Reviewed Sep 7, 2026I didn't book breakfast, opted to eat out.
The no fridge in our rooms, please look into investing in bar fridges in the rooms, just imagine booking 2 weeks holiday stay and I bring my own sparkling water or any beverages requiring fridge, and everytime I need to use it I have to go down to the reception!!! Hotels are for resting not doing any manual work.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026I liked how clean the hotel was and how organised and helpful the kitchen staff were
When I arrived I asked for a porter and was not assisted with one, I had my baby with me and had to carry multiple bags on my own. I also got stuck in the elevator for a period of time and nobody came to help us when we rang the alarm. I asked for a disability room and my room was also changed to a normal room without me asking for it so I eventually changed it back.
