Por otro lado, el Restaurante pésimos alimentos. Desde un chocolate y un café hasta una pechuga asada. El Servicio bueno, pero los alimentos no tienen calidad ni su preparación. Ojalá pongan atención en el Restaurante, porque carece de variedad y de buenos alimentos

Rooms very clean and comfortable. Great pool. Restaurant could be better. Lots of places to enjoy ethic food, right across street @ Gorda's Colosio - amazing food with super reasonable pricing.

I rented a room (which was nothing like in the pictures) for 3 nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) My wife and I decided to rent the room for an extra night (Monday). We left the hotel at 10 am on monday to visit some family during the day, and we went back to the hotel around 5 or 6 pm. a series of things happened that made our stay really questioned if this was made on purpose or was just a misunderstanding. 1- When we arrived to the hotel our key did not open the gate to the underground parking lot. 2- We get to the front desk to ask why were our keys not working, front desk lady told us that their system was down and had a problem with all the keys in the hotel (really all the keys??) 3- Hotel personnel had to scan his badge in the elevator so we could get to our room and open our room too since our keys were not working. 4- Front desk told us to keep our keys with us and when the system was back up again they would bring us new ones to our room (we never received any new keys) 5- We could not use the internet any more once we got to our room. 6- I had to look up the hotel's phone number on google with my cellphone and call the front desk from my cellphone because the phones (2) in our room did not have tone. 7- The reason why I had to look up for the hotel's phone number on Google and call the front desk from my cellphone was because we wanted to take a shower but room service only left 1 towel to use in the bathroom. We couldn't use the phones in the room, we couldn't use our keys, we couldn't use the elevators so we can go out and have dinner because our keys were not working, we couldn't use the internet in our room. LAST DAY WAS JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

I had 2 old rolls of toilet paper in my room and had to ask for more. I had to keep asking for towels. We paid for 5 guests and I would still get 4 towels. Make up towels have been removed from rooms. Only one towel is now being provided. The service has clearly gone downhill compared from the beginning.
