Eine wirklich wunderschöne Wohnung, bisher die schönste auf unserer 3 Wochen Rundreise. Das Frühstück am Morgen auch toll. Man kann wählen und dann per WhatsApp bestellen.

Dålig kommunikation, personalen på boendet hade inte koll på något. Frukosten fick vi en timma senare och inte det vi hade beställt i förväg som boendet ville att vi skulle göra.

Beautiful views of the ocean and the sunrise/sunset. Each room has a terrace to enjoy it. and recommend to book the room with “sea view” to make sure you get enjoy the views from your bed too. Breakfast was good too with unlimited coffee and juice. The staff was very accommodating.

Beautiful view of the Harbour

The wind coming down the hill resonated through the room. The room is really geared for couples as there is no shower door and the toilet only has a glass door so there’s a little privacy.

La chambre familiale était spacieuse, confortable, très propre et décorée avec goût ! Le petit déjeuner préparé par Liviwe est excellent !

Il y avait beaucoup de vent lors de notre venue et c’était vraiment très bruyant sous les toits

Very new, clean and modern place. I understand the reviews placed about the bath/shower area, so if you consider that when booking, you should be fine (as couple and not siblings with different genders). All equipment is of high quality and very durable. The host Janene is very responsive and allows for flexibility. Thanks!

Leider ist es sehr laut wenn man die oberen Zimmer hat , wenn es regnet und windet. Das trübt etwas die Erholung.

Recommended place to stay in Simon’s Town. Well-equipped rooms, fancy but not obnoxious. Relaxed ambience. The host and the housekeeper did everything to accommodate our needs -service was is great.

Can get a bit noisy in the morning when other guests eat breakfast, if you stay on the same floor with the kitchen. Would be nice if doors were reinforced in a way with some isolation rubber.

Awesome apartment with view over town, very comfortable, nice terraces with furniture where you can sit in the sun and enjoy the view.

Our stay was actually too short. Having breakfast in a cafe in town is not very practical.

Superbe logement avec vue a couper le souffle ! Très belles balades à pieds à faire depuis la Guest House directement. Tout est confortable et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. C'est notre 3ème séjour à Simons Town et ceci est de loin le logement le plus beau et le mieux équipé.

La piscine est trop petite. Un Jacuzzi ou un bain nordique auraient été plus adapté a l'emplacement. Nous avons été un peu déçu du petit déjeuner. L'accueil était très sympatique et professionnel, mais les croissants sortis d'emballages en plastique étaient très décevants.

Modern but a bit soulless

Seemed like a ghost house. Air cons not working. Staff virtually non existent and soulless.

What a great place. It's really nice designed and well thought off. The views are amazing! Great place to relax and to see the surroundings after Cape Town! Aldo is an amazing host. He really makes you feel home and has a lot of nice stories to share! We will be back for sure!

Arc Guest House was a delightful find in Seaforth area. Facilities were top quality, hosts were gracious and Liliwe was a charm. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Невероятно стильные номера. Мы с семьей и друзьями снимали три номера- все были потрясающе. С утра мы проснулись под звуки пасущихся рядом цесарок. Janene всегда была на связи - помогла нам с выбором ресторана на вечер и организовала комплимент для дочери, у которой был День Рождения.

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage. Man hat einen unverstellten Blick auf die Berge auf der einen und das Meer auf der anderen Seite. Die Zimmer sind sehr stylisch eingerichtet, hell mit vielen Terrassen. Das ganze Haus ist mit Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Man hat hier sehr viel Komfort und Raum. Wir haben ein Frühstück mit gebucht, das wir im “Baker & Bean” genossen haben. Köstlich! Janene ist eine hervorragende Managerin, die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Wir durften früher einchecken als gedacht, das war toll. Und Marian hat sich vor Ort so liebevoll um alles gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an euch beide. Happy, dass wir das “Arc Guesthouse” entdeckt haben. Absolute Empfehlung!

O atendimento dos responsáveis, foram poucos cordiais e mesmo sem ter danificado nada não devolveram o valor da calção na totalidade por alegadamente ter quebrado uma tigela, facto que não veio a acontecer.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und super freundliche Gastgeberin! Das Zimmer war extrem sauber und das Bett super gemütlich. Uns wurde sogar ein Late Check-Out ermöglicht, was super war.

Das Frühstück fand nicht in der Unterkunft statt was etwas schade war.

La colazione convenzionata con Baker & Bean Cafe che aveva i farinacei confezionati nella plastica e che venivano 'freshly baked', in realtà scaldati. Ci siamo salvati con l'unica cosa che non era a base di farinacei: granola, yogurt, frutta e miele. Sicuramente c'è di meglio in Simon's Town!

Accomodation was perfect.

There was a lot of wind while we were there and there was a huge about of noise coming from the roof (possibly the solar panels shaking)

This is a lovely property in reach of lots of attractions. Janene was very helpful sorting out any issues. Marian was fantastic, very kind and looked after us so well. The property was kept extremely clean. The room was comfortable with great views over the sea.

Advertised with aircon but aircon was not connected. Was told to put a small fan on and open the windows. No apologies given. Room was 26 Deg.

Clean, all required facilities, staff were friendly and attentive.

Das Frühstück gab es in Simons Town im Bluekiwi Restaurant und es war jeden Tag ein Traum. Man konnte für 350 Rand zu Zweit, ein Wahnsinns Frühstück individuell aus der Karte, auswählen. Marian vom Arc Guest House war auch jeden Tag da und hatte super sauber gemacht und alles aufgefüllt und war sehr nett und freundlich.

Het is een prachtige villa die fantastisch is ingericht. Aan alles is gedacht. Wat een feest om hier te verblijven. We hebben ondanks de harde wind prima geslapen.

Het is jammer dat het ontbijt op een externe locatie wordt geserveerd. Het op en neer rijden langs de drukke kustweg plus het wachten op de bestelling in het restaurant nam veel tijd die we liever hadden doorgebracht in het National Park of Good Hope.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft nahe des Boulders Beach und mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und Nahe der Unterkunft in einer Mall.

Cuando llegamos estaba diluviando, hacia mucho viento y nos alojamos en la habitation suit de arriba, el viento se oia muchisimo. La calefacción no funcionaba. Nos pusieron un calefactor pequeño. El desayuno que sale como incluido, NO se da in Situ, tienes que ir a una cafeteria que Ellos te indican, cubre unos 8€/pp.

The property and the location were both stunning! Everything was super clean and it honestly felt like a home away from home. The room was super comfortable and had a balcony with an absolutely beautiful view! The property was 100% as advertised! Easiest 10/10, 5 ⭐️ review!

Only thing I would’ve liked would’ve been a ceiling fan in the room, but that’s just me being picky. The breeze felt amazing and the room stayed cool!

Colazione ottima presso un bar nel centro commerciale di Simon’s Town, solamente che si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dall’alloggio ed è un po’ scomodo se si deve visitare la città e poi proseguire verso Cape of Good Hope

Stupenda! Dalla camera una vista esagerata! La vasca in camera bellissima. Anche gli ambienti comuni (cucina) sono veramente belli. Molto carina la macchina da caffè in soggiorno. Un posto indimenticabile. Poter parcheggiare in garage è stato veramente comodo e sicuro.

We really enjoyed our stay! Janene welcomed us personally and provided all the necessary instructions. The room was excellent with a stunning view. In the lounge, you can always make coffee or tea. There is a garage where you can safely park your car. Breakfast is served in a cozy cafe about a 10-minute drive from the guest house – tasty and convenient

Beautiful house with plenty of space! Very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the views were fantastic. We had a huge deck off our room to enjoy the sunrise. Our daughter stayed in an upstairs bedroom and she had her own balcony and bathroom. The owners also arranged for breakfast in a little cafe in the town area. Everyone was friendly!

Our stay at Arc Guest House was fabulous. Modern, clean, comfortable and a stones throw from Boulders Beach. Our host Janene was brilliant, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our stay was very enjoyable and I would 100% recommend and if ever back in Simons Town, this is where I’ll be staying.

The place is really beautiful and peaceful, I would definitely go back 10 times more. The stuff is really friendly and helpful. The house design immaculate.
