They upgraded my room to a beautiful studio type suite for free and it was perfect for my birthday. All of the staff were kind and VERY helpful with everything I needed. The place was so clean and well maintained I loved it I genuinely did not want to leave and the breakfast was DELICIOUS. I get nervous eating in new countries but everything was perfect here . And as a single female I felt so safe around the area

Nous avions réservé une grande chambre mais la première était quasiment sans fenêtre et finalement nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et tout de suite nous avons pu avoir une chambre avec des grandes baies vitrées donnant sur les grattes ciel de la ville

The staffs all are helpful, room is clean, u can even shower in front of kl tower, the place is walking distance from klcc, the room has washing machine microwave and even detergent. I cannot praise more. The gym is open 24 hours a day, with a lot of equipment

How central the place was and spacious and clean

Le personnel est vraiment très serviable et très gentil. La chambre était agréable et spacieuse. La piscine aussi et très agréable et les horaires chouettes.

The staff were amazing special shout out to Ariffin, Linda, Suren and John for making me feel looked after and special. Also a great location and price!

Great location near the KL Tower and ECO Park. Short walk to Petronas Towers. Lovely rooftop pool with towels provided. We didn't use the gym, but it looked OK.

The suite we stayed in was huge, but perhaps in need of a refurb. Nothing serious, just a few bits that needed a bit of tlc.

The room has a washing machine with dryer, they also provided us with washing powder. The room was spacious and value for money. Normally for me, before i finish off my vacation i need to find a coin laundry shop to wash and dry my clothes. But the our room itself already have the washing machine with dryer so i can pop my clothes in and went out. Eliminate my waiting time in the coin laundry

Our room window is located just beside another building which is quite near, if we open our curtains the people from beside the building can look into our room.

The size and cleanliness of the room was great. The bed and pillows were comfortable too.

The air conditioner was loud and not very effective. Also the breakfast was not included in th package and I paid MYR 49 for breakfast which was very limited indeed.

Loads of space in the room, equipped with washing machine as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, pool was lovely. Easy walk to the Petronas Towers.

The pool bar wasn’t ever open, and some of aspects of the room like the shower were a little tired.

Nos quedamos unos días en el hotel, tuvimos un upgrade de habitación y estuvimos en un estudio. Tenia cocina y lavadora, el baño era amplio con todo lo necesario, y ma cama grande y cómoda. La piscina, con vistas a Menara tower, está muy bien para acabar el día después de recorrer la ciudad. La ubicación está a 10 minutos andando de las Torres Petronas y prácticamente a 20minutos andando de cualquier otra atracción turística.

Quizás le falta un tendedero, ya que tienes lavadora pero no donde colgar la ropa después.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié être réveillés les deux matins de notre séjour, une fois par la sonnette et une fois par le téléphone, apparemment adressés au voisin.

Location was great, easily accessible via grab. Did not manage to use facilities so can't comment but staff were friendly, room - very spacious but some parts of the room feels slightly dated. Breakfast could be better in terms of variety, but overall it was a great stay and I would come back if i'm planning to explore more of KL. Thank you!

Comfortable and clean.

Parking is very tight for big cars, and sometimes the toilet can be quite smelly. Smell came from the water from the showerhead.

The staff were the best part of my stay — very friendly, professional and always helpful. The location is also very convenient.

The photos on Booking.com are quite misleading. I was very disappointed when I saw the actual condition of the hotel. It really needs renovation. The biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing. The windows are old, and you can hear the traffic very clearly, especially cars and motorbikes at night. I also had to change rooms twice due to different maintenance issues, which was frustrating. Breakfast was disappointing as well — mostly fried, basic food and not worth it in my opinion. I gave the hotel a 5 mainly because of the excellent staff and location. With renovation and proper soundproof windows, it could be a much better hotel.

Location is ok, there is worse but a lot better also

The rooms are very dated, aircons constantly leak water onto the floor, which takes a couple of towels a day to soak, when reporting it, I was told that all the rooms were like that, there was also a constant leak at the vanity sink in the en-suite, this made all the floor in the en-suite constantly wet, and again it took a few towels a day to soak up the water and keep our feet dry. Reported issues a couple of times, but nothing was done. I checked out and booked another hotel, as I was tired of the mess. Mattress on the bed is rock hard. Some people like a rock-hard mattress, but not for me.

Great location, walking distance from major landmarks eg patronas towers, food street right under the KL tower.

En general nos gustó todo. Tuvimos un problema con la cisterna del WC que dejó de funcionar y tuvimos que insistir un poco para que la arreglaran pero por lo demás todo perfecto. A destacar la piscina del piso 24 con vistas a la KL tower.

Staff and location

The quality of the washing machine is really poor. It has damaged my clothes—the fabric has become rough and stiff, making it difficult to iron, and some of my clothes have even shrunk. Now I have to wash them on a cold cycle and take them out while they’re still damp just to get better ironing results. Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the quality of this washing machine. Other than that, everything else is excellent.

Posizione perfetta, bella vista dal 30esimo piano! Camera carina e spaziosa, ma andrebbe fatta un pò di manutenzione.

Il bagno andrebbe rinnovato. La doccia si allaga fino a fuori. Ci hanno fornito solo un asciugamano (con cui mi asciugavo corpo, capelli, viso).

l'emplacement près du centre permet d'y aller à pied. La piscine est agréable. Il y a moyen de se faire livrer à manger à l'accueil. Ils gardent vos gratuitement bagages si vous bougez en Malaisie et que vous revenez chez eux ensuite.

L'accueil est froid. les conseils ne sont pas pertinents pour répondre aux demandes des clients et ils ne sortiront pas de leur fonctionnement pour rendre service. J'ai demandé de la glace en rentrant tard pour soulager une blessure et on m'a envoyé au supermarché car la cuisine était fermée. Ouvrir un frigo ne semble pourtant pas insurmontable à un établissement de cette gamme. Des chambres communicantes demandées à la réservation pour être proche de mes enfants et c'est en arrivant sur place qu'on me dit que ce n'est pas possible et qu'il fallait choisir un autre type de chambre. Pour les prestations, le prix est excessif et il vaut mieux louer un appartement. Prix excessif du petit déjeuner pour l'offre.

All’arrivo ci hanno fatto l’upgrade della stanza, dandoci un piccolo appartamento con cucina e lavatrice. Struttura molto grande, ottima posizione e stanza pulita. Piscina al 24º piano molto bella e pulita. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Lo staff ci ha fatto un upgrade automatico passando alla superior/appartamento, quindi il voto è per quella tipologia di stanza. Abbiamo passato una notte sola, ma è stato super. Stanza enorme, con cucina e zona giorno e tutti i servizi necessari come anche la lavatrice e detersivo, accappatoi (che nelle standard non ci sono).

Overall, I had a good stay at Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent, with a 7-Eleven right next door and Bukit Bintang just a short distance away, offering plenty of great shopping, restaurants and food options. Getting taxis from the hotel to other parts of KL was also very affordable, largely because of the convenient location. That said, the cleaning staff were excellent and always did a great job. I’d also like to give a special mention to the doormen, who were incredibly helpful when I lost an item and went out of their way to help me find it. Their kindness and assistance were genuinely appreciated. Overall, the location and staff were definitely the highlights of my stay, although the bathroom and room size could be improved.

The room was smaller than I expected, and unfortunately the bathroom was quite difficult to use. The bidet wasn’t working, the shower door didn’t seal properly, and this meant the bathroom floor kept getting flooded when using the shower. I’m 182cm tall and also found the toilet area extremely tight, making it difficult to sit comfortably.

Clean, new furniture, really nice personnel, was staying at a suite which was great, the ac worked perfectly.

The pools depth was only 1.2 m, was hard to swim in it for a tall person. The pool should have different depths or as minimum 1.6 m.

النظافة جداً سيئة السجاد جداًً متسخ نظافة الغرف مايجي قبل الساعة 11 الصباح طلبت نظافة بضغط الزر ماجا موظف التنظيف إلا بعد ثلاث أيام وباتصال اكثر من مرة المكان يعيبه انه في مرتفع صعب للسيارة وللدخول والخروج بالأرجل

ماجربت فطورهم لكن موقع الفندق جداً رهيب وكثير اماكن قريبة منه منها مطعم برجر كينج وماكدونالديز وكذلك مطعم ياهلا وشارع العرب وما تحتاج سيارة عشان تروح هالأمكان ولو الجو جميل راح تستمتع بالطريق

يحتاج يحرصون اكثر على النظافة وقدم لهم ملاحظاتي

La propreté des draps et des serviettes

Le tapis dans me logement et dans les parties communes qui n avaient pas l air sains et propres. Les lumieres trop tamisees dans les couloirs qui donnaient un aspect glauque de l endroit.

The hotel is in a great central location and was a good price. It was very clean if a little worn around the edges particularly in the corridors. The pool area was nice with plenty of loungers and towels available. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The only negative for me was that all the fire doors were propped open with door stops making them useless as fire doors in this high rise hotel.

Size of room was great. Plenty of room to spread out. Also fairly quiet which we like. Big shower with good water pressure. The linens were nice towels were big and nice. Amenities in the bath were generous. Water was left everyday as well as tea and coffee supplies.our housekeeper was great. Excellent value for price paid.

The bed was more on the firm side just fyi. Some things in the hotel needed better maintenance or cleaning. Nothing terrible just noticeable. We decided to add the breakfast option at check in. When we noticed there was nothing in easy walking distance other than a quick mart. Unfortunately the breakfast is not very good. Odd options, spicy local foods, cold items like French toast and potatoes.Just really nothing we liked. We just had some yogurt coffee and toast.

Staff are very attentive and friendly, rooms are big and spacious.

The location is not great, windows are filthy so any view have can’t be seen properly. Some rooms have a musty damp smell. Washing machine didn’t work properly in both rooms called maintenance and they weren’t able to fix it. Despite mangosteen and durian being banned our floor stank of it on a daily basis. We were bitten a lot by mosquitoes whilst staying there not really sure how they were getting in, but we have all left covered in bites.

Lovely reception (special mention to Miss Linda who helped us with our reservation). Room was spacious, well kept and maintained as well. Will return!

-big room with wide bed. fyi bed could be considered a bit short for some. -nice pillows and hard mattress. -location - few minutes walking to Petronas Towers, or to another big shopping malls with good food courts (and they're connected with each other). -pool area in the evening - it was actually cold! great! -big gym with a city view. -view from the room on high floor. -AC in terms of drying - swimming clothes after pool dryed overnight.

-AC in terms of temperature - was not able to cool down room to requested temperature, couldn't go below around 23-24 Celsius degrees. It is not the only 4* hotel with this AC feature I've encountered in KL. -inside room, some facilities were dated. some stains here and there. -fridge not cooling very well (reception informed).

Very friendly staff - very welcoming and eager to help. Our room was modern, clean, and the bed was really comfy! Slept very well every night. Really enjoyed the pool - amazing view of the KL tower and the city! Breakfast was also really delicious - lots to choose from, ate well every morning. Big thank you to Linda, Razak, and all the staff!

L’hôtel est situé en ville proche de tout, appartement spacieux et propre en surface. Personnel très réactif, nous avons eu un soucis avec la machine à laver elle a été changer dès le lendemain.

La Clim n’est pas très forte du coup certaines pièce comme le couloir le dressing sont chaude. Sinon très bonne hôtel

The toilet in our room was broken, the lighting was extremely dim, we had two rooms one with bright lighting and the other with dim lighting, when we pointed it out the lady at the reception said all rooms have different lighting. upon our insistence, she agreed to have someone check them but no one came to inspect. We tried the breakfast buffet one day but looking at the poor service for bringing one fried egg and the limited menu, we decided to save our money. Our room was a floor below the pool so at night we would hear the noises from the roof for pool cleaning etc. Woke up almost every day to noises of construction from the next door building, sound proofing in rooms need work too. On checkout, the bell boy tried to fool us into getting a more expensive ride to the airport when we asked his advice on car type while booking online. Overall it wasn't a great experience.

Enjoyed a long stay at Oasia - great location, the suite was clean, comfy, quiet and spacious with a lovely view. Drinking water available anytime and so handy to have a washer dryer. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and delivered excellent service from start to finish. Many thanks to Shoba in Sales and her colleagues at Reception, Concierge and Housekeeping. Highly recommended, would stay again!

Kind, compréhensif and helpful staff. Hôtel and rooms are clean and cozy with good amenities. Great location, near restaurants and vibrant atmosphere while being calm and no noise in the rooms.

Inchecken ging goed en vlot. We hadden een erg mooie kamer. we besloten wat dagen bij te boeken en ook dat ging goed en de kamer die we hadden met aparte slaapkamer was perfect!

Er zouden wat meer ligbedjes bij het zwembad mogen zijn.

Reasonably convenient location

Room was not clean. Constantly leaking tap in bathroom. Hot water stops heating after first few minutes and you only get warm water. Walls are thin and neighbours are loud.
