Nice place , we'll taken care of . Good breakfast buffet, hot and delicious. They also had a evening small buffet too which was a very nice surprise ( I have only seen this at Drurys ) this would definitely encourage me to book here more often. Its nice when you dont feel like leaving or cooking in your room.

The parking spaces are very tight . I also think $27 a might for parking is ridiculous . The homewoods is usually stay at across US dont typically dont charge foe parking.

Breakfast was just OK, More than 1/2 of the washer/dryers in the laundry facilities were out of order, cleaning service skipped our room, towels and toilet paper not replenished, so had to make at least 2 trips to front desk to get, pool lounge chairs ripped and not usable.

Customer services were not at Par for Hilton Hotel standard - very poor housekeeping and customer service to guests who paid over $3800 for whole trip.

Breakfast was hot and the staff always made sure there was enough for families. The variety of breakfast was good. Staff was always very friendly saying hello.

Some travelers made such a mess for staff. I felt so bad for staff to clean up after those travelers.

Needed a hotel and San Diego for 3 weeks, so I chose this Homewood suites for a little more space and amenities. I left after 1 week and went to another. First, the goods. The breakfast was great and despite always being busy, the staff keep up with replacing items as they need it. The pool is also nice, but there are never any towels and when you call and ask for more, they bring about 5 which are immediately gone. The housekeeping was terrible. Some days they wouldn’t come at all, despite calling and requesting service. When they did come, they would take linens and not replace them, leaving me to call for more, that never arrived. They would turn the AC up to 76 every time they serviced the room, which would take hours to cool down, and in my week there, they never once changed the bedsheets. Our room was fine, a 1 bedroom suite, but the couch had peeling pleather that made it impossible to sit on without getting pieces all over you. The water temperature was also extremely variable, changing between scalding and freezing without touching the handle, which is not ideal while showering a toddler. We also found 2 cockroaches in the room in our week stay. Overall, I was extremely disappointed for the price I paid for the room (over 300$ a night). Left early.

Room was dirty and had live ants in the room in mutiple areas. Staff did not clean or bother to come clean the ants or roomafter multiple complaints. Did not bring extra supplies when asked and had to go down multiple times to get what was needed.

Property had no electricity. When we arrived, when they gave us a room, the room was already occupied. We opened the door, and there was luggage and people in there. There was no complimentary water, we waited over 20 minutes to get a room to find out. It was occupied. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes to get another room. The floors were wet. We asked for towels, three times the same day and housekeeping. Staff was very rude. Our little yearly vacation was ruined So sad because I paid over $1200 for the room.

Everything was off this time around. I was very unhappy staff, facility, service.

The only thing about the room was one of the tv’s had some type of burn spots all over it. Might want to get that replaced. The systems were down when we got there and we couldn’t get into our room unless the bellhop came up every time, kind of an inconvenience when you’ve been traveling a long time with kids and you just want to rest.

Any interaction with House keeping seems like you owe them something, mean mugging, very unpleasant people. I Dunno what they’re doing to them but they are very unpleasant. Got in the shower after being at the beach all day, shampoo was empty, they didn’t leave any soap or towels of Any size. Called front desk,they never brought towels, we had to go get them ourselves. The stove didn’t work. Will def not be coming back.

We loved our stay. Nice staff, good food, clean spacious rooms and great location.

Beds we're comfortable , Breakfast was just ok, Ac in some places in the Hotel wre not on, Hallways and elevators no AC.

Front Desk staff when I checked in was not very Friendly, Rooms are starting to Look outdated and not very clean. Had to change my original Room fior a different one cause the sofas had deteriorating patches and furniture didn't Look clean. Parking is Hassle to find and at $30 per night with no security presence.

Receptionist Manderilna , she was more interested in other customers issue while attending me, i have to tell her my reservation 2-3 times, request for same floor with my brother but she was saying nothing is available but in reality we both have same floor. So she was not paying attention. Asking for water was like why you asked for water. I an hilton member and we get water as well as welcome kit.

It was central to allot of stores

There was allot homeless people around, outside The pull out bed was horrible, They never brought us blankets I had to call and literally go down there, the tv stopped working, the parking was bad, the pool was full of people drinking the whole week, throwing parties and drinking it looked filthy, They never came to take the trash after I called them the 1 st 3 days. Breakfast was good Dinner was horrible a wedding soup and a toast, like come on 1500 for a week!! The soup was disgustingly watery and then you give wine and ask out loud for a cash tip. And they are staring you down when you are getting your food, like are you counting how many piece of toast I’m getting!!

The hotel was always clean. The employees always helped and were friendly. The kitchen and food was great. Kitchen staff was always ready and kind.

The suites are nice and big. Beds are comfortable.

The breakfasts were delicious, but redundant. They decided to do a fire alarm check on a Thursday morning with no warning which put our daughters into a panic. We found out it had been pre-planned by a staff member which was frustrating because we could have had advanced notice since it wasn't a drill, just a check to verify they were working correctly.

Beautiful suite, and I loved the breakfast and guest services was very attentive to my needs.

I had a very disappointing experience with Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego Hotel Circle/SeaWorld Area. My stay was already fully paid in advance through Booking.com, but I was charged again by the hotel at checkout. This resulted in a duplicate charge, which is completely unacceptable. After noticing the issue, I contacted Booking.com, and they reached out to the property on my behalf. According to Booking.com, the hotel acknowledged the mistake, confirmed that the charge was incorrect, and said that a refund would be issued. However, despite this confirmation, the refund has still not been processed. This situation has been extremely frustrating. Mistakes can happen, but when a hotel recognizes an incorrect charge, the refund should be handled quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through and delay in resolving the issue show poor customer service and a lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. A financial error like this, especially when it remains unresolved, creates unnecessary stress and seriously damages the trust a guest should have in the property.

The rooms are a decent size.

Paying for parking per night is ridiculous,parking should already be included and the size of those parking lots unbelievable very disappointed !

Free dinner offered as well and breakfast. Definitely was not expecting and was a great surprise and extremely convenient after a long day of travel .

Didn't have a door closing off toliet area from bathroom. No exhaust fan, beds were very uncomfortable & several of the outlets didn't work.

There were a lot of transit people around and one of the transit stole my daughter’s iPhone 17 and my son had to get it back. I ended up leaving before the cap showed up because the cops took an hour to get there and the maids were rude and we asked for extra pillows and towels. It took them all day before they brought the pillows like at 10:00p.m night. And my son had to go to the front desk to get the extra towels . And all they did for us is remove the parking and early check it. I think they should’ve gave us a free night or two for all our troubles. I would never stay at this hotel again..

Breakfast did not have any plant based options. Exercise room was not very functional. TV did not work by treadmills, only two of four treadmills would turn on and the speed and or incline didnt work on those. Both room TVs had color splotches, that were kind of annoying.

I enjoyed breakfast and outdoor amentity area. Everything was so close by.

Windows didnt open for fresh air, ac was set for 68*F but felt like 80 degrees. Wifi was bad. Bathroom needs entry way into living area and had no vent. Suite was very stuffy and no air circulation. No balcony or patio.

Strange layout, had to walk clear around to get to our room unless we cut through the staffing area, which we got strange looks each time we did.

It was a nice place that had a lot of activities to do at the hotel as well as lots of great locations to go to nearby. We also did not have to fight for parking like other places. The staff were very kind and helpful, they also fed us well and have a great happy hour too!

If I had to complain, the bed was a bit uncomfortable for my partner and I. It hurt our backs. Parking was also expensive there for $27 every night. Also it would have been nice to have a staff member cleaning tables during breakfast they constantly cleaned around the food which was great, just the tables were being left out.

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel; the property itself is very nice and the staff were welcoming. However, I experienced a very concerning security issue that I feel obligated to share. Immediately after inserting my credit card into the hotel’s payment machine at check-in, I received a transaction notification for $100 at a Chevron gas station in Lakewood. I initially thought it was a delayed notification from a previous purchase, but I soon realized it was a fraudulent charge. What makes this even more certain is that I drive a Tesla, so there is absolutely no reason for me to have a $100 charge at a gas station. It seems there may be a security compromise or a skimmer on the payment terminals. While I enjoyed the hotel stay, I highly recommend that future guests use touchless payment (Apple Pay/Google Pay) or monitor their statements closely. I have already initiated a fraud dispute with my bank. نص

You can hear all the footsteps from the floor above you and around you, the jacuzzi could have been hotter because it was barely warmer than the heated pool

The hotel was well situated in San Diego to navigate to the local sites. This was a last second book upon arriving to San Diego, and the hotel met expectations for our family of 4 with two young kids.
