Belle chambre bien tenue et le balcon un gros plus. Très bon accueil et personnel très pro actif. Ils sont vraiment gentil et aidant. Parking pour la voiture disponible. Terrasse sur le toit très agréable pour un digestif (apportez vos boissons). Très bien insonorisé.

25 minutes de marche du centre. Le bruit des avions pendant la journée est très présent (mais nous n'y étions pas pendant le jour).

TV Chanel’s were all in Greek no English Chanel’s. Too far from the centre of town. No staff to help. Except for text messaging

Very convenient hotel, especially for an airport stay. The contactless check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient. There was also a good parking spot available. The main reason we chose this hotel was its very close location to the airport, and it was perfect for that purpose. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Getting there with a car was quite difficult because the streets are very narrow and parked cars everywhere.

It was noisier than we would’ve liked, and I could hear the people in the hallway as well as in the street. It’s a highly dense area.

Very clean, modern apartment. Facilities were all in working order with sufficient toiletries for one night. The location is around 10mins taxi from the Airport and costs around €25. The host is able to arrange for you with sufficient time to pre-book. Would stay again and is in an ideal quiet location if you are looking to stay local before going to the port or airport.

The air conditioning wasn't as strong as hoped, the room took some time to properly cool down. There were also two electrical blackouts - not the fault of the hotel/host as it was a block cut, but woke us up in the small hours.

Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, πολύ όμορφος και προσεγμένος μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, μοντέρνο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ενώ το κρεβάτι πραγματικά υπέροχο! Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο αλλά και σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου. Πολύ θετικό επίσης το δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Η φιλοξενία ήταν άψογη και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική, δίνοντάς μας και πολύ ωραίες προτάσεις για φαγητό και βόλτες. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! ❤️

Πολύ όμορφα δωμάτια , άνετα, ευρύχωρα , πλήρως εξοπλισμένα κ πολύ καθαρά! Το κατάλυμα διέθετε κ δωρεάν παρκινγκ ακριβώς απέναντι, πράγμα πολύ βοηθητικό για το κέντρο του Ηρακλείου! Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ βοηθητική με προτάσεις σχετικά με τον εφοδιασμό κ τη διατροφή μας! Θα το προτιμούσαμε σίγουρα ξανά!

Bathroom door is not sealed at all, with big gaps so you hear everything what is going on inside ( it is closely to the bed , not nice) Hotel is very close to airport and port so you will hear all planes and cruise liners - for us it was not a problem but if you are gentle to sounds - take it to your attention . Mattress is too mild

Location was close to airport and museum we wanted to go to. Christina gave us fabulous recommendations for local restaurants and they were in walking distance and all were lovely! The room was comfy and aircon very welcome. There’s a big parking lot which was a life saver too.

The toilet door was transparent frosted glass and anyone on the bed looked straight into it. Would have been a bit more comfy if there was a little more privacy. But that’s a very minor negative.

L’appartamento e’ bellissimo, arredato in stile moderno e curato nei dettagli. Asciugamani morbidi e profumati. Nella suite c’é anche un balconcino dove abbiamo fatto colazione. La signora molto disponibile in quanto, per colpa di un volo cancellato, l’ho chiamata a mezzanotte passata per chiederle se potevo prenotare, e mi ha subito risolto il problema.

La localizzazione non è il massimo ma è comoda dall’aeroporto

10min drive from the airport, convenient location and very hospitable host. Gave us lots of excellent recommendations for the area. Cold water in room was a very nice touch

La chambre est jolie, confortable et sécurisée. Le rooftop est vraiment sympa. Le parking au pied de l'immeuble. La proximité à pied (15 min) du port d'Heraklion est pratique pour prendre un bateau aux aurores.

Le quartier et le bruit des avions (même si c'est très bien insonorisé). Et le gps qui veut nous faire passer par un sens interdit...

O quarto muito bom, embora a vista ,,,,,,,,,mas não é esse o objetivo até porque foi apenas para dormir, os funcionários simpáticos, a comunicação foi muito boa e prestativa, tem uma grande vantagem ter um parque de estacionamento privativo, porque em Creta o carro é uma obrigação e ter um parque é uma mais valia. Tem um terraço (roof top) muito bom para terminar a noite mas às 00:00h a luzes apagam, contudo muito bom. Para o centro da cidade, são 15 minutos a pé, tranquilos de percorrer, para além de ser muito perto do aeroporto.

It was very near the airport, was decorated nicely and was spic and span. There is free, designated parking which was great.

If you are looking for an overnight stay near the airport it is perfect. If you are staying in Heraklion to do any sightseeing it is not convenient as you will need a car. The streets are a little tricky with a lot of one direction streets so it can be tricky to get to.

Lo spazio per il parcheggio riservato è impagabile, visto lo spazio disponibile lungo le strade di heraklion :) Reception ottima con aiuto su W.A. per poter raggiungere la struttura. Stanza e bagno puliti con pulizia giornaliera e cambio degli asciugamani ancch'esso giornaliero

Spazi di transito all'interno della struttura abbastanza sacrificati. Informazioni dal naviogatore difficoltose, fortunatamente la reception ci ha aiutato tramite contatto su whatsapp

"chambre appartement" et non pas "chambre d'hôtel" comme je pensais avoir réservé . pas de petit-déjeuner proposé

The team went above and beyond to organise an early morning taxi for myself and my young family. There was lots of nice touches in the room including a baby changing mat and lovely cot. It made our stay seamless.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce petit hotel à mi chemin entre le centre ville d'Heraklion et l'aéroport. L'absence d'accueil physique est assez derourante mais nous

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est entre le centre ville et l’aéroport. Très pratique. C’est possible de marcher de l’hôtel au centre ville. Plusieurs restaurants autour. L’hôte nous avait encore plusieurs recommandations de restaurant en amont de notre arrivée. Le parking privé de l’hôtel est très pratique. On est arrivé vers minuit, l’instruction de check-in a été communiqué en amont.

Hôtel étape à proximité de l’aéroport. Tout est neuf et bien optimisé, l’arrivée autonome fonctionne bien grâce aux informations données en amont. Liste de restaurant à proximité très pratique et surtout la proposition de réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport très tôt le matin

Quasiment pas de connexion wifi dans la chambre, juste de quoi lire ses mails 🙁

The location was convenient to getting to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was no hot water. The people in the room next to ours had to walk across the terrace just outside our sliding doors so we had to keep the curtains closed.

Our host was lovely and sent through the best food recommendations. The room was spotless and had everything you needed. The onsite parking was also really useful.

We stayed one night before taking a boat to Santorini. It is 15 minutes walk downhill to the port, which was great. It is around 25 minutes to old town. The room was modern and very clean.

Staff molto gentile, disponibile e preciso con le istruzioni per il check-in. Camera confortevole e molto pulita. Possibilità di parcheggio proprio di fronte la struttura. Posizione comoda per il centro, facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi in meno di 20 minuti.

Location was perfect - we arrived from Heraklion airport and organised a taxi through 7Rizes Luxury Living. The space was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We only stayed one night, but definitely would be a good home base for Heraklion.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια για τις ανάγκες μου

Ευχαριστώ, όλα άψογα. Για φαγητό το "Μεράστρι" ήταν μια εξαιρετική πρόταση!

Η τοπθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν πολύ καλή και το πάρκινγκ πάρα πολύ καλό, καθώς είναι πολύ στενές γειτονιές και αν δεν υπήρχε θα ήταν πρόβλημα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό αλλά παρείχε αρκετά χρήσιμα πράγματα. Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και καθημερινά άδειαζαν τους καλάθους και 1 φορά άλλαξαν τα σεντόνια. Το κρεββάτι και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ ξεκούραστα.

Το κυρίως προβληματικό για μας, ήταν αφενός τα λαμπάκια για την έξοδο κινδύνου και για την ανίχνευση καπνού ( υποθέτω) καθώς ήταν αναμμένα και όλο το βράδυ και μας χτυπούσαν στα μάτια και αφετέρου το ότι το σκέπασμα ήταν πολύ ζεστό και βαρύ και δεν μπορούσες να το αντικαταστήσεις καθώς δεν υπήρχε πανωσέντονο με αποτέλεσμα να μένεις ξεσκέπαστος όλο το βράδυ.

Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet, kleine Terasse im Innenhof wo man sich gemütlich zurückziehen konnte, hatte ein umlaufenden Sichtschutz. Zur Innenstadt konnte man mühelos hinkommen. Für uns war es die Perfekte Unterkunft

Localisation proche de l’aéroport et facile d’accès via les codes fournis donc très pratique si vous arrivez la nuit . L’hôte a pu nous commander un taxi qui est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport. L’hôte a été au petit soin pour nous , à pris le temps de nous donner toutes les informations et nous questionner sur nos besoins avant notre arrivée. L’appartement était moderne , pratique et propre.

Le côté impersonnel: pas d’accueil, des interactions par SMS, pas de petit déjeuner mais une commande a passer toujours par SMS, une jolie petite boîte climatisée, aseptisée, décorée, mais sans âme. La ville est tellement polluée que j’ai passé la soirée dans ma cage dorée. Je ne referai pas l’expérience!
