Mein Zimmer war sehr schön. Im ersten Stock nach hinten heraus. Konnte in der Nacht leider das Fenster geöffnet haben. Unter meinem Fenster war der Pausenplatz des Personal und auch das Parking der E-Autos. Daher nicht so ruhig. Aber sonst i.o.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026My family and I stayed in (2) rooms for (2) nights. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and very close to all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a good selection of cereals, breads and fruits. We were exhausted at night after dinner and the TV channel selection was excellent.
The rooms were very hot at night and difficult to sleep. A fan would have been nice to have.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026We stayed there during the summer, so you will need to open the windows and may hear street noises and they have limited fans available. I asked 2x and they had run out. We booked this thinking there was going to be AC, but there wasn't and that was MY mistake. The challenge of the summer is that the rooms get warm during the day and sometimes they don't cool down enough overnight. We stayed there 2 nights and the first night it was still warm in the room, our window was open and the staff from the hotel next door hung out very loudly until 1 AM waking us up. The next night it was fine and cooler, so we slept well. I imagine during the spring, summer and winter, this place is just perfect. The breakfast buffet was great and you could see the Matterhorn from the corner of the dining room. I would stay here again and would recommend it with those caveats about the summer. Summer in Europe is hard since it's not uncommon for places to have no AC and it's been very warm this year. Americans are used to AC, so there's that conflict already in place. Zermatt is beautiful and I would go there again in a heartbeat.

Reviewed May 26, 2026We hadden een mooie, modern ingerichte kamer met een balkon waar we ‘s avonds comfortabel konden zitten en zelfs een beetje zicht op de Matterhorn hadden. De ligging van het hotel is ideaal, op 5 minuten wandelafstand van het station. Heel vriendelijk personeel. We aten eenmaal in het restaurant, dat was erg gezellig en lekker.
Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen. Er was weinig keuze en de eerste dag was het brood droog. Voor deze prijs had iets van warme opties zoals spek met eitjes wel gemogen.

Reviewed May 12, 2026The stay was comfortable (bed was very nice, view was good, room was clean and tidy) and the staff were all very nice. We love the balcony!
Just that the breakfast was really the bare minimum, with no hot food, only cold food such as ham, cheese, yogurt, cereals and bread were served. There were not scramble eggs or hot dogs, or pancakes. It was a disappointment for the breakfast. The room and toilet were also a little too small especially when we had a baby cot inside the room, the room had no space to put and open our luggages.

Miss-match between price and services. No stimbo available to pick up/drop guests. No easy access to a road for taxi pick ups either (you have to carry your luggage 50 meters away as the property is not connected to a street). Very mediocre breakfast options, despite the in house restaurant. Limited common areas for hotel guests. This is a three star hotel but it prices above that.

Local de ski avec casier individuel par chambre comprenant des portes sèche- chaussures. Proche de la gare , du départ de Sunnegga et d’un arrêt de bus.
Impossible de régler la température de la chambre , il y faisait trop chaud.

Very noisy and cramped small room. One side of the hotel faces the service yard for another hotel which means you can’t have the window open so noisy every night until midnight and bottle bins being emptied people shouting from4 am. Horrible room aspect! (Rear of the hotel)

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Great hotel very centrally located in Zermatt with all the basic needs including a very nice breakfast. Room was on the smaller side (but then again most in Zermatt are that way) but made up for it with a nice sized bathroom, nice amenities and cleanliness.
Wish hotel would have its own transport or assistance to get to/from lifts
