Es hat mir alles gefallen 👍 die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr sehr nett. Die Mitarbeiter unfassbar höflich. Also wenn ich in Bodrum bin dann 100 % wieder das Hotel. Meine Frau und ich waren Mega zufrieden.

Nos han dado una habitación en la tercera planta. Hemos tenido que subir las escaleras cargados de maletas. En la cama no ponen sábanas, solo uno colcha aspera. La almohada dura, nos hemos despertado con dolor en el cuello. La tele muy antigua.

Locatie was top. Parkeren was wel lastig.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning was very good and necessary as days and nights were very hot. Right in the centre of town.

Very little I didn't like. A bit noisy at night but with windows closed and air-conditioning on it was ok. Pool is in shade in the afternoons.

Ottima posizione praticamente in centro. Colazione apprezzabile con possibilità di scegliere tra omelette o pancake fatti al momento, pane burro e marmellata più altre consumazioni salate. La camera era dotata di balcone. Abbastanza silenziosa considerata la posizione vicino ai locali e ristoranti

Non dispone di ascensore. Può essere complicato arrivare in macchina per le strade strette a doppio senso e trovare parcheggio. Ma ci siamo sempre riusciti. L'illuminazione della camera era fioca. In generale in Turchia le luci nelle stanze sono poco presenti o poco potenti

La habitación sucia y todas las zonas comunes. El servicio no fue adecuado cuando se comentó el tema. Difícil aparcar y no hay ascensor en el propio hotel. Solo estuvimos una noche, la siguiente nos fuimos. Las fotos engañosas. Es un hotel para jóvenes que están de fiesta por lo económico de los precios.

O primeiro quarto estava com cheiro horrível de cigarro, pedimos para trocar e fomos para outro com varanda. O cheiro estava melhor, mas o quarto tinha algumas luzes queimadas oq dificultou bastante a noite qdo voltamos e principalmente era muito barulhento. A localização parece ótima a princípio, mas mesmo tendo algum isolamento, não segurava a música de fora e todo barulho das pessoas até altas horas da madrugada (não era só até a meia noite). Ou seja, a noite foi caótica.

Location was excellent- could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Room was very spacious. Room was cleaned everyday by a lovely cleaning lady. Enjoyed the pool after a long, hot day of walking.

We have been visiting hotel for several times now and it still providing very nice hospitality and service for value. Well done and highly appreciated for your constant support and hospitality. All was great during the stay and handled with care, lovely room service, full assistance from reception. Thank you so much and for sure we will return again and again.

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, was den ersten Eindruck deutlich getrübt hat. Außerdem gibt es keinen Aufzug, sodass wir unsere Koffer selbst mehrere Treppen hochtragen mussten. In der Beschreibung wurde angegeben, dass Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Tatsächlich liegt das Hotel jedoch mitten im Zentrum, wo es praktisch keine verfügbaren Parkplätze gibt. Deshalb waren wir gezwungen, unser Auto in einem teuren Parkhaus abzustellen, was zusätzliche Kosten verursacht hat. Auch das Personal war in Bezug auf die Parksituation leider nicht besonders hilfsbereit und konnte uns keine passende Lösung oder Unterstützung anbieten. Insgesamt hätten wir uns mehr Sauberkeit, eine korrekte Beschreibung der Parkmöglichkeiten und einen besseren Service gewünscht

Only stayed the one night after arriving by ferry. Its location and ease of walking from the ferry port to the hotel was perfect for us. The hotel and room was ideal for and us and if we had elected to stay on we would have been perfectly happy to extend our stay. Lovely breakfast was supplied and you could eat inside or outside on the terrace. Very close to all the night time activity but extremely quiet in the hotel

Super cozy with a perfect location, room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly and we had Turkish tea at all times

The reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The elderly woman working there shouted and raised her voice, and she was very impatient. I asked her about the luggage delivery service to the rooms, and her face changed, she got angry, and her attitude was terrible (as if she was the one who paid for the stay) 😂. The other one, named Youssef, looked at us with disgust and had a very bad attitude. I don't know if it's racism or if they just have bad manners, I don't know. Plus, the room air conditioning was very dirty. I woke up with a sore throat and a very sore nose, and the toilet paper was black and filthy!!

The staff was very kind and helpful. And the location is great.

There was no parking and no elevator.

The Location was ideal right on the doorstep of the shopping areas. It was clean and very well presented. The room was a good size with a fridge kettle and refreshments area and Coffee and two bottles of water. Plugs sockets either side of the bed also with fitted wardrobes safe and slippers. The room was ideal for a short stay. The shower was high pressure and hot water was always available. The hotel also had a restaurant but unfortunately I never used or made the free breakfast. Overall I would stay again and I would recommend. The staff are all very nice especially the cleaner on my floor very polite

Soundproofing seems to be an issue great windows but they don’t block out the noise of the morning Prayer but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Also it’s a tiled floor and this can carry the noise.

Excellent location.

Very hard uncomfortable beds. Low rating due to beds & fact that shower box leaked over bathroom floor. Breakfast selection was very limited with some food looking as though it had been sitting out all night. We were however offered fresh cooked eggs (omelette) on our last day & that was delicious.

My room was at the front of the hotel with a great view down the walking street with all the shops, through the beautiful huge tree in the front courtyard! It was perfect as all the restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarket, yacht club, castle & beach are only a short walk. It was so comfortable and quiet I slept really well. The buffet breakfast was delicious especially my freshly cooked omelette. Being here was easy to join a tour to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ephesus. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

La cercanía al puerto ya que debíamos tomar el ferry a Samos al día siguiente. La atención en recepción, habitación limpia, cómoda para una noche de estadía.

La bulla exterior ya que está en un sector con harto comercio y al parecer se realizan fiestas en las noches, con música muy fuerte hasta la madrugada.

Die Lage des kleinen Hotels ist super, am Rand einer Fußgängerzone und nicht weit zum Meer und Hafen und der Karawansei (die aber leider geschlossen war). Ringsherum gibt es viele Restaurants (wir mochten das 4 Brothers) und Fake-Shops und Souvenirläden. Das Personal vom Hotel ist sehr freundlich und hilft gern bei Fragen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und einfach, wir hätten uns nur noch Simit und Joghurt als typisch türkisches Essen gewünscht. Aber man konnte sich Pancakes und Omelet frisch zubreiten lassen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, nur die Bäder könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Kusadasi selbst ist sehr städtisch. Wer shoppen mag, wird es mögen, Es gibt auch einige nette Straßen oder Gassen in Kusadasi. Aber der nördliche Teil ist arg verbaut und für einen Strandurlaub sollte man einen anderen Ort wählen.. Es ist nicht weit zu der antiken Stätte Ephesus und dem Bergforf Sirince, was sehr interessant für einen Tagesausflug ist. Die Menschen in Kusadasi sind alle sehr freundlich.

Da war in der Vorsaison (um Ostern) da waren, war die Terasse wie auch der Pool noch nicht nutzbar. Es hätten dennoch Sitzmöglichkeiten bei gutem Wetter aufgestellt werden können, da der Poolbereich auch als Garten genutzt werden könnte. Trotz der Lage am Ende einer Fußgängerzone ist es nachts sehr laut durch Clubs in der Umgebung. Man hört immer die Bässe (und die Moschee, aber das ist so in der Türkei). Vermutlich wird es im Sommer zur Hochsaison noch mehr sein. Die Bäder könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Wir mussten wegen eines undichten Waschbeckens ein Zimmer wechseln. Die Duscheinfassungen sind nicht immer so dicht. Als wir abfuhren, startete man mit der Renovierung des Treppenhauses, evtl. erfolgte noch mehr. Ansonsten mochten wir die Unterkunft, da sie in einem kleinen Hotel war.

A localização e a gentileza da recepcionista da noite

O hotel é bem simples e está precisando de manutenção nos quartos ( lâmpadas queimadas, boxe entumpido), o café da manhã é bem simples. Não foi nosso caso, mas ficamos preocupados ao ler comentários no booking sobre percevejos encontrados recentemente na cama de uns hóspedes. Se tivesse lido antes, certamente cancelaria minha reserva.

A localização é ok, na parte central da cidade. A funcionária da recepção é cordial, bem como a moça que prepara o café da manhã

O café da manhã é bem simples, o hotel está em má conservação ( lâmpadas queimadas nos quartos, box entupidos) e, apesar de não ter acontecido conosco, vimos comentários recentes no Booking sobre percevejos, o que nos deixou preocupados na primeira noite.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. A pesar de no tener parking era fácil aparcar cerca (tomando en cuenta que estuve en temporada baja, en temporada alta ha de ser diferente).

He puntuado mal al hotel porque durante mi estancia tuve una muy mala experiencia. A mitad de la noche desperté por muchas picaduras en el cuerpo, al mover un poco las sábanas encontre una barbaridad de chinches. Maté al menos 12 y mientras más deshacía las sábanas más me encontraba. Ya no es solo el disgusto de encontrarte con estos bichos, sino el agobio de todas tus cosas y la preocupación de llevártelas a casa. Agradezco que cuando me queje en recepción y me cambiaron inmediatamente la habitación, pero el disgusto ya te lo llevas. Al día siguiente me pidieron muchas disculpas y me aseguraron que nunca les había pasado algo así, que pondrían la habitación en "cuarentena" hasta que fueran a desinfectarla. Igualmente, aunque la atención fue buena, encontrarte con chinches arruina totalmente tu experiencia.

Die Lage war ein Vorteil aber auch ein Nachteil, die Lage ist super zentral da alles sehr nah war, abends spazieren am Strand entlang, Restaurants Bars usw. Nachteil daran, es war übertrieben laut durch die Clubs die man bis 5-6 Uhr morgens noch gehört hat

Als wir ankamen in unserem Zimmer haben wir sofort bemerkt, dass geraucht wurde (wir sind Nichtraucher und ich bin schwanger dazu) habe es zwar angesprochen, hat aber absolut nichts gebracht, also hieß es eben lüften. Unser Zimmer war im 3. Stock und die Treppen hoch und runter laufen mit Gepäck war kaum auszuhalten. Poolbereich fand ich persönlich alles relativ unsauber, und generell die Ausstattung sowohl im Zimmer als auch in der Anlage war etwas herunter gekommen. Das Frühstück war eine reine Katastrophe, total einseitig und absolut jeden Tag das gleiche ohne Ausnahme und Brot war teilweise von Vortag und es gab auch immer nur das gleiche Weißbrot.

The location is great, almost in the center of everything, and safe to walk around even at night. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. We had to check out early before the usual breakfast time, nonetheless they kindly prepared some dishes for us, and also helped us heat something we bought from the supermarket nearby. The rooms are not luxurious but well equipped with all the basics. I would recommend this place for a short stay.

Not something negative but the lighting in my room is a bit dark compared to my preference.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Everything was reasonably good including the breakfast.

Fantastic location. 30 seconds away from Mayflower Bar. Nice clean rooms, typical Turkish breakfast. Great, friendly helpful staff. Nice small pool area. Tea and coffee facilities in room, air conditioning good. Lots of stairs and no lift. Turkish Tea available all day. Owned by the Manager of Citys Hill Hotel in Kusadasi, we absolutely love Citys Hill Hotel, have had many family holidays there and didn't realise until we arrived that this was the case. For us that was definitely an added bonus 😊

The shower in the bedroom wasn't great. Wouldn't attach to the wall, and would spray absolutely everywhere, the water wasn't very hot. But that's all I can moan about. Otherwise we were very happy here.

Važno je znati da hotel nema lift. Mi smo bili na trećem katu i svaki put ići gore dolje nije baš najlakše.

Hotel in the center of the town but wasnt too loud in the night (october). Everything was clean and cozy. We had a very pleasant stay.
