No tiene aire acondicionado en toda la habitación solo en la recamara. El inodoro falló. No hay televisión en la sala, solo en la recamara. El WiFi no funciona. El área de alberca es poco atractiva y muy anticuada. El hotel en general se ve muy detereoedado y anticuado.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2025Me recibieron bien, más sin embargo me di cuenta que el hotel es viejo, las habitaciones no están modernas, las sabanas son muy delgadas para taparse y por lo tanto da mucho frío al dormír, les falta que se actualicen y hagan mejoras en el hotel.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2025While at the hotel the fob programmer for the keys broke down. We were not provided a key for the room until the last 12 hours of our stay. We had the security guard open the room for us every time (he was nice). When you check in the request you wear a bracelet. There is no other reason other than access to the hotel for the bracelet. No other service provided with it. One of the receptionists was really nice, she tried to make our stay more pleasant even with the downfalls. We had to disconnect the TV to be able charge our phones. The outlets did not work. The small refrigerator did not work also. The room was serviced daily that was nice.

Reviewed May 2, 2024They sprung that our 8 day stay had to be paid in cash. It said they take credit cards but not from Americans I guess. The bed was extremely hard. We did have a balcony which was very nice and we spent a lot of time on it. Our cleaning lady, Lucy, was amazing. She was very friendly and always tried to make sure everything was okay. We adored her. Carlos the security guard was very friendly and when they were playing loud music upstairs he went and got it turned down. Overall a good experience.

No Ice. We had a suite with a kitchen but there were no dishes or utensils. The first night of our stay there was a Mexican "Bando" group that played their music until 1AM right over our bedroom.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2024Staff was friendly & cooperative. Communication through Booking.com was very inefficient and quite frustrating. PrePayment process in person 2 weeks prior to check in was somewhat onerous as person did not speak English. However our requests were honoured and all staff was cordial - especially gentleman looking after storage of all our luggage and security staff overseeing the safety of our Oversize rental van was excellent. The hotel is well-situated and convenient. However it is very dated and facilities are run down. Water seepage caused a significant flood in the bedroom of one unit. Fridges are practically useless. The beds are like burial slabs they are so hard. Also unfortunate that you have no restaurant or even a cafe for guests to eat in. But we appreciated the economical price of this budget accommodation as we required 3 rooms for our extended family and that the prices were not hyper-inflated due to the eclipse as they were everywhere else.
Pool should be heated. Fridges need replacing. Beds are terrible. Storage of luggage until check in time needs to be more secure & better organized. See previous comments.

Reviewed Feb 15, 2023En general fue bien mi estadía, nos hospedamos en las habitaciones al nivel de la alberca, pero hay mucho ruido temprano por la mañana, debido a que la habitación estaba muy cerca del area de lavandería, los empleados no eran cuidadosos para mantener el volumen bajo y también habia reparaciones en el hotel que empezaban muy temprano por la mañana.

Al personal de resepcion le falta cortesía ya que parece que uno va a pedir gratis. En lo general lo recomiendo a medias.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2018La gente educada , el hotel sencillo pero bien , el area de recepción bien aunque se reservaron dos habitaciones de las cuales no se dio lo que compramos por medio de agencia y al final todos se lavan las manos nadie se hace responsable se hechan la culpa unos a otros pero no te resuelven , te entregan las habitaciones tarde y pero qué tal a para cobrar un cargo ahí si hasta se ponen extrixtos, a excepción de eso toda la gente muy hamable .

Las instalaciones no tienen nada que ver con las imagenes de su pagina. No lo recomendaria ni regresaria a este hotel.
