A modern hotel, clean and comfortable room.

They overcharged me and when I messaged them about it, ignored my messages. Finally I got Booking.com involved and they agrees to refund the difference, but over a month later I still haven’t received the refund. Ordering a meal in the restaurant was unnecessarily difficult. The only menu was an online one which was all in Turkish only and no way of translating. I get the feeling they don’t get many foreign tourists.

Centrale verwarming te heet niet kunnen slapen Airco geeft alleen warmte af. Moest raam openen maar ook niet voldoende. Koelkast was uitgezet schandalig voor een hotel met de naam Hilton.

Мы останавливались второй раз , удобно что есть трансфер на гору , на горе прокат лыж , скидки постояльцам отеля . Очень нравится часы в 16 часов на ресепшен очень вкусные печенья и пирожное. Персонал вежливый и приятный помогут по любым вопросам . Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.

Terrible air Conditioner - too hot.

Отличный отель для посещения города Эрзурум и лыжного курорта Паландёкен. Отель организует трансферы для лыжников. Время езды до курорта 15-17 мин. В отеле классные завтраки и ужины. Рекомендую брать полупансион. Особая благодарность работникам ресепшена Мухаммеду, Мерве. Мы не получили ни одного отказа на наши просьбы, сверх того, помощь предлагали сами сотрудники и отказывались брать за это деньги. Отдельное спасибо Шеф повару ресторана Сами, такой вкусный шведский стол ещё надо поискать! . Спасибо водителю Хабипу, а также сотрудникам лыжного центра Liberta Bianca Конураю и Буракджану.

Не понравилась уборка номеров. Сложно было добиться, чтобы был убран весь номер, а не только одна комната. И бритвенные станки в ванной жутко ранят кожу и дерут волосы. Надеюсь, что отель решит эти вопросы

Близко к горнолыжному курорту Паландокен, трансфер до горы и свой лаунж, где можно отдохнуть во время катания, попить чай кофе или поесть.

Грязно, мебель с какими-то пятнами. Персонал в номер приносит что-то только со второго напоминания. Еда без изысков, йогурты на завтрак были просроченные. Спа чисто для галочки, души сломанные, бассейн грязный и холодный, в хамаме отвратительный запах плесени.

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال لا يوجد أي ترحيب أو ابتسامة كذلك عند الطلب من الغرفة مثال طلبت سجادة صلاة لثلاث مرات متتالية وانتظرت قرابة ساعتين ومن ثم نزلت بنفسي لإستلامها .. وكذلك اليوم التالي طلبت طفاية سجائر وانتظرت قرابة الساعة .. بشكل مختصر خدمات التلفون من الغرفة صفر . كذلك لا يوجد مناديل بالغرف فقط بدورة المياه منديل السيفون الدائرة .

Comodo, vicino all aeroporto ma anche a un centro commerciale fornito di tutto. Abbastanza silenziosa la zona, importante farsi dare una camera sul davanti perché dietro c'è un cantiere. Letto molto grande e confortevole.

Rispetto agli altri hilton turchi dove ho dormito, ho trovato un scarso isolamento acustico. Si sentiva benissimo il bagno del vicino e quando qualcuno del corridoio chiudeva la porta della camera, il rumore arrivava perfettamente nella nostra. Negli altri hilton turchi non ho avuto questo problema.

1- in room 333 to start Unpacked. No air and smoke smell. King Room 2-moved to room 312. Double beds. Not what we paid for. Sehr schöner Spa Bereich und gute Massage.

Die Lage ist dadurch das rundherum um das Hotel gebaut wird aktuell nicht so schön. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Auto, wodurch man schnell in der Stadt war.

Feest (bruiloft) naast hotel. Als je als hotel bruiloften wil toestaan, koop een pand buiten gebouw als aparte accomodatie voor bruiloften.

Hilton için vasattı; havlular eski, Tv internete girmiyor, eşyalar yıpranmış.. Yatak rahattı..

There were good hospitality and professional staff. Also the rooms were clean and well prepared. The nearby restaurant called Big Chef has good corporation with the hotel and they are serving all menu to the rooms directly which is make it great especially in the night time as well as it’s own restaurant.

There is train station very close by. Expect to hear the loud beep of the train and its movement any time of the day and night.

Overall it is a great option for staying in Erzurum.

Reception fecaat , otel hizmet sektörüne çok uzak , kilima arıza yaptı gece 3.40 oda değiştirmek zorunda kaldım , yan odalardan herhangi bir kapı kapandığında deprem oluyor sanıyorum , ses izalasyonu berbat , saunaya üç kişi zor sığıyor , kapalı havuz çok küçük , kahvaltı vasat .Hilton olmasa yada 5 yıldız olmasa orta derdim şimdi berbat diyorum .

Very friendly staff, excellent room, well-organized additional services, and a great breakfast (considering the current situation). The location is nice, and the parking is convenient. But most importantly — the snowboarding is amazing!

The sauna temperature is 75 C, and it's unclear how to increase it.

Comfortable rooms and great location close to MNG Mall. Just 15 minutes drive to Palandoken. Breakfasts were really good.

I loved the welcoming of Mr. Mohammed the manager and Mr. Redvan of the front desk… they were both very nice and friendly.. the room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable ..

The AC was warm and annoying as well as the pillows.. I kept waking up with headaches because of the pillows and I told the receptionist many times about the AC and they promised to fix it but they did not ..

I just checked in this very beautiful hotel… the best thing is the welcoming staff Mr . Mohammed the manager who is a very gentleman indeed and Mr. Redvan as well.. both are great people and in my opinion are professional ones.. as a guest I need a friendly staff and the most important is the first impression.. he upgraded me to my request without any issues .. the rooms are spacious and super clean and comfortable.. the bathroom is big and clean.. wow I am so impressed really.. thank you guys!

When we entered the hotel, the reception mistreated us and the room was very dirty, we called them, they came and cleaned it, and our room was with breakfast, but they said you don't have breakfast, they made us very upset!!!!

Otele girdim duş alacağım sıcak su ile haşlandım, bozuk olduğu için soğuk su akmadı, duş yarım kaldı sonra teknik geldi. Bir şort yıkatmak istedim 18 saat sonra ancak veririz dediler. Avrupa şampiyonası var odada TRT1 çalışmıyor resepsiyon aradım gelin burada seyredin dediler dalga geçer gibi. Son gün çıkış yapacağım arabamın arkasına araba park etmiş, yarım saat sahibi aradık. Daha ne yazayım, rezalet.

Everything was excellent except the location not so great. The staff were all so welcoming, helpful and indeed great conversation.

Cozy hotel, beds are big size, breakfast is very good, a lot of European food. The swimming pool was very hot, my child liked it.

A comfortable western hotel which is good for weary travellers! The temperature of the rooms was set at 26 degrees and they were unable to turn it down! They moved us to another room where there was the same problem - we were then told to open the window. The dinner was fine - it’s a buffet and good value - but nothing exceptional There is a small gym and sauna - the pool is clean and good but not really long enough. Friendly staff and they were helpful so can’t fault them.

New, modern hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with nice view at mountains. Professional and welcoming staff. Breakfast and buffet dinner were excellent. There is a shopping center next door.

We did not use the pool as water seemed too cool for us.

I will recount my experience of staying in this hotel for 5 nights, the hotel environment was very calm and peaceful, the behavior of the employees was good, the quality of the food was good, the cleaning of the rooms was good, the restaurant employee named Osman was very professional and efficient.

Très bel hôtel moderne bien équipé. Point négatif, il n y a pas d alcool au bar ni au restaurant. J aime bien boire un verre de vin avec mon repas. Aucune mention, ne signialait cet état de faîte. Je trouve que pour un hôtel Hilton 5 étoiles, cette particularité pas acceptable. Dommage, car tout le reste est très bon.
