The staff were friendly and accommodated us with a late breakfast and late check out as we had a run early morning. Lovely views over the bay.

Great location. Breakfast is a bonus. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Because it is a shared eating space, soft music would help with the ambience and take the edge off the awkwardness between strangers.

Las vistas de False Bay son espectaculares. Alojamiento perfecto para visitar la Península, con todo lo necesario para sentirte cómodo y a gusto. El personal super atento pendiente de cualquier necesidad, trato genial. Desayuno estupendo. Super recomendable.

Breakfast in the mornings are good and all while having a beautiful view of the sunrise. Rooms got cleaned daily and very safe. Ocean view rooms has incredible views.

Tranquility and the stable internet connection.

I wish I had a seaview room, but none were available at the time of my booking. A big mirror would be a nice addition.

The location was so peaceful. Breakfast was cooked to order and the view was beautiful.

It was a bit noisy. You can hear people going up and down the stairs and opening and closing of doors. However, things were quiet through the night and there was no noise disturbances during my sleep.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft auf Hügel mit Traumausblick aufs Meer. Hatten Art Maisonette mit Wohnzimmer/Couch , tolles Bad. Frühstück war gut, man könnte nachfragen, ob ev noch mehr Toast oder Kaffee gewünscht wird. Aber sonst alles top!

Camera spaziosa con terrazzo, bellissima, molto curata e pulita. Colazione abbondante con omelette e uova preparate al momento. Posizione fuori dal centro, molto silenzioso ma da raggiungere con auto (comodo posteggio)

Our room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. Bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was super and staff were all fiendly. We immensely enjoyed our stay!

Tolles großes Bett, saubere, gut duftende Bettwäsche, super Blick auf Ortschaft und Wasser, riesiges Bad, insgesamt einfach sehr viel Platz! Wunderbare Terrasse…

Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen in einer privaten Wohnsiedlung, die sehr still war.

Die Unterkunft liegt schön oben am Berg und im oberen Zimmer hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war wirklich top. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Leider sind nur sehr wenige Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft. Darauf würden wir nicht hingewiesen und später, als wir zurück gekommen sind war niemand vom Personal mehr da. Wir haben per Handy nachgefragt und dann auch eine Antwort erhalten, dass es "hinten noch weitere gibt". Erneute Nachfragen blieben dann unbeantwortet. Nach ein bisschen rumfahren in der Nacht haben wir dann gefunden, wo "hinten" genau ist. Am Ende der Straße, ist nämlich eine Sackgasse, nur wussten wir das nicht.

The stairs leading to 2nd and 3rd floor should also be fully covered. Harazard especially for Children...My aircon only blew Cold air..No utube or Netflix, atleast DSTV made up for entertainment...

Lack of fresh air. Cant open windows and doors cos of babboon warnings all round. In a residential area right on top of the hill so nothing to see or do anywhere close by. You have to drive out to beach or shops. Not child friendly and all the stairs cant be good for older people either. I checked out before the time to find a child friendly place and no consideration for refund.

Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig und das schlechteste auf unserem Roadttip. Personal hat lieber untereinander gequatscht, anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Müsste nicht nochmal sein.

A/C didn’t work. It was over 30 degrees outside so it was very uncomfortable inside. The safe was locked so it was unusable. You couldn’t turn one of the taps in the bathroom as it caught on the edge of the glass sink. I asked for poached eggs at breakfast…….what I received was like nothing I’ve seen in my life. A solid yolk with a very runny white. The breakfast room was like an oven, very uncomfortable. We had the room with a balcony, the views were superb but there was only one sun chair as we were informed the other one was broken. When opening the door to the balcony for the first time the handle came off in my hand. The whole interior of the building is quite dated and in need of some attention.

The location is beautiful. It is situated on top of the hill overlooking False Bay. The family room was perfect for us, a group of 3 adults, as it had 2 large double beds. The English breakfast was lovely, perfect portion size, and the option of fruit and yoghurt as well.

There was nothing majorly wrong with the property but you could see it was a little run down. Nothing that a good refresh wouldn’t sort. Also, there was no clear instruction on how to check out. I eventually tracked someone down to whom I handed the keys back

Das Hotel ist schön, die Zimmer komfortabel, soweit ich sehen konnte. Aber das Hotel liegt oben am Berg, zum Strand ist es zu weit zum laufen, besonders der Rückweg. Da ich das Auto gerne stehen lasse, wenn ich angekommen bin, kam ich mit der Lage nicht zurecht und habe vor Ort storniert. Die Stornierung wurde sehr kulant gehandhabt, vielen Dank dafür.

Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war gut.

Das Zimmer war kalt im Vergleich zur Außentemperatur und konnte nicht geändert werden.

The views are stunning, the bed was very compfortable. The tv in the room was amazing and the breakfast omelette was first class.

When we arrived the room at 14:00 pm it was not ready. There were no towels and cleaning supplies where still in the room. And once they were finished with the room items were left out of place. The bath tubs seal dud not work so the water drained quickly, showered instead. For breakfast we had to ask for assistince, no pastries left. The service from the staff was not what you would expect from such a lovely place.

Everything from check in to checkout, wow the staff and owner was amazing, the room was perfect, fhe breakfast was fantastic. I would give it a 20 out 10 rate, will return very soon 🤗

Riesiges Zimmer. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Balkon mit Meerblick, gutes Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für den Preis hätte man nicht mehr bekommen können. Einfach perfekt für die Erkundung der Kap Halbinsel Wir kommen gerne wieder

The door to the hallway doesn 't stop the noice when people entering or leaving th e building

Breakfast was incredible - we were just slightly put off by the noise levels coming the staff in the kitchen and that they seemed unprepared for our arrival on the first day. The noise also travels quite a bit from the staircase into the room. Otherwise the facilities were wonderful and the view absolutely superb.

The sofa and tub chair upholstery were filthy. The blanket in the cupboard was smelly, never washed after the winter season. The standing lamp was broken and both bedlamps had issues.

Praktisch null platz um bei der unterkunft zu parkieren und der P ist nicht secure da jedermann zum fahrzeug kann (kein gate, gar nichts) da nütz es nichts wenn steht "parking auf privatem grundstück"

Beautiful property, stunning views, gorgeous rooms. Friendly staff.

Its a bit run down with some maintenance required. Its as if no one is giving attention to the details. Lift is out of order, not that its a huge problem but it is a lot of stairs. Parking is a problem. There are more rooms than parking spots and I had to park at the end of the road and walk back in the rain. This was not ideal. I feel for the price there should be a host that can recommend restaurants, things to do etc.

The bed was comfortable.

Bacon and sausages for breakfast were not cooked properly. One small sachet of milk for two people’s beverage.

My new getaway escape. 2nd time back, the experience was warm, welcoming, professional. The space beautifully clean, the staff friendly. Chose a different room this stay, it was beautiful. The breakfast was more than enough. Can't wait to visit a new room next time. The views are also spectacular from the venue. Nothing to complain about here. 2nd time, equally happy.

the lift did not work which i see has been an issue many times before and when i asked the man who was running the show about an uber he did not know what i was talking about the staff were lovely and so was the food but as an ongoing issue it is not appropriate re the lift although the gentleman took cases up and down for us

Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order and we had to carry all the luggage to the top floor.
