a heat wave. Beds were ttom firm.

Central and had everything we needed including washer/dryer.

No elevator was the only issue!!! We spoke about it with every person we passed on the tiny staircase struggling with their suitcases.

The location of this property was a huge factor in choosing it for our trip to Edinburgh. It’s so central. We also really liked how compact and well thought-out it is in terms of the layout. Everything we needed was there and it was just perfect for our city break. We would love to come back to Edinburgh again and would definitely choose to stay at this apartment next time.

The only thing that might put some people off are the stairs up to the apartment and the fact there’s no lift. We were on the third and it was fine for us, but for anyone with fitness issues it could be problematic.

No lift to any floors. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Steep stairs too. False advertising on booking.com as didn’t realize there would be a VAT charge. Overpriced for the accommodations.

It was clean, very functional and beautifully appointed.

The stairs were tricky with a large suitcase, so it would be a tricky location for someone who couldn’t comfortably manage stairs, especially with luggage.

A cozy and clean apartment right by the train station for convenience. Easy to walk to all the sites, restaurants and transit. It had pretty much every kitchen appliance you could ever need, with coffee and tea supplies provided. Nice decor. Clear instructions for checking in and out by management. Luggage storage in building for arrival day and checking out day.

The bed was very firm and not that comfortable for us… a personal preference. Apartment on 3rd floor with no lift, so make sure you can manage carrying your luggage up.

De ligging is goed om Edinburgh te bezoeken, wel zeer veel trappen om naar het centrum te gaan

Great place to stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location! I would definitely stay again.

It would be better if it had a lift. Climbing up flights of stairs with heavy luggage is not so easy, but we did it.

Entry and communication with the staff was very easy. I didn't have to reach out for anything, they were proactive giving me the information I needed just before I needed it. All communication was electronic, even storing baggage after checkout. Location was amazing, right at the base of Old Town and across from the train station. Also sits above a quaint pub, which was great for nightcaps.

Was on the 5th floor with no lift. I knew upon booking there was no lift, but not that there were 5 floors. Beds were very hard and not comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked with everything you might need.

The property has no lift and we were on the 4th floor. Lugging 2 heavy bags up 4 flights of stairs not a great experience. Also stairwell area not clean on our arrival.

I don't remember being advised it was up 4 flights of very steep stairs. We had to chase for information about how to get in, but that may have been down to Booking.com rather than the management of the property, although they had emailed direct before with other things. The bed was very hard and so I ended up sleeping on the sofa. The apartment was very hot - over heated, and we had some trouble opening windows, although the provision of a fan was a helpful touch.

The apartment is big, clean, and equipped with everything you may need. It's located in the centre so you just walk to all main attractions. Everything is clear and simple, and you can even store your luggage before checking in and after checking out.

Locatie is geweldig, het openen van het gebouw en eigen appartement met de pincode werkt super! Ons appartement bevond zich aan de achterkant waardoor het heerlijk stil was.

Bedden zijn erg matig. Niet zo breed, maar met name last van de springveren. Je voelt elke beweging. Ook erg vervelend was dat het appartement alleen witte rolgordijnen had en geen overgordijnen. Hierdoor was get half zes s ochtends al licht en lastig uit te slapen

The steps but we were lucky to be on the 2nd Floor. Initially it was hard to find - can I suggest you advise guests its a single door off the street to look for not a Hotel.
