Alas instalaciones les falta mucho mantenimiento en el cuarto los espejos estaban manchados..la puerta dela regadera ni cerraba,llegamos y el papel de baño que nos pusieron estaba comenzado...el área dela alberca tanto de palapas y camastros les falta mantenimiento se miraban deteriorados..la alberca infantil se miraba sucia..cuando llueve en los balcones se mete mucha agua..no se puede disfrutar la lluvia debido que pega en la vistas que tiene el hotel y cae toda el agua se una al balcón...y lo más feo fue que en la madrugada viendo el panorama de afuera por la alberca pasó una rata que iba y venia del hotel al cuarto k esta aun lado del tobogán y en una de esas se puso a beber agua del jacuzzi ...

No había ni una silla en el cuarto para poder trabajar con la computadora!!! Los controles remotos del aire acondicionado y de la TV no funcionaban!!! El personal muy amable pero no vuelvo a hospedarme ahí!!!

Well the Hotel was in really bad shape. I was dissappointed at how run down the Hotel was. We had a large group of us 8 rooms total and i was a bit embarrassed at the condition after i had said how great the Hotel was. The elevator was out and with small kids and a stroller it was a challenge getting up and down

Reviewed Dec 31, 2023Dicen que no sirve el elevador cuando ellos lo bloquean, la atención es pésima, no te dan solución a problemas, lo único bueno es la limpieza del cuarto, la chica encargada hace muy bien la habitación y tiene todo en orden, no te dicen en la aplicación y te piden un depósito de $300 por controles y toallas y por cualquier cosa por mínima que sea, pierdes ese dinero.

Unfortunately the stay here was not good at all. The location is great but the service is horrible. The smell of the rooms was not a clean smell. I had four rooms they were all the same. The most unsatisfying thing of all was that iteams were missing after they had came to do room service. That to us was the straw that broke the camels back. Unfortunately two of these rooms had iteams taken a blow dryer some hair treatments and skin treatment lotions. When repotting the issues the only thing they told me was that was not common and they spoke with the lady who did the room service and she denied everything (absolutely) to conclude with all this find another place to stay there many more other places learn from my experience. Take care people ✌️

Elevator not functioning, they request a $300 pesos deposit for remotes of the tv and air conditioning, however it has to be only i'm cash otherwise they will leave you without them. Property pictures did not matched with reality. The beach palapas are not supervised by any hotel staff and we we're harrased from the locals and asked us money while spending time there in order to use the beach palapas
