La piscine au rooftop était top, personnel gentil, ils nous ont préparer le petit déjeuner à emporter avec nous pour un vol un peut tôt le matin, c'était trop gentil le geste, c'est la première fois qu'un hôtel le fait.

La chambre a porte communiquante y'avait du bruit de la chambre voisine, chambre pas trop grande. Mais en gros c'était satisfaisant.

Un hotel muy bien ubicado. A unos 15/20 minutos andando a China Town y a una distancia similar a las Torres Petronas. Los desayunos abundantes aunque más asiáticos que occidentales. La piscina en la última planta con unas vistas preciosas.

The location was a little in between things, not too much trouble to walk around but probably not the most convenient.

Very one at the hotel was very kind and helpful. The hotel gifted me a birthday card with free cake and drink on my birthday. Great view from the rooftop.

The room was large, clean and very elegant with perfect climate control. The breakfast was 10/10. The rooftop pool with attached gym and bar was excellent. The location was perfect and within walking distance to a lot of their attractions.

Ziemlich mittig der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war für uns eher wie ein Mittagessen aber die Auswahl war riesig, es gab jeden Tag etwas anderes und alles war auch super lecker

Drei Aufzüge sind schon für die 18 Etagen zu knapp aber dann wartet man eben etwas.

La chambre n'avait pas de fenêtres pour aérer et la piscine était bien mais les transats mal disposés et peu nombreux.

Tout d’abord le bon accueil et le bon professionnalisme du personnel et surtout au Restaurant un staff très accueillant, agréable et sympathique. Sans oublier le staff de Housekeeping très particulier à leurs services.

La seule chose qui manque réellement le SPA pour une séance de relaxation.

As soon as I entered the room, I immediately noticed a very unpleasant and strong smell. The room was clearly not properly cleaned, and the bed was covered with hair. Furthermore, I found a used toothbrush belonging to a previous guest in the bathroom, which is particularly concerning from a hygiene perspective. The condition of the room was so unacceptable that I could not stay for even 10 minutes. I had no choice but to leave the hotel and find alternative accommodation at my own expense. I was travelling with my mother, and given her age, I could not reasonably ask her to stay in such conditions. This situation caused us significant inconvenience, stress, and additional expense during our trip. I therefore request: 1. A full refund of the amount paid for this reservation. 2. Compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs caused by having to leave the hotel and arrange alternative accommodation at short notice. 3. A proper investigation into the condition of the room and whether the hotel was meeting the cleanliness and hygiene standards expected from a property listed on Booking.com. I am prepared to provide photographs, videos, receipts for the alternative hotel, and any other evidence required to support my complaint. Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement une seule journée, le temps d’une escale. Malheureusement, l’accueil était peu chaleureux et le personnel ne nous a pas donné le sentiment d’être réellement les bienvenus. De plus, une mauvaise odeur assez désagréable était présente au niveau du restaurant, ce qui a rendu notre court séjour moins agréable. Dommage, car même pour une simple escale, la qualité de l’accueil et la propreté des espaces communs restent importantes.

Très bon séjour au Santa Grand Signature Kuala Lumpur. L’hôtel est très agréable, moderne et bien situé pour découvrir Kuala Lumpur. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec une literie de qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié d’être logés à un étage élevé, avec une superbe vue sur les tours Petronas. Le personnel a été très accueillant, souriant et disponible pendant tout notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était également varié et de bonne qualité. L’hôtel offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix et constitue une excellente adresse pour séjourner à Kuala Lumpur.

Super Zentrale Lage - konnten alle City Highlights zu Fuss entdecken. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und aufmerksames Personal. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

La zona de desayuno es muy pequeña para la cantidad de gente que puede llegar a haber en el hotel. Resulta agobiante el ajetreo y todo el jaleo que se forma. Cuando el de arriba se ducha o tira de la cisterna parece que lo tiene al lado. Aislamiento malo. Relación calidad- precio no del todo buena.

Struttura posizionata in zona strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo il centro della città. Colazione a buffet estremamente varia e con molte opzioni sia malesiane che occidentali. L’hotel dispone di un mini market aperto H24 molto comodo per qualsiasi necessità. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il servizio di colazione al sacco in caso di escursioni o di partenza dall’hotel di mattina presto.

Beim Frühstück geht es sehr hektisch und laut zu, allerdings ist das Angebot an Speisen absolut super! Die Lage ist gut, man erreicht alles innerhalb kurzer Zeit.

Leider wurde im Zimmer das Wasser nicht aufgefüllt und es gab nur Mini Tuben Duschgel, die leider auch nie aufgefüllt wurden. Der Empfang war leider sehr kühl und distanziert, fast schon arrogant durch die Dame an der Rezeption. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Das war keine Überraschung, da wir es aus anderen Bewertungen schon erfahren haben. Ein Lächeln und ein paar freundliche Worte hätten schon gereicht. Es ist der erste Eindruck und leider auch der letzte der uns im Gedächtnis bleibt, denn beim Check out hatten wir die gleiche Situation. Die Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksservice hingegen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Notre chambre un peu juste pour une famille de 4. La literie est ok mais je pense qu'un petit rafraichissement serait bien. L'accueil n'a pas été très agréable, assez expéditif limite désagréable. Beaucoup de monde dans cet hôtel et pas assez d'ascenseurs donc de longues attentes pour descendre à certaines heures, idem pour le petit déjeuner, on ne s'entend pas, ça fait cantine... C'est un hôtel globalement ok pour 3/4 jours ...

Gran hotel. Personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias y cómodas, aunque estábamos en una triple y resultaba un poco pequeña, sobretodo para abrir las maletas. Buena piscina, con un bar de copas. Incluía el desayuno buffet, abundante y con múltiples opciones. La ubicación en una zona tranquila.

La habitación para tres personas un poco pequeña, y el baño también. Para mi gusto, faltaban colgadores, sobretodo para las toallas. La ubicación aunque está en una zona tranquila, necesitas grab para ir al centro. Hay metro a 15' pero con el calor es sofocante.

Al lado hay un supermercado pensado para musulmanes pero sirve para comprar bebida y algo de fruta o galletas

Para ser 5* necesita una renovación, los baños son de hace 30 años, la limpieza de las sillas del restaurante y de la indumentaria de los camareros es muy mejorable,

First of all , the location of the hotel is good and near to services like restaurants and there is a small grocery in the hotel which is good , the rooms are clean and tidy , staff are comparative and ready to help

We stayed for 8 days ,there was no refill of soap for somedays , and there was not to much variety in breads.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers very good value for money considering the quality of the services and its location. The area is calm and convenient, with almost all the main tourist attractions easily accessible. I especially loved my room on the 17th floor, which had an amazing view of the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. Waking up to that view was definitely one of the highlights of my stay! I also really enjoyed the breakfast and the rooftop pool, which was a great place to relax and enjoy the city views. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider booking this hotel again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur, InshaAllah. Highly recommended! 🇲🇾

Hotel in posizione centrale per visitare Kuala Lumpur, avevamo una stanza al 4 piano lato strada (vista petronas!) ma non abbiamo avuto problemi per il rumore. Lo staff molto accogliente e sempre disponibile, struttura pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e anche la colazione ci è piaciuta molto. L’ultimo giorno abbiamo avuto il check out alle 6am ma comunicandolo la sera prima ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione d’asporto! :)
