Kamer werd niet dagelijks schoongemaakt. Beddengoed en handdoeken niet fris. Te weinig ligbedden bij het zwembad.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bungalows are tastefully designed and kept impeccably clean — you can tell the staff care about the details. The location is excellent: the ocean is just steps away, so even though the promenade is currently under renovation, it didn't spoil the experience at all. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night was easily the highlight of the trip.

One thing that could be improved: the Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room. A couple of additional repeaters or access points around the property would make a big difference for guests who need to stay connected.

Everything was superb. We only stayed one night but I with we could have stayed more.

The Bali Santi is a great place to stay beautiful pool overlooking the ocean rooms are lovely. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay there.

Location on the beachfront. Large room, open bathroom, close to the ocean.

Construction of the new boardwalk, thankfully the major works directly out front of the hotel have been completed. The view and access to the beach below not as good as previous.

Great oasis on a busy road. Staff could not do enough for the guests, loved my outside tropical bathroom!

The property itself is beautiful, has huge potential, and the private pool at the villa was fantastic.

There was a huge construction site right under the restaurant’s nose, making meals unpleasant. Worse, we had a massive, nasty, 30cm rat running around our room every single evening. There was also a horrible sewage smell coming from the pipes, which drifted through the entire villa.

Struttura molto carina, camera spaziosa. Piacevole la piscina con vista sull’oceano. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Beautiful location on the water. Will be even better once the construction of the beach is done.

Location was was excellent for us. The gardens were fantastic and well maintained. The reception staff were helpful.

The first villia had a lot of black mould in the ceiling, and not so clean. We upgraded to a better one, but the cleaning was minimal. Shame the gardener was not the cleaner

Situé un peu à l’écart de la route et en bordure de mer. Belle salle de bain à ciel ouvert

Grosse déception : la photo du restaurant au bord de la plage n’est plus du tout d’actualité. À la place, un chemin sur lequel circulent des camions pour charger/décharger des rochers et 2 tractopelles qui travaillent dès 8h du matin, week end compris. Le bord de mer est en cours d’aménagement, cela devrait prendre environ 1 an :((

Wir hatten eine Villa in der Anlage gebucht, diese war super. Tolle Zimmer, super Badezimmer und einen eigenen Pool. Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders Indra ein diverse aus der Anlage. Super lieb und hilfsbereit bei Touren und Buchungen.

Das Restaurant war gut, könnte aber besser sein im Vergleich zu anderen in der Nähe. z.B. Säfte waren aus Tetrapack und nicht frisch gepresst.

Les logements sont agréables au calme et bien équipés. Le restaurant et le bar sont excellents. Nous avons loué les scooters à l hôtel donc très pratique.

Piscine un peu petite et absence de plage même si l hôtel est situé au bord de mer.

La villa spacieuse et sa piscine ! La décoration qui commence dès l’entrée avec les portes balinaises. Les équipements sont bien, il y a même la machine à laver et un sèche linge dans la villa. Chaque chambre est équipée d’une douche extérieure privative ! On a adoré ! On mange très bien au restaurant de l’hôtel, il y en a pour tous les goûts !

De plek is normaal gesproken geweldig. Schitterende tuin en mooie plek. Het eten in het restaurant is er lekker en kan ook verrassend zijn met een kleine BBQ op tafel.

Ze zijn momenteel de kades aan het vernieuwen met vrachtwagens en graafmachines vlak voor de deur. Het wordt vast geweldig maar voor ons was het wat jammer.

Très belle chambre familiale, très spacieuse et confortable. Le cadre de l’hôtel est très bien! Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. La cuisine n’est pas très goûteuse mais correcte au niveau qualité /prix.

Malheureusement il y avait des travaux au niveau de la digue avec gros bulldozer. Donc la vue était désagréable avec le bruit, poussière et essence. Mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien. Ce qui est dommage, c’est qu’il n’y a pas d’accès à une plage. Uniquement vu sur mer- pas d’accès à une plage.

Chambre spacieuse, climatisée. nettoyage fait tous les jours. Le personnel très souriant et disponible pour rendre service. Logement au calme. Proche du centre de Candidasa. La plage proche des logements, En un mot : Parfait pour un séjour en famille.

Il pourrait etre proposé au bar (jeux de flechettes, ou baby foot) mais c'est juste pour agrementer la soirée et partager un moment en famille.

De Balinese sfeer is prettig en de natuur is volop aanwezig.

Het is gedateerd en het zit aan een drukke weg. We konden vanaf het resort gelijk het strand oplopen. Maar het was geen mooi strand. Het restaurant had diverse gerechten niet beschikbaar.

Loved the bungalow, it exceeded our expectations. It really was a little oasis & had everything we needed. Staff were all very friendly. Have found the locals in Candidasa to be some of the most genuinely, friendly & welcoming people thru out our many visits to Indo. We'll visit again when walkway project finished

The bed was super firm causing some discomfort, however each day my back felt better for it. Between th the walkway project out the front & the highway out back of property it made it difficult to go for good brisk walks, especially as you have to watch each step you take. It forced us to just stop & chill more (not a bad thing) but it was a bit frustrating. Also due to the current works there really wasnt an adequate swimming beach on this strip, so we had to pay a driver to take us to the beautiful virgin beach

Er wordt heel hard gewerkt aan een nieuwe boulevard. Das natuurlijk heel goed. Maar betekent ook dat je niet in zee kunt zwemmen. De accommodatie zou dit kunnen benoemen op de website. Want het geeft echt geluidsoverlast in de ochtend.

El hotel es precioso y nuestra villa en concreto fue estupenda, súper amplia con dos baños increíbles y una pequeña piscina ideal para entretener a los niños. El resto de instalaciones del hotel también fantásticos, la piscina general muy bonita y cuidada, el restaurante rico y abundante y el masaje que probamos en su spa de 10. Contratamos con ellos directamente los traslados al puerto y al aeropuerto y también un servicio de coche con conductor para dos días y fue un acierto total, nuestro conductor un encanto, nos llevo a un montón de sitios precios y fue muy amable. Muy agradecidos por el trato recibido

Que cobren comisión muy alta por pagar con tarjeta no lo veo bien. La ubicación esta bien aunque un poco aislada, al final dependes de coche para moverte ya que los accesos no son muy buenos para caminar desde el hotel.

Amazing location, rooms & facilities. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was delicious.

We ordered a snack around the pool - spring rolls & popcorn chicken - this food was very average . Because we didn’t have dinner at the hotel.

Le sentier entre l'hôtel et la mer était en travaux mais après cette petite balade va être sympa je pense....

Très agréable établissement le personnel fait tout pour que tout ce passe bien bien sûr le seul petit bémol c'est la plage on peu ce baigner mais il font des travaux qui ne la rend moins agréable mais l'établissement avec sa piscine son top

i bungalows molto ampi e con bagni alla balinese. il tutto immerso in un lussureggiante giardino e con una piccola ma curatissima piscina fronte mare

purtroppo stanno costruendo una strada proprio davanti alla piscina e al ristorante e che taglierà l accesso diretto al mare. Tutti assicurano che sarà pedonale ma sappiamo bene tutti che le moto passeranno comunque e se anche fosse davvero riservata ai soli pedoni la privacy sarà un bel ricordo.

Les « bestioles », des espèces de rats qui ont couru sur les toits des bungalows la nuit 🤣… mais c’est vraiment pour marquer quelque chose de négatif 😉. Cet hôtel est superbe et mérite le détour ❤️

No access to bea h. Path being built along side swimming pook. Staff cafe rude. Cleaning inadequate had to ask to clean bathroom. Tv not working. Ac had to be fixed and re gased. Would not stay there agaib

Het personeel was niet erg professioneel en het duurde ook heel lang voor ze bij ons kwamen voor het eten... Alsof je zelf moest opstaan om aan te geven dat je er zat om wat te eten. Ook zaten de helft van het personeel op hun telefoon te giegelen met elkaar

The food took a very long time to arrive.

Really really kind staff. Massages are inexpensive compared to tourist areas like Cangguu. Loved the outdoor shower. Daily cleaning.

Things look a bit dated, but overall, nothing bad.

Everything, especially the friendliness of the staff. One in particular , Ketut, who looked after our pool and did so much around the hotel !!! I want to especially say thank you for your smile every day. The views from the restaurant area are exceptional.

Le lit inconfortable et le manque d'isolation phonique de la chambre. Impossible de se baigner dans l'océan, pas de plage. Hôtel dans un environnement bruyant

Heerlijke plek aan de kust. Lekker zwembadje en restaurant. Ook veel goede restaurantjes en warungs op loopafstand.

Tijdelijk wat ongemak omdat de overheid bezig is met de aanleg van een ‘boulevard’. En in het hotel ook wat aan het verbouwen. Het is dan ook laagseizoen dus kan dat toch. 😊

A notre départ réglons ,les petits déjeuner et repas.regler.Prenons le taxi de l hôtel pour notre prochaine destination ( taxi régler directement a hôtel ). Taxi , nous déposer a 1h30 de route.reart.Recevons appel secrétaire hôtel , fin de journée nous disant erreur de leur part , oublier des tickets suite au changement de chambre.
