Everything Great! - amenities, location, staff friendliness, food, security, and more exceeded our expectations and were very satisfying. Also, the Petronas Twin Towers and the Pavilion are a 10-minute walk away, and Bukit Bintang Night Market is just two stops away by monorail (about 700 KRW per person fare), and places like Merdeka Square and Central Market are literally just a 10 minute Grab ride away, making it truly the heart of Kuala Lumpur, which was wonderful.

Wonderful breakfast and wonderful catering staff. Very clean room and the best part is that a supervisor comes around to check the room after it is cleaned - that's a very good standard to uphold, as not many hotels do that. Well done. Very close to Monorail station to get to Lot 10 and Pavilion Mall.

Some of the older or more senior front office staff are usually not very friendly and slightly snobbish - a bit unusual taking in account they are senior hospitality people. Smile also not genuine. On the other hand, the junior staff are more friendly and smiley. Buck up, senior people. This is the first time I have to pay for my laundry first before I can get them - unlike other hotels where I could pay for them when I check out.. and it is the same with the room service food order too - COD.

Not able to sit in the bar/lounge area with my grand daughter, thus nowhere for us to be as a family in the evening, outside of the restaurant or sitting in one of our rooms… not very family friendly

這家飯店附近有紅線及綠線輕軌經過(從綠線的Butik Nanas站A號出口有電梯，但要過一個馬路，飯店在對面；B出口有手扶梯與飯店同邊，但只有上沒有下，提供搬大行李的人參考)，交通非常便利。早餐豐富而多樣化，並且美味。有提供寄放行李服務，我們住了一天後去馬六甲再回來住，隔天是半夜的飛機，飯店有讓我們寄放行李，這點讓我們很滿意。

事先有看到飯店提供行李寄放服務，因此放心的安排住一天，去其他城市玩一天再回來的行程。結果CHECKIN的時候，櫃台說有可能不能寄放行李，讓大家心情不好開始研究如果不能放要放哪裡。但其實是沒問題的，隔天早上直接問門口負責行李的服務人員，非常親切地幫我們處理了兩天的行李寄放，覺得第一天CHECKIN的感受很不好，幸好後續一切都很順利。

We had an early flight and the hotel was nice enough to send some packed breakfast.

The hotel is at a prime location. That's good for public transport and walking, but the cab ride took almost 30 mins extra just to reach due to traffic. This is just a tip for others. Try to use public transport if you don't have much luggage.

Pulizia, potrebbe essere più accurata. Ho trovato molti capelli tra il Topper e il lenzuolo e anche in bagno. Erano capelli del personale di servizio perché sia camera che bagno erano comunque puliti.

The location was very good, because the train station is very near to the hotel.It's very convenient for us to go anywhere.

It's very clean inside the hotel and room.but this building is very old, so the carpet is very old too. It looks like dirty.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is situated in a great location, walkable to all the main landmarks. The rooms were spacious and clean. The house keeping was prompt and the breakfast was incredible! There are also really good restaurant options in the hotel.Overall it was a very comfortable stay!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bliskość do Petronas Towers, około 15-20minut na pieszo. Obok hotelu podstawowe sklepy spożywcze. Śniadania bardzo pyszne I różnorodne. Basen z widokiem na Petronas Tower i Menara.

Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, la piscine est de belle taille et le personnel fort serviable. Surtout, l'hôtel est à 20' à pieds des petronas tower et de klcc.

La climatisation est bruyante et la chambre mal insonorisée des bruits de la rue.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and the overall experience was great. The breakfast was also good, with a nice selection of food. Special credit goes to the male receptionist who assisted me during check-in. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but I truly appreciate his kindness in upgrading my room to a Premier Room. It was a wonderful gesture and definitely made my stay even more enjoyable. Kudos to the entire team for the great service. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant and memorable experience!

One small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the in-room entertainment options, perhaps by adding streaming services such as Netflix. It would be a nice additional feature for guests to enjoy during their stay. However, overall, everything was great, and I had a pleasant experience.

The room was very clean and tidy. All the amenities are top notch. 10/10 Gymanisum loved it! Also the pool was very big. The buffet was quite good as well.

Stayed 4 nights as a family of 5, hotel helped us getting rooms close to each other. The location is brilliant, 10-15 minutes walk to the Petronas towers. Atmosphere was modern, bright and sophisticated. Rooms were spacious, very efficient air con, lovely big bathrooms. Excellent value for money I must say! We also loved the breakfast which was malay/western mixed with a fresh egg and noodle soup station. Very impressed with this hotel, I would not hesitate coming back.

Very little, only the over-spill breakfast dining hall at the back of the hotel is a little dark and depressing...we sat in the front lobby hall after the first breakfast.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre-ville de KL. La chambre est propre. Le personnel est très gentil avec les clients, souriant et disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, varié et riche : il y en a pour tous les goûts. Cependant, attention : à certaines heures, il faut faire la queue pour avoir une table. La piscine est petite mais bien entretenue et propre.

J'aurais donné une note de 8 sur 10, mais je vais enlever un point à cause du manque d'honnêteté de la réceptionniste au moment de notre check-in. En effet, une réceptionniste a essayé de nous faire accepter une chambre différente de celle que nous avions réservée, en nous proposant une chambre plus petite. Elle nous a affirmé que notre réservation était soumise à la disponibilité des chambres, alors que visiblement, la grande chambre était disponible. Elle a simplement refusé de nous l'attribuer. Donc, mon conseil : vérifiez bien votre chambre en entrant, pour vous assurer qu'elle correspond bien à votre réservation.

Hotel molto vicino alle Petronas Tower. Super comodo alla metro e alla monorotaia. Colazione internazionale bellissima e con tanti piatti tipici. Camera molto grande e pulita. Ciabattine in camera sempre comode e bottiglie d’acqua gratis.

Room was just perfect - huge room with two double beds, big windows with view on pool and KLCC and great bathroom. I’d read reviews that rooms were slightly dated so I was a little worried but I really shouldn’t have. We had a premier room which gave us access to breakfast at spice restaurant which again was just perfect - great selection, super attentive staff, slightly colonial style building with an outdoor and inside space. Staff from reception to housekeeping and F&B were super kind and helpful. Oh and their room service menu was really extensive and very food quality. And only a 10min walk to KLCC park and mall, the towers and bukit bintang. Just the most fantastic stay.

Buon hotel, abbastanza vicino alle petronas (circa 20 min). È su una via molto grande ma super trafficata. L'hotel in se è pieno di servizi e ristoranti ma le camere andrebbero riviste. Mobilia vecchia, moquette a terra, bagno piccolino e vecchiotto. Colazione invece davvero buona e intercontinentale. Ottima per il turismo asiatico ma anche per quello europeo. In linea generale consigliato.

L'emplacement était correct, accessible en metro ou en grab facilement, a 15 voir 20 minutes de marche de pavillon. la chambre est très propre, le personnel est très agréable, les accessoires de toilettes renouvelés tous les jours. le petit déjeuner est parfait, bon et riche

Les lits sont petits, si vous dépassez 1.85m vous aurez les pieds qui dépassent, ainsi que la couette qui est vraiment petite pour 2 personnes, et j'ai trouvé le matelas un peu dur, la clim est glaciale difficile à régler

room was clean and tidy with all amenities available and replenished each day, there was plenty of options for breakfast as well as friendly and helpful staff, swimming pool was open from 7-7pm each day and a lifeguard on duty a bar at the pool would have been nice.

The beds in the rooms were extremely hard which led to us having to upgrade our room as our sleep the first night was terrible, we also had an issue with the continental breakfast being cold each morning despite our feedback to the staff, they could definitely do with improving that, the dinner however that was served at night was delicious and couldn't be faulted the dinner service however was also not buffet style. There were a few areas that were reserved for premier guests only which meant some facilities were not accessible to all guests.
