Great location owner very friendly, room was very clean

My only gripe was that we were on the 3rd floor & after a few beers it's like climbing a mountain

The breakfast was great ! However I asked for rubbish to be removed from the room 3 times and it wasn't. I had to remove rubbish myself.

No clean bedding or towels during our 4 night stay not even freshening the room up.

Didn't try the breakfast as there are so many places to eat in Blackpool. The location was great as I was attending the music festival at the Winter Gardens which was 1 minute away on foot!

Location was good for the centre and tower attractions. Property was nice and warm.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Bedroom door would not close. Door missing off lounge area so bed could be put in front of doorway. Furniture very miss matched. Floor lifting. Dirty under put up bed in lounge. Couldn’t sleep properly as they had outside lights outside and blinds did not block off the light all. Was like daylight in the rooms. Noise from a pump going most of the night also Which did not help sleep. No tv in lounge was in bedroom so not ideal if kids in bed and you wanted to watch tv. Bathroom floor gets soaking while having shower as curtain is about a foot off the floor. Loads of dirty silicone piled around shower etc. there was also a strong smell of weed in and out of the apartment which is not ideal with kids too.

Location to the Winter Gardens

We were given a disabled room. We had already decided to leave early so we were using the room to shower and change for a function at the winter gardens. We found the bed very hard. When we returned to the hotel after midnight we found that we couldn’t enter the premises through the front door, due to only being given a room key. Luckily we knew about a rear entrance but this from a dimly lit back street.

The location was good and the lady on check in was lovely.

We had a double room which was tired, in need of repair and with drugs paraphernalia outside of the window. I didn’t expect much for the price but didn’t expect to see that. The pet apartment was lovely, in good condition and clean. It would have been better if the people in the one next door wasn’t smoking stuff they shouldn’t have been when we were there with a child

Blinds didn't shut as broken and let way too much light in. Silicone around shower disgusting. No plug sockets near bed. Really small bathroom.

Bed was super comfy. Tv was massive so made it cosy to watch movies. Location was perfect aswell.

Other than the continental all day breakfast that they offer that looks a little old everything was great and clean

Location great, whilst I wouldn't say its suitable for a honeymoon,everything about this guest house either met or was better than my expectations so I cant really ask for more than that. The staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable, and no issues. To reaffirm this I have already rebooked it for next year.

It was like a crack dend was riddled in bed bugs broke tiels in bathroom outside side shower blinds dint fit was to short got woke up with sun bliding you and fier door where and dont book there these as do t get a refund for nothing

The apartment was nice and cosy especially being at the rear of the property as it was quiet. It's great having a bed in the living area and the other in the bedroom which was comfortable. Having the complimentary continental breakfast was nice especially with the selection of cereals, porridge, muffins, fruit and tea and coffee. It was nice of the staff to message me early to ask what time i would be arriving at which i confirmed to them, they let me check in early and showed me which apartment that i would be staying in, they were really good at providing fresh towels when i requested them, the lady at the desk was very pleasant and friendly. I do plan to come back again in January.

Some of it could do with a bit of small decorating and check on the flooring, This isn't a criticism only a few friendly tips Maybe they could provide some laundry tabs for the washing machine and the same with the dishwasher.

1. The blinds in the bedroom were broken. 2. We paid for a “deluxe double” room. Initially we were in a very small double room where the table blocked the door to the bathroom. After complaining the management did change rooms. We were offered a choice of rooms, however whether it was still a duluxe bedroom is in my opinion debatable. Reading the comments on here this seems to be a common theme in feedback. 3. The kettle was broken, we did swap with the other room before handing back the key. 4. The towels provided were stained. Again this also seems to be a common issue judging by the feedback. 5. The literature stated a continental breakfast with freshly baked croissants. As far I’m aware freshly baked produce does not come in foil prepackaged from a supermarket. 6. The room was tired and ready for updating. The furniture in the room was broken and the bedding was very thin. The springs in the mattress were also broken and we both had a poor nights sleep. There were also electrical sockets that were loose. 7. My partner requested a room where the bed was not tucked In the corner against a wall. In all the rooms we were offered this request was not fulfilled. We did see in the booking website that some rooms the bed was in the middle of the wall rather than tucked into a corner. Overall, the room was not sold as seen on the website. We were misled, again this seems to be a common theme with this hotel. We were so disheartened with our stay we actually left a night earlier than planned.

The breakfast didn't match that on offer in the description. The location was ideal, very close to all the main attractions as we wanted.

The TV control didn't work properly so we could not use it.

Liked everything

The location was excellent as we were there to attend a festival at the Winter Gardens. The bed was really comfortable and the bedroom was spaceous with plenty of clothes storage. It was also very quiet as our room was accessed downstairs and our of the rear of the property. The apartment was well equipped for longer stays and had washing machine and dishwasher. The staff were very polite and welcoming.

The sheet on the main bed in the bedroom had a small stain on it. The bathroom could do with a bath mat to put on the floor for when you come out of the shower.

On approach I was very worried about the outside appearance of the hotel looked very unkept but the location was fantastic .

Staff were really friendly and very accommodating Overall the hotel is lovely, with a lot of character With exception to the cleanliness, the room was reasonable The location of the hotel is excellent. A few minutes walk the promenade and the shops if you need them.

Bath mat was dirty Pillows on the bed smelt slept on (one side smelt like a ladies perfume, the other smelt clean like detergent) The floor could have used a good sweep and mop While I appreciate the bathroom cabinet is for show, the handles are broken I wasn't clear on check out procedures so I left the card on the reception desk I was told breakfast would be around 7am, we went at 8am and there was no one there but there were cereals, yoghurt, filled rolls etc so we helped ourselves. No parking outside the hotel unless you have a disabled badge. Not ideal if you have a baby as I needed to fold the buggy up to get it through the door after I took it up about 10 steps (and I'm a single mum so have no assistance).

We stayed in the family room. The room is split into two rooms which is brilliant as the kids have their own room. The room was mostly clean apart from the floor could have been swept better. I would stay here again as the hotel is central to everything and very good value for money. Only thing I would say is the room is in desperate need of a pair of lined curtains to block out the light, noise and drafts from the single glazed windows. The room had a fan, tea,coffee and some basic toiletries.

The very warm welcome, probably the best check-in experience I've ever had, the 11am check-out, the room had most things that a room requires and the general cleanliness was good. I booked the hotel before I had read the online reviews and I must admit the reviews made me worry. But the hotel was fine. It was cheap and pleasantly decorated. You couldn't beat the location.

The room was wrongly described. I would have called it "budget" rather that "deluxe". If I had known the room was going to be this small I wouldn't have booked. The bed was uncomfortable and therefor I didn't sleep well.

Central location, room was adequate for our one night stay.

We were woken around 12ish by a noise outside and a dog, when I opened the door, there was a gentleman in his boxer shorts totally drunk saying his dog got out and his partner would not let him back in, I looked down and there was dog fecies all over the carpet outside our room and were still there when we left in the morning. The fire alarm was set off at 1.20am awakening the whole hotel, arguing from the apartment above for hours upon end and next door arriving back at 4.40am keeping us awake with their constant talking and laughing at a high level. If I could arrange a refund, then I would, also no free breakfast as mentioned, went down at 08.50 and reception was all locked up and no one around, ended up having to go out and pay for our breakfast. Will not be returning.

Location to Tower and promenade make it a handy choice.

Breakfast room locked and unavailable in reception room - video taken to prove. Room 2 door didn’t lock adequately. Gap around door frame where light could be seen. Fire alarm went off in middle of night. On contacting all numbers made available - 5 of them - no one person answered phone. When followed up with staff re breakfast, was told, you need to make staff aware in advance that you want breakfast????!?

I booked for one night and upon arrival spoke to the landlady explained I may extend my stay The following day she was so helpful in assisting another nights stay,I had my dog with me and she was so welcoming,the room was clean and fresh,only downfall was the breakfast,apart from that I cannot complain and will be staying again

The location was good. This is not a 5 star hotel so if you're expecting perfection then pay for a 5 star. It suited our needs while we were there.

We were in the library room which was right next to the reception so in the morning we could hear everything that was being said at breakfast.

Horrendous stay the place is dangerous and will be reported to trading standards. Telly fell off the wall hung dangerous there a leak down the wall. Wall is moving Telly fell off the wall hitting me and gave me a electric shock totally disgusted with the owner no emergency number no one answer phone

Fantastic location! So handy for the winter gardens. Lovely to have 24 hr breakfast too. Cheap and cheerful.

Curtains would have been most appreciated in the bedroom! Blinds didn't keep any light out so ended up having to use an eye mask.

Please ignore any bad reviews, the accommodation is spacious and immaculately clean. The hostess let us park on site but if there isn't space, there is a loading bay outside to upload luggage and a carpark 2 minute walk away plus parking around the corner thats free 6pm till 8am. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to town centre and arcade and 5 minutes to tower.

I had booked a one bedroom apartment but that is not what I was given it was more like a studio. We were all in one room and it was not what I expected. Also I had no hot water on the Sunday night when I went for a shower.

Stayed in this Hotel with my family after 2 nights had 74 bed bugs bites. The rooms do not look anything like the pictures advertised. Contacted the Hotel owner and still have not received a reply.

Very clean, check-in was quick and was given a choice of two rooms. The only downside was the mattress it was to hard, but that is personal preference due to having back issues. Bathroom was small but usable. Would stay again if they had a mattress topper..

The staff are great. The room is basic but has everything you need. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Some minor diy improvements could be undertaken. However the price of the room is very reasonable and great value. It is in an ideal location. I would certainly stay there again in the future.

I didn't like anything it was shocking qhen qw first arrived at door to check on there was nobody to let us in just a ring door bell that never worked ww weew stood there knocking nobody answered the phone or the door disgusting and then the owner came behind me and said why are you standing there why didnt you call me on WhatsApp we got the wrong room we paid for a double deluxe and got given the library room the towels were not changed without asking again and again didn't speak English all they said when asked about wifi not working in room for my firestick me no understand the breakfast was supposed to be continental it qas kids boxes of cereal.and toast waste of money in room we had no fridge or toaster just kettle we bought food to eat chilled pork pies and scotch eggs abd some milk put it in fridge in reception and door gets locked at 7 pm so we couldnt get any of our food we had to put milk in cold water in kettle yo keep it cold nobody cleaned our room while were out we paid to stay till Monday 28 but as you can tell we left on sat 26 we literally left after one night it was shocking there was never anybody on reception I.did speak to booking .com for refund also contacted the property they said its non refundable so we can't get any money back which I think is disgusting as its not just me other people have complained about winter gardens suite we will defo not be returning to this place ever

Everything the customer service the reception staff the owner really disgusting she is very patronising when talking to customers saying look with your eyes how rude the fact that when you have a shower they don't replace towels automatically when you ask they give you a funny look like how dare you be asking for a service you have paid 192.00 for and not just that to not even offer a refund gor the 2 nights were not staying and we have paid for and we had our dog with us he didn't make a mess once we left the room more tidier than it was when we first arrived and we even left it smelling fresher

The hotel is very close to the winter gardens. Valeria was welcoming and extremely helpful. Kitchen area contained all the needed bits and pieces. Not the most luxurious but definitely met all of the requirements.

All the staff were nice and helpful. Anything we needed I could easily message on WhatsApp. Great location, close to the seafront, shopping mall, arcades and a cinema right across the road. Cannot complain at the value for money, room was clean and had everything you need. 100% would not find any better for the price we paid.

Stayed in July it was 20° + and the radiator was on, the room was very warm Some areas of the room (specifically the tea and coffee area) aere dirty Unfortunately there isn't much for breakfast. It says continental breakfast but it was just a toaster and half a loaf of bread. We took a crossiant each and walked out as there was another guest or a family member sat in the breakfast area with his feet upon the table watching TV. It was very uncomfortable and we didn't want to eat in there.

The disorganisation, poor valerie is getting guests but she is fighting to keep them in the place, building was way to hot not enough air circulating! Do not visit in summer time. There are no opening windows.

Shower was cold, powerful but cold, also milk had gone off for continental breakfast, thankfully it floated in the cup of tea before tried on cornflakes!
