He made sure to explain everything including spa treatments, times and he made sure on our way out we were guided and taken to our car. I have stayed multiple times here, highly recommend the Buffett, ambiance and room decoration are great! Go to the bar and get a Margarita, hand crafted no mix added all natural and perfect convo with tacos Baja and enchiladas verdes

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026I been at this Courtyard since they open but this trip was terrible, they do not have any refrigerators at the rooms, I need to place medicine on refrigeration and when to the front desk and was advise by the manager that "only" the presidential suite and the more expensive suites had any, this is to me a discrimination because if you don’t pay a high price for the room you don’t get any fridge, I look for ice machines in floors and to my surprise they had the connections but no ice machines, even the 16th executive kitchen does not have any ice access if they need any they need to bring some from the kitchen on the bottom floor, also the upper lock on the room was broken it supposed to be a an extra protection, it seems the general director (it seems he is retiring and needs to save $ for that) or the Diestra Corporation who manages the hotel had not been updating the hotel. before and it was a 5 star hotel now is 1 star, Marriot has another hotel in Aguascalientes so next year I will go to another property, but I call before to be sure they have any refrigerators or stay at any Hilton property. El personal está poco capacitado, no tienen sensibilidad de las necesidades del cliente y sobre todo, no resuelven la problemática a clientes que viajamos por trabajo. Mucho que desear, la verdad es que no lo recomiendo a nadie que lea esto. Muy baja calidad respecto a lo que es la cadena.

El clima no enfría muy bien es controlado centralmente. Hay que avisar a Mantenimiento para que lo calibren a la temperatura deseada. Confirmado con recepción. Algo incómodo porque te das cuenta cuando ya es noche. Para la próxima vez, me anticipo.

En primer lugar la persona encargada, no sé si sea gerente en recepción o algo por el estilo pero tiene muy mal trato con los clientes, cero amable y de pocos modales. No te ayuda no te resuelve no sé qué hace ahí porque todo el personal es muy amable, solo esta persona no. Otra cosa es el cobro del estacionamiento, no sé porque no lo incluye y la incomodidad de estar cuidando el boleto del estacionamiento e ir a que te lo marquen cada vez que sales, la verdad es pésimo que te cobren aparte el estacionamiento, y otra cosa pésima es el olor a aguas negras gran parte del día. El aire acondicionado de mi cuarto tenía un termostato viejo y no se acondicionó el clima como hubiera querido, no hubo frigobar como la vez pasada y eso que pagué lo mismo, me comentaron que era por el tipo de habitación pero la única diferencia era el electrodoméstico, que burla.

We all went as a group unfortunately half of our group had to leave after the first night due to a family death and they would not give me credit for the two nights they did not use the room even though they checked out and they had a. Lots of people that wanted the room.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025I had booked this hotel for a friend, who was traveling to Aguascalientes on vacation with her young children... also specifically booked a Club Level room so that they had access to the Lounge for Breakfast, snacks, drinks and additional space throughout the day. First morning that they were there, no breakfast... they had to buy Breakfast and were told it would be reimbursed at check out... it was not. They had rented a car, and although parking was included, they were forced to pay for parking... this was not reimbursed at checkout. The power went out on the last night that they were at the hotel and were forced to have the room door open for air circulation due to the oppressive heat in the room. Lastly, the elevator stopped and the doors didn't open when headed to the Lounge... she had to force the doors open with her hands in order for her and her kids to escape the elevator. The hotel had no comment. Overall, the lack of service and care by the hotel staff and management was not even worth a one-start rating... I had even called from the US several times, but there was no interest in helping this mother with her young children. Truly disappointing.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Located next to Alraria shopping mall, it is an excellent option for a weekend stay or business in rhe city. The gym is well equipped and the lounge has many options for breakfast, but there is also the main restaurant with really good service. Valet parking and self parking offered.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2025La ubicación, el trato del personal, el desayuno, el tamaño de la habitación y del baño. Tuvimos una estancia muy cómoda. Hay un starbucks y un bar en el lobby; EStacionamiento amplio aunque de pago; Está practicamente al lado de una plaza bastante grande y muy bonita, con una diversidad amplia tanto en tiendas como en restaurantes.
La tardanza para hacer tanto el check in como el check out, aun y cuando había una larga fila, solo atendían un par de personas; que las habitaciones no tengan frigobar.
