Villa Konak Hotel

Everything. An authentic hotel with a perfect location. The staff were amazing. We were welcomed by Tugba who went out of her way to accommodate our needs (we booked early tours and she offered us packed lunches as we missed breakfast), recommended places to eat in town and patiently explained where to go. Communication was very good.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Konak, which is ideally located in some very quaint and authentic streets of Kusadasi. The staff was very warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Bear in mind there is the sound of the mosque calling nearby, but that is true in many places in Turkey. The pool was divine. We loved the place !

Staff molto disponibile e proattivo. Ogni pomeriggio servivano anche tea turco con cibo tipico.la struttura èdotata di ogni comforted è vicinissima al centro. Bella piscina a disposizione. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Stanza ampia e presenza anche di accappatoi.

Het hotel hielp heel goed met alles, al was het maar en vraag over eten of over wat er allemaal te doen is in de buurt. Alles was altijd schoon. Heerlijk ontbijt elke ochtend. Super aardig personeel. Iedereen was ook erg behulpzaam!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Rustige locatie op een paar minuten vanaf het centrum. Zeer schone omgeving en kamers. Meubilair op de kamers is enigszins aan vervanging toe. Zwembad is uitstekend. Er mogen wel iets meer bedjes komen te staan. Ontbijt is prima.

Καλή η υποδοχή. Η receptionist μιλούσε καλά αγγλικά και είχε τη διάθεση να μας κατατοπίσει σε ό,τι αφορά τη γύρω περιοχή. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό.

Έλλειψη καθαριότητας κυρίως στην τουαλέτα. Στο δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν, το καπάκι της τουαλέτας ήταν κιτρινισμένο στο εσωτερικό ενώ η λεκάνη είχε μαύρους λεκέδες. Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε μόνο ντουζιέρα και χαμηλή πίεση νερού. Το πρώτο βράδυ το νερό ήταν σχεδόν κρύο. Αναγκαστήκαμε να αλλάξουμε δωμάτιο και να μείνουμε σε δωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια τοποθετημένα μακριά το ένα από το άλλο, αντί για διπλό κρεββάτι που είχαμε κλείσει, αφού δεν υπήρχε άλλο διαθέσιμο δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεββάτι. Όλος αυτό λόγω της τουαλέτας. Στο καινούριο δωμάτιο ήταν μεν πιο καθαρή η λεκάνη, όμως κατά τα άλλα ήταν και αυτό βρώμικο· το πάτωμα, τα έπιπλα ακόμα και το χαλί. Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε πολύ μέτρια κατάσταση σε σχέση με αυτό που παρουσιάζεται στο διαδύκτιο. Είχε φθορές που δε φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες. Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Είχαμε τεράστια δυσκολία με το πάρκινγκ γύρω από το κατάλυμα, σε στενάκια τα οποία ήταν αντικειμενικά πολύ δύσκολα στην οδήγηση, σε σημεία που μας ανάγκαζαν τα παρκαρισμένα αυτοκίνητα που εμπόδιζαν, να επιστρέψουμε με όπισθεν…Τελικά το παρκάρισμα του αμαξιού μετά από αρκετή ώρα γίνονταν μακριά από το κατάλυμα. Ο συνωστισμός και η δυσκολία γενικώς μας αποθάρρυνε από το να δούμε τη γύρω περιοχή. Θεωρώ πως τα χρήματα που δώσαμε ήταν πολλά για αυτό που μας προσφέρθηκε αλλά πέρα από αυτό χειρότερο ήταν ότι η διαμονή μας δεν ήταν καθόλου ευχάριστη.

Fijne ontvangst. Wij kwamen veel later aan dan gepland (om 23:30 ipv 14:00) ivm nare omstandigheden. We hadden van te voren een berichtje gestuurd en kregen direct een bericht terug dat het geen probleem was dat we later kwamen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en meneer liep mee naar de kamer. De volgende ochtend hebben we uitgeslapen en daardoor het ontbijt gemist, maar toen we koffie bestelde kregen we hier versgebakken broodjes bij (echt heel erg lief!). Later zijn we wel naar het ontbijt gegaan: heel fijn dat deze tot 10:30 duurde. Het was divers en vers. Ik vind ontbijten in grote hotels niet altijd fijn omdat het vers lijkt maar het niet is, maar dit was wel vers. Er waren een broodrooster en grill aanwezig zodat je zelf een tosti kon maken en je op aanvraag werd er ei voor je gemaakt. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen maar er was naast het ontbijt ook genoeg eten beschikbaar. Ze hebben tegen zeer redelijke prijzen een schap met snacks, een koelkast met drinken en een vriezer met ijs. Ook kan je gewoon tegen een redelijke vergoeding koffie, thee en eten bestellen. Dan de locatie. Het ligt op een kleine heuvel, hoe hoog valt echt mee. Je loopt zo’n 500m naar beneden en dan sta je gelijk in het centrum. Echt perfect. Je hebt niet de drukte en het geluid van het centrum, maar zit er wel dichtbij. Het pand is mooi onderhouden en de tuin is heel leuk gedaan. Het geeft een hele warme sfeer, alsof je bij familie verblijft! Omdat je hier niet echt balkons hebt, zijn er meerdere zithoeken gecreëerd met hele fijne stoelen. Wij vonden dit erg fijn en hebben ‘s avonds vaker in zo’n zithoek gezeten. Het zwembad is niet mega groot, maar groot genoeg dat je er lekker banen in kan trekken. Het water was lekker warm en er staat de hele dag zon op. De lichtbedden zijn comfortabel. Dan de kamer. Het was erg ruim en gezellig ingericht. De airco deed het top. Er lagen extra kussens in de kast zodat er voor ieder wat wils was. Ook waren er extra dekens en zelfs strandlakens.

Alles was naar wens

Lokalizacja doskonała, cicho mimo bliskości centrum. Urokliwe miejsce z pięknym ogrodem. Piekarnia 100m, sklepy i restauracje 200m, wygodne łóżka, bardzo mocne wifi. Mały ale czysty i ciepły basen, praktycznie osobisty, nigdy nie brakowało leżaków. Miły personel. To jedno z tych miejsc które można odwiedzić ponownie.

Największy minus i w zasadzie jedyny to śniadania. Jeśli ktoś jest przejazdem to tego nie zauważy, ale nasz pobyt trwał kilkanaście dni i mogę powiedzieć że były słabe. Pieczywo zawsze świeże.Jajka w dowolnej formie to dobry pomysł - gotowane, sądzone, omlet. Ale do tego jedynie kilka rodzajów serów (nie zawsze świeżych), warzywa i czasem owoce. Wędlina co kilka dni i fatalna. Kawa jeszcze gorsza. Uwaga dla managera - warto urozmaicić menu.

Quaint, charming, safe, pleasant, relaxing, and in a fabulous location within a short walk of the city center, shops, and restaurants.

Excellent location, wonderful staff. Rooms were small as it is an old hotel, but nice and comfy. Nice breakfast. Very nice pool area and various siting areas. Wonderful small garden.

Driving access was challenging, but worth the location.

This is a hotel at the centre of Kusadasi, just few minutes from walking area and sea front. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they told me where to go and what to see. I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. Also, they have a very nice small garden in the court.

We komen al jaren in Kusadasi maar voor het eerst in Villa Konak. Wat een FANTASTISCH hotel is dit. Zo dicht bij het centrum en toch zo rustig en authentiek. En het personeel zo vriendelijk en hartelijk, je voelde je echt welkom. Niets was te veel. Goed ontbijt en elke dag om 17:00 Theatime met wat lekkers, zelf gemaakt/gebakken door Yasmine (ik hoop dat ik haar naam goed schrijf). We hebben echt genoten van onze vakantie, mede door AL het personeel van Villa Konak. We gaan hier zeker terug komen. Misschien dit jaar nog en anders volgend jaar. ENORM BEDANKT!

Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis par des hôtes adorables. L’endroit est super, en plein centre ville. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres. La piscine est magnifique !

Lovely people who couldn’t be more helpful. I was even loaned €50 euros to pay for my taxi when I didn’t have enough cash. The place is attractive and restful

A wonderful small hotel - the staff were exceptionally friendly and offered lots of advice, they were genuinely interested in what we would like to do/see. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool area is clean and inviting and there is an honesty bar if you would like a drink. Breakfast was generous and they offered a choice of egg dishes made to order. The hotel is centrally located and everything is in walking distance. We will never forget the amazing scent of orange blossom, jasmine and honeysuckle as we entered the reception area on arrival. Big thanks to all the wonderful staff who smile all day! :)

It was a nice staying at a property that was not your usual big hotel. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was great. It was located close to all the restaurants and shopping

Trotz der Nähe zur Partymeile, ist die Anlage absolut ruhig gelegen. Alles ist in altem türkischen Stil angelegt und gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Man kann sich Omelett backen lassen und bekommt auch sonst jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Der Nachmittags-Tee ist total nett gemacht - jeden Tag um 17 Uhr trifft man sich im Garten und kommt ins Gespräch. Das Hotel ist einfach, aber sehr familiär. Eine kleine Oase am Rande des Shoppingtrubels, auch wenn der Muezzin schon früh ruft. Wir kommen wieder.

Man muss auf dem Weg zurück von der Stadt zum Hotel etwa 80-100 Meter bergan gehen. Das ist aber okay und das einzige was man erwähnen sollte, falls jemand nicht gut zu Fuß ist bzw. Gehhilfen benötigt. Dann kann man aber ein Taxi nehmen.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Konak Kuşadası ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa, di quelle che restano nel cuore: merita assolutamente il massimo dei voti per l’ospitalità ricevuta! Un grazie sincero al proprietario Murat e a tutto lo staff, che ci hanno accolto con un calore unico facendoci sentire a casa fin dal primo istante. Ci siamo sentiti davvero seguiti e coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno, con una gentilezza autentica che fa la differenza. Le camere erano impeccabili, pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort, curate con grande attenzione ai dettagli. La colazione è stata semplicemente deliziosa, varia e preparata con grande cura: ogni mattina era un piccolo momento speciale. Un tocco davvero unico è il tè delle 5 che viene preparato per gli ospiti, un momento di relax che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Inoltre, siamo stati aiutati con consigli preziosi su ristoranti e attività, sempre con disponibilità e attenzione. Ripartiamo con tanta gratitudine per questa splendida esperienza. Traditional Turkish hotel. Very clean with excellent breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful. They were helpful in finding us some good trips and with local information. Good location.

The swimming pool was not open. However it was early in the season and not warm enough to swim outside so didn’t impeed our holiday.

It was the best choice, excellent location (5mins from the city centre), 15min from the nearest beach but swimming pool and tranquility in the Villa wanted us to stay all day there. Staff was very kind. We had tea time every day that allowed us to get to know other guests. I was celebrating my round birthday and I was surprised by Villa Konak with delicious birthday cake. Room was nice and spacious. If I travel again to Kusadasi I would definitely book a room there again.

It was an absolutely delightful property.… At first, it didn’t look like much from the outside. It was after all in the old town. But when you went in, it was really quite lovely.

Villa Konak is a lovely hotel, set in a peaceful citrus garden. It is quiet, lovely to be in and full of delightful touches, which immediately let you know that you are in Turkey. As it was the first place we stayed in when we arrived from Greece, we loved this aspect. The owners and their staff make you feel right at home. The breakfasts were delicious( freshly picked citrus!) and afternoon tea was a welcome treat. We loved wandering up and down the street into the heart of Kusadasi and the nearby tangle of streets were great to walk along,too.

It was absolutely fabulous before I got there and even after I left, I was sent wonderful things for us to do in Istanbul after we left there! Most wonderful people ever! Very comfortable apartment! Wonderful shower! Lovely breakfast!! Perfect!!!

A peaceful, lush haven, within minutes of the town centre with the most welcoming, obliging staff. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and a delicious breakfast. Games, a pool, and a pool table to occupy everyone, and meals available on site. The personal touches of a 5 pm daily communal tea and assistance with bookings were greatly appreciated. Warm, Turkish hospitality at its best.

Śniadania były smaczne i zaspokajały w zupełności nasze potrzeby.

Wszystko było absolutnie ok. Serdecznie polecam. Troszkę przeszkadza śpiew muszzeina, minaret jest bardzo blisko ale absuletnie go akceptowaliśmy bo to element miejscwej kultury.

Villa Konak is an amazing 100+ year old family hotel with amazing history. It’s now run by a lovely couple who made our stay very comfortable. It was like staying in someone’s home. Had a nice pool. Breakfast was fabulous and with so much variety. They had a well stocked fridge, where guests could help themselves, recorded it and paid on checkout. One can have simple dinners which were really good. It was a 7 minute walk to the main town and hidden away fr the hustle and bustle of the tourists centre b

Rooms are on the 2nd floor so if you are not one for stairs, this may be difficult. Basically have to help yourself up the stairs with bags but I managed to get some help. The narrow cobblestone street down to the town centre is steep. So walking up can be difficult for some but the whole street and restaurants and bakeries along they has a charm of its own.

We arrived very late and the family were all up playing cards, and gave us a very warm welcome. All through our stay, they had little treats organized and gave us good information on what to do. Made you feel very much at home.

Everything about this hotel is superb. The delightful series of courtyards and nooks in which to read and relax, the pool and of course, the 5 o’clock tea tradition with homemade cakes and biscuits. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and breakfast is plentiful. The hotel has a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere made possible by the delightful staff and always helpful management. If you don’t feel like going down the hill to eat, the hotel provides meals. We had the best fresh local octopus ever. When my wife one night was feeling ill, they provided a special meal. K also arranged transport to Ephesus and an airport transfer. Cannot rate this highly enough.

The location is on a steep hill that you have to climb if you walk to town. It’s adjacent to a mosque that broadcasts the call to prayer very loudly, the first being about 6:00 a.m. Disco music continues through the night.

The location was excellent. The staff were warm and inviting. The common area was very nice. Breakfast was very good, especially the yogart.

The bed was hard and no blankets were provided. Since there was only a wall air conditioner, it ran all night and was very cold, even though I kept turning the temp warmer.

Eine ruhige Oase mitten in der Stadt. Den 5 Uhr Tee mit hausgemachtem Gebäck fand ich eine nette Idee da Geselligkeit mit Hausherren und Gästen bei netten Gesprächen entstanden. Ideal für Paare im gesetzten Alter. Keine Kinder daher kein Geschrei am Pool. Frühstück reichlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Kommen gerne wieder.

Çok güzel bir hafta geçirdik. Çalışanlar çok candan, hep ilgili ve çok saygılı ,kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Otel temiz ve düzenli ve sessiz, kafa dinlemek için mükemmel bir yer. Çarşısı çok yakın araba olmadan da heryere ulaşılabilir. Etrafında bir çok güzel restoran var.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-owned hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The service was outstanding and everything was well taken care of. The only minor issue was finding the hotel, as the street is narrow and steep, but it was definitely worth it. Thank you Mr Korkut , Ata , Leyla and Ata’s mom. We had an absolutely wonderful 5-day stay at Villa Konak Hotel in Kusadasi, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! After staying in Kusadasi for two years in a row at a different hotel, we decided to try Villa Konak this time, and it exceeded all our expectations. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to making our stay memorable. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome and at home. The hotel’s location is perfect: centrally situated, yet surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for peaceful and restful sleep. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully maintained, with lush greenery creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight delicious, varied, and made with high-quality ingredients. It was the perfect start to our days. The 5 o’clock tea service was another delightful touch, served with care and attention to detail. Every aspect of the hotel, from the cleanliness to the ambiance, was impeccable. We were thoroughly impressed with Villa Konak and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Kusadasi. Pentru ca e facuta din lemn nu ai voie sa fumezi pe terasa iar in curte nu sunt scrumiere si apoi te cearta ca fumezi si scrumezi in pahare de cafea folosite. Nu ai voie cu mancare inauntru si multe alte interdicții de la receptie. Domnul de la receptie mult prea ferm si nervos.

Villa Konak Hotel Yeşillikler içinde, sakin bir yer. Kafa dinlemek için tavsiye ederim. Personal 10 Numara, 5 yıldız. İşletmeci Korkut Bey muazzam bir kişilik. Kahvaltı çok güzel. Herşey var. Ayrıca saat 17 de Çay ve Pasta ikram ediliyor . Akşam yemeği içinde önceden sipariş verilebiliyor. Havuzun derin yeri 170cm. Akşamları ışıklandırılarak güzel bir Atmosfer oluşturulmuş. Villa Konak Hotelin bulunduğu yer, Kuşadasının ilk yerleşim yeri. Tarihi bir mahalle. Çarşı yürüme abartısız 4 dakika. Green Beach ve Kadınlar Plajını, Hamam sevenler içinde Ottoman hamamını tavsiye ederim. Kısacası, eşim, ben ve kızım çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler Korkut Beye ve Personele.

Well there is only one way to describe our wonderful stay there… HOME. Because you really feel like you’re in your own home and that everyone there is your family. Clean, large, beautiful rooms with good a/c. Lovely swimming pool. Really good breakfast and dinner and this from someone that stayed the previous 5 days, at the Swissotel Buyuk Efes in Izmir. Nothing to complain about. Thank you Korkout, Atol, Leyla and Murat for making our stay so exceptional! We will be very happy to see you again. This place is highly recommended!!!

The guy at the front desk was repeatedly patronizing and rude. Clean, but bed stiff and uncomfortable with pillows too fat for sleeping and a sheet that barely covered the bed with no other cover. No cofee maker or kettle, and barely functioning internet. I regret choosing this hotel and do not recommend this place.

Villa Konak Otel’de konaklamamız harikaydı. Daha ilk andan itibaren karşılama çok samimiydi. Özellikle çalışanlardan Almira Hanım ve Ceylan Hanım’ın ilgisi ve misafirperverliği gerçekten takdire şayandı. Otelin her yeri tertemizdi. Kaldığımız *IRiS adlı oda* oldukça geniş, ferah ve hijyenikti. Villa Konak’ta adeta bir *aile ortamı* var; misafirler, sanki evlerine gelmiş gibi sıcak bir şekilde karşılanıyor. Otelin sahibi Korkut Bey her an otelin içinde, misafirlerle yakından ilgileniyor ve bu da kendinizi özel hissettiriyor. *Kahvaltılar mükemmel*. Her gün sunulan ev yapımı yoğurt gibi ikramlar fark yaratıyor. Ayrıca içecek sistemi çok hoşumuza gitti: Aldığınız her içeceği bir listeye kendiniz işaretliyorsunuz ve çıkışta topluca ödeme yapıyorsunuz. *Müşteriye duyulan güven* bu oteli gerçekten özel kılıyor. Una sorpresa nascosta nelle vie centrali di kusadasi a 2 passi dal centro. Una struttura curatissima dallo stile classico dove vorresti rimanere tutto iil giorno a rilassarti. A bordo piscina, sulle poltrorncine distribuite nel giardino e sui terrazzini oppure con un partita a biliardino sotto il pergolato. camere bellissime e pulite. Colazione varia e ben servita in una zona ombreggiata esterna. Personale supergentile. Da provare anche il ristorante. Niente altro da dire si merita più di 10.

Es muy acogedor, el personal es muy atento, amable y profesional. Las instalaciones y la habitación son sencillas, están muy limpias y cuidadas. Además, está muy céntrico, lo que permite realizar con facilidad las excursiones y actividades. Es un alojamiento muy recomendable.

La atención y simpatía de todo el personal es, sin duda, el punto más destacable, especialmente la chica de recepción que nos recibió con una sonrisa y hablaba un poco de español, lo que hizo la llegada mucho más fácil y cercana. También merece mención el desayuno: variado, casero y con un toque muy cuidado que se agradece cada mañana. La piscina es otro gran acierto, perfecta para refrescarse y disfrutar en los días calurosos de Kusadasi.

Siento no haber conectado del todo con las críticas tan positivas que había leído previamente. Si me limito a lo puramente funcional y al mobiliario, el hotel se percibe algo antiguo y le vendría bien una reforma para ponerse al día y sacar todo el partido al entorno. Puede que a alguien le parezca parte de su encanto, pero en nuestro caso los muebles de la habitación eran muy viejos, en la piscina echamos en falta más hamacas, y en nuestra habitación el aire acondicionado tenía muy poca fuerza y no refrigeraba bien, lo que en días calurosos resultó algo sofocante.

La villa constitue un excellent lieu de villégiature, la piscine est parfaite, il y a partout des espaces pour se détendre. Bon petit déjeuner. Bien placé, à 2 pas des rues animées mais au calme.

Te weinig ligbedden aan het zwembad, Fruitsap aan ontbijt was niet gekoeld. De airco werkt niet even goed in alle kamers.
