Reviewed May 31, 2026El hotel es muy comodo, pudiera parecer viejo, pero cumple con lo necesario para descansar, el desayuno es muy bueno y variado, la alberca esta perfecta para relajarte despues de una jornada de trabajo
El internet, la conexión es inestable, la velocidad es muy baja, en mi habitacion solo en ciertas areas se conectaba bien, deberia ser igual en todo el cuarto, sobre todo donde se encuentra ubicado el escritorio, pero en ese espacio era nulo, tuve que irme a una cafeteria a trabajar

El internet muy malo y cuando hable el Señor Efrain Barba fue muy grosero y me dijo que no podia utilizar el internet para ver programas o hacer video llamadas, solo eran datos o parara mensajes o correos y que si no me gustaba me podia cancelar los siguientes dias de mi reservación, el internet nunca mejoro.

El aire acondicionado del cuarto es muy anticuado, la primera noche hizo un ruido insoportable, lo medio solucionaron al segundo día pero les hace falta mantenimiento en ese aspecto, no tiene elevador, es muy complicado conectarse al WIFI

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Conozco y me he alojado en este hotel varias veces. Me gustan sus bellos jardines, donde puedes caminar por la mañana. Tienen un pequeño gimnasio donde puedes ejercitarte en bicicleta, caminadora o estiramientos. El personal es muy amable, el servicio y limpieza de las habitaciones es excelente. Es silencioso y puedes trabajar. Hay varias áreas con mesas y sillas donde puedes trabajar con vista a los jardines, El desayuno es buen y la ubicacion excelente pues hay varios lugares excelentes para desayunar, comer o cenar.

Que para utilizar la cancha de tenis necesitas llevar tu equipo, deberían de podertelo rentar.

El gimnasio tiene equipo viejo y no cuenta con agua ni pantallas. El secador de cabello estaba roto por la parte de atrás y en dos ocasiones me jaló el cabello al tratar de secarlo. Pedimos autorización para recibir un invitado a la alberca y me pedian pagar otra habitación para que pudieran usar la alberca mi hijo y su amigo. Me pareció abusivo, ya que la tarifa es alta sin incluir el desayuno.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2025Our overall stay was okay. The room was decent and clean, the view from our window took away from the experience (old rusty truck and junk behind the hotel). The biggest disappointment came when we used the jacuzzi. After swimming in the pool, we quietly and respectfully entered the jacuzzi, not knowing a reservation was required. The policy was mentioned in small print, and we were genuinely unaware. An employee approached us in a sarcastic tone, asking if we were “having fun”, and informed us we needed to leave because we hadn’t reserved the space. We were respectful and quiet, and no one else had a reservation, so it felt unnecessary harsh.

There was a problem with hot water in the room, after maintenance turned on the heaters it was resolved 20mins after. Also, pool water temperature was freezing, hard to stay in for a while, it was also not so clean on some corners. Jacuzzi is always busy (you have to reserve in advance) so there was no way to use it for one-day stay (hotel was not even crowded)

The last time I stayed there, there was a bar/lounge, but on this trip I was told it was not there anymore. There is only a restaurant where you can order drinks but it's not the same. Overall, a great value. I would stay here again.

The entire property is extremely out dated. The carpeted hallways look dirty. There were mosquitoes everywhere…including the rooms. The food was passable, but nothing was really great and I ate there several days to hopefully find something redeemable. Not easy to get to your room if you’re in the 400’s. You have to walk the entire length of the hotel because cutting through the pool area means you’re walking through people’s patio since there is no other path to walk on.
