Scenic Suites Queenstown

Our suite was perfect. Parking was very handy. 5 minute walk into town. We enjoyed room service. All the staff we're extremely helpful.

Nothing

Great location. Helpful staff. Lovely views from rooms.

Spacious room, well equipped and modern, comfortable beds, plenty of complimentary tea and coffee, black out blinds, good range of TV channels, very close to QT centre and lakefront, conveniently the bus to the airport stops on street outside.

Woken up by doors closing in the corridor overnight. Bed was a little firm.

Nice and close to town centre

We asked for cooked breakfast delivered to our bedroom for 9am. Had to ring looking for it at 9.20am. Told we apparently asked for it to be delivered 10-10.30. Strange as check out is 10. When arrived it was cold

Checkin. We were given key for a room that was already occupied

Nothing

The property was in a great location and the lake and mountain views I chose were exceptional.

So great for staying. I’m high recommend . I’ll be back again

The views of the mountains

I have stayed a few times now and I have had a mattress that is sunken in if anything the mattress I would say.

Large, comfortable, good view, All facilities available

A little old in places

Location was good. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good. Apartment was spacious. . Had everything I needed.

The layout of the apartment complex was confusing. Even though it is a good location , the complex is at the top of a hill. That can be challenging.

Perfectly fancy for us! Easy to navigate around.

Location

I’m waiting for the refund (minus the cancellation fee) for the 4 nights we were unable to stay! I’ve requested their support to contact booking.com without a response.

Great location , very spacious

Location

There was barely any view. The hot water in the shower is disgraceful, it is a tiny spray that constantly drops pressure and instantly goes to dangerously hot, and then back to the set temp again

Staff was super friendly. Rooms were spacious , great products provided in the rooms and the hot water is amazing!

Bad was a little hard

The room was well decorated and appointed with separate living/dining, kitchenette, washer and dryer, ensuite off the bedroom. Internal parking below was great.

Handy location close to the centre, with well appointed and comfortable apartments.

The common areas feel a little tired and the parking is a little tricky.

The location.

The conexión between buildings.

Clean, private, roomy, comfortable

Spacious apartment with everything we needed and great views. Close to town. Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

Very, very minor but towels could have been bigger and better quality.

Location, clean and comfortable and the view is amazing

Bathroom a little old and toilet seat was broken so that was annoying and the road noise was a bit loud at night

Great location and amenities

Spacious room with lots of light and large balcony area. Helpful staff - thank you for finding us a parking space even though most of your spaces were taken! Easy walk into town.

So close to the everything to walk. Stunning views wherever you looked.

Everything was spot on, nothing to dislike will recommend.

Location was great

Extremely noisy room, asked to be moved to a different floor and was told because we had booked through a third party was told abruptly no. Was right in the street level at the very front so road noise and people walking past was so loud. Room looking run down. Not told upon checking in the car parking area had-to be vacated due to water blasting on a certain day and time, thought this would have been mentioned when we were asked for the car rego. Will not stay here again for the price that was paid.

Clean room, comfortable bed, overall a good experience. Liked that the location was a little bit away from the main center as I enjoyed the short walk to the lake

Nothing major, shower water pressure and temperature changed a bit during usage but not a big issue. Price a little high versus rest of NZ but probably due to it being Queenstown and ski season.

Rooms are clean and very comfortable

I just hope there is a microwave in the room☺️

The size, decor and facilities of our room were great.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and contained everything required for our wonderful stay eg fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, washing machine and dryer etc. The staff were outstanding from the reception to cleaning to providing information about the local area including transport. The apartment was serviced daily. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Great location with an easy walk into town. Highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for a great stay for a birthday celebration.

Honestly this apartment has everything. If you have a car then great as this place has an underground carpark. The apartment has a fully functioning kitchen and a washer and dryer. Bathroom is big with a shower AND a bath tub. Has a balcony and if you book the lake view- you get the amazing view of lake Wakatipu anddd the breath taking mountains. The location as well is spot on, just up the road from the main city centre (just a slight hike up the steep road but very easy peasy). Overall this apartment just offers everything you need.

The one thing I didn’t like would be the noise of cars as the room we had booked, over looked the main road sooo that was the only downside but it’s a very minor issue and we did not mind whatsoever.

The view was beautiful and the room looked nice and the staff were lovely

The bed was uncomfortable and the duvet was stained and dirty. The staff changed it after I let them know but replaced it with a very thin duvet. The towels and face cloths didn't smell clean.

Beds were really comfortable, it was clean, it was warm

Its a bit confusing at first to find rooms, the shower handle was leaking down the wall but was still usable,

Beds were very comfortable, good wardrobe space, great location.

Very noisy internally with the connecting room scenario (one door into a lobby for two rooms). The door bell being rung by the other room was annoying, the banging of doors, the noise of other patrons in the hallways. Definitely not a quiet hotel! Thought it was a little overpriced given this.

Location and the whole rooom

Nothing

L’emplacement tout est à proximité

Staff went above and beyond allowing us to park nearby and escprted us in our room.

Could be cleaner

The bed was very uncomfortable, and the whole facility was very old. It was very expensive for what it offers.

The rooms were very nice

All of it was good no complaints

Location, included under cover parking. Bed extremely comfortable. Quiet location. Great having shower and bath option.

We wouldn't have the vegetarian pizza again, didn't know green, and white beans and carrot were a pizza topping. Wasn't a fan of the bitter scenic side salad ordered on room service.

Amazing hot water/water pressure which you need after a day on the slopes! Very comfortable. Decent breakfast. Easy walk into town (with a bit of an uphill walk back). Easy to take the bus to the airport.

Nothing

Comfy bed, great water pressure in shower. Well equipped kitchen

A bit of a rabbit warren to get around, but once you found some shortcuts, it was ok

The location

The staff were rude and breakfast was disappointing

Views from our room were great, size of room was really good, location was perfect

Parking can be a bit of a struggle with a first come first served system

Comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff, great shower and close to downtown.

The breakfast was quite poor.

Perfect place in a perfect location

It was fine

The personalized suite is so impressive and unforgettable, especially the view to lake Wakatipu. The front office staff Ethan is quite helpful and friendly. A nice hotel experience.

No, it provides a nicely experience.

Good location, have free car park
