Me gustó mucho la ubicación, el personal muy amable,el hotel muy muy lindo, la comida muy rica

No es que no me haya gustado, si no que deberían variar mas el menú.de resto me encantó todo

The hotel is spotlessly clean, it’s small but that means the staff recognise you quickly and are very accommodating. The food is lovely, some elements are typical all inclusive but the Mexican night and al a cart restaurants are just lovely. The drinks were great and the pool and beach beautiful. We got on the bus a couple of times which is 12 pesos and stops right outside the hotel.

My stay there was really wonderful, from the accommodation to the breakfast, lunch and dinner that was provided to us! In addition, the hotel also has a wonderful pasta restaurant and also another sushi restaurant! Super clean and organized gym, two swimming pools, parking and a small private beach! I highly recommend and I will stay again for sure!

Podría haber más ofertas de los snacks entre horas. Y estirar las horas de los snacks de piscina ya que el bar cierra a las 18:00 pero la piscina hasta las 21:00

Het strand dat was heel mooi en proper zodat je er kon zwemmen. We mochten langer blijven met het uitchecken en de mensen heb onze bagage goed bij gehouden waarvoor dank!

Het buffet! Leek wel op een schoolkantine. De mensen die er werkten zie je wel moeite doen maar kregen het niet bolgewerkt. Dit was wel jammer. De poolbar was ook onderbemand waardoor je soms wel lang moest wachten op je drankje. De kindvriendelijkheid. De poolbar is voor 18+ de animatie was vaak ook alleen voor volwassenen. Dan kunnen ze er beter een adults only van maken.

Da lo que ofrece, la relación calidad precio es bastante buena. Lo mejor de todo fue la playa limpia, todas las mañanas hay un señor limpiando el sargazo. El personal del servicio INCREÍBLE y atentos, me llevaban lo del bar hasta la playa, y ni hablar de los snacks… lo recomendaría? Si!! Es un hotel para descansar, bastante relajante.

Que el piso de la habitación se mojaba y no sabíamos la razón si de pronto era por el aire acondicionado y que la ducha no era cerrada tenía una corona y mi niño fue y le abrió a mi esposo bañándose

There were different activitities, lots of food with varieties abd most of the staff were nice. The pool dances were pretty good.

There were some compromised hygiene in food handling example a staff at the burger area preparing drinks touched garbage several times, did not wash his hands and using same hands to make drinks for people. Another guy was told don't put alcohol in a particular drink but poured some and when the drink was rejected, got upset and left. Another staff in the kitchen area picked up some fruits and some food that fell down and put into the general food for everyone. This made me lose my appetite. The plates and cutleries are sometimes not properly washed and I feel can compromise health. The final concern is the exploitatiom with sight seeing cost. Requesting for certain cost for sight seeing and not disclosing the government charges almost twice same amount on taxes. This was a rip off and not solely the resorts fault. More likely Cancun governments fault.

The beach was very small. The restaurants were lacking with only one open for all meals. One concierge was very pushy trying to get us to go tour another facility.

Mi pareja y yo tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en el hotel durante nuestra luna de miel. La limpieza es excelente, la playa es genial porque es muy tranquila, la comida es buena, los shows son entretenidos y son muy organizados.

Lo único regular es la comida del restaurante italiano Trattoria.

Location seemed nice. We weren't too far from several places we had to go via walking and taxi. The pools and bars were good. We really enjoyed the shows and some karaoke even though it was mainly spanish songs and we don't know spanish. Decent selection of food. Not the greatest but for the price it was fine.

Probably the most uncomfortable beds i've slept on. It was rough not getting much sleep each night. Rooms didn't have much sound proofing if at all. We could hear everything both events going on and outside entertainment. Maybe it's the place, the main clientele, or culture but honestly felt like lots of food just lacked some seasoning. Could use more salt and pepper at a minimum where needed.

I loved the food options, the friendly and accommodating staff, the junior suite with adjoining rooms, the cleanliness, and the location.

The beds are rock hard, obviously old, and the pillows are so bad that I had to wrap the decorative pillow in clothing and use that because my neck was so messed up.

The beach/bay was a small area and the seaweed smelt bad. There isn't a room where you can't hear the music at 10am Pillows were uncomfortable and the blanket could have been cleaner.

When we went to the beach room, it wasn't clean. Sausage and eggs Pancake bagel Cream Cheese. The beach is very nice. My kids like the food I would not stay at this hotel again And the Staffs are OK.

The change rooms were not clean. Play bed sheets looked like they were moldy. There was and there was food on my bed sheets. And no one cleaned my room in those days I would definitely not stay at this hotel again

Wr didnt like the very poor handling and management of drunk people (aka it was not handled at all, the man showd his penis at the pool, yelled, yelled some more) and nothing was done! Very sad about that! We didnt like that the guests would walk around in PJs at breakfast and dinner.

The property is clean, the room seem to have been recently renovated which I liked. Good AC, I had a see view room which was great. The area is quite, except during the day i could hear the music from the swimming pool activities, but it did not bother me, wasn't too loud or annoying.

I wish the beach was a bit bigger. And the breakfast - a lot of fried food, although there was fruits and veggies selection, I wish there more healthy options.

Some bartenders didn’t offer good drinks however I have to mention 2 of them more young made us feel like kings. The restaurant ( main ) offered every day same food, it was a little bit frustrated we expected more options of food but since the breakfast until the dinner every day same food. When we arrived our room was ready but inside the refrigerator had some food and drinks that belonged to the other guests. It was disappointing.

Non è strutturata per accogliere Celiaci. Quindi chiedere al chef del ristorante buffet era una seccatura ogni giorno.

La atención del personal, son muy amables, cooperativas, tienen muy buen trato .

Las instalaciones son antiguas, los horarios de funcionamiento son malos , por ejemplo la piscina principal cierra a las 6 pm y aunque puedes seguir bañándote no hay ni bebidas ni snacks , ni siquiera música. Después de las 10 pm no tienes nada que comer y el último bar cierra a la 10:45 . Cerca del hotel no hay bares ni restaurantes, el único cierra a las 7 pm , tienes que tomar un taxi si deseas comer o beber algo. Actividades recreativas son mínimas y el área es la misma del restaurante italiano, son pocas mesas y muy poco espacio.

The hotel located at the hotel zone, which is very convenient if you want beach area and hotel has several pools. And pool bar to enjoy your drinks and snacks.

It’s a very good hotel, clean and well they maintained it,staff were nice and polite, it gets sometimes busy esp in the dining area.

Everything was good during my sta7ying at the Super 8! The room was clean and well supervised, staff was professionall, all appliances worked, I had free parking, hot water, breakfast included, comfortable bed, fresh and new bedding and towels. Hotel provides clients with a pool. And price honest.

What I can wish to this hotel is to be a little bit renewed and type-C charging in the room)).

The place is in the hotel zone, the shows. The staff was really helpful and attentive.

Be aware that the sushi restaurant is not open daily i think that should be listed on the description, the food in the buffet was always the same type just different sauces. The beach acces is not good since all the catamaran dock there:(, not a nice swim beach.

La ubicación, el acceso directo y rápido a la piscina y la playa

Los cócteles eran rebajados de alcohol, tanto que me bebí 8 piñas coladas y terminé muy endulzado. No hubo variedad de comida entre días, era básicamente lo mismo. El café americano que servían no es café americano, porque es expreso con agua y se hace al momento y por persona, no en un barril o jarra. La reservación para la comida italiana tuvo gran expectativa pero terminó siendo bien básico. Los vinos que ofrecían eran casi vinagre y se le indicó a los meseros que uno en New York bebé verdaderos vinos, con buen aroma, sabor, cuerpo y grado de alcohol. La habitación tenía muchas escaleras para un adulto mayor tener que subir y bajarlas en cualquier hora inclusive en la noche, el a/c no abastecía en la habitación ni en el restaurante y con el calor que hace debería tener todo el lobby A/C, los TV no son smartv para ver programas o series que uno si desea ver en el idioma que desee cuando descansábamos, el colchón de nuestra cama estuvo demasiado duro que terminamos con fuertes dolores de espalda y en la habitación de mi madre su colchón era demasiado suave que no podía respirar en la madrugada por la postura, y no comprendemos por qué pusieron cojines o almohadones de muebles en las camas. Esperábamos comer típica y verdadera comida mexicana en toda la estancia, pero solo eran chilaquiles, una ve tortillas, habichuelas en el desayuno, ensalada de nopal y café de olla como gastronomía mexicana, se come mucho más opciones mexicanas en New York City: flautas, tacos de birria, burritos, tortas, elotes, hasta las sodas jarritos entre muchas opciones más!

La variedad y limpieza de las instalaciones y la playa, así como el trato de sus trabajadores hacia los huespedes.

La propiedad tiene algunos puntos ciegos que no alcanzan a ser captados por el circuito de cámaras de vigilancia. Perdí un objeto de gran valor emocional, ya que el lugar de la alberca donde estaba y que colinda con la playa, no alcanzaba a ser captado por ninguna cámara.

Comida en buffet en restaurante el Faisán, se repetía poca variedad y poca cantidad. Cantidad de personal en los restaurantes principalmente el buffet Faisán y Tratoria era insuficiente y los que estaban no les daba para atender, mal servicio, eran reactivos. Para ver el mundial solo 1 TV en zona bar, incómodo para toda la gente.

Good location, good facilities, could chill on the beach or by the pool was very good for that, the room itself was relatively nice and cleaned everyday.

1) the food is awful, like zero effort went into the food don’t know if it’s the budget or what but the food was the worst thing about it. 2) If you’re on the beach people from next door will come try sell you a tour to things, say it’s in English then the full tour is Spanish, very annoying to say it’s a private beach for the hotel.

Es un hotel "pequeño" en comparación con otros hoteles allá inclusive, pero para personas mayores tiene lo suficiente para una estadía tranquila. Tiene una playa pequeña pero bonita sin oleaje y sin sargazos, preocupación por mantenerla limpia. Está lejos de la zona hotelera y del centro de la ciudad pero tiene buses de transporte público que en unos 15 minutos te dejan en esos lugares. Muy cerca del ferry q te lleva a Isla Mujeres

No tiene horarios de all inclusive en algunas cosas. Snacks parten cerca de las 12 y atención en piscina hasta las 18. Los buffet no tienen mucha variación. Los "show" se hacen al lado de la piscina interior en un espacio reducido y con poca iluminación. No es un "gran" show. Algo para entretener después de la comida.

Das Reservierungssystem der Restaurants!!! Ich hatte eine Woche davor sowohl eine Mail als auch eine Nachricht geschrieben, da ich bereits in den Rezessionen gelesen habe das man reservieren sollte, jedoch bekam ich keine Rückmeldung. Vor Ort war es dann „zu spät“ da man um 8:30 morgens direkt reservieren muss. Am Abend sind wir dann trotzdem mal zum „ausgebuchten“ Restaurant und es waren tatsächlich noch 2 Tische frei. Der Kellner hat uns jedoch sofort wieder weggeschickt… Am nächsten Abend hatten wir dann eine Reservierung und man konnte nur einmal bestellen (was wir nicht wussten) und die Portionen waren so klein das wir am Ende noch zum Buffet gegangen sind (wirklich first world Problem aber man erwartet sich doch einiges mehr…). Beim Buffet gab es zwar immer einiges an Auswahl (außer Obst, es gab kein Obst) aber es hat alles eher ungewürzt und langweilig geschmeckt. Zum Personal: es gab auch echt sehr liebe Angestellte aber 1-2 Personen waren dabei, die und (2 Mädels) sehr unwohl fühlen ließen. Die erste Situation war als unsre Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht wurden (der Koffer wurde dabei beschädigt) und der Concierge richtig aufdringlich nach einem Tip gefragt hat. Wir haben erst nicht verstanden was er wollte, weil sein Englisch auch nicht so gut war und hatten auch noch kein Bargeld und er ist dann richtig sauer gegangen. Die andere Sache war, dass einige Angestellte einem sehr offensichtlich hinterhergeschaut haben oder einen intesiven Blick aufs Dekolte geworfen haben. Nicht alle!! Aber doch so viele, dass es uns unangenehm aufgefallen ist

I didn’t like was there is no activity no animation , and the room was not clean, as well the beach was dirty, some of the staff were not nice because i don’t speak spanish.

La comida en la buffet, pequeña pero fue excelente, muy bien elaborada y variada. Fuimos de excursión a Isla Mujeres, en un catamarán privado q sale justo detrás del hotel, la zona de mar entre Cancún e Isla Mujeres es asombrosamente hermosa, con unos colores azul turquesa y transparencia increíble, lo recomiendo. El pequeño muelle con tumbonas a la izquierda de la playita también lo recomiendo, muy relajante oír el mar y las gaviotas al atardecer, o por la mañana.

La playa q corresponde al hotel no es buena, así como también las más cercanas a pie, hay demasiado sargazo y apesta, las playas de la otra costa son mucho mejores aunque con sargazo igual y mucho oleaje pero hay q tomar un transporte, el bar de la piscina cierra a las 6, muy temprano, ya eso lo han criticado antes sin buscarle solución y otros pequeños detalles de mantenimiento, de pasarle la mano por ejemplo, ventiladores de techo sin el cover de vidrio y cadenitas rotas, luces fundidas , gym con equipos q se nota q llevan buen tiempo fuera de servicio sin q se les haga nada, etc a todo lo largo del hotel. La música alta q proviene de los barcos q contamina sonóricamente.

The only thing good about this hotel is the staff are friendly including porters and servers (front desk staff are really unhelpful and unfriendly). I liked the pool bar (but it was dirty!) The beach was cleaned of all the seaweed after the first day which is nice but the water is totally closed off because it’s essentially a port for loads of boats so you can only go as far as your waist level.

Almost everything, the check in experience was awful. The receptionist didn’t explain anything, unfriendly, extremely rushed. The first room they gave us which was an “upgrade” as it offered an extra bed was so run down and outdated, everything was old even the bathroom towels. Then we switched to a different room (our original booking). This room was disgraceful, I can’t begin to explain how unacceptable this room is. I would expect this quality from a motel for £15 per night. There was mould in the walls and on the lamp shades, the mattress was broken on one side and all you could feel were springs, the room stank of mould and there were stains on the bedsheets and towels.This room should never ever be offered to any guests under any circumstances. After this debacle, we should’ve been upgraded to a suite but instead they gave us another standard twin room. This was an acceptable room for a 4 star hotel. The pools were filthy, please make an effort to clean the pool because it’s really unhealthy. The only cleaner pool was the one on the inside of the hotel. The food was terrible, I knew from previous reviews that the buffet was limited which I wouldn’t mind if the quality was good. But the food quality was below acceptable standards and a lot of food was uncooked. The only good part of the buffet was the salad bar. The beach has got white sand and unfortunately is within a port for boats so there’s not much swimming space at all

Por ser um 4estrelas , sucos horríveis , comida pouco variada , tem petiscos do lado da mas não pode entrar molhado ,complicado ,tem buffet e um restaurante de massa ao lado no mesmo horário , e passou das 22:00 fecha tudo ,nem petisco para quem chega tarde das excursões , os bares da piscina abre às 11 , e o de dentro às 12 .

Reception staff was particularly unhelpful. This is not a place you go for exceptional customer service. They are not flexible or willing to help with solutions to customer troubles. When traveling, not everything goes to plan- it would be helpful to have a staff that even pretends to care.

This was amazing. The family suite is huge and we apreciated the upgrade to it, thanks to the staff. The Hotel is not too big and the food is great.

Maybe the musicmof speakers at the pool is too loud sometimes or if you dont play bingo you cant even talk with someone 😅

Overall we were quite disappointed after reading positive reviews. We weren't keen on the food/drinks at all, not good quality or variety. Service was slow and staff was overall not very friendly. Complex is very small, not many sunbeds around the pools. We ended up spending more time outside of the hotel instead of using the all inclusive.

Contrast of Service, Room & Occupancy: In total contrast to BlueBay, this resort handled my medical condition perfectly. Arriving after 7 days without food/water post-hospital discharge, Chef Omar safely prepared my liquid meals with separate, sterile utensils. Furthermore, the family apartment provided was excellent, highly comfortable, and spacious. Regarding occupancy, I paid for 6 guests but we only used 5. I requested the front desk to notify Booking.com and demand a refund for the unused 6th guest portion. En total contraste con BlueBay, este resort manejó mi condición médica a la perfección. Tras llegar sin comer por 7 días post-alta hospitalaria, el Chef Omar preparó mis alimentos líquidos con utensilios estériles y separados. Además, el apartamento familiar provisto fue excelente, muy cómodo y espacioso. Pagué por 6 personas pero solo nos hospedamos 5. Solicité a la recepción notificar a Booking.com y exijo el reembolso del sexto huésped.

Everything is fantastic and beautiful. Other than, I just wanted to say amazing hotel, all inclusive BUT our service comes when we’re taking naps and when asked to come at later time, never came. 1x only clean for 6 days stays. Extra charge for room service $6, still not bad for the price.

Utensils, not washed properly. Our bathroom towels were really used and had small holes. Sliding door outside were hard to open/close.

Os guarda-sóis da praia poderiam ser um pouco maiores. A disponibilidade de garçons na área da praia e da piscina é pouca, então alguns pedidos de bebida demoram um pouco. O horário dos restaurantes vai até às 22; pode deixar o cliente ansioso, principalmente se estiver voltando de algum passeio mais distante.

La comida esta genial las meseros son atentos y pasan consultando si deseas algo de tomar o comer

Los paños que dan para ir a las piscinas o la playa si vi algunos que ya no deberían estar en funcionamiento

Las habitaciones muy limpias, el personal desde la recepción, super atentos, actividades para realizar en ambiente familiar, la piscina y la playa buena para niños, comida bufete excelente 👌🏽, me gusto mucho.
