Artree Suites

The studio is modern, nicely decorated and very clean. It is close to the center by foot but also to the airport by car. The parking place was also very convenient. Last but not least, the communication was easy, fast and very friendly.

I would not recommend it for people who have trouble falling asleep in general, such as myself. The matress was a bit too soft for my liking but most importantly, the noise insulation was not the best. I kept waking up from a motorbike that would pass by the street or the airplanes, that can be heard of course wherever you stay from that side of the city.

Ми були тут лиш одну ніч. Нам дуже все сподобалось! Особливо лояльність із сторони адміністрації нам дозволили заселитись трішки раніше вказаного часу. Було чисто та неймовірний дизайн із всім необхідним для проживання.

Дуже погана звукоізоляція, коли заселялись люди о 23:00 було чути все як вони говорять. Потім теж саме повторилось і о 5:00 ранку. Від чого ми два рази прокидались. Літаки теж чутно, як літають але це було не так вже і голосно вночі.

Location vey close to the intercity bus station and to a stop on the city bus (routes 2 and 20) to/from Knossos. Very clear access instructions delivered by WhatsApp on the day of arrival. Clean bedding and comfortable mattresses. Sofa also suitable for sleeping and very comfortable besides. Everything very thoughtfully organised, including QR codes to connect to WiFi and for local recommendations. Very pleasant and conscientious staff. Excellent value for money!

Struttura appena rimodernata con gusto e molto curata, la stanza è spaziosa e funzionale. La struttura è assolutamente conforme alle foto pubblicate sul sito. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Il personale molto gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Anche se ci erano state inviate le istruzioni per il check in in autonomia, ci ha accolto all'arrivo fornendoci tutte le info sulla struttura e qualche indicazione su come muoverci. Welcome kit in cucina molto apprezzato composto da acqua, caffè e te. Kit di cortesia in bagno con prodotti molto apprezzati

L'unico aspetto non ottimale è la posizione leggermente fuori dal centro storico ma con una passeggiata di 10/15 minuti si arriva tranquillamente in centro (lato museo archeologico)

We were looking for a place that would be convenient both for reaching the airport, as we had an early flight the following morning, and for enjoying an evening out in the city center. This place was perfect for our needs. We booked a double room for the parents and a room for four for our children. A few days before our arrival, they contacted us to collect our details and make the check-in process quicker and easier. They first sent us a message through Booking.com and then contacted us via WhatsApp. Although we had already received clear instructions about how to access the rooms and where to park, a lovely staff member was there to welcome us when we arrived. She explained how to access the rooms and provided us with all the information we needed for check-out. The rooms were clean, spacious, air-conditioned, and very comfortable.

We didn’t find anything that we didn’t like.

Great stay and perfect for port and airport, communication great, excellent value for money.

Πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο κατάλυμα! Ο χώρος είναι πολύ εργονομικός και άνετος, σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία, ιδανική για ξεκούραση. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα και το ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή, θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Πολύ καθαρό και λειτουργικό διαμέρισμα σε απόσταση 4 λεπτών με αυτοκίνητο από το λιμάνι του Ηρακλείου. Άνετο πάρκινγκ ακριβώς δίπλα στο διαμέρισμα. Πολύ σαφείς και πλήρεις οδηγίες για το check in. 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παλιά πόλη και την πλατεία Μοροζίνι.

Très belle chambre avec une jolie décoration. Elle est très bien équipée. Le lit est confortable. L'hôtel se trouve entre la vieille ville et l'aéroport.

Dommage que l'établissement ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to airport and centre of Heraklion. The water and juice in fridge were very welcome. We travelled with our grandchildren and had 2 rooms with an adjoining door. Good value

Modern, clean and spacious. Free parking just outside the building. The AC was effective and the refrigerator was cold. Whatsapp communicatipn was good. The lady cleaning the rooms was friendly and flexible.

The location was not the greatest, like a back alley, close to a heavily-trafficked road. But okay for us.

Una habitación pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos en Heraklion. Estaba increíblemente limpia, disponía de wifi y contaba con un código QR con recomendaciones locales que nos resultó muy útil para descubrir restaurantes de la ciudad. Todas las sugerencias fueron excelentes. Probamos Anthipodas y Apiri, dos restaurantes del centro que fueron todo un descubrimiento. La decoración de la habitación era encantadora y muy cuidada. Además, hay algunas plazas de aparcamiento justo a la izquierda del edificio. Una estancia muy agradable y totalmente recomendable.

La zona alrededor del edificio estaba poco iluminada y algo descuidada, por lo que al volver de noche no nos sentimos del todo cómodos.

Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο, άνετο, ευρύχωρο και εξοπλισμένο. Είχε ψυγειάκι με νερό, χυμό και κρασί δωρεάν από το κατάλυμα.

Το μπάνιο δεν καθαρίστηκε καλά και είχε τρίχες από τους προηγούμενους πελάτες.

Great place to stay - we were only here one night but there was everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, the rooms had a cute decor and check-in and checkout was very easy.

The room was very clean. Self check-in was convenient and there was parking lot available.

I cant think of anything to complain about.. I was not a fan of the picture behind the bed. In fact it nearly put me off from booking the property. But, other than that the room is much better than the pictures show.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ άνετο! Ήμασταν 3 άτομα και ήμασταν πάρα πολύ άνετα. Επίσης το parking ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό γιατί είχαμε νοικιάσει αμάξι.

Very nice room and very friendly staff

We had a very pleasant stay at Artree Suites in Heraklion. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff were really helpful and polite, and the parking was a big plus. The location was also very convenient, with the airport only about 10 minutes away.

The only downside was the street noise at times, which could be quite noticeable at night, and the walk back felt a bit uncomfortable because the streets were not well lit enough. While this does not affect the room itself, it did have an impact on the overall experience and total score.

Arrivée un peu plus tôt que l'heure prévue du check-in, l'accueil a été assez détestable. L'immeuble est situé dans un environnement sans intérêt à proximité d'une grande artère de circulation. Je n'ai pas vu de commerces à proximité pour s'approvisionner.

Todo perfecto: la limpieza impecable y la comunicación con el dueño muy fluida en todo momento. Todo el proceso es online por WhatsApp, donde te envían los códigos para entrar en la habitación de forma muy cómoda y sencilla. La cama es súper cómoda y la televisión cuenta con Netflix, no falta detalle. El parking está justo al lado del apartamento, lo cual es muy práctico. La ubicación también es muy buena, a unos 15 minutos andando del centro y a unos 15 minutos en coche del aeropuerto, todo muy bien situado. Además, el dueño facilita un código QR con recomendaciones muy útiles de todo tipo.

Nada negativo, todo fue genial.

Sehr schöne, große und gepflegte Suite mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Parkplatz inklusive. Ca 10 Gehminuten ins Zentrum.

Keine Rezeption, nur online check in, hat aber alles sehr gut funktioniert.

Gute Wage nahe des alten venzianischen Hafens und nur ein kurzer Weg zu Flughafen daher ideal zur An-bzw. Abreise. Zentral und doch ruhig mit ausreichend Parkplätzen.

Alles war gut !!

I’ve stayed here several times in the last 3-4 years. Location is just outside the walled city, easy parking, clean facilities with a fridge hot plate and utensils. Shampoo, body gel and soap in the bathroom. Water bottles in the fridge. WiFi is strong. Owner always sends me the access code via WhatsApp the day before.

I will stay again-

Ένα από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα που έμεινα όσες φορές ήμουν στο Ηράκλειο . Μοντέρνο,βολικό ,καθαρό και δε του λείπει τίποτα. Οι παροχές πολύ καλές για τη τιμή του. Η εξυπηρέτηση και η ενημέρωση άψογες. Πολύ κοντά στα ΚΤΕΛ και καθόλου μακριά από το κέντρο. Η περιοχή πολύ ήσυχη καθώς διαθέτει και πάρκιγκ. Την επόμενη φορά ξέρω σίγουρα που θα κλείσω δωμάτιο .

Δεν έχω τίποτα αρνητικό να κρίνω.

We very much enjoyed the quiet location, ease of parking, and the ability to stay outside of the city center while still being within walking distance to all attractions and stores. The area around the hotel is very safe and it is a quick walk around the corner to the grocery store (AB) if you are looking to stock up before heading to the countryside like we were. The cleaning staff were very kind and accommodating and the room was clean and fresh. The AC unit worked very quickly too which was delightful! I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Heraklion before renting a car and heading out to the countryside - the area is very quiet by city standards, the major roads are easy to get to, groceries and gas are nearby, and the hotel has its own private parking lot. Many local car companies will also deliver rentals to Artrees for pick-up, we did this with MCar Crete and it was wonderful! I would definitely recommend requesting a smaller vehicle if doing this as the city streets are narrow and also to exit via the north road! If using a GPS app they will by default try to lead you on the shortest route which is through very narrow city streets with several blind corners. Instead drive north from the hotel to the coast (less than two minutes) and use the main roads to go to your destination as they are much wider and better maintained for cars (if you need to go south, such as to Knossos, go north first and use the roundabout at the end to turn around but stay on the major roads, it adds two minutes of travel time but your driver will thank you). Thank you very much for having us! We had a wonderful time staying with you and hope to do so again one day!

Genuinely no complaints, we had a great time. A gentle reminder for other guests, there is no elevator here so if stairs are a concern I'd recommend requesting a room on the first floor. There will still be one flight of stairs to reach the first floor but the stairwell is wide and offers a small landing part way up that could be used to rest for a bit if needed.

Een grote kamer met keuken en uitklapbare bank, tien minuten lopen van het centrum.

Het hotel is compleet grijs, doet niet heel feestelijk aan en de geluidsisolatie was niet altijd even goed. De vliegtuigen kan je goed horen natuurlijk zoals verwacht, maar het was eerder de familie in de kamer naast ons die we goed hoorden. Daarnaast is er geen afzuigkap in het keukentje, wat er voor zorgde dat de gang compleet was gehuld in knoflookgeur van diezelfde familie. Ik hou van knoflook, maar als je een keuken maakt, doe er dan ook een afzuigkap bij! Geen grote minpunten, maar wel dingen die wellicht kunnen worden verbeterd.

Unser sauberes Apartment mit Balkon hatte bequeme Betten und eine Küchenzeile. Tee, Kaffee, Wasser, Saft wurden für uns bereit gestellt, was uns gleich bei unserer Ankunft freute. Der online check in/out war problemlos und die gesamte Kommunikation war freundlich und zeitnah. Wir waren nur für 1 Nacht als Zwischenstopp zwischen Flug und Fähre hier. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Flughafenbus, Fährhafen und Altstadt alles fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

The room was pretty good and it was close to the port.

Doesn't really feel like a hotel, it's more of an Airbnb. There's no staff nor front desk. The street that led to the hotel was pretty sketchy at night.

The balcony could have been kept a little nicer. The location wasn't amazing. Bit of a walk to old town. The painting above the bed was hung a little low. To close to our heads when we lay in bed.

Keinerlei Lärmschutz. Mehrmals spät Nachts längere Zeit starker Lärm (Bedrunkene, Koffer, Schreihe, Türen, ...) durch heimkehrende oder abreisende Benutzer von Nachbarappartments.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr sauber! Sehr komfortables und großes Bett. Zusatzbett bzw. ausziehbares Sofa war auch prima! Tolle Lage mit Parkplatz unweit der Innenstadt. Dennoch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Innenstadt fussläufig gemütlich in 15 min. erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Zugang und sehr netter Kontakt! Zimmer wird auf Wunsch gereinigt.
