Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay truly special. Although my child has allergies, the restaurant manager and chef were more than happy to accommodate our needs, allowing us to enjoy our meals without any stress.

Beautiful hotel, mountain view twin suite was very spacious, thoughtfully outfitted, incredibly comfortable beds. Loved the layout and views. Amenities in the room and QR code method for ordering any needed additional amenities worked seamlessly. 25- meter pool and adjacent jacuzzis were outstanding. Gym is modern and well equipped. Onsite activities through the Hanazano resort operator was great and also very convenient (ziplining, tree trekking course, Mount Yotei hanging bridge platforms, cute donut boats on the property's pond, gondola onsite, mountain biking, etc). Restaurants all excellent: breakfast daily was devine with many stations; Olivio served delicious Italian (including excellent pizza and pasta); Robata was great for grilled food (the chicken meatmall with poached egg was spectacular, along with literally every single dish we tried + the sake was outstanding); the Lounge had a great burger (we were at the very end of a 2-week trip to Japan and were happy to have a break from all seafood, all the time!-- though the seafood options on all the menus were also delicious, too). Spa is beautiful and right next to the onsen. Treatment was excellent amidst a very lovely and well appointed treatment room. 5-star staff service throughout our 4-night stay. We will be back and highly recommend this property without reservation! Going in the summer the third week of August was a relative bargain compared to peak ski season.

Went to this hotel for a third time, always enjoy it with excellent choice of restaurant. This hotel gives you a peace of mind if you look for a place to relax and chill out ( great swimming pools, spa facilities etc ). But what my wife and I enjoyed most is the friendliness of the staff. We meet Fumiya and Barham in our first visit and when we see each other this time, we really felt like seeing a long lost friend ! They make us so welcomed and always ready for a laugh and chat. Besides, very glad to see these two young men get promoted ! I think people like them make this hotel really great and special ! Will see you guys in the winter season again !
The staff are highly professional but at the same time naturally accommodating. The room was spotless and i particularly liked the layout which was efficient but kept the class very much at par with the park hyatt brand. I now have a new 5 star resort hotel fave. Will come back with the kids
Our stay at **Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono** exceeded all of our expectations. The facilities are outstanding, the customer service is exceptional, and the breakfast buffet offers an incredible variety of delicious, high-quality food. We booked a **river rafting** adventure through Hanazono, and it was an amazing experience for our whole family. The guides were professional, friendly, and made the trip both exciting and safe. One of the highlights of our stay was the **outdoor BBQ at The Lounge**. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful, and it was truly one of the best dining experiences we've had. We highly recommend Park Hyatt Niseko to families with kids. There are so many fun summer activities to enjoy, making it the perfect destination for a family vacation. We can't wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent onsen ensuite. Beautiful facilities. We stayed at a two bedroom suite and loved it.
Actually the one of the on site Japanese concierge on the residence side misled us twice(!) about the booking process about a restaurant in Otaru. We were told that it was walk-in and even asked them to double check the hours but when we got there (after hiring a private taxi to travel for an hour), the restaurant told us that they only take customers by reservation. The concierge also told us mixed pricing for booking a taxi. The same concierge also told us a different price for hiring a taxi, which was a lot more than what her colleague told us, because they did not communicate properly internally. She did not apologize once for her mistake. The facilities are excellent but the concierge team needs proper training.
This is a 4.75/5 point review* Our stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono was an incredible introduction to Hokkaido hospitality. Our suite struck a beautiful balance of comfort and refined Japanese aesthetics, making it easy to settle in after several days of traveling around Hokkaido. Director of Rooms J. Hwang greeted us personally at check-in, setting a warm tone for the entire stay, and followed up on our second day with a beautifully packaged box of macarons and a handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary — a small gesture that made a big impression. General Manager P. Wright went even further, leaving us a handwritten welcome note along with a welcome amenity of food and drink that included two tickets to the resort's gondola. We used them for the nighttime ride, which wound past a beautiful illuminated light art installation scattered across the grounds — one of the true highlights of the trip. Dinner at the on-site restaurant hit a minor rough patch when our food took longer than expected to arrive. Assistant Manager F. Mitarai and our server handled it with real accountability, offering complimentary food and drink items without us having to ask. Food and Beverage Manager G. Pandey even sought us out the following morning at breakfast to personally explain what happened — a large group had been dining concurrently the night before, creating unexpected challenge in the kitchen. That level of follow-through said a lot about the culture at this property. Breakfast itself was excellent every morning — fresh, beautifully prepared, and a great way to start the day. Many local Hokkaido ingredients were prominently featured in various forms - as part of a dish's recipe or standalone such as melon and milk. As Hyatt Globalists, we've come to expect a high standard of service from Park Hyatt properties, and this stay lived up to it. Between the personal touches from leadership, the stunning mountain setting, and a team that treats a hiccup as a chance to make things right, Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono delivered a truly memorable stay. *Rated 4.75 stars for the overall experience — shown here as 4 due to TripAdvisor's whole-point system, with the 1/4 point reflecting the one service delay at dinner, which was ultimately handled exceptionally well.
一家四口 七月入住Twin bedroom Residence 感覺非常豪華 房好大設備齊全 員工服務非常好 早餐絕對不能錯過,尤其推薦鐵板teppan, really amazing 夏天二世古,估唔到有咁多活動可以玩 極度建議高山飛索 整體對酒店非常滿意,no doubt one of the best luxurious resort in Japan
Property was amazing!! And the views were lovely too.
Nothing
bad hygiene , low quality of service , with unknown hair stick on the toilet bowl , bedside light is out of order , couldn't switch off whole day , cannot sleep well
Not all Park Hyatts are the same, and having stayed at two separate Park Hyatts within a month's time, the difference was very apparent. This Park Hyatt at Niseko is a superb property by any measure, and you really feel like you're at a luxury resort here. The attention to detail is superb, the facilities are very well maintained, and the breakfast buffet was hands down, the best I have ever had. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.
Be caution about three thins when you plan your trip during non-skiing seasons : 1. In-hotel restaurants needs a reservation (for us , we tried to book a month in advance, still only get one late night slot) , you may seriously consider to have a rental car. The restaurant and market in the nearby town are good 2. May be nearly half of the room have a view of a parking lot ( and unpaved). So lower your expectations about the hotel view 3. Be aware of different taxes ( specially local tax that will not on your booking summary if through Hyatt app or Amex FHR)
This hotel is truly stunning. The staff and service has excelled all other experiences! Highly recommend their breakfast buffet. It was our favorite meals of the trip!
Very well designed great staff and wonderful setting
המלון הכי טוב שהייתי בו
Awesome place to go during the summer. Lots of activities and can't beat the view. This was our first time in niseko and from what I can see, it was very quiet and not as busy. A lot of the places looked closed, but we had more than enough things to eat at the hotel.
Amazing breakfast. Big rooms.
F&B. Isolation.
비수기때 방문하여 투숙객이 적어 여유롭고 가격도 합리적이며, 친절하고 굉장히 청결하다 시설도 매우 좋고, 조식뷔페도 훌륭하다
The room was luxurious, the decoration, the setting, the furniture, all were well thought. The food choice was wide, all restaurants I tried were excellent. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, a lot of choices among Chinese, Japanese and western. All staff spoke fluent English, were friendly and helpful. It was a warm welcome to start with a reminder email days before checking in, telling us what to prepare, like booking restaurants and activities. It was helpful.
I did not stay at the property but rather had dinner at it's Chinese restaurant, china kitchen on July 3rd. I was absolutely astounded by the extremely bad food quality and the condonation from the staff on two fellow guest's disgraceful conduct. The food I ordered came out in less than 5 minutes and was clearly not freshly made but pre-made. There were two guests from spain who left the table messy, talked loudly and even put their feet up on the table. And they were allowed to do so.
This was the third year we stayed at this property, always around the same time, and we have loved every single visit. The hotel itself is aesthetically beautiful, well maintained and peaceful. It is our sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of city life. As golf enthusiasts, we also appreciate how the Hanazono Golf Club is only minutes away. However, what makes this establishment stand out is the wonderful team of staff. They are professional, efficient, warm and friendly and it has been our privilege to get to know some of them over the years. From the breakfast team who always remembers our preferred table and go-to drink to the dinner team in the Lounge who made sure we ate a lot more than we needed to and also the team at Cafe Hana 2 who we saw daily at the golf course, everyone made us feel special. A special shoutout and thank you to Fumiya, Kazuo, Saurav, Gaurav, Roberto, Barham, Kanta and Ian for taking the time to say hi, introduce yourselves and ensure we were well looked after. We very much look forward to our next stay. (Suggestion to management, it would be great if an indoor golf simulator could be installed at the hotel for snowy/rainy days)
While Tokyo’s luxury landscape thrives on vibrant pacing and hyper-efficiency, the charm of Park Hyatt Niseko HANAZONO commands a different realm altogether. It is a poignant prose written in the language of snowcapped peaks, ancient forests, and the luxury of decelerated time. There is no urban clamor here, only a profound sense of tranquility that makes me want to return time and again. Nestled flawlessly against the Hanazono ski slopes with the majestic Mount Yotei framing the horizon, this flagship property remains a stunning triumph of design, seamlessly bridging avant-garde architecture with Hokkaido's raw, natural aesthetic. Returning to this beautiful property, I found that the physical asset management remains impeccable. From the sprawling spatial volume of the suites and the meticulous curation of the onsen facilities to the nuanced family-centric operational design, the hardware establishes a formidable standard. For global family travelers, the tailored children's programming and intuitive concierge alignment represent the absolute benchmark of luxury hospitality. 🌟 The Heartbeat of Service: A Special Tribute to Yilin Wang Hardware, however, is merely a canvas. What transforms a luxury stay into an unforgettable emotional legacy is the human element—the exceptional execution of genuine care. In this regard, Yilin Wang was the crowning jewel of my experience. Yilin did not merely deliver service; she orchestrated hospitality with an exuberant, infectious passion that elevated our entire stay. Navigating a premier destination like Hokkaido can occasionally present formidable language and cultural barriers for international guests. Yilin stepped into this friction point with exceptional emotional intelligence and proactivity, seamlessly dissolving every linguistic obstacle our family encountered. Her rare ability to translate complex guest desires into flawless execution with radiant warmth is a stellar case study in premier frontline talent. Yilin Wang represents the very pinnacle of what luxury service should be—she is the living embodiment of brand loyalty, transforming premium hospitality into genuine human connection. It is my sincere hope that the resort's leadership and the global group recognize talent of this extraordinary caliber; she is an invaluable asset to the brand. 🥢 A Connoisseur’s Critique on F&B To dine here is to engage with local terroir, though a discerning palate will note a clear divergence in execution: The Japanese Restaurant (Highly Recommended): A triumphant showcase of seasonal purity. The execution is remarkably stable, the flavor profiles are mathematically precise, and it beautifully honors the tranquil spirit of a Hokkaido retreat. The Teppanyaki Experience (Lowered Expectations): While the theatricality, culinary showmanship, and plating visual aesthetics are undeniably compelling, the actual gastronomic payoff falls short of the performance. When the spectacle contractually overshadows the ingredient's core soul, it creates an expectation management deficit that underperforms the brand's culinary heritage. 🗺️ Strategic Advisory for Global Elite Travelers To ensure your alpine retreat remains as elegant as a Niseko sunrise, mastering the localized holiday ecosystem outside the resort gates is critical: 1. Optimize Your Mobility Funnel: The resort is a convenient 10-minute drive from the local mega-supermarket, but the valley’s overall premium transport demand is saturated. Download and bind the GO Taxi app prior to arrival to bypass administrative delays. 2. Calibrate Your Wallet Ecosystem: Niseko operates on a traditional resort model. While credit cards are universally accepted, boutique local gems and bespoke artisans still fiercely favor cash. Mainland digital wallets suffer from regional infrastructure gaps here—carry physical currency to maintain your peace of mind. 3. Streamline Your Logistics: Culinary and cultural epicenters are geographically dispersed. To truly command your own schedule and protect your time, securing a dedicated private chauffeur or a luxury self-drive vehicle is the only logical choice for high-tier itinerary fluidity. ── Final Verdict If your luxury metric is defined by urban neon and constant commotion, Niseko may not be your answer. But if you seek a sanctuary where your soul can decelerate, where you can reconnect with family against the canvas of Hokkaido’s shifting seasons, Park Hyatt Niseko HANAZONO remains the definitive, unmatched zenith of alpine luxury. 二世谷柏悅風景絕佳服務溫暖,日料精緻,為北海道頂級靜謐雪山渡假首選
Everything was top level lovely and excellent, from the room to the service of the employees to the food everything was perfect
We recently completed a 2-night stay at the Park Hyatt Niseko, and to say we were impressed would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the entire team did not put a single foot wrong. The first thing that strikes you is the general cleanliness of the whole property—it is absolutely immaculate and beautifully maintained. Our room was stunning: incredibly spacious, luxurious, and designed to an exceptionally high standard. The culinary experiences were also something we enjoyed during our short trip. The food was outstanding, and the service we received in both the bar and the lounge was superb, both professional and warm. We also made use of the fitness center and the pool during our stay and were thoroughly impressed by the excellent quality and pristine upkeep of both facilities. What truly elevates this property, however, is the attentiveness of the staff. Every single team member we encountered was welcoming, proactive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had a perfect stay. Huge congratulations to the entire team at Park Hyatt Niseko for delivering such a flawless experience. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and we cannot wait to return!
Location is a bit secluded and no restaurants nearby.we had a car so it was okay to drive down to nearby places.hotel property is beautiful and rooms are lovely . Service awesome and food also very good

The service was incredible. The staff was very kind and we felt unique. The choice of foods was amazing, refined and tasty. The room was ultra comfortable. Overall ultra luxury experience. We strongly recommend this hotel.
Nothing
Driving there was an experience as Google Maps didn’t update where there were road closures. When I got there, the experience is truly relaxing and enjoyable. Room was big and spacious, enjoyed the welcome Takahashi cake and in season sweet strawberries! The attentive waiters and waitress at the Lounge made every meal enjoyable. The seafood was fresh and generous. As it was off peak, staying there felt exclusive. Access to Pierre Hermes bakery during breakfast was another plus. Clearly, if one chooses to stay at this resort, it is to enjoy the room and environment it offers, as access to outside needs a car.
No email asking about preferences pre arrival. No email briefing us about the bus service from the airport. We had to search on the web and made a reservation by emailing. No concierge. On site experience was the worst, especially compared to other Park Hyatt properties in Japan. Check in staff did not introduce the hotel at all. A poor room was assigned initially at check in (a parking lot view when the occupancy is only 50%- unbelievable I don’t think there’s a room worse than that) A lot to improve. By far the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were not properly trained. Except for the nice Chinese staff working at the China Kitchen at breakfast, the breakfast was a complete disaster. No one to take our order, no service at all, poor food quality, and extremely poor quality Tesco 24-packed frozen food style pastries. The only notable things are Teppan restaurant (good service& food, tho we had diarrhea after that), nice Chinese staff at the China kitchen, and housekeeping staff but that’s it. If there’s any advice, I would say, an overall professional training is in desperate need, but they already had a monopoly at the high-end ski-in&out experience at Niseko (tho I doubt if it is actually “high-end” experience at all), so I don’t think they will make any changes. For starters, please tell the staff to say hi when they see a guest instead of ignoring.
Outstanding hotel, everything was excellent, in every matter. Location is brilliant, atmosphere vibrant, excelent modern rooms, the value for money is incredible (we pay waaaay more for waaayy less in Europe). Staff is so helpful and always with a warm smile. Restaurants are absolutely te best. Will return for sure!
Exceptional stay. Stayed in the 2 Bedroom Residence with Onsen, stunning interiors, spacious layout and seamless ski valet service, all stood out. Great dining options and a true destination resort feel. Will return next year!
Amazing ski-in/ ski-out resort with great facilities - spa, pool, sauna, onsen ans uperb services. Staff went above and beyond to help and made sure our ski, taxi and resaurant reservations were properly handled. Restaurants in the resort were amazing, specially the Chinese one.
Our stay was fantastic. This was our fourth time visiting, and it has genuinely become a yearly tradition for our family. The rooms are excellent, the valet service is top-notch, and the location is unbeatable.
Beautiful room and view

Awesome magical overall experience: great facilities, great food, great staff, great service. Totally recommend. Great strategic location.
Outstanding experience from start to finish. Wonderful service in the hotel, ski-concierge, all the restaurants. The food quality in the China restaurant, Robata, and the Teppan restaurant was extremely good and exceeded expectations. We will definately visit again next season.
My partner and I had the best experience at this hotel. It was an amazing and relaxing vacation. We were fortunate that it snowed and our large windows overlooking the mountain took our breath away. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. And the breakfast was so tasty, and my partners favorite part of this hotel. We also felt that the location was amazing as our favorite part of the mountain to ski and backcountry. We can’t wait to come back again soon!
The Park Hyatt Niseko was everything we hoped for, and more. The architecture and design of the hotel were amazing (both public spaces and the rooms). The restaurant selection was excellent with the Japanese and Chinese options being standouts (not to mention an amazing bartender who made great cocktails in the bar). The suite was perfectly designed with ~85 square meters (~940 square feet) of space divided into a bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a large walk-in closet, and two full bathrooms. The suite can accommodate up to 4 adults as the living room has a sleeper sofa, but that might be a little tight from a space perspective. The fitness center and onsen were excellent. You have to book the onsen, but even during ski season it was never busy. There are separate onsen facilities for women and men and the spaces are very peaceful and well designed. For skiers, the service levels are great. The ski valet team take your skis and poles outside each morning from your dedicated locker, and they return them to your locker when you are finished for the day. It could not be easier to ski in and ski out at this property. Overall, we cannot wait to go back to this property either in the winter for skiing or in the summer to enjoy the green season. It is well worth the journey to Hokkaido!
Great hotel but the snow at Niseko was really bad a the time. The breakfast is a great deal because for hotel guests it's priced similar to the food on the slopes.
Staff were attentive and responsive during check-in, check-out, spa and F&B outlets. Beautiful hotel and room with view of slopes.
I had a really good stay at Park Hyatt Niseko. Actually, this is my first time in Hokkaido and the ski trip here and this hotel provided me a fantastic staying journey. Highly recommend the restaurant - Teppan at this property, so marvelous but be aware that need to book the table in advance and worth to try! On the other hand, every staff here are friendly and helpful, following the Japanese hospitality and make you feel like at home. Here would like to thanks Eric at Teppan and Melisa at Concierge! Hope to see you next year because I have booked another stay in Feb 2027! Overall, 100% recommend for this property and try to stay here for more than 3 nights, you will not regret.
I am still waiting for the arrival of the refund payment!!!
The whole resort setup is very nice and a lot more luxurious than the other three Niseko resorts.
I am still waiting for the refund of a mistaken booking in January. Park Hyatt has apparently already paid this to Booking.com a month ago, and Booking.com is still sitting on it!!!
For the amount of money we spent, I would have expected better attention prior to arrival, access to hotel restaurants, follow through from the concierge, etc. Instead, we had an overpriced mediocre experience and disappointment at every turn.
We stayed in June 2025 and came back for Ski in January 2026. Completely different experience and I know why this hotel is so popular. Service: Beyond excellent. There are lots of staffs throughout the property and they are willing to help what we needs. Best was Ski Valet. At the end of the day when we returned, Ski valet guy would come and pick up my ski, blow air and store in ski locker was heaven! Room: Since room was super expensive, we booked the lowest price point residence studio room. Room was tiny and we called "this is our closet". But room was on corner, facing the snow covered mountains and views were excellent! Dining: As always, Park Hyatt Niseko offers the best breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is always excellent, comes with Japanese traditional buffet and western and some more. Having warm noodles was great to start the day for ski. Overall, this is great hotel and great service. It's very expensive: It costs at least x4 more compared to summer. But snow was great, and ski in-out and having rental within the building was great help. If you'd like the top of luxury of convenience, this probably the only and best one int he mountains.
An exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff were outstanding warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The room was beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, and the dining options were excellent with great variety. The ski-in/ski-out location made it an ideal place to ski and fully enjoy Niseko.
Nothing at all everything was perfect.
Everything was amazing!
Full amenities, close to slopes, excellent service from fnb, housekeeping and ski valet. Staff are well trained and can converse fluently in English.
Park Hyatt Niseko, Great to be back! Checked in by Emma with warm smile. Everything feels so familiar given it’s our 3rd stay. Despite multiple visits, our family still wow’ed at the view looking out the window at reception areas while having welcome drinks. We stayed at two twin beds room this time and was happy to change our room on 4th/5th night to Mountain View room (our previous stay as a globalist, regardless of Suite or Standard room, always faced the parking lot hence was a bit disappointing). Clearly we felt the property gets more crowded than previous years. From response time for room request to queueing time for breakfast, we told ourselves to be more patient. Onsen area sometimes got crowded too but staff managed to maintain it nice and neat. The ski valet service was good and improved further this time. Several times our family came back from a long day and ski valet staff stepped out / walked towards us to help us take equipment and helped kids take off boots. We were in Hokkaido for 2 weeks staying at various places and PH Niseko staff / guests ratio is by far the best during our trip, despite was even better previously. On top of great breakfast selection, we also visited several restaurants and the Shabu-Shabu at the Mountain Lounge is good. Past few years we saw Xmas and New Year fireworks and they were rather short. This year the Saturday fireworks (not Xmas yet) has improved in terms of length and variety. NISS school is another highlight for family with kids. The teachers are patient with kids. Till next time, Park Hyatt Niseko. Thanks for taking care of us and looking forward to seeing your different face in Summer.
This is our second year in a row visiting this property. We love it because it does a great job executing all the vital things about a destination resort: fun activities like skiing , delicious food, and relaxing spa experience like the onsen.
Extremely disappointing at China Kitchen. Insufficient food, rude reception desk, even Santa would not share gifts!
From the starts of my stays till i check out, the customer service provided by the resort was truly impressive and attentive. They response to my request / queries with their best effort. One of the good things that i like is, there will always be a staff or two standing by at the lobby to attend to any question or help out whenever you need so. The rest of the restaurant staff were also very attentive, helpful and nice to the kids. As for the ski valet service, they are very helpful whenever i've come back from skiing activities. They even help to take off my kids tight ski boots and offer him a hot chocolate drinks. For the price that i've paid for my room, it was worth it because it very big and easily accomodate the 4 of us with no issue. (2 adults and 2 kids) The sofa bed can be converted into a queen size bed with ease. The room is very clean when i check in. Another thing to highlight during my stays in the room, i've experience a 5.5 magnitude earthquake (Based on Japanese siesmic scale as i was informed taht day) the room still stays very safe, there's only one things that needs to be check is the pendant dinning light that might swing a lot and cause the glass cover for the lamp to be off from its intended position when the quakes hits. Overall, I'm pretty confident that the hotel can withstand such an earthquake, it's very safe to say the least. During my check out day, i've ordered a Toyota Alphard but instead i got a bit of a smaller car which is Toyota Voxy, so it's sort of like cramp at the back seat with my family. Upon investigation by the transportation team, it was apparently the 3rd party company that provided the wrong car / mix-up. So Park Hyatt Niseko transportation team immediately email me to appologize and refund me partially, which for me is very impressive with the fast response and action taken by the transportation team. (I thought my stays would end up in a bad taste of service but Park Hyatt manage to make it up for me). Overall, Park Hyatt Niseko team have done a great jobs and leaving me with a very impressive / positives experiences during my stays. Thumbs up to all the team!
The nightstand in my assigned room was littered with multiple pieces of toenail clippings, clearly indicating that the room had not been cleaned at all. This was utterly disgusting and completely unacceptable. For a luxury hotel of this caliber to fail in the most basic aspect of cleanliness severely undermines my trust in any room within the hotel. Although I was moved to another room afterward, this issue is extremely serious and reflects a major breakdown in the housekeeping process.
Luxury experience from the moment my family was picked up from the airport to the very moment we left the hotel. I can totally see the hotel is doing their very best to create a frictionless, luxurious experience to its guest. My family of 4 just left them yesterday and my wife is already missing the quality and hospitality of the hotel. Practically it is right next to a fantastic skiing site, has many fantastic restaurants, and an effortless atmosphere that rejuvenates hardworking executives like myself. The experience didn’t come cheap but it brings a rare smile to me and much joy for my wife, my daughter and my son. I feel grateful to the Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono and would be very happy to come again.
Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Very attentive and accommodating! As expected of a five star international hotel coupled with the special warmth of the Park Hyatt Hanazono team. Very flexible and adaptive in problem solving, which is rare at more traditional five star locations in Japan. International traveler friendly and felt like a home away from home.
Everything is perfect
All the facilities was good. But I got the wrong time of the season so I didnt get all the activities. Will come back someday soon
No service flexibility. Good location and facilities but it is completely perfect for luxury residential. Facilities are in not perfect maintenance condition. Staffs don’t have enough service mind
If you're looking for a top-tier, five-star escape where the snow glistens, the mountains pose for your photos, and the staff seem to have trained at the Jedi Academy of Hospitality, look no further than the Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. This place did not disappoint—unless you count my tragic, Shakespearean quest for HP sauce. But I’ll get to that. First, the important bits: The views? Incredible. The sort of scenery that makes you consider quitting your job, becoming a poet, and writing odes to mountains. The service? Impeccable. The staff handled everything with such ease and charm that I briefly wondered if they were reading my mind. Now, to the only tiny improvement I could suggest. One fine morning, inspired by the crisp mountain air, I set out on a noble mission: to craft a proper bacon butty. I found the white bread. I found the bacon. I located ketchup lurking in the children’s section like a mischievous imp. But alas—no HP sauce. My British heart sighed. My breakfast was delicious, yes, but lacked that final, saucy flourish that turns a good bacon butty into a transcendental one. Still, if the only flaw in a five-star stay is the absence of HP sauce at breakfast, you know you’re dealing with one spectacular hotel. Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono: where everything is perfect… except my condiment-related dramatics. Highly recommend. Will return—possibly with my own emergency rations of HP.
