Breakfast was excellent.

We were attending a wedding in town and wanted to be able to check in only 30 minutes before the "official" check in time and was told NO rooms were cleaned and ready for check in. Very frustrating and I find it very hard to believe that their cleaning staff was not able to have ANY rooms cleaned and ready from 11 am checkouts until 3:00 check in. I have never experienced a hotel that was not able to accommodate an early checkin (expecially only 30 minutes before official check in)

Liked the cleanliness, the modern look made it seem even cleaner. I liked the breakfast and having an iron and a hair dryer and the shower supplies.

When we first got there the front desk guy was oddly unfriendly, but then the next day the woman that was there was great.

The staff was great. Everyone we interacted with were friendly and helpful. That includes front desk, housekeeping, breakfast and maintenance- they were all wonderful!

The size of the room was small. The furniture is like the kind you had in a dorm room or a first apartment.

Good overall experience. Friendly staff and great location. Was exceptional for the kids as they loved the pool table.

Kid forgot his phone, hotel rep reported it, but posting the phone back cost a ridiculous price (external company apparently @ $120usd) and they had no opportunity to be flexible. This subject completely screwed up the whole experience.

The staff is so accommodating and kind from the top down - everyone we see there always has a smile. We travel for work and take up a lot of space in the lobby to prepare for meetings. Everyone is always so understanding and friendly throughout the process. The rooms are minimal and modern, no carpet, which always feels fresh. We stay here several times a year and will continue to do so.

Breakfast was poor, not much going on for people that don’t eat pork.

I liked the location mostly.

The reception mixed up our request from needing a room with a roll in shower for wheelchair to giving us a hearing aid room. We called them prior to sort the rooms and was told everything is set yet we arrived to different room them what was said on the phone. Also they charged a pet fee to a service dog that was wearing his credentials and vest.

You don’t see the serve anymore! We were greeted by Pedro & Markica with so much friendliness and energy! They showed me the value to be a Hilton Rewards member. They told us about the breakfast that they will have ready for us when we leave, we told them we came up for a fishing trip and would be leaving before they have the breakfast open. They went over and beyond to pack some snacks for us and had it ready for us that night.

The beds were way too hard. I know you can’t make everyone happy and most likely a cost savings to go hard because it last longer with heavier gauge springs. Humans are not boards, we have curves in our spine. Harder is not better it only saves the company money. If it wasn’t for the outstanding service from Pedro & Markiea we would not consider ever coming back and the review would have looked differently. Hilton should know better! Do your research, this is the only thing you should be great at is the comfort of your beds. Very disappointed.

There was no bathtub in our room which was disappointing, not sure if this is done separately, but someone came to give us new towels and emptied the garbages, but the sheets weren’t changed and the bed wasn’t made. The inside of the tissue box cover was really disgusting.

Really nice rooms and friendly staff. The TV in the room even has a personalized welcome. Easy check in and out. I would definitely stay there again.

Not the fault of the hotel at all, but the construction and the mediocre road to get in.

Breakfast was the usual hotel stuff - bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage and a pancake maker that wasn't working properly. We did not use it ourselves, but a number of people tried and were having trouble getting it to work. Someone on staff worked on it but it still wasn't fixed when we left.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and hard. Otherwise it was a nice place, decent size room and I nice bathroom with a shower stall. There were not a lot of food options within walking distance. The Photastic restaurant is the closest, and the food was really good.

Do not stay in this hotel if you plan to be in the building after 7:20am. The construction noise surrounding the building isn’t just extraordinarily loud — it actually shakes the hotel.

It’s a new building so there is not a lot of wear and tear on the facility. The Fitness room was small but pleasant.

It’s in the middle of a construction zone. It was loud the entire stay. The construction was so close to the parking lot, I actually thought my car would get damaged. The staff was low energy. The location is terrible. It’s in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing to see or walk to for amenities so it feels like the price is not worth the value of the stay. I later realized I could have stayed at Canal Park for the same price and been surrounded by beautiful views and amenities. I was disappointed because I thought it would be like the experience I had when I stayed at the Tru in Green Bay, which had excellent location, nice views and restaurants within walking distance.

Had to leave a different hotel due to uncleanliness. Staff was amazing here, so clean and comfortable room! Pool was great!

The constriction outside made getting in and out difficult and finding the entry off the main street into the hotel was confusing.

I liked that the main lobby area had lots of seating, a pool table, and games to play. The rooms were clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly.

The beds weren't super comfortable and another blanket on the bed would have been nice. We could hear doors closing and people walking around very easily all night long.

The pool was warm, loved the vinyl plank flooring in the rooms way cleaner feeling than carpeting, breakfast was good, love the noon checkout time, and it was pretty clean.

The rooms were a tad noisy, we could hear a lot of clanking in the walls sounded like pluming noise, and we could hear so much above us.

I tried to cancel with the insurance i bought specifically for cancelation. I tell everyone i know not to use your service because you denied my claim. I am a teacher & most teachers travel & i let them all know what happened. You already have quite a few bad reviews & now you have 1 more.

Enjoyed the breakfast. Appreciated the pool table and board games available in lobby area. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Disappointed there was no hot tub. Beds have wooden framing around the mattresses that jut out a bit, and several of us unfortunately bumped into the frames.

This is a convenient location off a main street and close to the main highway. It is clean, friendly staff, had a decent breakfast, yet the room is highly overpriced due to the high season in Duluth.

Extremely high price for a small dorm like (very clean) room. No frills and did the job, but should have been half the price and probably is in off season.

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the pancakes and yogurt dispenser. Kids enjoyed the games and pool table in the lobby area. Liked that it was just shelves and not a dresser to set stuff on in the hotel room.

Bed comfort was okay, pillows were too soft and went flat. Would have liked to sleep berries or granola to add to the yogurt.

One of the lamps had burned out bulb. At breakfast, the pancake machine was out of order. Not the easiest location to reach from the downtown area. They had ground chicken "sausage" patties for breakfast - not very good. Averaged over $200 per night total - kind of expensive for the location in Duluth.

I didn't like that the bathroom light was on a timer. That was very inconvenient for me.

It was a ideal location around many stores and restaurants. Very nice property, extremely clean and great amenities. I would definitely stay again. Their breakfast was great as well.

Good prior experience but the room was dirty, bathroom was dirty. Didn’t offer to make adjustments or clean so I had to clean the toilet myself. Received duty towels when I was brought more they were dirtier than before & had to get out mid shower because the soaps were not filled and had to wait. Mentioned all if this to staff was not offered discount or a good solution. Experience last year was good but this year was not.

We had towels that had freshly wiped makeup on them that were put back on the shelf for use. Overall room cleanliness was just ok.
